We had the best time at Anna and Clint’s house with Louie. Louie has such a good personality, he gives you that cute head tilt when you talk to him, it’s like he knows exactly what you are saying. He is an easygoing boy, he loves his walks, finding the perfect stick to chew on and napping in the sunny spots in the backyard. There are lots of great walks in the neighborhood but our favorite thing was hopping in the car and taking Louie on assorted adventures. He loves the car and can go for miles while on a hike. Anna and Clint were kind and welcoming and we hit it off right away. They left detailed information about the house, Louie and things to do in the area. They even left us a gift certificate for one of their favorite restaurants. Their home is very comfortable and clean and they left us plenty of space in the closet, dresser and bathroom drawers so we could settle in. There was room in the pantry and refrigerator as well and those of us that petsit on a regular basis know that this is much appreciated. They live in a prime location. There are many shops, grocery stores and restaurants all within walking distance. If you have a car you can easily get to all the good stuff in Wilmington from their place…having Louie in the backseat as your exploring buddy is a bonus. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can return at some point in the future!
It was truly a pleasure to sit for Anne and Chris in their lovely, cosy home. Anne made us feel extremely welcome from the off even taking time to show us one of the dog’s favourite walking routes before she left which was extremely helpful. Jess & Mia were wonderfully behaved and loved their walks, keeping us entertained with their different personalities. And although we didn’t see much of the cats, they were affectionate on their terms! Communication was excellent throughout and Anne & Chris were quick to respond to any questions we had even though they were on a different continent. Thank you again for your hospitality, trusting us with your girls and for the delicious marmalade!
Rob and Barbara became my instant friends. We talked about our children, grandchildren, travels, and of course, our pets. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Right on the golf course and close to the beach. I rode their bicycle all over the area. Tucker and Jessie were a lot of fun. Very affectionate and playful. Tucker refused to let me put my hands on my keyboard . . . . "pet me and don't stop!" It was a pleasure and I hope to see my new "old friends" again.
Cindy and Rich have a great hobby farm. Their home is off of a long dirt road which is secluded with an amazing view of Duvall and the mountains. Directions were left in the house and up at the feed shed for the horses, who are very calm, personable, and interact well with each other. They come right back from the fields when you call them and love their carrots and treats. Everything is organized and labeled, and I had all I needed for my stay. Bella has all the traits of a young, herding shepherd. Due to her rescue history, she was a little slow warming up, but after she did, she was by side almost all of the time. She loves her pets, belly rubs, playing with her tug toys, and laying at your feet. She's great on a leash and halter, and also likes to lay in the sun on her lead. Cindy and Rich's communication was great. While I was sitting, there was a wind storm in the area which caused downed trees resulting in a power outage for about 23 hours. They were offshore but as soon as they were alerted, they moved to a good cell service area to make sure the generator was able to be set up and running. It worked great for the whole house until the power was restored. I'd recommend their home and pets anytime for a peaceful sit.
Hana and Tygr have been very easy to care for. They are both fairly quiet cats and are happy whenever you cuddle them and play with them. Hana's meds are a routine for her, that doesn't seem to trouble her much. She wanted pets and cuddles just afterwards. At sleeping time, they both come and join you in bed :) at other times, they like to follow you around and really like the attention you give them. Christie was very easy to contact and talk to during and before the sit. I would definitely come and take care for these cute adorable cats again :)
A fabulous weekend. Sophie & Miles got in touch with a short notice request to help with 7 month old Luna and lovely Magic the cat and we were so pleased that we could help and got to spend time in their beautiful home. For a big puppy Luna us a delight, she likes to play but is also relaxed and sleeps happily in her crate at night. Magic is no trouble at all, just needs checking on every now and then with a little ear scratch and a food top up. We’ve had such a nice weekend and hope to be back again sometime (to see how big Luna has got!)

I can't express how impressed I was with Daleypawz and their employees. Being a business owner in the community myself, I have high standards and Daleypawz surpassed that in every way! As far as the actual service provided...5 star. Jayme was fantastic. My dogs can be a bit skittish when it comes to meeting new people and they warmed up to her quickly. I needed the service for a mid day potty break. I received communications on when she was going to arrive, lots of pictures, and detailed notes. I was a bit surprised when I got the bill, not sure if it was the app they used for scheduling or if I missed something. What I thought was going to be $23 for a 20 minute visit turned out to be $38 ($23 for the visit, $10 for an extra dog - though it was a potty break in a fenced yard, no walk required and a $5 travel fee for being out of range) - I would have been more aggravated if the service wasn't so perfect. The thing that didn't sit well with me was I asked about pricing for my crew for an overnight with all the details 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 pets requiring medications ( 3 of which are mixed in food and don't require manual pilling etc...) I did not get a response for 2 weeks. And on top of the wait time i still didn't get a direct quote - just a general list and when I did the math myself it was going to be over $200 for their most basic service with all my add ons. Not sure if I was forgotten about but I felt that I was not valued as a client with the lag in response. I found another option that didn't charge for every "add on". * edit- in response to the owners response below the question asked was in private chat- it was just missed- mistake by the company and not the client.
Best daycare around. Our dog truly is so loved and cared for! All staff really love and take care of your dog, and you couldn’t ask for more! Love this place and would not want to have our pup go anywhere else even if the drive is inconvenient- so worth it!
Jack and his crew were amazing in the 7 or so years we brought our dog for daycare. We found them to be genuinely good people who loved animals and always had a good attitude. We've moved so we don't go anymore but I wanted to post a review to acknowledge the great experience we had with Planet Bark.
This is an owner run facility. The owner is on site most times. It’s tough to get in as there is a waiting list, and the owner is strict about vaccines and fecal tests (a very good thing for your dog) but once you are in, you and your pooch will be glad. The staff is great and really care for dogs. The facility is clean and well run.
Wonderful dog day care. Our dog loves it, we love it. They take great care of him and he comes home both happy and tired every time. Love that you can make online reservations quickly and easily

My pup absolutely LOVES to visit his friends at Planet Bark! When I ask him if he wants to go "play" he sprints to the garage door a waits to be let out into the garage to jump in the car! I love Planet Bark because my pup does, but also because they take excellent care of my little buddy and are some of the nicest people you'd ever hope to meet. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a safe, fun environment for my pup. Huge plus that they have both indoor and outdoor play yards and cageless boarding!!!
The owner, Jack, and his team go above and beyond to care for our dog, whether for daycare or boarding. We never worry about our dog’s care when we board him, which is invaluable. We have been going to Planet Bark for many years and will never go anywhere else. We moved and changed jobs since starting our dog at Planet Bark, so the location isn’t as convenient for us; but we still go out of our way to bring our dog there.
Amazing doggie daycare. The staff is welcoming and thoughtful. Our dogs love them all and have the best time! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We love Planet Bark and highly recommend. Rey, our black Shepherd went to doggie daycare here for 2.5 years until we recently moved. Rey misses her friends and the owner, Jack, and all the staff! Fantastic, clean facility. The boarding is excellent, too, with all separate quarters for each dog. We miss you guys!
Love this place! I knew they were true dog lovers when they very honestly told me that our dog did not like daycare. They could have kept taking our money while my dog continued to be miserable, but they didn't... Now our newest pack member goes to daycare and he just loves it!!! When I pick him up he gets in the car and immediately falls asleep, which is great because he's a big puppy with lots of energy to burn. I cannot say enough about the staff, they are all truly wonderful people, they make every dog feel like they are the "top dog"!
Leaving a 1-star for now, but I was a customer for 5 years, and in that time their prices for overnight cage free boarding was $55. Just picked up my dog today from boarding to find out that the cost went up by $45 a night and they charged me $100/night for boarding which is absurd. The fact that they can’t tell you what price it’s going to cost on their website Insane and to have a policy like the one that they do. I will not be returning back to them Unless that policy changes and they have their pricing listed on their website.
My dog loved the place. She had so much fun playing with more dogs she met! I would really recromend this place, About an hour in and she is already tuckered out because of all the fun she had. The outside feild is also really nice. It's a nice place for many dogs. In fact, on the car ride she was super happy to go to the place. So, 5 stars out of me
Not only do my husband and I love Wagging Tails, but more importantly our dog, Tucker, does too! We are always welcomed with a smile and the staff knows Tucker well. The daycare offers many fun activities for the dogs and gives daily report cards, giving parents fun memorabilia and the dogs different ways to engage and play with each other. Tucker always comes home exhausted from a day of playing, and his ears perk up when I ask him if he wants to go play at daycare. Wagging tails is the best!
We have been going here for swimming since 2023 and have been loving it so far. We have a golden retriever so he loves swimming and having a pool nearby is amazing, whether the outdoor pool in Wolcott or the indoor pool in West Hartford, we love it all.
Went to a dock diving try it session. We were a little concerned because our dog loves swimming but doesn’t love jumping. The team there was great. They were very patient with Mando but also gave him some tough love when he needed it. Will definitely be going back.
Extremely Disappointed with Negligent Care and Poor Communication Our recent experience has left us deeply concerned about the well-being and safety of the pets under their care. When we picked up our dog from daycare, we immediately noticed he was limping. We immediately called and the staff at the daycare said they noticed...but did not notify us about the limp or any incident that might have caused it. When we spoke with the manager instead of receiving a straightforward explanation, we were met with evasiveness and a complete lack of accountability. He will most certainly not be going back. He would also come home disgusting (smelled like pee, chlorine, and sweat) and thirsty. I wish he never went to that place. We had to bathe him after every daycare visit
I brought a dog to/from daycare occasionally, so my experience is limited, but by all accounts seems like a great facility with great staff. They know the dogs by name of course, and you can tell that they've all developed a unique connection with each animal. They offer half and whole days and have very workable hours for all clients. I recommend!!
I find their online system confusing and difficult to book dock diving sessions. Last time we went they messed up our reservation time and asked me to change my time and I did and they said they would give it to us for free but then charged us for it. Today I tried to book my dog and they asked me to bring in a rabies vaccine, and I found that it expired literally yesterday and she canceled our appt. I come here when I can’t get out to K9 Dock diving in colchester, it is not my first choice😒
My dog seen in the picture below stayed at the west hartford location from 8-12-21 to 8-14-21. He is an 8 month old Rottweiler who has never stayed at any kind of boarding facility. When my pup came home from his visit Saturday evening he was not himself. I called and emailed less then 24hours from the time that he was picked up to inform staff that he most likely has kennel cough. No office manager ever called me back. When I called back not to long ago, I informed staff of what the vet said all I got was what do you want me to do. I will never visit this place again. I will upload pictures of all the dogs he was in close contact with. I am also going to report their unsafe practices to BBB. The facility seemed to be understaffed compared to the ratio of human/dog contact. Never again!!!

We have been using David’s Pet Services for many many years! We hired David and his team with our cats for when we went on vacation. We looked forward to our daily updates which always included sweet photos of our babies and often some funny ones thrown in there too. It was always obvious that whomever stopped by enjoyed their job and loved our cats. When we decided to get a puppy earlier this year, I contacted David for his dog walking services even before the puppy arrived! He was excited to work with us again and sad to hear about the passing of our cats. It was a huge stress relief to know that David would be on our puppy raising team and available so I wouldn’t be in “puppy prison”! I also love the ease of the app which wasn’t available back when we had our cats. I fully trust him and his team in our home and I know that in a pinch he will do his best always to help us out. I've been with David's Pet Services from the beginning and he and his team have never let me down. He cared for, walked, fed my golden doodle Rags for much of her life, and she loved seeing them. Lately, due to a health emergency, I needed them to walk my sister's dog, feed her, and feed my cat and they stepped right in, even thought it had been years since we communicated. I always feel secure about the needs of our pets being met with love and a lot of ear and back scratches! They send pictures after every visit and give a report on how the walk, feeding, whatever (even poops!) went. I have the highest regard and trust David's Pet Services employees who come into my house to take care of the cat as does my sister for her dog when I can't be there! Hire them, you won't be sorry. David’s Pet Service offers fantastic communication and thoughtful service. I recently moved to the area and was hoping to book overnights. Prior to contacting David’s Pet Service, I checked neighborhood Facebook pages and contacted a different dog walking/sitting company. I filled out that company’s digital forms and then sent a note explaining my situation, my coverage needs and my dog’s quirks. I didn’t hear back so I reached out to check in and they asked that I send my note through a different method on their app. I did that and when I didn’t hear back again, I reached out and they asked again that I send my note through the different method. I responded that I had sent it through all the methods and then didn’t hear back again for weeks. By contrast, I left David’s a voicemail, he texted the following day with a time he’d reach out, and then we had an open conversation about the booking. While David worked to schedule the booking he kept in touch and followed through. I absolutely love most technological advancements, but when it comes to my family - including my dog and especially with overnights - communication is so important. I will definitely be calling David’s Pet Service again.
I was hesitant to use any service as my dog is a bit of a jerk to put it mildly. His dog walker was so patient in getting to know him. They're complete bffs now. My dog is ALWAYS soooo happy when it's dog walking day. You can see from the pictures my walker provides when they're out, how happy my little dude is. I love the "status reports" the service provides. They're so cute. It shows time start, time done, route of walk, pics, and even if my guy did #1 and/or #2!! I will continue to use David's Pet Services and can't recommend them enough!!

Davids Pet Services are my new “Go To” second family for my fur babies. With us liking to travel more and when we have important long day events, I now know I can trust Davids Team with our two dogs without worrying and just enjoy our trip and life celebrations! I live my pets but there are days when we need to be away and we don’t want our babies to be alone and uncomfortable so we book Davids Pet Service!
We have been using David’s Pet Services for a little over six months and have been so impressed! Every walker is so nice and attentive to our three year old golden retriever. They have worked with us to reinforce good walking habits with him. He looks forward to his weekly walks! Their scheduling system is fantastic; it’s so nice to be able to go on there and add an additional walk or two when Baxter needs it. Overall we’ve had a wonderful experience!
My mom’s cats are officially frequent flyers on the DPS express!! We’ve been using DPS to watch our kitties when we go on vacation for over 5 years now. The caregivers always leave lovely step by step accounts of their visits, send us pictures, and make sure the kitties get their pets and playtime. Our resident chonker, Meatloaf, would give DPS 5 out of 5 toe beans 🐾
We highly recommend David's Pet Services if you need to have someone come and take your dog out in the afternoon while you are working as was our situation. Before we started with the dog walkers, the owner, David, came to our home to meet us and our dog, Lila. He was very professional and seemed highly trustworthy which is important to us when selecting a pet service for our dog. The App is very easy to use and provides a lot of useful information, such as who is coming each day and when. The Dog Walkers that came each week were simply wonderful. They were professional, gentle, and kind. The dog walkers send pictures of Lila out on her walk showing us her adventures. Lastly, all of the dog walkers that came to our home seemed very experienced in caring for dogs which was important to us. We highly recommend David's Pet Services if you need one.
Our pup, our little girl, has been an anxious one for as long as we’ve had her and finding the best fit for dog care has been challenging. We first came to learn of Hounds Town their presence as a local coffee shop and instantly felt a great connection with the team there - answering our questions, concerns, and support needs. We trialed our little girl, Hula, with their day care and she did so amazing and used them recently for a pup-cation stay for her while we went away on vacation recently. I have been impressed by the staff’s professionalism but also their time and attention to detail and care of not just our fur baby but also for all the others, too! Hula came home tired, but in a great way - they always communicated how she was doing and I loved seeing the photos/videos posted daily and I could see our fur baby enjoying her time. We look forward to continuing to use Hounds Town in the future for day care and pup-cations and cannot thank the entire team enough for all their dedication and hard work! The location always feels clean, smells very clean and appreciate their attention to detail - I highly recommend!
Hounds Town Hartford has been amazing for my dog! We were nervous to bring him to his first daycare experience at the age of 2 and originally only reached out to ask about boarding options. Bob and team took the time to answer all our questions and encouraged us to try daycare with boarding. They slowly introduced him to other dogs his size and temperament. They didn’t rush him and have plenty of space to ensure the dogs have time and space with compatible playmates! Not only do we love it but our dog loves it too! We are so thankful we tried Hounds Town Hartford and it’s been a huge relief to know our dog is in good hands while we’re at work all day! I also love the pictures they post daily, and the holiday events they plan! The whole staff has impressed us with how much they care about the animals and making sure it’s a positive experience for everyone! If you’re debating about whether it would be a good fit for your dog, I strongly encourage you to talk to Bob and give it a shot!
I have nothing but good things to say about Hounds Town. They accepted my dog even though she was a little nervous and shy at first and now she is out of her shell happier than ever! She comes home every night exhausted, but with the biggest smile on her face. I was debating a few daycares in the area but I am so happy with my decision! We love Hounds Town Hartford so much! My pup, Georgie, started here when it first opened in the fall, and I can’t think of a better home away from home. Georgie gets so excited every time she goes. I found hounds town because I was traveling out of town and it was a last minute thought to put my muffin in boarding and might I say I was a little nervous cause I never left my dog with anyone else (she just turned 1). The staff worked with me in getting my silly girl (Skye) in for evaluation and spent her 1st birthday with them and just loves going to see all the furry friends she has made and love the staff just as much. I can't thank the staff enough for making this easy for me and amazing for Skye!!!

Hounds Town was the best decision I ever made for my sweet pooch, Dallas! Initially, I was extremely uneasy about sending my rescue dog to daycare, fearing he might be scared and unable to adjust. However, the enrollment process was fantastic—Dallas met with the staff and other dogs, which eased my worries. I love their method of grouping dogs by temperament and size, and it’s clear Dallas is comfortable and happy with the staff. The facility is incredibly clean, smells great, and offers extra services like teeth brushing and nail clipping. The daily Facebook posts are a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend!
We’ve been taking our pup here for years. Wendy is amazing and our dog is always so excited to go in that he practically dislocates my husband’s shoulder trying to sprint towards the door when he drops him off.
Wendy is the only person I've ever seen here and she's super nice. She is terrific with the dogs. What I especially love about this place is that they accept donations for a local charity organization (No Animal Left Unfed). Every time I walk in, there are dogs barking, which is to be expected, obviously. The place is really clean. They have an outside space for dogs to play when the weather is nice.
I've used Wendy for 10 years...she is wonderful and my dogs love her. I highly recommend!!

I was quite apprehensive about leaving Misha for the first time anywhere so, I called Misha’s vet and asked her if she could recommend a place. Without hesitation, she recommended Best Friends pet Hotel in Avon Connecticut. I called and asked lots of questions. It sounded right. The morning I dropped Misha off, the attendant assured me that she would be well cared for, and I could call during the week as often as I liked to check on how she was doing. I waited a couple of days before calling and was told that the first day she was Not happy and not eating. From day two on she was happy, loved to play with the attendents and was eating well. No problems at all. I highly recommend Best Friends pet hotel. I plan on going on a three week vacation and will board Misha there for the entire time without any concerns for how well she’s being cared for.
We have used Best Friends in Avon for over 20 years with 2 different dogs with totally different personalities. Our current dog is very shy. But he is a climber. They have found ways to manage him and keep him safe. They love him and all the dogs. I recommend Best Friends Avon.
My dogs love coming to doggy day camp but what really makes the difference at Best Friends in Avon are the staff. They are very friendly, professional and reliable . We also use the groomer and she is also excellent. Thank you for taking the best care of Hope and Milo !
This was the first time using best friends pet hotel in Avon CT and overall it was a pleasant experience. My dog had a great time and they said she was an angel there and was very social with the other dogs. Fair with pricing including added in perks. Only minor issue would be difficulties finding out the drop off hours and even though we got there later they told us for next time and still checked her in with no problems.
Very comfortable leaving my small dog there, they are very kind and gentle with him. I can call and check on him and they never make me feel uncomfortable. Staff is great!!
The team at Best Friends Avon takes excellent care of Sandy both during doggy daycare AND when she boards overnight. We know she is extremely safe and happy because they take the time to know her and care for her on individual basis. LOVE Team BF Avon!
We booked a stay for our 2 goldens last summer while we were out of town and they had the best time! We got photos for reassurance, which was so nice. One of our dogs would get hives whenever he would be boarded or even went grooming because he would get so nervous, but this never happened to him with Best Friends. They come home happy every single time! We can’t recommend Best Friends enough!!
My dog loves going there. The staff Is amazing, especially Angel and Destiny. It’s very clean the dogs are very well taken care of and they have so much fun playing outside. I even had my dog room there and was very pleased.
My dog stay at best friends from 11/26 to 12/10/24 She looks healthy and happy! I personally will highly recommend them.
I have been coming to Best Friends for years for grooming with several dogs and a cat. They always have great personable service, reasonable rates and do wonderful work. My last visit included a rough Collie and 5 pound puppy grooming, they did a great job and my babies are even more adorable, clean and comfy.
We are thrilled with Audrey. She is reliable and trustworthy. We have one indoor cat, one outdoor cat (who vanishes when we travel), fish and plants. All are always well taken care of, giving us great peace of mind. Audrey does not hesitate to contact you if she has a concern. We had a bad cat fight during our last trip (Feb.). Audrey found blood and fur on the snow on the deck and was worried about our outdoor cat. Fortunately our security cameras captured the fight and our cat was not involved. We were able to share the videos with Audrey so she could also have peace of mind. Our outdoor cat showed up a day after our return looking no worse for wear.
We're so glad we discovered Happy Paws last year. Audrey took great care of our 13-year-old cat while we took a few week-long trips during the summer. Audrey texted updates & photos so we always had peace of mind, especially since Curtis the cat is very social & gets anxious when no one's around. While he doesn't currently have health problems it's good to know she can monitor him when we can't. And based on reviews from her other clients I'm confident she'll handle any such health issues should they arise while she checks on Curtis during our upcoming trips.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with Happy Paws. We utilized their services to help with our elderly cat while we went away for Christmas. Our cat required medications (topical, specialized feedings and oral syringe) twice a day and Audrey was not only reliable and dependable with delivering the meds, but she also sent us some updates with texts and pictures. Audrey was very thorough and attentive from the initial interview throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Happy Paws for your pet sitter needs.

I have an older, timid, special needs dog and Audrey is one of the few people my dog truly feels comfortable around. It's been like this since we first met Audrey. In addition to regular dog walking, Audrey recently stayed at my home while I was on vacation. My dog needs a number of medications and Audrey scrupulously maintained a log of the times the meds were administered and also her eating habits while I was away. I knew Audrey would be very caring for my dog, but this was way above and beyond what I expected!!! She is trustworthy, dependable and reliable. Audrey took fantastic care of our three cats while we were away for a week. She truly loves animals and it shows. By the time we came back, the cats were happy to see us but not desperate to see us - the true sign of a well-cared for cat. We will hire her whenever we are away.
When I met Audrey I was so relieved to find a pet sitter who I could trust with my fur babies. I was disappointed with all the kennels we had tried and was looking for a safer stress free option for my Goldendoodle and Siamese cat. Audrey has been our only pet sitter now for a year and a half. Audrey is great and easy to reach . I enjoy seeing photos or videos of my pets on Audrey's Facebook page. She has also watered my plants and shipped a package to us that we needed. I highly recommend Audrey for your pet sitting needs!
I'm so thankful that I have Audrey to check in on my dog Elvis !! Audrey is visiting Elvis several days/week and she is so patient with him. Elvis is a senior dog that is blind so he can't be rushed while outside or to do anything really, except eating of course :) Audrey is excellent with him and 100% reliable. Audrey is also very good at communicating if there is anything I need to know. Can't recommend her enough to anybody in need of a reliable and very caring dog walker or pet sitter.
I have zero complaints when it comes to Happy Paws Pet Care. Audrey goes above and beyond to meet her customers needs, whether that customer has two feet or four paws. My husband and I are extremely grateful to have Audrey check in on Tsavo and Chloe when we are away from home for long periods of time. When it comes to pet sitting there is no need to reinvent the wheel! Happy Paws provides exceptional service as relates your pet care needs. We would never again use any kennel service after having our dogs cared for by Audry. Bear our shepherd mix loves going to camp bow wow. He has changed for the better. Taking Bear to camp It allows me to drive with my best friend to and from work since camp is close by. The Camp BowWow staff clearly enjoys the dogs, and clearly love their roles in taking care of the dogs, which is most important to me. the best place ever!!!! I have been bringing my dog ace here for a few months now! He is about a year and a half years old and has so much fun here. When we turn on the street he is instantly excited and runs right in. As a dog owner I feel comfortable being able to get things I need done, especially knowing he’s so well cared for. Ace has done full days, half days, and now boarding! I love that if I’m worried I can check on him through the doggy cams! The staff here is so friendly and great with the dogs! I love that the staff stays in a pen with all the dogs and it makes me happy when I see them petting the dogs!
Curtis employees friendly environment. My dog always has lots of fun his tail never stops wagging. After years I've never seen a mean dog there. All friendly in the small dog area.
We love Camp Bow Wow in South Windsor. Very friendly, helpful staff. We feel this is a very safe space to leave our fur family, and never worry when we use their boarding services.
Our puppy loves going to Camp! The entire staff is so friendly and dog loving. We never worry about her when she is there. And when she comes home, she is wiped out and so cuddly from a day of play!

Great staff, just strange that this has been the first location that we had to do an interview again. All other states have been much easier to get boarding scheduled.
Absolutely wonderful as ever. Our boy Archer was not interested in playing very much (we were lucky enough to catch it on a Camper Cam) but the staff member with him could not have been caring, engaging or thoughtful. You've definitely earned our business going forward, and it is wonderful to know our family member is in such good hands!
