The staff at Camp Bow Wow took great care of our fur babies while we were away for 8 days in Hawaii. Besides being able to check in via the cams, we were sent daily messages and pictures via text . The messages described daily activities and shared images of them playing with thier furry friends. I felt at ease knowing they were in great hands. Thank you Camp Bow Wow.

Camp Bow Wow is truly amazing! They really love everyone’s pets and take care of our best friends! Our dog (Gus) has been enjoying them for almost a year now! They offer one to one playtime, socializing, interacting with other Pawwrrific friends! You can even observe from their cameras on your iPhone or computer! Great place for a day of fun for our furry friends or if you need to travel near or far away…they text you and keep you posted about your pets! Share images of their adventures and how they are doing while they’re there! Such a compassionate, kind, loving and fun establishment!! ❤️🐾🐶🐾❤️

We brought our dog for an interview to be sure she was a good fit for boarding while we go on vacation in the near future. Our dog, who has major separation anxiety did great here! Everyone was incredibly patient and worked to ensure she was as comfortable as possible. She came home exhausted from playing with all her new furiends. When I brought her back for her second visit, she couldn’t get in the door fast enough. We are so grateful for Camp Bow Wow and the knowledgeable counselors who help to care for our babe!

Best camp ever!! I tried the boarding service and I can’t give them anything but 5/5. I left my dog there for 5 weeks and I was really nervous at that time because it was my first time leaving him that long and in boarding. But the staff made it an awesome experience. Fast and easy communication. Picture updates. Daily reports about how is your dog doing. VERY friendly staff. They made my travels easier. And the most important is that my dog loves going to the camp and gets excited every visit.

I love that my Roxy is socializing all day, she's gets tons of exercise and she's learning how to behave around many different dog personalities. The staff were very welcoming and they all obviously love dogs! My dog is older and they took excellent care of him—they were very patient and kind. He had a great time and made a lot of friends!

Friendly staff. There should always be at least one staff member managing the front desk for check ins for those who drop off dogs before work (had to wait 12 minutes one time). Love the report cards and live cam.

Everyone is always so friendly! My dog absolutely loves having opportunities to play with other dogs and have enrichment opportunities. She is so happy and exhausted when she comes home. This place truly is incredible and we don’t board our dog anywhere else.

My George is basically a giant 100 pound toddler and the staff at CBB are so incredibly great with him! They are patient and work so well with him. I trust them with my pup and he absolutely adores going to camp. I've boarded him for weeks at a time and I know he is being cared for and is having the time of his life!

My dog Peanut loves Green Valley K9! She is a very shy dog and all of the staff are so kind and patient with her. It is now her favorite place to go and has helped her become so outgoing and well behaved in public settings! The staff are so nice and give updates on her and the new friends that she made that day at daycare! I also love the photos they post.

I was referred to Green Valley K9. My puppy Remington had a wonderful experience today. The customer service was great, friendly & helpful staff. I loved getting an update in my profile with my dog’s report card & photos during the day. I like that they allow time for the dogs to also rest while there so that it’s not overwhelming. Although my dog wasn’t interested in swimming, I do appreciate there is a pool. Hoping my dog decides to take a swim next time. Photo is of him with new Green Valley bandana

Great place. A clean, organized, professional doggie day and overnight care. I have a great pyranese puppy, and he loves every one on staff, the other dogs, and the swimming pool! I highly recommend Green Valley to any dog owner who wants to see your dog happier than when you left him/her.

my dog has been loving daycare here, most of the staff are super friendly and you can tell they love dogs. I especially love seeing the pics at the end of the day of her having fun running around with her friends. Having a high energy breed it’s been a game changer bringing her here where they have the space and capacity to keep her occupied. I definitely feel like I’m leaving her in good hands when I drop her off at GV. Highly recommend!

K9 Valley has been nothing but kind to my sweet over excited boy Jasper. As a new dog mom I find myself very overwhelmed with such an energetic well socialized puppy unlike his mom. Jasper gets so excited when I ask him “do you wanna go to school today?” Best decision I ever made

My Afghan Hound has been going to Green Valley K9 since they opened. The staff loves dogs and it is evident in the joy they take in their jobs. My dog is shy and fearful but she goes willingly to the staff because they have made her comfortable. I can't imagine having her groomed by anyone other than Amanda. She takes pride in her work and I can tell she really loves my dog. I'm so fortunate I have this home away from home for my dog.

My pup has been going here for a few months and he's in love. He goes crazy the second he sees the building in our car window. The staff is friendly and caring and my pup loves all of them. The only downside is it is a bit pricey but my philosophy is you get what you pay for and I've never been let down by this daycare --which is amazing because my pup is a HANDFUL. Also they send you photos of your pup almost every day!! For free!!

Jamie did a wonderful job grooming our pups for the first time. She was very patient, positive, and kind. We are coming back!!! I highly recommend this facility overall.

GVK9 has been a great place for our Bernedoodle Gus. He has gone there twice a week since he was a puppy and is always happy to go. He is now 3 1/2. The staff are amazing. They all know each dog and its personality. They are friendly, even during the occasionally chaotic hand-offs. The facility is beautiful, clean and always smells great; or rather, does not smell at all. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

I love Green Valley K9! Seriously, I tell everyone who has a dog to check out this place. The facility is always spotless, the employees are caring and my dog always has the best time. I’ve dropped off my dog for daycare and boarding lots of times and never had an issue. Keep up the good work guys!

We are so happy with the care, love, and services our pups have gotten at Central Bark! The staff are considerate, helpful, and care about the dogs. Our dogs seem to have a good time there, and we are always satisfied with the grooming they get. Even though we are moving further away from this location, we still intend to use their services because we trust them with our fur babies, and if you’re reading this, you know that is of utmost priority.

I don't support a lot of doggie daycares, because so many are focused on profit instead of what's best for the dogs. The program at Central Bark is designed with dogs in mind, and best practices for their comfort and well being! I'm very excited that they're opening in the area and the staff is wonderful. Bones is in their lobby too and they have lots of awesome snacks!

We recently took our toy poodle mix to Central Bark in Henrietta for grooming, and I cannot recommend them enough. Our little lady has special medical needs and doesn’t enjoy being groomed, but her groomer was incredibly patient and attentive, going at her pace and knowing exactly when to stop before our dog became too stressed. The groomer also suggested splitting up her grooming sessions into smaller appointments so we could tackle a little at a time, which makes the whole experience much less overwhelming for my girl. We don’t mind coming back for extra visits since it means a happier experience for everyone. Another thing I appreciate is their online booking and pre-check-in system. I could easily provide details about how we like her groomed, including linking images, so I didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything at drop-off. This is particularly helpful given our dog’s medical needs because there are some specifics that make her life a little better and easier for us. And it’s great that she gets to look adorable while staying comfortable and healthy. I'd highly recommend Central Bark!

Fantastic care for our 3 dogs any time that we travel. This place is super clean and the staff is caring and takes great care of our beloved pets. We also have our dogs groomed here and that has also been wonderful. Highly recommend!

We have had such a great experience with Central Bark! They are so kind, loves animals, and treats the pups like family. We were hesitant about places for our puppy but he really seems to do well here. Training with Cameo during daycare is also great! The ONE thing I wish they did was a webcam through the customer portal just to check in. Especially during longer stays. Highly recommend!

Over the years I have struggled finding a groomer that not only provided excellent care and great cuts but also being able to meet my grooming needs every 6 weeks. The scheduling process was seamless, accommodations impeccability clean, and when I arrived both my dogs were happily waiting with adorable cuts. I highly recommend Central Bark, they are very professional, friendly and have an absolute love for dogs. I would not hesitate to book a grooming appointment with them.

Central Bark has been the most amazing experience for our new puppy! The free puppy classes on Saturdays are an amazing introduction and we signed up immediately for weekly daycare! Our pup comes home so happy and so tired from playing all day! We’re so Happy we found a place that she loves. We are planning on having her stay for sleepovers this summer while we are on vacation. It’s such a relief knowing she will be happy and so well taken care of!!!

Knox absolutely loves going to day care at Central Bark. She gets mad at me when I leave for work and aren’t taking her with me!! The staff there are excellent and it’s super clean. Our three dogs love when I buy special surprises from Bones Bakery when I pick up Knox. we loved the Basic Skills classes with Cameo. Hopefully soon, we can start Intermediate Skills.

The Henrietta, NY location is spectacular. Everyone that my dog and I have met have been amazing. M pup has some anxiety and fear issues. (She is a newer rescue). I needed somewhere for her to be safe during the day for a week while my bathroom was getting remodeled. I was anxious about leaving her. The first day she was hesitant. Now on day three she couldn’t wait to go. They didn’t push her and are letting her come around on her own time. They are all super compassionate and very communicative. Highly recommend. The pricing can be a little confusing. My dog isn’t doing the interactive daycare bc she is struggling with reactivity to other dogs. So the terms are different for what her day program is called and the add on service seem to have different options. So it could easily be me just getting confused trying to plan. All and all 100% recommend and super clean too.

What a wonderful place! My dog, Wallace, loves Central Bark. He’s gone twice so far - he’s an only dog, so this is a nice way for him to socialize with other dogs and burn off some of his ‘puppy energy’ while I’m at work and the kids are at school. The employees that I’ve met so far are so nice and friendly. I also love that I can take advantage of the grooming services available on-site to get Wally’s nails trimmed or to get a bath while he’s already there at daycare… it’s like a one stop shop for dog lovers! Love that they also have bones bakery on site… Can’t wait to get Wally his very own birthday cake next month for his first birthday celebration. I also think Central Bark adds so many special touches to make you feel special - from seeing his name on the welcome sign when we first walked in the door, to receiving his ‘first day’ picture and the comprehensive write up for his behavior assessment - it really made me feel like my pet would be loved and cherished while he was there! I also love how they post videos on their social media page of the dogs enjoying their time playing together at Central Bark. We live in Greece, but it’s totally worth the trip to Henrietta - Wally has so much fun at Central Bark that he sleeps the whole way home.

Terrific dog daycare! My dog gets so excited as we pull up to the building. They have many spaces outside and inside, and can accommodate different sizes, levels of activity, and the staff is so attentive. I just love taking my dog there. Oh! They also have a live stream of each separate room/space so you can check in! The best!

Emily and her team have been great with our pup, Bear, as he adjusts to getting time a doggy day care. We’ve appreciated their onboarding/trial process and the overall value offered by their pricing/hours. We are very thankful to have them as an option for our dog and highly recommend them.

While on vacation in Rochester, our dog, Savannah spent a few days at Dogs at Play. We were very pleased with her care. On the second day, she was thrilled to go back. The staff is very attentive and helpful! We were able to check in on the webcams and it put our minds at ease that she was having a good experience!

I love this place. There’s always so many dogs for socializing! The people are so kind and hardworking. They have 2 outdoor yards that the dogs use pretty much all the time. The pricing is the best in Rochester. They also have streaming video of the different rooms not a lot of other daycares offer this. Take your fur baby here for some fun!! Your dog will come home TIRED!!!

My dog absolutely loves coming to day care at Dogs at Play. If I wasn't as careful, she would try to jump out the window to get in there sooner. Has been extremely helpful in socializing her as a puppy. The owner and staff that work there are all fantastic as well. They know all the dogs by name and are so great with them. The best part is my dog is completely exhausted and ready to sleep the night away after I pick her up. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Not sure what I would do without Dogs at Play! We've been coming for almost two years and not only is it a safe and fun place for our dog to be during the day, the staff is always recommending tips for behavior, etc. Being able to look in via webcams is such a wonderful bonus! Dogs at Play has my highest recommendation!

I have been taking my dog here 3 days a week for a little over 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and my dog really likes them. In fact as my car rounds the corner to drop him off in the morning my dog can hardly contain his excitement! To me this speaks volumes! I'm extremely picky about my dog and I would never ever take him any place else. The hours are great, the prices very fair. Great place for your dog to spend the day.

I have been a customer of Dogs at play for three years. If I did not believe completely in their ability, that would have been one day. My dog is my family, and I do not lightly trust his well-being to anyone. I was referred to Emily and her staff by both my vet and the trainer at my local humane society. I heard excellent things, and went to see the way it worked. I was impressed, and made an appointment to bring my dog in. They spend time with your dog before he or she joins the group there - they don't just take anyone with a handful of cash. Since then, they have watched after my dog a couple days a week, and when I pick him up I hear how his day was, what kind of interactions he had, and whether they noticed any health concerns. He is a happy, well socialized dog because of his time there. It is a well run, safe facility staffed by people who enjoy what they do and care for the animals in their charge. I can see my boy on the webcams, and sometimes see his picture on their facebook page. I recommend Dogs at play to anyone who wants their dog to be safe and cared for when they can't be with them.

After seeing some other reviews recently, we've decided it's best to share our experience as well. We left our dog Jasper at Add-En-On in May, for about 2 weeks. When we left him he was in good health and behavior was normal. My wife called during our trip to check on Jasper and was told he was taking time to warm up to the staff. This was the first warning sign - our dog is a social butterfly and loves meeting new people. At other kennels we've boarded him at he has barely cared that we were leaving because he loves meeting new people. An hour before we were scheduled to pick him back up from Add-En-On, we received a call saying he had a sore on his front foot that was starting to look infected. We received no prior notice that anything could be wrong. Upon pickup we found the sore on his front foot that was much larger and deeper than we thought and oozing white pus in addition to other sores on his feet, legs, and body. The most we received in explanation from the staff was that he might have been bitten by an insect, but that that they didn't know how he he was hurt and that they were "very sorry". The pictures show the types of sores, including the one on his front foot, which were very apparent that they had been present and festering for longer than the kennel staff let on. We immediately took Jasper to the vet and even with medication, constant bandage changes and care, it took a month for the sore to clear up (he still has a scar). Jasper has recovered somewhat from his sores, but his overall health and behavior have been diminished since his stay - he is still not the same dog we dropped off. If you care about your pet, heed these reviews and think twice before leaving your pet here. We are never going to take our pets back to Add-En-On.

Recently boarded my very young shizhu mix and chihuahua. We had a terrible experience at another boarding kennel, so I was very nervous. The place is beautiful, we took a tour and staff answered all our questions. It is clean, nicely run and welcoming. Our dogs did very well here, were clearly loved and cared for by staff. I was so happy when I came back from my trip and saw how great they did. I will be using them again for sure.

This is Pickles the day after picking him up from this Kennel after a week stay. He died less than an hour after these photos.. not even 24 hours after being picked up. When picking him up the person working mentioned he hadn't eaten in 2 days. When we saw him he had lost a noticeable amount of weight to the point his collar wouldn't even fit/stay on him. When I got in the car I noticed he had a bunch of white goop all around his eyes. I went back inside to ask if they had noticed this and they said they didn't. Brought him home and he had zero energy, just layed around. He was dead the next day. He was fine at drop off. Even had a vet visit a week prior. After calling and speaking to the owner stories were different on when they last saw him eat or how much. Also finding out he had blood in his stool they saw. He said they had noted these off symptoms and even had discussions about it and not ONCE after these observations did they call us and tell us. They even have you give them all your credit card information so if somethings is off while you're away they can take your dog to the vet which they obviously do not do! So I wouldn't reccomend or trust them with your CC info or your pets. When we called all they could say was they don't know what happened and mentioned an autopsy was probably too late to bother doing to determine his cause of death so we shouldn't bother with that. Also suspicious? Almost $300 spent for our beloved pet to not be cared enough for to help save him. And another $200 for having to cremate our baby after and just an "oops" response from the kennel. This is Pickles. He was 8 years old and suffered from complete negligence.

I dropped my dog off on July 15th and my parents picked her up on August 15th. She was dropped off in good health with a clean bill of health from the Vet before drop off and at pick up; she had lost 20 pounds, had sores all over her legs, her coat is shedding with severe dandruff, and has lost her personality. She is shy and scared and the complete opposite of when I dropped her off and she has zero energy which I unlike her. This place came highly recommended and I was concerned and dumbfounded how she has gotten this bad in a month in their care. She is not like the dog I dropped off.

Dogs enjoy and are excited to hang here. Nice spot in Mendon Ponds Park. Pick up and drop off need to be arranged to run smoothly.

I dropped my Samyoed off on Saturday June 1st and picked her up on Friday June 7th. She was in excellent health, nothing the matter with her, in fact my vet tells me each time we visit that my dog is in excellent physical and biological health. When I picked her up, she had a significant limp and when I asked what happened they blamed it on her age. How lame. Weren't open, honest or transparent. I took her to the vet on Saturday June 8th and they diagnosed a soft tissue sprain. Never taking any pet there ever again.

I love this place. Friendly attentive staff who really know how to pamper your dog. Fala can't wait to go in when I bring her there.

My 13 year old dog was recently at Add En Non for a week. They were able to put her next to her buddy. She was walked twice a day and when I picked her up she was happy and relaxed. Everyone there was super nice and I would highly recommend them!

Add-En-Boarding Kennels is a part of our family. Our Springer Spaniel, Marta loves to go and she comes home well exercised, clean and happy everytime. The staff is so patient, attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We take our 14 year old dog here and have been nothing but impressed with everything! We are always greeted with a smile, our dog is happy to walk back with employees and when we pick up it is obvious she has been loved ❤️

I cannot say enough great things about Ruff Day Resort! The staff's passion for what they do is evident from the moment you walk in. Winston has been attending Tiny Town for about six months now, twice a week, and he absolutely adores it. The team is incredibly accommodating with scheduling, which is such a relief for a busy pet parent like myself. Winston comes home exhausted from all the fun he has with his furry friends, often passing out in the car on the way back. Thank you, Ruff Day Resort, for providing such a safe and enjoyable environment for our beloved pets!

My dogs have been going to Ruff Day for daycare, boarding and training for the past two and half years. The staff is always attentive and makes sure my pups feel loved when they are away from my family. The facility is beautiful and I love the fact that the yards are turf so there is no muddy paws coming home. Highly recommend!

We've had such a good experience at Ruff Day since we started. Their facilities are top notch and the people are kind and accommodating. They were able to give our pup medication during boarding and I really appreciated the care he got.

* Since I cannot reply to the reply I’m editing I was not happy in June as they canceled and rescheduled multiple times groom was great. I was happy with the groom! This last visit yes the pups looked great but YOU CHARGED me without telling me the total and without consent. You charged me before we picked up!! If we don’t come in the increase should be communicated with and before services. Read additional reviews others have been charged without notice and extra fees without communication!!! See review 2 months ago from boarding charges. Took my dogs for grooming 2, 20lbs dogs no mats for a basic haircut. They upped the price without telling us. This was a $40 increase from last visit. They charged my card before I got there without authorization. I called to speak to the manager. Amy’s response increases were posted for 30 days in July. Ok still should tell the customer! They charged me $188 that’s crazy! I did not authorize this I was not made aware of the crazy price increase. When challenged Amy says we have you on camera bringing them in for groom. Ok yes not saying we weren’t there!! Again, charged we without my permission and without communicating the price!! I now have the next appointment at a different groomer $65 each. This place is a rip off go somewhere else!!!!

From a financial standpoint, it cost us over $900 to board our dog for one week. We paid the initial fee two weeks prior. Then , in the middle of our vacation, received another bill of almost $400 that no one told us about. They just emailed the bill without any explanation of additional charges. It should have been something told to us up front, that there was a chance of additional charges or at they very least they should have called before billing us. We have been to several kennels (they were all booked) and have never received additional charges like that. During our pup's stay, they did call us to tell us they had to make some modifications to her arrangements, but they never mentioned those came with a cost. Very disappointed in the customer service. Much prefer Paws and Claws where dogs are not crated and additional fees are not placed upon the dog's stay.

Another great stay at Ruff Day for our 2 year old Boston Blanche. She gets so excited when we pull in the driveway. She can get a little rambunctious so she is placed with dogs matching her energy. They take such good care of her. All the employees love her and I can tell the feeling is mutual. I recommend Ruff Day for either a one day play day or overnight if you are planning a trip.

I cannot recommend Ruff Day highly enough! My dog has attended daycare for two years and HE LOVES IT! The staff is caring and kind, and the ratio of staff to dogs is low so that dogs are properly supervised. There are so many big and little things that this facility attends to that I cannot imagine going anywhere else. LOVE RUFF DAY!!!

I've been bringing my dog to Ruff Day since he was a baby for daycare and boarding. He's grown up with them! Ruff Day has become such a safe and reliable resource for me, a working dog mom, to keep my boy active and happy when I can't be there for him. I trust wholeheartedly that they would do every right thing for my boy should something happen... and I felt that comfort with them from the start 2 years ago. Their facility is spotless, it's big, fun, and comfy for the dogs. I highly recommend Ruff Day! 10/10 on all fronts.

In response to Russell Arturo's review. I applaud Ruff Day Resort for making room and accommodations for your dog Layla, even WITHOUT her mandated vaccinations!! I can tell you that Amy and her staff have always been professional and caring for our dog. I would also like to point out that other day cares in the area would have told you "tough luck" about leaving for vacation in 20 minutes and not taking care of your dog's vaccines, to keep her (and other dogs) safe from disease, even with 6 months time to do so! You seem as though you do not care about your Layla (or other dogs), as much as your vacation! I truly hope your vacation was worth it and I pray that poor Layla is provided better care by you moving forward.

This dog daycare is the best. They make sure that the dogs are vaccinated so that everyone is safe. They remove collars when the dogs come in so no one gets hurt on a collar. They only take appointments to make sure that there is a good human/dog ratio. Their priority is the care and safety of the dogs. My puppy, Taylor gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. We tried another daycare prior to this one. Trust me, if you want to ensure the safety of your fur baby, this is the daycare to go to!

We’ve been trusting Lauryn and her family with our dog, Bella, for the past few years, and they’ve been nothing short of wonderful. Lauryn and Dave are incredibly organized and attentive, and their dog Charlie is super fun and gives Bella the activity that she would lack if she were left home alone. Together, they make Bella feel completely at home, and we always feel confident that she’s well cared for. It’s a huge relief to know she’s in such good hands whenever we need a sitter. We have never left our sweet Harley with anyone that she truly didn't now. Lauryn made the experience seamless and easy! She visited for a meet and greet prior to us leaving for a long weekend away and was comforted by her acknowledging our worries and set us at ease. Lauryn took exceptional care of our two cats- taking extra care to make sure they were safe, comfortable, and happy. She went out of her way to return one day when one cat was being fussy and not eating, and also wanted to check in on them (and the house) during bad weather. There was great communication with Lauryn before, during, and after her time taking care of our pets. We really enjoyed the daily photos/videos and regular updates. She clearly has a great amount of experience and love for animals (she gave a lot of individual attention to each cat). The best thing about Lauryn’s service was the peace of mind that we enjoyed knowing that they were being expertly taken care of while we were away. We look forward to using her services again in the future and highly recommend her!

Lauryn went above and beyond to provide my young dog with a fun-filled day. She even sent regular updates to let me know how things were going. Highly recommended!

Lauryn did a great job caring for our two cats while we traveled. She sent pictures, was responsive about food and supplies, and gave our kitties love and attention. When we had concerns about the programming of our automatic cat feeder, she even made an extra trip to check on them around the holidays. I’d highly recommend Lauryn. She’s great!

We took our 15 month old Shihtzu to stay a day and overnight with Lauryn. He was a pampered pup! Lauryn took him for walks on his leash, he played in her fenced in back yard with her dog, and he met some of her dog’s friends down the street! Lauryn took pictures and videos of our pup’s adventures and texted them to us while we were away. Lauryn’s communication is excellent. We met with Lauryn and her dog the week before and I was so impressed with her love of animals. Lauryn treated our pup like he was her own. I would definitely recommend Lauryn’s pet care service and we will be visiting again!

We would highly recommend Lauryn as a pet sitter! She was referred to us by friends whose family has enjoyed and valued her services. She didn’t disappoint. We have two small dogs. When she came, one was 9 and was being treated for an eye abrasion and needed eye drops three times per day and the other was 7 months who had just gone into heat! I was concerned as I was afraid that one wouldn’t cooperate with a stranger to put in eye drops and that I had never had a dog in heat in my life and neither had Lauryn. It worked out so well. Lauryn sent us pictures and an update every morning and answered each time we contacted her. She had Sylvester under control and spent time with them every visit! We were so relieved and so comfortable after the first day! Our last experience (pre Covid) with another sitter put us on edge and we only had one dog then, so this experience was just the opposite! The dogs were relaxed and comfortable with her and so were we. I hope we never lose Lauryn as our sitter! Joan Spencer

Lauryn and Dave watched our Golden Retriever overnight and it was an outstanding experience! We received photos throughout her stay and it was evident that Lauryn is an animal lover- she even brushed our dog! I highly recommend Lauryn and Dave; they cared for our dog as if she were a member of their family.

We were very pleased with the services Lauryn provided for our 2 guinea pigs Rover and Sparky. We did a meet and greet prior to dropping them off. Her house is very tidy and clean. Felt she was very thorough and had us complete a sheet for how to care for them while we were gone. She took the time to send us daily photo updates and gave the pigs lots of extra cuddles while we were away. She kept the cage clean and provided them with daily treats and food. She also had a special spot for them ready to go when I dropped them off. She provides various payment methods as well. I would highly recommend her services.

Bubba has Idiopathic Epilepsy and it's been hard for us to leave him due to his condition. Most boarding facilities do not accept special needs dogs. Also finding a dog sitter that has experience and we can fully trust was also a challenge. Then I stumbled upon Pet Care by A Step Above and Beyond and quickly inquired. I received a quick response from Lauryn and she asked unbiased and necessary questions about our dog so she can better judge if they can take him in. Bubba is also a rescue so we weren't really comfortable bringing him into a kennel since the environment will bring him stress. Finding out that A Step Above and Beyond is an in-home pet care gave us the peace of mind we were looking for for a pet boarding facility. Lauryn is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable with pet care. She and her husband welcomed our Bubba into their home and took excellent care of him. They communicated well with us in terms of if Bubba has a seizure and they went above and beyond to meet our requests. Lauryn never missed a day to update me with photos and videos which every furparent will appreciate. Bubba's stay was so amazing he did not wanna leave the couch when we picked him up. We highly recommend A Step Above and Beyond! ❤️

I tried to board my two cats here while I was in Europe for 10 days. When I dropped them off, my cats were obviously a little freaked out having been in the car and their carriers - usually that means the vet. When they've been in this state in the past, they usually calm down within 24 hours. As soon as I dropped them off, the people at the check in desk told me cats notoriously don't board well there and I'd have to send someone to pick them up if they didn't settle in. I had elected to board the cats because I didn't exactly have someone to check on them for that length of time. I understand wanting to warn pet parents about this - it's ultimately better for the pets - but the way this information was conveyed to me was last minute and stated rather rudely. If you know that cats don't board well there, why do you even offer it? Lesson learned on my end and fair warning to other cat owners - find a cat sitter instead and save yourself the headache.

They confirmed my stay with two different reservation specialist. They asked for dogs medication takes which I offer and spelled the name/dosage. Both representatives confirmed my dogs stay. Then when their email system emailed the incorrect stay date, I called back and they confirmed the correct day/our stay again. Upon arriving to the check in desk I asked why he’s on these medications, and that we’d need to call his vet to confirm he doesn’t have a UTI. I was also told a dog his age isn’t usually welcome to be boarded. A vet was not in the office our regular office when we called, so I left the line and contacted an urgent care vet we visited recently which confirmed he does does not have a UTI. I waited in line for another 45 -60 minutes while another group was checked in. I was then told the manager would need to be called and they were unable to accommodate my dog and his medications. From start to finish was about 1.5 hours corralling my dog and my toddlers while being told inconsistent information and ultimately denying a confirmed reservation. I’m pretty furious with Petsmart and will never return.

We tried to take our two puppies here when we went on our trip. The workers are not trained properly and our dogs are fearful and need some TLC. They were unreasonable with any reasonable accommodations we would request, and rude with answers not explaining why, just because. We didn’t even get them through the doors. Be cautious.

After using their services for about a week I can confirm that they do good work. There are little things that I am sure some patrons might get more annoyed at than myself and I'd argue that their price point is rather high, but overall they earned a strong 4 star in my book.

Took our dog here as a back up plan. They were able to accommodate our dog with a short notice, legit life saver! He did great! We will be bringing him back!

A dog had to have their leg amputated after staying here. BEWARE!!!!

Very caring, truly loves dogs and on top of it all she does great grooming! She asks if you have any requests in styling your dog and her studio is VERY clean!

I've used Doggie D'tailing Studio for 10 yrs now. I wouldn't trust my Oreo to anyone else! Teena (the owner) is a rare and unique find in this "Big Box store" society! She treats each of her clients as if they were her very own!! If you're fortunate enough to have Doggie D'tailing Studio as your groomer, you'll know EXACTLY what I mean.

Teena has been grooming our dogs for probably 15 years. She is the most caring and gentle dog groomer and our dog is anxious but Teena is able to calm her down and make her feel comfortable. We won't let anyone else groom our dogs. Teena also is very kind and loving to the humans who bring dogs to be groomed. We love Teena.

Teena deserves nothing less than 5 stars. There’s no one I would rather drop my dog off to, honestly. Not only has she groomed my golden doodle for his whole life but also my Bichon before him for years!! She is the sweetest and can make any dog feel safe and comfortable while in her care. Highly, highly recommend her.

Teena was the best. She was always sweet and gentle with my two poms. Her trim jobs were also on point! My boys have never had cuter ears, and she'd take care of any other excessively long hairs (feet, pants) while leaving their coat long and luxurious. She accommodated their food allergies by finding treats they could have, and always checked in with me about shampoo choices (oatmeal if they had dry skin, bright white if wanted, etc). I don't know what kind of magic she used, but they were as soft as a cloud for weeks after seeing a visit here!

Oh my goodness!! Our Cavalier has never looked so beautiful! Teena did an amazing grooming job! Teena is gentle, caring, talented and professional! I have found the only groomer for our pup!

I dropped my shorkie off and Tina was so loving with her. The appt took a few hours cause she wanted to get to know my dog and really take care of her. My shorkie was SO CUTE when I picked her up, she smelled amazing and Tina explained everything she did to me. She has an extremely fair price for her services. I am very pleased and will be returning!

Tina is the best! When we bring our Westie he gets so excited to go “to see Tina” because of her kind, calm, gentle and professional grooming, bathing and nails. We have been with Tina for about 3 years and will never go anywhere else again! Thank you!

I think Teena might be a dog whisperer! My nervous pup instantly felt right at ease with her and she was extremely patient with him. She even lets me stand by his side the whole time.

Bonnie and PJ are an extension of our family as far as our dogs and cat are concerned. They are very loving and attentive to our four legged friends. We can go away and feel very confident that Bonnie and PJ are taking great care of our animals when we are not able to. their rates are very reasonable too!

I am so grateful to PJ and Bonnie for the care and attention they provide to Molly! It brings me such peace of mind to know that Molly is receiving excellent care while I am away at work.
