PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. I cannot wait to come back and work over break!

Jen is the best pet sitter that I’ve worked with. She’s very professional, kind, trustworthy, and down to earth. I have a lot of pets and I was a little anxious to see if she could take on caring for all of them while I went away and she was so pleasant and eager to offer her services. Our dog Scout is having an amazing time at West Chester Canine Club. She loves both the daycare and the boarding. Tony sends us cute videos of her when she’s boarding so we can see how much fun she’s having. We also did the bath and deshed package, which turned out great too! We are so lucky to have found a place that treats our pup so well!

Our dog goes to West Chester Canine Club for both day care and boarding. We are very happy with her care there; the comfort level she has reached with day care makes the boarding possible. We get regular video updates while she is boarding which are a great way to see that she is doing well.

My dog who is 18 months old, has attended day care here for 6 months. He runs around with the other dogs and sleeps well at night. He has also stayed there when we go away. I am ver pleased. I highly recommend this facility!

The West Chester Canine Club is outstanding!! They are truly dog lovers and they did an great job with a weekend boarding of our 3 dogs. My family and I took a trip recently and needed someone to watch our dogs. We've never boarded them overnight before, so we were nervous. Tony and his staff did a great job with our dogs. They were really happy and we received constant picture updates. I highly recommend. They are very friendly and do an awesome job taking care of the dogs.

Nothing, but high reviews for West Chester Canine Club! My pup loves going there, and the whole evaluation process was easy and seamless. The hours allow for easy pick up and drop off on any working schedule, and there’s additional services offered, including grooming and boarding! But outside of that, what’s more impressive is how obvious each staff member loves working with dogs and personally will play with the dogs- great for my social pup who equally loves humans and dogs. And you do get a report card letting you know what fun your dog had that day, and who they made friends with. All in all, highly recommend!

This is the hidden gem of pet services in West Chester. The owners of the facility are friendly, responsive, organized, professional and most of all loving to our dog Billie. They provide reports of Billie’s day. They send photos and videos when your dog is boarding. Tony took the time to learn Billie’s commands so that she did not fall off of her training progress while she boarded. Billie is always happy to go play and stay over at the Canine Club.

We love Camp Canine! Since a co-worker referred me here, my dog, Brindy, has never been happier! She was always a good dog, but since she started at camp her behavior is even better. She comes back exhausted, happy, and well-socialized. I have even boarded her here and it was a positive experience. She has made good doggy friends and is always happy to arrive at camp. All the staff seem very nice and caring. They have always provided flexible, responsible, and affordable service.

As a puppy parent, it is such as relief to know that when we drop off our Lily at the West Chester Canine Club, she has fun and is well cared for! She absolutely loves coming to the club and is so excited when we pull into the parking lot. She gets to burn off some energy, learn social skills within a pack, and meet new friends of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. This winter when kennel cough was bad, Lily was home sick (as many pups were) and the owners called twice to check in to see how she was doing. That meant a lot to us and made WC Canine Club feel like part of our family. Thanks to the staff for caring for Lily!

Our 4 year old, Maya, has been coming for a few months once or twice a week- she loves it! The staff is courteous and professional, the owner, Anthony, makes sure to check-in and make sure all is Ok. She also boarded there and she came back very happy! They also provide grooming services (bath and nail trimming) Definitely recommend !

Our dog Scotch has spent several visits with Julianna and loves it! She is very easy to communicate with regarding pick up and drop off and always sends great photos. She has been extremely flexible with us as well if our plans change. Scotch always comes home tired and happy!

I have been bringing my golden retriever, Rooney to the Pup Club for almost two years now. Julianna is fantastic with Rooney and she ensures that each and every one of the pups in her care have fun and are well taken care of!

When Molly is at the Pup Club with Julianna she is treated as part of the family. When I pull up her tail starts wagging and she can't wait to get inside. She has her own bed and is treated with a lot of love and respect. Where I live she must be walked on a leash. Coming here she has other dogs to play and socialize with and she can run free in her fenced in yard. Julianna cares for Molly as if she were her own. It gives me a peace of mind to know she is safe and happy.

Julianna and her pack always take great care of my dog for both daycare and overnight pet sitting. He comes home tired and happy. She’s easy to plan/ communicate with and has been flexible with last minute needs which is always appreciated!

Deana is excellent with our Louie and I would recommend her services to anyone. She is always timely, professional and sends me the cutest pictures of him on their walks. She is extremely patient with our crazy puppy and never complains when he's a maniac on his walks (which is very frequent haha). I trust her fully with my dog and I know she treats him like if he were her own.

Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. What free spirited person.

We brought our puppy Jake today for daycare. To say he had a blast is an understatement. The staff is amazing with the animals. They sent us a report card with pictures of him from his day. With his moods and a full description of how he was doing. We couldn’t be happier with Playtime Pet Resort. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Thank You All!

So relieved to have found an amazing daycare that takes such good care of Wally. The facility is new, modern, and clean, and I love that they don't use typical wire crates, but huge, horse stall-sized suites. Wally has some separation anxiety but he doesn't even turn around to look at me when they take him back to the play yard. The staff has been so kind and caring, and they are always excited to see him (almost as excited as he is to see them). I'm going on a trip for a week, and was so nervous about leaving him, but the truth is that he will probably have more fun than me! Would absolutely recommend PPR to anyone.

Great experience, from the first point of contact to pick up!! Easy system to get all the dogs paperwork to the resort- making me feel better about his first visit, and all the friends he met were properly vetted! According to the teacher, Reggie had a great evaluation and is welcome to come back! Thank you PPR , Reggie can’t wait to come back to play with his friends! This is just what he needed 😍

We took our insecure 3 yo female German Shepherd in for an evaluation. The staff was excellent and according to the report card quickly recognized Maya's nervousness and insecurity and moved slowly with her introduction to other dogs. With their care Maya quickly became comfortable with the others and made some friends. We are very pleased with the care shown by the staff at Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown and the clean, well maintained facility, and will be using them for boarding and daycare.

Myles must love it here as he is excited every time to go and sleeps great for day afterwards. Have done both daycare and boarding. Everyone is so friendly. Love that I can reserve online and text updates if something needs changed. Makes it super convenient.

Smitty is our first pup, so needless to say, we were very anxious boarding him while on vacation this past December. We found Playtime to be an excellent place for Smitty! The facilities are immaculate; a 5 star resort for sure :) Smitty has been boarded there several times, and goes to puppy play often so he can play with his friends:) It’s hard to get Smitty in the car when leaving Playtime! Dan, Sherri, Christiana, and other staff members are amazing. They treat Smitty as one of their own!

Playtime pet resort in Downingtown has been wonderful. They were so understanding on how nervous we were dropping Rohan off for his evaluation for doggie daycare. We received pictures of Rohan playing and making new friends, a report card letting us know how his day was going, how his mood was and a list of friends he made. We are so happy with Playtime pet resort in Downingtown and so is Rohan ❤️

We are new to the area and were excited when we found Playtime Resort. We are familiar with the concept from both CO and FL. Once Ellie (our Golden) spent a day here, our expectations were exceeded! She loves it and gets so excited when we go.

I was hesitant bringing my dog here because she can be antisocial at times and she's a herding dog so she can be a lot. The staff were wonderful and knew exactly how to handle her personality and introduce her to the dogs. We decided to board here when we went on vacation and everything went very smooth. They updated me without me having to ask and were very easy to get in touch with if I needed anything. Libby loves this place and now we try to get her in weekly to play with her friends. Highly recommend this place!

It was the first time I was away for any length of time since my cat was dx’d with asthma and IBD last year. Amy was very patient with me while I explained all the feeding and medication details, kept me posted daily on how well they were eating, sent pics and reassured me daily they were doing well. After the very first day, I felt confident leaving them in her care and will definitely ask her to help me again.

Pocopson Petting Sitting is one of my dogs’ favorite places to be. Amy does an excellent job in caring for my pets. She goes above and beyond to make the entire process stress free and easy. PPS has helped me by picking up my dogs and dropping them off at my home when needed. Amy has even replenished my dog’s food when I failed to pack enough for the visit. Most of all, it’s the peace of mind that I have when I know my dogs are being cared for at the Pocopson Pet Sitting facilities or by PPS at my home.

I have a very anxious, older dog, who is unable to be kenneled. With a family trip to Disney coming up, I needed to find an alternative to a traditional boarding facility. Terry has provided us with so much more than just that. She gave us comfort and peace of mind. We did weekly daycare visits leading up to our trip so that my dog could get to know Terry and get comfortable with her. This helped so much with her anxiety. When it came time for our trip I knew that my dog was in good hands and that she would feel comfortable and safe with Terry. Terry took care of her, like she was her own and sent me daily updates letting me know how she was doing, which I loved. Terry Lynn’s critters is our dog Harper’s favorite place to be! Harper has been going to Terry’s since she was a puppy and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Terry is incredibly accommodating to our work schedules as my fiancé and I both work in healthcare. She loves all the dogs at daycare as her own and we are so thankful to have Terry love our Harper.

Terry took care of my 3 cats while I was out of the country for 10 days. She sent me photos, in and of itself a feat because I never expected them to come out, and communicated with me frequently. She had to have a medical procedure during this time and still made sure my cats were taken care of. I highly recommend.

Terry is a fabulous, caring pet-sitter. Our dogs, Ollie and Ellie, and kitty, Tommy, love her and she treats them like family! She did at-home visits while we were away sending texts and pictures frequently. Our kitty needs medication administered twice a day and she had no problem doing that for us. She brought in the mail and even refilled my bird feeders when they were empty. She goes above and beyond. Terry is the absolute best pet sitter I’ve ever found, and truly the only non blood relative i’ve ever totaly trusted to take care of my sweet, adorable and very challenging rescue bichon, Spencer. Spencer came to me as a last-chance foster off death-row, after burning his way through shelters and foster homes. He suffered from the most intense separation anxiety- a vet even suggested putting him down at one point, to end his suffering! He came a long way with training and a behavior consult, but he never was able to shake his separation anxiety…. enter Terry. This woman made it possible for me to attend law school and work, and Spencer actually enjoyed week long stays while I vacationed out of the country. I’ve moved out of the area, but have yet to find any one as sweet, kind, caring, responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable as Terry! your fur babies will thank you.

Anytime you cannot be home and you need someone to come into your home and take care of your loving pets, you really really want and need a dependable person. Robin is that type of person. Robin has great experience with all types of dogs and pets. Her knowledge about dogs is incredible. She leaves notes to check on this or that and we always do! Her experience with medical problems or injuries that dogs might have is incredible. During the end of the life with our one dog, she took extra loving care making his last few months as good as he could have. My wife and I cannot recommend Robin, owner of Fuzzy Buttz any higher. All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! I was given faulty advice from my former vet and after leaving them, Brooke recommended a vet who I absolutely love. I also have a very dominant, alpha dog and I wasn’t sure if my training was effective or not so I consulted with Brooke and her team and they were able to provide effective solutions to correct those behaviors. I could honestly go on and on about how much I have benefited from All Creatures. If you are stuck between services or if you are seeking a pet service, I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be let down.

I am an anxious dog mom and I do not enjoy leaving my dog, but when I have to board him for travel reasons, I do not worry one bit while he is at Wagsworth. The staff do an amazing job making sure he is happy and cared for! And definitely add on the photos, they are well worth it and they send a nice update as well! I will always use Wagsworth for boarding needs, so thankful to have such an awesome place.

From making the appointment, to working in Wagsworth’s wonderful customer portal to the actual visit, pictures and easy checkout - I’m so impressed. My lab is happier than ever!!! We can’t wait for his next stay!

Our GSD Kasi takes a vacation to wagsworth every time we go away, and it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff is so sweet and handles our drama queen with understanding and ease. We have only ever used Wagsworth and have no reason to ever go anywhere else! (We love adding on the picture updates for peace of mind, too!)

Wagsworth is the best! My giant breed dog has stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and every time is well taken care of. I love that Wagsworth allows me to choose options that meet my dogs needs and I always feel comfortable that my dog is good hands while I am away.

My husband and I are both insane helicopter cat-parents so when we found out, short-notice, that we would need to be away for up to two weeks, we were in a panic! Luckily we were recommended Wagsworth Manor by our vet. I am so happy with our experience and grateful to the staff for taking such great care of our boy! The staff was incredibly organized and professional. They were able to give our cat his prescription food and medications with no issue. Every time we were nervous, we could call in to receive a detailed update of how he was doing. Thank you so much to Wagsworth Manor for making this as easy for us and our pet as possible.

Wagsworth is the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding business in the Delaware Valley. A range of pet care services are offered, including swimming. Our family has used Wagsworth for four years and we have always been pleased. Our dog loves the place—we have to almost drag him to the car when we pick him up because he loves the it so much.

Our pup Sadie loves Wagsworth, and so do we!! Today when my husband picked her up she was happy, & not stressed! Sadie is sometimes difficult and takes a while to get used to new people, but at wagsworth she seems to enjoy her training and handlers, and they are all so kind and patient with her. its all good stuff! We Joke, and call it Wagsworth Academy! (School for the furry elite!) Lol. ❤️ We wouldn't have Sadie stay anywhere else!

I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷

We have always been pleased with Wagsworth - they are worth the money. They are very professional and we never have a worry when we board our dogs there. We recently boarded a deaf 11 year old, and a 2 year old where this was her first time staying, and both were perfectly fine. They came home happy but not too happy, which is just what we want as pet parents.

Last week was my two-year-old Springerdoodle's first time boarding at Wagsworth Manor. The staff was polite and professional, the facility spotless, and, most importantly, Nate had a fabulous time! He loves dogs and people so he enjoyed socializing with all of the pups and the extra attention he received from the staff. This is not an inexpensive pet care option, but for a longer stay it was worth the money since I was certain Nate would receive excellent care. We're sad that this facility is over an hour round trip from our home but we'll use Wagsworth Manor again when we need extended boarding.
