I had the pleasure of doing a housesit for Lisa. As honestly listed, Bon Bon was quite territorial at the start of the sit and even though we did not end up being close friends, she did ease up to me over the days and seemed to be happy with my company nonetheless. Lisa was easily reachable and very supportive and she has a gorgeous cozy place. Not recommended sitting here without experience, but if you do have some, it will be a lovely stay :)
We had a lovely time in Cairns sitting for Leanne and Anthony. Their dog Murphy was a huge ball of delight, truly a gentle giant. Unfortunately, their other dog, Montana, got injured right before our sit started, so we were only looking after Murph.y It was the first time he had ever really been on his own, so he was looking for extra love! It was so cute taking care of such a big and gentle dog, he really is a sweetheart. Montana is great as well, we got to spend some time with her at the beginning and end of the sit and we wish her a speedy recovery. We really can't say enough about Leanne and Anthony's hospitality. There was a gap in our schedule and Leanne kindly invited us 4 days before the sit started. Anthony is both a master gardener and a cunning chef, and he treated us to a barage of exquisite meals. Leanne was very attentive and made sure that we had anything and everything that we could have needed. They are generous and kind souls and it was truly a pleasure caring for their pets and home while they were away. Cairns itself is beautiful and has an abundance of opportunities to explore Australia's tropical nature, and of course, the Great Barrier Reef. We highly recommend this sit and would be happy to come back and look after Murphy and Montana. ❤️
Our stay at Birgit and Jens’ place was wonderful, the highlight being of course, Max! Max is the sweetest dog, so gentle and alert and yet very easy-going and always happy to go on his walks. The apartment is compact, comfortable and contained everything we could have wished for. The community is calm and we met some lovely neighbours who were always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the cold water pool. Birgit and Jens were extremely welcoming and made us feel instantly at home, we’d love to come back!!
We had a super sit in St Helier (Jersey) for Kerry Jane and Matthew. Communication prior to our visit was excellent and on our arrival Kerry Jane and Matthew made us feel really welcome in their beautiful home. They gave us a thorough introduction to everything we would need around the house and Kerry Jane had lots of suggestions and recommendations of what to do and where to go during our stay. Kalou was an absolute joy. He is such an easy going, good-natured, dog and is affectionate and well behaved. He led us on his regular morning walk from the house and was happy to go in the car to accompany us as we ventured further afield and explored the island. He loves the beach and there are plenty to choose from! Kalou also loves to swim and happily swam along side us on our daily dips. We had a thoroughly relaxing time in Kerry Jane and Matthew’s home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, Kalou, and their home to other sitters.
Before our sit, communication was very friendly, simple and clear. Anna showed us around the apartment via Skype and explained everything. When we arrived everything was as discussed. The apartment is very uniquely furnished and could hardly be better located in SF. The two cats are very easy to care for and mega sweet. They could go out when we were home and came back in when called. Everything was super easy. We had a great time with them and in San Francisco. The surrounding neighborhood is exceptionally hip and great to eat. We can absolutely recommend this sit! Thank you Anna
Keely is the sweetest! She’s a handful in all the best ways. She always wants to share kisses, have her belly rubbed, and play fetch which I was happy to do. The house was gorgeous in a perfect neighborhood for walks in the area. It was so fun to sit with Bobby, the bunny, on Easter. He was eager to play in his tunnel and hop around. I would sit in the pen and he would hop all over to explore. Loves daily greens and his crunchy treats. Overall the sit was an easy weekend with cute housemates. Very thankful and would be happy to sit for them again!

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.
Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.
Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.
Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.
We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!
Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.
We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. If you are looking for a day care in West London this is a great daycare. Truffle our golden retriever was excited to see the staff that picked her up and was wiped when she came home from her fun day out. The booking portal is great as it makes it so easy and they also bill you monthly which is a positive. I would say it’s quite flexible as well in regards to how many days etc. The staff were always super nice especially given we had to change her trial a few times due to heat. I would recommend if you need a good daycare and your dog is a social butterfly.
Wally has been going a couple times and comes back very happy! We get to see videos during the day of him playing with other dogs, a great benefit for him. The team is super flexible and pick-ups/drop-off times very accurate. We met some of the team members, they are skilled professionnals, no doubt Wally is in good hands. Highly recommend
We absolutely love London Woof. Unlike some other daycare providers, you do not have to commit to a certain number of days like a nursery expects. The team are all 100% on making sure our cocker spaniel Quinn has the best time ever. We value the fact that we can choose between us dropping her off or LW collecting her and the same at the end of the day as my work can be a bit unpredictable and they make this very flexible which is incredibly invaluable to us. The easiest way for us to know that Quinn is happy to be there is how desperate she is to run in to see her mates when we drop her off. We trust these guys completely and are so grateful that we have such a great doggy daycare facility so close to us. 100% recommended for daycare. They also offer kennel services for overnights but we don't need this service which is why I've focused on daycare.
Having London Woof and the team in our lives has been amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better doggy day care. Ignas from London Woof has been incredible. He is patient, caring and loving with our puppy Koda. He would go out with Ignas and have the best adventures and we always knew he was looked after. Ignas not only works at the daycare caring for the dogs but he also provides training whilst he’s there. He is so knowledgeable about dogs and has supported us with training Koda. 5 stars for London Woof! I have tried a few dog daycares in SW London and LW has by far been the best experience. Lovely team, easily contactable and trustworthy. My 2yo spaniel comes home happy and tired and always gets excited upon pick-up. The photo updates are always appreciated! LW has an easy-to-use online booking system with monthly billing and no ‘minimum days’ which works well for me as my office days change. Thank you LW team for your reliability and care looking after Ollie!
LondonWoof has been a terrific find for me. The staff are really friendly and caring, and my Rosie comes back happy and tuckered out after a hard day playing :-) From my perspective, they are very flexible (much more so than some other daycares) and the online booking portal is great. I also like that they are local to SW London, so the dogs are not spending hours in the van going out to Surrey. All in all, 5 stars and long may Rosie continue to be a part of the LondonWoof family :-)
My dog Ruby is very shy and nervous around other dogs, and quite anxious in general. We have been sending her to London Woof once a week for a few weeks now to try and build her confidence up and get used to other dogs. I couldn't be happier or more impressed! Ruby is still not overly excited when they arrive to pick her up, but this morning she happily walked and led the way to the van with the driver, which I think says a lot! I receive updates and photos throughout the day and Ruby arrives home very happy and relaxed. The staff are kind and very helpful with all my questions and have been so understanding with allowing Ruby to settle and get used to the place and the other dogs. Very happy we found London Woof!
LondonWoof is simply the best! They have looked after my two dogs for almost four years now. I have used LondonWoof for daycare multiple days per week and boarding on occasion. My dogs always come home happy and tired after a great day with the LondonWoof team. They get so excited when they hear the van pull up outside and go running to greet the team. Its very clear that my dogs love the people at LondonWoof and you can see that love is mutual. I have never had to worry when my dogs are with them because I know they are in such good hands and are well taken care of. The team in the office is easily reachable and communication has always been open and quick. They have gone out of their way to help when special circumstances have come up and are very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend LondonWoof to anyone who is looking for outstanding dog care. As I said at the beginning LondonWoof is THE BEST!
We love using LondonWoof for doggy day care and overnight stays! We really needed some training help for our boy, Astro and their trainer, Ignas was amazing. Such a positive energy, easy to learn from and so helpful! We learned some great tools to navigate our 7 month old puppy. Ignas also trained Astro while he was at doggy day care and sent videos. LondonWoof is absolutely amazing! My golden retriever has had play days at LondonWoof several days a week for the past three years. She excitedly waits at the door for Angela to pick her up and comes home at the end of the day happy and exhausted! Gabor is quick to respond to any requests or questions I have and I never worry if Bella is well taken care of. Everyone there seems to genuinely love the dogs and make them a priority every day. When I met Kremena, I knew that she loved dogs and cats. Oscar my dog took to her like a duck to water and they built a fabulous bond which made me very happy. She has looked after him since he was 4 months old. She has kept me updated with pictures of his pranks and escapades while I have been at work. I have no hesitation in leaving Oscar with a peace of mind knowing that he will be loved unconditionally. Also I would like to say that she has accommodated me at very short notice. Which very few sitters do it. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dog board/sitter/walker it is her Thank you for all the love you give Oscar xx
Kremena is the best thing that could happen to our boys! We are very careful and picky with dog sitters, but once we met Kremena, all our doubts disappeared! I even said once to my husband that she takes better care of them than we do😄 Our boys are very spoiled and have millions routines per day, and Kremena follows all of them carefully and sends updates daily. One of our boys is scared to walk on the floors, she even let us put rugs all over her place! She is very kind, caring and responsible. We’ve already left our boys with Kremena twice for couple of weeks while we were away and I wouldn’t trust them to anybody else! And even afterwards, she’s still checking up on them! I have used Pets Kingdom for boarding my dog when I go away. Kremena is absolutely amazing - she is one of the few people that I trust 100% with my pup. She is extremely responsible, reliable and you see how much she absolutely loves animals. I know Kremena because she used to walk my last dogs years ago, which is why I still use her now for boarding. I only wish she offered daily pet care close to where I live!! Kremena was great with our cat. She came to our house and managed to build great relationship with him. Lucy has looked after our dog Pickle for 5 years now, walking him and boarding him when we need. She’s been an amazing support for us, she clearly cares and is trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t leave Pickle with anyone else. Highly recommend her services.
To be fair, Lucy is the only dog walker we’ve ever used. So it’s easy to say she’s the best we’ve ever had but will some one so accommodating and easy to work with we just don’t need anyone else. Three years in and the worst issue we’ve ever had was her accidentally taking one of our three leads. Our dog loves her and so do we.
Great service from Lucy and the team. They were able to accommodate our needs as our dog gets anxiety if travelling in a car/van so he couldn’t attend daycare. We were able to agree on a regular walks schedule and that works great for him and us. Thank you!

I rescued an American Bulldog cross who was only 6 months old about a year ago, she had no training and was a large breed. I needed someone who would help me out in calming her down, training and socialising with other dogs. I knew I was signing up to a difficult and dominant breed so it was never going to be easy to find someone suitable and had the man power/resources while i was at work. I was wrong, I phoned Lucy and straight away was impressed with the professionalism and commitment Lucy showed to Lyra. I can't thank Lucy and the team enough for helping me out and bringing Lyra on so much, she is now 18 months and I'm so happy with the dog and the progress she's made, a lot down to these guys, thanks again x
I highly recommend Milena as a dog walker! My dog absolutely adores her and is always so excited when she arrives for their walks. Milena is incredibly trustworthy and dependable, and it’s clear she cares deeply about the dogs she looks after. She also takes the best photos of the dogs on their walks, capturing their personalities and fun moments, which I always look forward to seeing. The other dogs she walks have wonderful temperaments, and it’s clear Milena does a great job matching dogs with friends they’ll enjoy. Milena has taken my dog, Winston, for group walks 5 days a week and occasional boarding (when im out of town) for several years and is amazing. Winston has a couple of health issues and can be nervous around other dogs and Milena has always been so accommodating and patient with him, which Ive always really valued and you can tell Winston does too! She really does care about each of the dogs she looks after and treats them like a member of the family which always puts my mind at ease when Winstons with her 🤍

We were so lucky to have Milena looking after our hamster while we were away for over a week. We were a bit worried at first because that was the first time we were leaving him with someone else, but she was sending us daily updates and photos and we could see he was very well looked after. Steve has been walking our Golden retriever twice a week for the last few months and have to say has been fantastic. He has a great calm demeanour with the dogs and they really respond well to him. Our dog initially was very frightened to get into the car, after a few weeks with Steve he absolutely loves it now. Our only regret is that we did not find him sooner - cant recommend him and his team highly enough!
Steve is a great dog walker and our two dogs cannot wait for their weekly outing with him. Every Wednesday morning they plonk themselves by the door at least one hour before he is due, keenly watching out for his arrival. Jeannie looks after our dog Iriska for a few years now. She walks her and looks after her in her house during our vacations. We trust Jeannie not only with the dog, but also with the house keys and when Iriska hears the keys in the lock she races to the door at her top speed. Iriska is a Hungarian Vizsla. She is very loud and boisterous and she needs loads of exercise and sometimes she can be disobedient, especially in the parks, with a lot of squirrels around. Our dog Griff has been a regular with Jeannie for the past few years, for day care but more frequently for extended stays over a weekend or 1 or 2 week holidays. Griff LOVES his time with Jeannie and we love him being there as we have the complete peace of mind knowing that he is extremely well looked after whilst we are away. Jeannie is an absolute delight. I cannot recommend Jeannie enough, my 1 year Jack was struggling with being sociable with other dogs, sometimes becoming aggressive needlessly. Jeannie took her on as a socialising exercise and the results are showing like she's a different dog entirely, having been taught quite nicely how to play properly. Jeannie is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, and leaving Ripley with her is never a worry, we know she's going to have the best time!
We have used Jeannie to walk and board our dog for a number of years. Our dog loves her and is always thrilled when she sees Jeannie. She also has groomed Lulu beautifully. Jeannie is responsive and completely reliable and totally professional and also kind and helpful.. We feel very lucky to have found Jeannie.

Christi has been a godsend for us. We just relocated back to London and I desperately needed daycare for my two pugs. Christi was super responsive and helpful. I had never been happy at the thought of putting my dog, Toby, into kennels, so I was delighted when I was recommended by a friend of Christi’s small dog service. We arranged for Toby and Christi to meet up. Now Toby regularly stays with Christi when I am away with work. I feel very confident that Toby is well looked after, well exercised and happy during his time with Christi and would have no hesitation recommending Christi to other dog owners.
Highly recommended! It was first time leaving my little chihuahua for such a long time to someone and Small dog daycare was the best choice! Christy is absolutely loving and caring she send me video’s everyday and updates about my dog Archie. She has has an amazing Shitzu, he is the most friendliest dog ive met. Dawn is amazing - she has such a lovely way with the pets she looks after. Our cat was poorly when we were away and she looked after his so well and took him to the vet - I felt like he was in very good hands. She always sends lots of updates and has lots of activities planned - would definitely recommend her services.
My cat Bryan is the fussiest eater, the most needy, delicate creature and a total mummy's boy so leaving him is always stressful. Yet in Dawn's very capable hands he's happy, healthy and always seems a little disappointed when I come home!😹 Dawn is kind, caring, honest and trustworthy. I always get updates of how Bryan is which is reassuring and thoughtful. I reached Great Catsby Pet Services requesting home sitting for my Cat. I have recently relocated to the UK and was struggling to secure either boarding or sitting services. Although Dawn had already a busy schedule for the summer season, she made an effort to create some space to look after our 9 year old cat Zeus. The communications before, during and after the sitting period were very prompt and clear. Dawn kept me posted day to day on Zeus situation. Dawn shows genuine care for Zeus, and went the extra mile making an effort to make Zeus play with her during the visits. She also managed to find a way to feed Zeus with a required daily tablet (not easy task with Zeus). I am very happy and grateful with Dawn, she is very helpful, polite and professional, I strongly recommend her services for anyone looking for high quality pet home-sitting.
Dawn is amazing. I had never been away for longer than overnight, and I asked Dawn (a stranger) to look after Summer for 17 days! I could not have left her in better hands. Dawn looked out for her, entertained her, loved her and worried about her, so I didn't have to. Daily reports and videos made me feel confidant that my cat was safe and well, and I could enjoy the trip. And now I have had to buy a cat tunnel and grooming gloves, so I can keep Summer in the manner she has become accustomed to!
Dawn is a superbly professional and caring cat sitter. She has looked after our youngish cat on numerous occasions and has always kept us informed of how he was getting on in our absence. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dawn. She is incredibly reliable, knowledgable and kind. I have used her services multiple times and returned to three very happy, calm cats. With three neurotic rescue cats, with special needs, this is no easy feat! While dealing with their fussy eating, Dawn also goes above and beyond to play and bond with them. Communication with me has been exceptional and it gives me great peace of mind knowing the cats are in such good hands whenever I go away.
We are so happy that we found Dawn. We have two cats and she comes over to feed and play with them whenever we go on holiday. I think the cats prefer it when we are away. They get fed, lots of fuss and she even brings round toys and activities to entertain them! She really is the best cat sitter ever!
Linda took great care of our two 3 month old kittens, Tally and Skye for three weeks. That was the first time we used a cattery and Linda send us daily updates and videos, which helped us to relax on our holiday. We felt at ease the moment we arrived as Linda is very caring and professional. She made the suggestion to swap the scratching post in the room, as one of the kittens chewed already on the carpet after 5 minutes. As they were full of energy, Linda made sure that they had extra playtime in the corridor and gave them extra toys. :-) I can highly recommend the cattery and Linda. We have 2 kittens just over 5 months Biggie and Mimi. This was our first time using a cattery. We were feeling nervous going away. Linda at Amberlodge was absolutely AMAZING from the first time we met her, she showed us around we could see how much love she has for cats we got such a warm feeling and we knew straight away this is the place we would like them to stay. The cattery was very clean and safe. Biggie and Mimi stayed for a week and Linda sent us video clips and pictures daily which eased our worries and we had a lovely relaxing holiday, we could see how much they were enjoying themselves and they were well looked after. We were worried they may not want to come back home. We are so happy to have found Linda, now we have a wonderful place for our fur babies when we go away. If you are looking for nice warm place for your cats we would highly recommend Linda’s cattery she is brilliant. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Linda. We’ve just picked up our two cats from Amberlodge. They had a fantastic time and were so well looked after. One of them in particular is nervous in most situations - other than at Amberlodge where she is very happy, calm and confident - and that’s all thanks to Linda and her approach and experience. They had a lovely home for the week, clean with lots of space and food and I loved the updates I got while I was away. I can’t recommended Linda highly enough.

Highly recommended, I had very positive experience with Amberlodge Cattery. I was quite worried about our cat Luna , but I was relieved after seeing Linda 's Cattery . The place is clean , calm and very safe , it really provides everything I wanted for my cat. Linda kept me updated daily with videos and photos,and when I went to collect my cat , I could see she was happy and well looked after . I would definitely leave Luna again there . Thank you Linda
Our two cats Oreo and Luna stayed here with Linda at AmberLodge for the first time and we and the cats were not disappointed! Linda is a wonderful host and can see the love she has for cats. Oreo and Luna did not want to leave once we returned from our trip. Our cat stayed here recently and Linda was amazing. It was the first time our cat stayed in a cattery and so we were a bit worried. However, we quickly relaxed as she kept us updated with video and pictures, where we could see him settling in fine. Couldn’t recommend AmberLodge and Linda enough.
We went vacation in this Easter Holiday for a week and kept our cats Leo & kitty in Amber Lodge. Ms Linda looked after our cats and she did very nicely. She informed us and send us WhatsApp photos everyday. Communication was very smooth. Our cats are very healthy. Highly recommended for those who are worried about their cat's boarding. Our pair of 7 months old kittens stayed with Linda for a full two weeks when we went away for Easter. It was their first time at a cattery and I was more than anxious, but Linda put me at ease by being the kind, experienced, patient and genuinely cat-loving person that she was. It was apparent that she was someone who truly cared about the well-being of cats. It took a good few days before my stubbornly skeptical kittens settled in and accepted Linda but when I picked them up two weeks later they were perfectly happy and healthy (and have gained weight too!). Thank you for a great first cattery experience. :)
