I have been boarding my dog, Simba, here for a while and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her mother were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to get to know Simba, ensuring he felt comfortable and at ease. I LOVE how attentive and responsive they are at any moment and receiving updates and photos during his stay, which reassured me that he was having a great time. Simba came home happy and well-cared-for, which speaks volumes about the care he received. I HIGHLY recommend to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and loving environment for their furry friends. We have been coming back time and time again for the past 2 years.

I found Michelle and her mom after my dogs daycare closed down. I can’t express how incredible they are!!! I have crazy schedule and they are always extra accommodating. My dogs love going there. Whether is for few hours, full days or for extended periods they ensure my babies are taken care of. You see the love they have for my babies. I definitely recommend them to anyone. If I need to drop them at 6am they are available. If I am running late they are available. Going on vacation they are available!!! They are super dog lovers!!

Had a horrible experience with these people. Left my dogs there for 3 days they called me 6am the first morning to come get the dogs because he was barking and they couldn’t sleep. The person I met was not the person who watched the dogs. My dog doesn’t bark so there was something wrong and making him uncomfortable. Either way the person who contacted me in the morning telling me I had to come get them was extremely rude and nasty. Don’t ever trust these people with your dogs. There are plenty of responsible dog sitters out there. Stay away from these people.

Michelle was great, our dog loved being there. She was very accommodating with everything and our dog Jack enjoyed his stay with her and her family.

Michelle has taken care of my dog Max for over a year now. He adores Michelle and her whole family. She always updates me regularly when he's in her home and he comes home happy. She is very prompt in her responses and makes sure to message me back right away, which is very important and a major reason I feel comfortable with her as my dog sitter. Her personality and good attitude is a bonus, as she is very friendly and personable. I would recommend Michelle to anyone I know without a doubt of hesitation. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle and her aunt did great with my lil old angry guy !!! I appreciated them soooo much I wanted him to stay home so they came directly to me and it all went well

Michelle has taken care of both my dogs Pepper and Stacy for over two weeks and I cannot feel more happy with her services. She has informed me daily on their progress and how they are doing and honestly this is the first time that they were left home alone so I was very skeptical but in her care I never had to worry about anything! I definitely recommend her services to everyone and I will see her in a couple of weeks!

Our pup Monty had a great time with Michelle! She was very sweet with our girl from the beginning and made us feel totally at ease. Monty surely has no critiques except to probably stay longer. I would have loved some more picture updates as it was our first time really leaving her but Michelle was so flexible and communicated a lot over text which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for her next stay!

I should’ve believed the negative reviews and NOT booked Michelle to care for my dog. Just like the previous reviewer said, Michelle was unresponsive to our texts during the 10 nights she cared for our dog. We are also convinced that he did not get the proper care as promised. When we got him back, his fur was stained with pee. The only way for this to be possible is that he was sitting in his pee for a prolonged amount of time. This has NEVER happened to him. Now we have to take him to a professional dog wash to hopefully clean his stained fur and get rid of the obnoxious smell. On top of that, he was not his happy self when we picked him up. Would 100% not recommend. Go to a professional doggy day care and save yourself the trouble!
