I absolutely loved house sitting for Karla and Scott, they were very thorough and communicative from the very beginning. This was my first house sit through the Trusted Housesitters site and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I adored Petey and Georgie as well who both had adorable personalities and were lovely and cuddly companions for the week. Giving Georgie his pill was a breeze as well for someone with no experience to that prior to this. I would most definitely come back and house sit for this incredible family. Highly recommend!
Tracee & Ken have a comfortable home with a comanding view. It was wonderful to see turkeys, deer, and a fox in their neighborhood. A hummingbird visited daily in their spacious backyard. Cooper is a delightful dog. He is well-mannered on a lead and never barks. He enjoys tug-of-war and cuddling. Betty is sweet and especially enjoys a rub around her face. Tacee & Ken provided easy-to-follow and helpful instructions. We communicated with ease through different mediums.
Jenna and Corey live in a beautiful neighborhood full of nature but 20 minutes to DC. Communication was easy. Bella is an absolutley adorable dog who loves snuggles and has plenty of energy for walks and play. George is a sophosticated cat who will allow you to pet him and is pretty low key.
Comfortable and amazing stay… I’ve enjoyed watching our dogs build a bond and I had great communication with homeowners.
What a lovely setting and a wonderful hostess. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of sitting for Darcy and her lovely fur family. Amber is a very gentle dog with lots of love to give and although it took her a little time to adjust she loved all the walks we went on and had no problem showing us all the routes if we were in doubt as to where to go!. she is very well behaved with impeccable manners. Shaboo the kitty cat was just such a pleasure and gave lots of cuddles from the minute we arrived. She is quite nimble for her age so watch out for her slipping past you out the door! :) Darcy's home is a lovely bespoke work of love. Her art is displayed all around the house which is tastefully decorated and cared for. The views are breathtaking and the walks along the close by beach or in the forest on the doorstep was absolutely divine. All and all a lovely sit with wonderful pets and a great hostess. 5 stars for Darcy, Amber and Shaboo. xxxxx we hope to see you again
This was my first THS sit and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! First of all, FP, is THE cuddliest, cutest, funniest cat I have ever met - we bonded instantly and she was my bestest pal for the two weeks I was there. She was easy to care for and her medication routine was no issue at all. Carli’s house was very comfortable, also easy to care for and it had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks time for another sit, I miss FP already!
