What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

It was a pleasure for Bill and I to have Daria take care of our golden doodle, Bentley. Daria was punctual and very friendly upon arrival. Bentley warmed up to Daria immediately! Daria is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. We felt very comfortable to have her stay at our home and sit for Bentley. While we were gone, Daria updated us with a couple of pictures of Bentley, and, also took him on a walk. This was the first time Bentley has had a sitter, and Daria’s calm and easy going personality made it an easy first time! We came home to a very relaxed dog. 😊 The house was in perfect condition upon returning, as if she hadn’t even stayed. We were very lucky & thrilled to be able to welcome back Jim & Lana to look after our three boys and the house for a second time and for our longest trip away so far (5 weeks). It is a real pleasure when away for such an extended period (for us at least) to have the comfort of knowing the boys are happy and the house cared for. Even better to come home to chilled doggies & a clean house. Jim & Lana are great communicators, very experienced with property & pets and lovely people, who again made us feel at ease and definitely bonded with our boys. No surprise at all that they have so many fantastic reviews on top of ours and we absolutely recommend them, while also hoping that our future vacation plans and their commitments coincide again and we can welcome them back. Kelly and Tyler were wonderful pet caregivers and house sitters. They communicated well with us before and after the sit, and took great care of our dog, cat and goats. We returned to a tidy house and happy, relaxed animals. They asked good questions and connected so well with our pets.

Sarah was fantastic! She made this trip so effortless and worry free. I think my apartment was cleaner when I came home than when I left! I look forward to having her sit again!

Liz and Jose are the perfect pet sitters! They communicate well, are personable and clearly know and like dogs. We came home to happy and relaxed dogs and a spotless house! We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.

Mary Pat was great for this weekend stay. Dexter and Luna warmed up to her and she was very communicative for the twice-daily updates that I requested. Would love to have her back.

Ash traveled a LONG way for this sit and still managed to be right on time -- a great indication of the professionalism/reliability that was to come. Our off-grid mountain home requires a fairly detailed orientation, and Ash didn't miss a thing. And our indefatigable mountain dog was even tired when we got home -- not an easy thing to accomplish.

Lisa was an amazing care giver and sitter for our home. We would most certainly invite her back. She came in a day early to learn the routine of the pets and put up with a chaotic household full of our family as we prepared for our trip. Couldn't be more grateful for her watching over our home. Wrigley, our dog, still stands outside the guest bedroom each night since we returned home, hoping Lisa might be there. There is no better review than that.

Andy is excellent in every way. He is easy to communicate with. He adjusted his schedule to meet mine. He followed all the house rules, and the house was very clean when I got back. Most importantly the dogs were well cared for and happy. One of my dogs got sick and made multiple messes. Andy took care of it all without any complaints. He is the most compassionate, considerate, and friendly sitter.

Another phenomenonal sit by Mike and Kathy! These two are some of the most genuine, caring people I have met in a long time. My dogs are THRILLED to see them! Your home and pets are in loving hands when you host Mike & Kathy. 🤩
