I was out of town for a month and Nevline did an excellent job taking care of my cat, apartment and plants. Nevline sent regular updates to assure me that my cat was happy and healthy. She was respectful of my home-space and I returned home to a clean and well-cared for apartment. I would absolutely book Nevline again for my house & pet sitting.

Monica was our first experience of a house and pet sitter and was absolutely fantastic! From initial contact and ongoing communication leading up to her stay through to her arrival, animal and house care and on to her departure EVERYTHING was exemplary. Monica bonded very quickly with our 2 dogs and 1 cat and took an emergency vet visit in her stride. All animals were very settled when we returned and the house was immaculate. If you need a sitter and Monica is available - book her!!

Sue is/was easy to communicate with before and during the house sit. She asked questions and read the house guide book to make sure all was taken care of. The cats warmed up to her and were so well cared for... even our spicy kitty Eva. She left the house neat and tidy in all ways. She texted us pet photos everyday and and update. We are so grateful she applied to our sit :) Your very lucky if Sue applies to house/pet sit for you :)

Deirdre and her sweet step-granddaughter came to stay and take care of my kitties, Simon and Ladybug. Deirdre was communicative and friendly as we set up the sit, and sent me pics and updated during the stay. They left the house spotless and the kitties were very happy. They brought the kitties toys and left some gifts for me which was unnecessary but so generous and kind. I would highly recommend Deirdre as a sitter!

Reliable, organized, always available with plenty of updating about our dogs… once my daughter missed her toys at home and Eleonore placed them all on the floor in order to take the best picture and send it to me… Eleonore and Guillermo were the most perfect and sweet sitters for our animals and house! I strongly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

I truly can’t rate Kelsey and her fam high enough - I could give them ten stars if it were an option. Kelsey was so kind, attentive, and loving to our pup and home - I would honestly feel comfortable leaving my two children with her and her family! She loved on our dog so well and left our home clean and stocked with lots of goodies for a soft landing back after a week away. We had the gift of spending time with her and her family when we arrived back home and I’m so thankful we had that opportunity - she, her partner, and kids were absolutely lovely. I really hope to see them again sometime in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Hannah and David! They were super easy to work with to coordinate everything. My boyfriend and I found the house as clean as we've ever found it after a sit! It looked like no one else was here while we were gone. They washed all the sheets and towels they used, everything was put away, no fur on the floor. It was so clean. 

In addition to just being amazing at communicating and taking care of the house, they took excellent care of our animals. Our dog, Riley, got the runs while they were here and had an accident. They put him in the bath to wash him without being asked to. They also trimmed some hair around his fluffy bum to help keep him clean (which we told them they could do if needed!). They cleaned the rug where the accident was as well. We felt awful they had to deal with that but they were super nice about it and took very good care of Riley. 

Highly recommend them! They're welcome back anytime :)
