We really enjoyed our housesit in Colima. The house is fantastic, the view of the volcano will never bore you, every day is different. And Gaga and Emmy are the cutest, they also never bored us haha. Diane and Rogelio gave us some wonderful tips of the area and we could always send them a message. There were some unexpected thunderstorms but thanks to them we always knew what to do!
This housesit has been one of my favorite housesits ever! Doran and Karen are very accommodating and treated me so well...they are high quality, decent, and reasonable people. I'm so grateful to have met them and stayed in their home.
The pets, Maisy and Pearl are both sweet and a joy to take care of. The house is extremely comfortable, it overlooks a beautiful lake and is in a terrific community very close to Boston with many recreational and social opportunities close by.
If you have the opportunity to housesit for Doran and Karen, do not think twice....just do it! You will be glad you did!
We had a very nice time in Bordeaux. Although we didn't have the opportunity to meet Gracie in person, she was still very attentive and very kind. Kougie is a very cute kitty, he likes to meow and spend time outside. The house is very well located, with access to public transport and close to the city center. Thanks Gracie 😊
We had a lovely relaxing time looking after Polly & Bosco. Both dogs were very friendly, well behaved and easy to care for. Polly enjoyed short walks around Helen’s fields and garden & was happy to watch as Bosco carried on walking and running around for a little longer. Bosco also enjoyed lots of ball play in the garden, whilst Polly enjoyed relaxing in the sun & fresh air. Helen’s house is very comfortable, with a lovely large well equipped kitchen diner, a cosy lounge and a well stocked library. And the views are absolutely stunning with hills, fields and trees in every direction. We had time for quick & enjoyable trips in the area, including visiting Shibden Hall, Haworth, the Bronte parsonage and the Piece Hall in Halifax. Would thoroughly recommend this sit to anyone who likes to get away from it all in the countryside in the company of friendly easy going dogs.

Laura and the team have been absolutely amazing with my dog storm. Following a recent accident, they have been accommodating in dealing with his new abilities, making sure he gets lots of cuddles and generally supporting me at a difficult time. Can't fault them at all, 100% recommend.
We use We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. Laura is an absolutely delight! My dog Lilly truly loves meeting her and when I need to be away I always know that Lilly is well cared for. There is great communication of the boarding (once Lilly is there) as well as every time I need to book an additional date. It is a difficult thing to find the right company to watch pets when we go on holidays (and to trust it!) but I feel like we have found a solution which works perfectly for us. Laura is an absolutely delight and Lilly is super happy every time we need to go away.
I can't recommend Laura and We Love Pets Haywards Heath highly enough! My lurcher is a fussy old man but he wags his tail with delight every time I drop him off and makes himself right at home on Laura's sofa without even a look back at me! Finding a doggy day care that you can trust is so difficult and I'm delighted with Laura & her business. She really cares for my boy and ensures that he's comfortable and happy. She is really easy going and flexible, which is useful when London trains are misbehaving, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She only has one or two dogs at a time, so there is no concern about unsettled groups or manic walks with multiple dogs. If you want a friendly and reliable dog sitter, walker or boarder, don't hesitate to get in touch with Laura, your pup is in the safest hands!

Our little sausage dog has been to Laura’s several times now and she absolutely loves it! Laura takes great care of her and is very happy to send photos and texts to reassure us whilst we are away. It’s so reassuring that we have someone so lovely to look after our precious pup when we aren’t able to. We would definitely recommend her!
Laura and her team have been walking our lively labrador a few times a week for a year now. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them! Although he’s very lively, our dog can also be quite nervous in new situations and Laura really took the time to chat to us about that and made sure all of us were totally comfortable which was so reassuring. All the walkers are just the loveliest people and are all amazing with our dog. We very consciously chose a dog walker that doesn’t use a van with cages and doesn’t walk huge numbers of dogs at a time. We love pets either walk locally to our house or the walkers will transport our dog securely in their own cars. Our dog is regularly walked with another dog but prior to this happening the team made sure they would get on well and were a good fit for each other - I don’t believe this is something other local dog walkers do. We can tell how much our dog loves the walkers and that makes us love them too!
We were introduced to the 'We Love Pets Team' when our cockapoo was still a young puppy. From the beginning I had peace of mind leaving our puppy in their care. Just picked up our lovely Sausage from Laura’s who owns the Haywards Heath branch, he has been so well looked after. The true test for me was as we walked him to drop him off I had to let the lead go about 100 yards from the house and he ran to Laura’s front door squealing with delight. There is no way he could go into a kennel as he has bad separation anxiety, when he stays with Laura he is part of her family, he adores the children and has a very soft spot for both Laura and her husband. Laura also looked after our two Hamsters and again we have come home to them being happy. I would recommend Laura to anyone!
Our dog Marlow absolutely loves boarding with Laura. He truly is part of the family when he’s there, and we have no worries at all except maybe if he’ll ever want to come back home to us. Laura and her team are so lovely and accommodating, I’m so glad we found them!
Laura from We Love Pets dog sat our mature German Shepherd at our home for two days. Poppy loves going to the Doghouse! She spends her whole day playing with other dogs, having fun all the day. On top of that, she is in love with every single amazing people caring of the dogs. They are really professional with a good sense of humour and really know how to please them. The playground is beautiful and very big. Perfect place to put your dog, knowing all will be perfect.
What a place for your dog…. This is truly one of the best locations and settings and the staff are so friendly and always available for a chat. So where do I start….. Bentley had a bad experience at another day care and we found the Doghouse. We had an introduction to the Doghouse with Rachel & Ross. They explained everything and straight away put us at ease following our other experience. We arranged a start date for Bentley and have not looked back since. He so looks forward to going to point that he is hanging out of the window when we enter the drive and he cannot wait to meet the staff. He always is excited to be there. When wwe pick him up he is totally shattered and we can tell he has enjoyed himself. We would like to thank the Doghouse for what they do and how much enrichment they have bought Bentley. If you’re looking for daycare do not hesitate to send your dog here. It really is worth it.
My 2 Labs have attended The Dog since they were puppies, over 2 years now. I have no regrets. They know where they are once we go over 'the bumps' to the gates. They are always happy to get out of the car & are very happy, but tired when I pick them up Great Team looking after them, who all clearly love their job & care Ross's training is also great to gain your confidence with your own dog
Rachel, Ross, Charley and Jaz are all wonderful with dogs. Our 9 month old lab has been going 1 or 2 days a week to The Doghouse since June, and he absolutely LOVES it! He is well looked after, comes back exhausted from all the play and sleeps like a log for the next day or two. He's always excited to go back each week. Such an amazing setting too - facilities are fab. We booked on for training with Ross shortly after starting at The Doghouse, which has been transformative for our pup. Would highly recommend The Doghouse - brilliant!

The Doghouse is so much more than a daycare and we could not recommend this place highly enough! We have a large breed Romanian rescue and had encountered real struggles with finding a suitable daycare for her before we found The Doghouse. On our first visit we knew we'd found the perfect place, we already had high expectations but somehow it still managed to surpass these. The grounds are absolutely stunning and Ross' knowledge and understanding in all things dog related really cemented that we'd found the right place. To date, Ross is the only person who has instantly recognised Dahlia's unusual breed, he truly understands the nature of the breed and all the quirks that come with it! We have seen a massive change in Dahlia since she joined The Doghouse last year, she has gained so much in confidence and really come out of her shell. The entire team are fantastic with her and it's lovely to see how excited Dahlia is to see them in the mornings when we drop her off. To Ross, Rachel, Charley and Matt - a massive thank you for all you have done and continue to do for Dahlia.
I’ve been using the Doghouse for over a year now! I feel so lucky to have found them! My dog absolutely adores the whole team. They treat all the dogs in their care as individuals and it’s obvious the team love what they do! The facilities are amazing and I couldn’t think of a better place (other than her being at home!) for her to go! Keep doing what you’re doing - you’re all absolutely fabulous!!!
Absolute saviours! We first took our GSD for behaviour training with Ross at 14 months old when we found him being reactive to both people and other dogs and were on our last option for someone to help us. Ross has an incredible understanding of dogs in all capacities and is just so knowledgeable and compassionate. He helped teach us ways to desensitise our pup, helping him with his confidence (as any GSD owner will know, they have zero confidence and are the biggest wimps 🤣), getting us to properly engage with him and walk nicely on the lead. Every day, every walk is a school day! We are now 18 months in and our boy has grown in confidence, socialises with the other dogs so well and is so much happier. We cannot recommend Ross, Rachel, Charley (his favourite person ever) and the team at the Doghouse highly enough. They are all absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Lora & Ben
My puppy joined The Doghouse when he was quite young and I was quite anxious about leaving him. From the initial show round, until now, the team there have been nothing but loving and supportive to Bertie, and myself. Charley and Fran are utterly brilliant, and Bertie just loves seeing their faces at drop off. We have recommended to others and would highly recommend to you.
The Doghouse is an absolutely beautiful oasis where dogs are properly cared for and treated like their own by the staff. I viewed several other doggycare facilities in the area and nothing came close to the level of quality or professionalism from the staff. The problem with The Doghouse is that everytime I dropped off my dog, I wanted to stay for the day as well! I also think it is exceptionally good value considering the grounds and facility.
Our trio of piggies stayed with Anna for a week whilst we were on holiday. Anna was so kind to look at photos of their home cage and set their holiday cage up in a similar way. They immediately settled and we knew they were in safe hands as soon as we dropped them off. Anna regularly shared cute photos and videos of our piggies which we loved. The piggies got lovely fresh veg, hay and treats. They can't wait to visit again! Anna is so kind and you can tell she loves each and every piggy she looks after. We're so grateful to have this wonderful holiday home near us, and it's very convenient for anyone flying from Gatwick too.
I would never take my guinea pigs anywhere else than her. My boys were there for 3 weeks and she looked after them so well. She kept me updated of how they are and what they doing. She is so lovely,friendly and the best. If you need someone to look after for your small pet, she is the one for you.
My little bun had such a great time whilst we were away for a few days. Anna updated me with pics and video clips, which helped ease that anxiety being away from our fur baby. She also kept a camera to watch over her when away, which was even more reassuring. Anna had everything covered, so we could relax! Thank you so so much.. I can’t recommend Anna at Fluffies & Friends highly enough. She is so kind and caring and I just knew instantly she would look after my piggies well. Their enclosure was kept clean, they had time in the grass run and I received daily updates/photos. 5* i will be booking them in for future holidays. Thank you!
Our 2 guinea pigs went to stay with Anna at Fluffies & Friends for 2 weeks while we were away. They had a fantastic time - great accommodation, loads of fresh veggies, grass and hay. And, best of all, they got such wonderful care and attention from Anna. She clearly spent lots of time with them, getting to know them and gaining their trust. They came home very relaxed and happy to have people, even those they don't know, around them. While we were away, Anna sent us photos and videos of our guinea pigs, every few days. This was great and the kids loved seeing their pets looking happy and having a good time. Anna was also great at passing on information she has learned from looking after guinea pigs for years. We now have lots of new veggies to try on our guinea pigs and they seem to be enjoying them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fluffies & Friends to anyone and I'm about to book them in again for our next holiday.

Our two fluffy guinea pigs spent a week here, fantastic accommodation, food and enrichment to keep them busy. Anna sent regular updates and I knew the boys were in safe hands. She was also flexible with drop off and pick up, which I really appreciated. Great experience all round.
Our elderly guinea pig has just spent a wonderful week at Fluffies & Friends. Anna took excellent care of Nibbles’ needs and we were reassured with photos and texts while we were away. Anna is a professional with a heart! She looked after our two guinea pigs very well, fed them with high quality hay and fresh vegetables daily. The cage was set up very thoughtfully, it was big with cosy corners and it had been kept clean neatly. During the 12 days of our holidays abroad the fluffy ladies enjoyed a wonderful staycation with Anna! We would always book her service again. 5 stars!
My Guinea pigs stayed with Anna for 10 days and had a lovely time. She sent me regular pictures and the cage was super clean and well equipped. It’s so nice not having to worry about transporting their cage around when I want to go away! Super convenient and very reasonably priced in comparison to others I looked at. First time using Auntie Jack, but it won’t be the last. Our very nervous cat has been very well cared for, didn’t lose weight as he normally does when in a cattery, and even gave some cuddles (rare!) showing he liked and trusted Nick and Jackie. Very reassuring to have WhatsApp photos and updates daily. Highly recommended.

We first took our German Shepherd Pablo to Jo when he was just 4 months old and we’ve never looked back. We started off with the puppy package and since then he has had many grooms, walks and overnight stays with Lead me to Luxury and we feel so lucky to have found them. The team are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs, Pablo absolutely loves visiting them whether its’ for a holiday or a groom and its reassuring to know we can leave him in a safe and loving environment. Every groom includes a 6-point health check and Pablo comes home smelling and looking amazing. I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to everyone I had the chance to.
Great experience in a lovely professional salon. Our dogs were relaxed and happy and came out looking (and smelling) beautiful. Jo is clearly very experienced with dogs and the health check is welcome reassurance our dogs are healthy. Worth travelling that little bit further from East Grinstead for a wonderful service.
Jo is very good with my collie Jesse who goes for a bath & blow dry once a month. Jesse has a few issues mentally (as she's a rescue) & physically (arthritis) so I stayed with her the first time but she was fine & Jo was very caring. The facilities are excellent and I'm especially impressed by the way Jo has arranged the drop off & collection of dogs off during the time of this dreaded corona virus. I can't recommend her highly enough, & leave Jesse with her without any worries.
No hesitation in recommending Jo and her team, my labradoodle puppy loves going for grooming and is always so excited to be there. We recently used the boarding service and everything was so easy with great communications throughout and there was a marked difference in behaviour when he came home. They clearly know what they are doing and offer professional and friendly service that is 100% reliable. Will be making use of the daycare services once we return to office working.
Jo is wonderful, and I absolutely recommend Lead Me to Luxury. Having a nervous dog it is so reassuring to know that she is in safe hands and enjoying being pampered! She always looks (and smells) great after a groom, and the health check is also an additional reassurance. Have been taking my dog to Jo for 2 years now and even though we have moved further away I still wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else!
Our dog Teddy absolutely loves Jo and is always excited to see her. He always comes back from his groom looking handsome and smelling terrific! Jo is incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable and professional. It's always good to know you are leaving your dog in safe hands.
Jo is absolutely lovely! I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to anyone and everyone I had the chance to! She's had my German Shepherd since he was a pup and she's great with him. He absolutely loves her and she's always really affectionate towards him! That's the biggest thing about Jo... She really cares about our (big) baby boy and while she is washing him she looks out for any little issues he might have, that we might have missed, like skin irritation, or a sore foot, or early signs of an ear infection... All sorts of little things which you'd only spot if you took the time and effort to know the dog. In summary, Jo is brilliant with our Nico and she handles him wonderfully and being a big lad her can be a handful, but she's always so patient and gentle with him... Plus he always comes back looking and smelling wonderful and since she's been doing his teeth, with lovely shining teeth!
Richard and Jo are just amazing. The ginger ninja has just had his first class holiday break of 4 weeks and he told us he had had the best time ever and when can he go again😂🐶 As mum and dad we received photos of his holiday whilst we were away enjoying ourselves. He he looked so relaxed and taking prime spot in front of the log burner. He made so many new friends. He is over the moon now that he knows he’s got his next holiday booked for a further 2 weeks later this year. Once again thank you Richard and Jo
Jo. and her team have been grooming our 7 year old spaniel regularly for most of her life! She always comes back looking very neat and tidy. Most recently they spotted a small growth which we hadn't seen. That allowed us get her successfully treated by the vet much sooner than we might have otherwise. So good to know that besides a neat 'hair do' she's getting experienced eyes looking out for health issues too. Top marks.
Kieran is absolutely brilliant with our dog. He’s reliable, really cares about animals, takes him for such great walks and even sends brilliant pictures. I know Milo is in such safe hands when we are at work and loved as much as we love him. I highly recommend Kieran for his very reasonable and excellent service.

Kieran has been so good for Milo. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to you. I was very worried about returning to work after having had a career break. I wanted someone for Milo who felt like part of the family popping in to take him for a walk. That is exactly how Kieran works. Milo is so well looked after and so happy. Thank you.
Kieran gave excellent care to our two guinea pigs while we were on holiday. He loves animals and we felt very happy leaving our pets with him. His small animal boarding facilities are excellent. Would highly recommend.
Ace Buddies has been amazingly reliable for Layla. Kieran has never let me down and I always know she is in good hands. I never worry about her. She was introduced to Ace Buddies as a German Shepherd puppy and has grown to be a playful, well behaved and confident dog who loves humans. I give ace buddies much credit in this. Kieran has been great with our dog Tinker. Introducing him to other dogs on his walk has really helped him and he always sends us picture of him when he’s out. Kieran is professional and totally trustworthy.

We are so happy that we've found Kieran to watch after our bunnies when traveling. He is such a nice guy, and you can tell he really loves animals! The bunnies were well taken care of and we would highly recommend Keiran to anyone looking for someone to look after their fur babies.
I cannot speak highly enough of Kieran's truly good natured and professional approach. Every time he has walked my dog, I receive positive feedback which speaks volumes in itself as Gemma can be a bit fussy and challenging to say the least! He has clearly managed to form a rapport with her whilst ensuring she doesn't misbehave! I was also relieved to find someone who is affordable compared to some other dog walkers. Kieran has been wonderfully supportive and needless to say I would recommend Ace Buddies to anyone!
This is more of a dog kennel with a cattery included. We took our two cats to this cattery two weekends ago and I was not best pleased with the customer service. When we dropped them off at reception they didn't ask for the cats names to see who was who and as a result when it came to collecting them my partner said he was there to pick up and said our cats names and the receptionist looked at him like who? Our cats were there for 5 days! I felt the service was very in-personable and would not take my cats back. You can tell it's all about the dogs.
I've used a few kennels in my time but Cherry Trees are hands down the best. The animals have clean, well insulated and warm looking sleeping areas. The location and country side, enclosed fields etc gives confidence that their exercise needs are being met. It did not have the usual kennel stench that you find in some places. The staff were friendly and are happy to give you a tour around the facilities to ensure it is the right fit for your standards. The kennels are clean. Only downside is that they get booked up fast. But that's a testament to how good the kennels are. Staff are always helpful and seem genuinely to love animals and enjoy their jobs there.
My two huskies absolutely love Cherry Tree Kennels. They never look back and just want to get inside when we visit, which is a relief when you go on a holiday. They come back tired and happy dogs. People working at Cherry Tree are all very nice but ultimately it’s the happiness and wellbeing of our dogs that matters while we are away. Thank you for all your hard work!
First time using them following a settling in day. Our dog seemed happy to be back and keen to go in. Dropping off and picking up was well organised , though it can get busy at key times so you may need to wait for a few mins. They checked they had all the right information. He came out clean and happy too. Not remotely stressed. I do know what a few others mean about the small kennels/ no runs etc, but our dog certainly didn't seem to mind and apparently enjoyed his playing time out and his walk.
Not the place for us unfortunately. The facility looks (from the front desk) to be in good condition and fairly well run, and people were friendly over the phone. We waited months for a regular slot to come up and ended up visiting three times in recent months for a half day and two full days. Unfortunately on two of the three times I dropped my dog off I found the person running the front desk very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I even called after the first time I experienced this to ask whether I’d done something wrong with checking the dog in which had accidentally annoyed them - which I hadn’t, so assumed it was a bad day and let it go. On the third visit, again, she looked less than impressed with my bouncy Labrador, she didn’t know we were coming despite having booked, and so decided this wasn’t the right place for us anymore. On collection I cancelled all my future appointments and no one asked me why so I left it at that. Lots of glowing reviews from other customers, so might be the wrong fit for me and my dog.
Very good experience. Dogs went for a day visit. Was shown a video of them living their best life out in their secure field.

Rue (our flatcoated retriever) had her first over night (2 nights) stay at Cherry Tree (we had a trail session a couple of weeks ago, where Rue stayed for just the afternoon). Although Rue cannot reply properly, when we picked her up, she greeted us as enthusiastically as always and then went back to the lady who brought her out and was equally enthusiastic, so we took that as a great sign that Rue had a great time. The whole process of booking Rue in, dropping her off ans picking her up was straight forward and shows the many years of experience they have running the business. We will have no hesitation in Rue staying again.. Highly recommended.
Our labrador, Sunny, has just had his first full week at Cherry Tree Kennels. We needn't of worried about him. He has come home happy and healthy and clearly loved his holiday there. Thank you so much 💓 …
We went to view this kennels, whist the staff seemed lovely and friendly, the area looked lovely also, but I did feel very sorry for the dogs particularly the ones in what seemed like a shed, they were behind frosted doors and closed inside there, the sizes of the areas they were closed into looked far too small particularly for one big black dog in the corner with no access to an outside area for them to relieve themselves or any sight of the outside for who knows how long, we were told if it was hot they were not let out so I was very unsure where they were supposed to go. We were told staff left at 4 half 4 after they were fed and this concerned me as to how or where a dog was supposed to toilet from that time until the next morning. We cancelled our bookings and I don't think I will ever forget that shed and how it made me feel for those dogs in those small areas. Such a shame as the staff seemed hard working and lovely and assumed most kennels have an attached outside area onto the back of them which is closed off at night, just not right for our dogs particularly as my dog will not toilet where he sleeps and I can imagine would feel very stressed and bored.
