Claudia was a wonderful host. She has a beautiful home right near Amelia Island, which is a great for an afternoon out. Luna and Piper are both so sweet and easy to care for. This was very much a nice, quiet, relaxing sit.
Good Cuddles and Clear Expectations Emily and Mark were a pleasure to sit for. Very down to earth people with simple yet clear expectations of what they were looking for and needing while they were gone. The house is very clean and everything is organized to make the sit easy from food location to where to put the fresh laid eggs. I appreciated the regular communication preceding the sit and while they were gone in case there were any questions. Max and Scottie are bundles of fun. They are such well trained dogs that there are no worries about barking, making a huge mess, or obeying simple commands. They love to play and give great snuggles, and they are very good about sleeping at night, as in no crazy doggy snoring or pouty noises. Walks with them were no problem at all, no pulling on the leash, running after random objects, or barking at other dogs. Miss these cute pups. Also, the chickens were easy to keep a handle on. Simple instructions and not bad getting a fresh egg or two for the day. I highly recommend this pet sit, hope to be back someday.
This house sitting experience in Frodsham was exceptional and the hosts, Claire and Matt, were welcoming and attentive. They left a hamper with treats for me and were quick to respond to any house queries. The house was located in a vibrant market town in the Cheshire countryside, with stunning views and a comfortable atmosphere. I loved taking care of the dogs, Charlie and Milo, who had great personalities and provided fantastic company and cuddles, making it sad to leave them. The house was well situated, with proximity to Castle Park and Frodsham Hill, which the dogs enjoyed exploring. The area offered ample opportunities for walks, making this a perfect getaway. I HIGHLY recommend this sit and can guarantee you will love it!
I had a great 2-night stay in Highland Park. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. When we met, they gave me a tour and lots of great information about the area and their home. It's a lovely, spacious, and comfortable house, and the backyard is massive! Yes, I absolutely used the trampoline. I already miss Shug and Walnut. They're both big, friendly, and they love getting attention. Thanks!

It was my first time here and they were good with my two small dogs. Very thorough with explanations and we did a trial day before their actual check in - so that we’d see if the dogs would be a good fit. I was able to put them in the same room and keep them together. They called me with an update and left a message for me. My one dog is part Chihuahua with some behavior issues and they were able to accommodate him just fine. They came back happy and safe. The staff is very friendly and they treat you with a lot of understanding. I was able to bring some things from home to leave with the dogs for comfort items. I was very nervous leaving them but they eased all of my worries. Thanks !
Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Prices were fair, it was simple to schedule the boarding for our cats, and the service/updates of our cats we received were great. I would highly recommend their services to friends or family.
For several years, my cat has been boarding at Philly Pet Hotel when I am out of town, and we’re both super pleased with the experience. This is now the umpteenth time we’ve lodged our dog, Cosmo, here, but a perfect example of how Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas always goes above and beyond: While I had arranged for a late check out, my flight kept getting delayed. I ended up picking up Cosmo at midnight, and even at that time, there was someone there to hand him over and carefully read me his detailed chart (notes on his stay)! This same visit, they gave me a call to let me know Cosmo had gotten a tiny scratch on his nostril while playing… so tiny that I probably wouldn’t have noticed it day-to-day, but they did! They watch over many dogs but still deliver attentive and individualized care to each dog. The peace of mind I get when traveling knowing Cosmo is safe and cared for is worth it every cent. As seen below, Cosmo himself cannot wait for his next stay.
I recently boarded my dog here for around a week. It was my dogs first time boarding and I was super nervous leaving him by himself since he's also a little reactive to other dogs. But the staff here were so kind and accommodating to our needs and my dog had no issues while staying here. Will definitely be coming back here to board my dog and recommending this place to my friends!
Absolutely stunned with how amazing this pet hotel is! I needed to board my 65 lb yellow lab named Mango in a short amount of time and Daren and Chris from Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas wasted no time to accommodate our needs! Being given a tour of the facility, I knew I had chosen the right place for my dog when I saw their 'villas' and play areas. Beautiful land, clean facility, excellent price. Mango will be back!
Great, modern, clean pet hotel w very attentive staff. Honestly surprised it's in Philly. We felt really good about leaving our dog here for a week. We got photos each day, email reports, and she had play sessions each day.
They did a great job with my Geely! Their cat facilities are really beautiful. Each cat gets 1 hour of playtime per day outside of the cat condo. The staff was very attentive to his needs and they even contacted me to let me know he was not eating much (which is completely normal when a cat is outside of his/her comfort zone). Geely was perfectly fine and had a wonderful visit, I just really appreciated how much they cared about him! I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. We love Philly Pet Hotel & Villas!
I cannot rave about this place enough. Our sweet little boy was there for 8 days while we vacationed. We got updated photos and told about his progress throughout the whole trip. When we picked him up he looked like he was having the time of his life and the staff was so friendly I can just tell they treated our guy well by how he wanted to say his goodbyes to everyone. Not to mention he came back cleaner then when we sent him! I highly recommend The Philly Pet Hotel to anyone that loves their fur baby as much as I do!
Our 7 month old lab puppy was in great hands with Caleb! He sent us a bunch of photos and kept us up to date on how she was doing. She had a blast! We highly recommend Caleb! Side note: Caleb might have a future as a dog photographer. See photo that he took that my wife and I now use as our phone background.
Caleb was recommended to us by our dear friends and we have never considered anyone else sitting our pupper (Shifu) ever since. I needed someone I could really trust to watch my dog Bowie. Caleb took such good care of him and sent me many pictures which put me at ease. I now wouldn’t trust Bowie with anyone else! I feel comfortable leaving the city knowing Bowie is in good hands and is having a fun time at Caleb’s. Highly recommend!!
We just moved to Philly and we are so lucky that we found Caleb! Not only he takes great care of our pup (Fuller), he also recommends us to so many great spots that we could take our pup. Fuller absolutely loves Caleb - you can tell by the intensity of the tail wag when he sees Caleb. This is a photo of Fuller taking a nap at Caleb’s place. I highly recommend 215petcare for all of your dog walking and dog sitting needs! Caleb has been my reliable and wonderful dog walker for years. My 3 very active pitties absolutely love him! Things can be hectic with my work schedule, but I know I can depend on Caleb’s flexibility to make sure my dogs get a nice walk with playtime while I am gone. He has even been able to stop by on shorter notice when I am out longer than I expected to be. It’s reassuring to know you have a dog walker that truly cares for your pet as much as you do, which is completely true of Caleb. Caleb is super reliable and you can tell he loves the dogs he takes care of and they love him. We've used him for 3 years and our dog gets so excited when she sees him coming up the street. Offers walks and day care which is great since our schedule changes on a weekly basis. He is more organized than we are most of the time. Would highly recommend!
Can't say enough about Caleb and 215Petcare. I've have been using Caleb for all my pet walking/sitting needs for a number of years now. From the very first time I met Caleb it was evident how much he loved dogs and how passionate he was about providing nothing but the best care. Caleb is so good with my dog! He was very patient as she learned to trust him (she developed a bit of separation anxiety during the pandemic). She clearly adores him now. Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. They send photos and updates during the walks, they make scheduling so easy and they are very accommodating! We have also had positive experiences with a few other members on her team! I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. I could go on and on, cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been using Philly Pet Care for cat care for about a year now and am very satisfied! I foster, so I have relied on them to take care of a few different cats so far, with different needs and personalities. Reliable and good communication. Price is reasonable, especially considering the good service provided. Most recently Dave took care of my family's 16-year-old cat, who required 2 visits a day and a very particular feeding routine, for 10 days, and everything went great! I recommend Philly Pet Care and plan to continue to use them for my future cat care needs. :)
Kristie and Dave have been incredible. They specialize in group walks which I wasn't sure if my dog was a good fit. But after careful consideration, and the fact that I have always wanted my dog to become more social, they have added her right into their group walks in the neighborhood and it has been so great & fun for her! I also needed someone who would be able to accommodate my part-time and sometimes last minute changed schedule and they have been so responsive, flexible and accommodating. Dave and Kristie have been walking my pitbull every week for the past few months, and I could not be more happy with their service. She, along with Dave and Kristie, have generously offered us puppy care advice and feedback (as they are the ones who see our dog during off hours of the day); to us, this makes them simply invaluable. - Overnight Care: We are eternally grateful that Kristie and Dave offer this extended service. For the convenience of their clients, they arrange to both pick up and drop off your dog from daycare/sleepovers in their own home. During our puppy's last overnight stay, Kristie texted us daily updates and pictures, and was completely accessible if we had questions. - Accessibility: Kristie and Dave seem to be "always on." We've called and emailed them out of the blue with questions beyond care/walking, and if they do not pick up/respond right away, they've reached out to let us know they would do so asap. No matter the time of day, I trust that we can be in touch with both of them with ease. - Dog Knowledge: We are new dog owners (of a very young puppy) and have had endless questions, desires for second opinions, etc. -- from food and treats to crate advice to medical questions and more. Kristie/Dave have offered us an incredible amount of honest and detailed information and resources. They've taught us so much since we first met them a few months ago. Kristie and Dave are true dog lovers, loyal to their clients (humans and dogs alike), and lift us up whenever we feel strapped for resources or information. We HIGHLY recommend their team!
Don't know what we would do without them! Dave and Kristie have cared for our special needs dog for about four years. They are reliable, trustworthy, and responsible. On top of that, we know that they treat our dog as if she's their own - which is especially comforting given her health concerns. Kristie and Dave have taken care of my dog for the last 4 years and they are amazing. They make my life 1000% times easier in so many ways. They treat my dog as if she were their own and they've come to our rescue every time we decide to go away at the last minute. It is of utmost importance to know my dog is in good hands, and I have never doubted that for a second since I found them. They pick her up and drop her off for daycare 4 times a week and she stays there whenever we go away. Kristie and Dave have really become like family over the years. Jessie is by far and away one of the kindest, most attentive, and passionate dog sitters weve ever met. She took care of our 3 dogs for over a week and we could not be happier. The dogs were well cared for and looked great when we got home. She even saved us with some last minute visits when our old dog walker couldnt handle our new GSD puppy. What's more amazing is how even our neighbors were impressed with how attentive she was with our dogs, playing and training them in our back yard. She would send us updates everyday with pictures and videos. And when we got home we found special treats and gifts for our pups courtesy of jessie. Above and beyond doesnt come close to how we feel about her services. Jessie is just outstanding, best decision Ive made for my pups.
Jessie was amazing with our dog, Jax. He’s usually very anxious when we go away, he won’t eat or play etc but when Jessie watched him none of that happened! When we got home he seemed a bit upset that it was us walking through the door and not Jessie I would highly recommend Jessie to watch your 4 legged fur baby, she’s wonderful!!
Amazing!! I asked a friend at work since she does a lot of pet rescue work, if she knew of anyone who could look after my four legged daughter while on vacation and she gave me Jessie's dogs. Jessie is amazing! She cares so much for all of her four legged children. I say children because she treats them as if they were her own children. From the moment i met her, I knew that maizie would be in best hands and spoiled. Jess knew that this was going to be the first time leaving her for an extended period of time that she sent text messages and videos every day so we would know she was ok and having a great time. You can throw your worries out the window when your loved one is staying with Jess. If you cant tell I would highly recommend Jessie's dogs.
Jessie is absolutely the best . She really knows how to interact and manage all different types of dogs . The amount of time she spends with them and to video and take pictures so she can share is above and beyond . I would only allow Jessie to take care of our Jaxie :)))
