Kent and Kathy were awesome! They took great care of my 2 energetic puppies, gave them their medication, took them on golf cart rides and several long walks every day. I love that they sent pictures and facetimed with us. When we got home my house was spotless and Kathy had baked us a tomato pie that was the best tomato pie that we have ever had!! There is nothing better than coming home to happy pups, a clean house and dinner already cooked!
We had a wonderful stay with Maple in Kitsilano. She is a sweet independent cat who follows her own routine and lets you know when it's time for food and snacks. She's very easy to look after. Alice's home is so comfortable and clean and in a lovely part of Kitsilano, a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars you could want and very handy to the beach. Alice leaves you full instructions and is very easy to communicate with. This was a super sit, thanks Alice and Maple.

Our stay was our first foray into house and cat sitting. Our hosts Harriet and Vittorio were very welcoming and gave us a thorough overview of our responsibilities which were very straightforward. We had a lovely time exploring the area and lovely to return to base and make friends with our furry companion. We enjoyed watching the many bird visitors in the garden and kept an eye open for the fox in the evening. Our temporary home was lovely and would recommend this sit.
House-sitting for Mary Ellen was such a treat! Phoebe and Lill are very affectionate and playful. Mary Ellen is communicative and accommodating, and her welcome guide is detailed and thorough. Although it was very cold in December, Ciaran's Mum, Margaret, very kindly made sure I was well stocked up with firewood and coal which kept us all toasty. It's a beautiful island and I would recommend this house-sit to anyone!
Whisky was such a cute and sweet little guy. He was exceptionally shy and took three solid days before he approached me. He warmed up slowly but became affectionate over time and was well behaved. Jenni was accommodating and friendly to work with. My only complaint was the neighbor's dogs barking late at night about 5 meters from the bedroom window. I'm sure Jenni would have known about this, as her landlord acknowledged it has been a problem for a while. She mentioned she was spending most of her time at her partner's house and would likely move out of her place, and I couldn't help but wonder if the dogs were the reason. I would sit for Whisky again if Jenni does move as she indicated, but I would only recommend staying at her San Mateo apartment if the sitter is a very heavy sleeper.

Our teen kitten Baxter has now stayed twice at furbaby retreat. Both times he has come back more confident with new people and has been as happy as can be. Happy to be home whilst not being annoyed or upset. We have been more relaxed on holidays from the daily updates we are sent and knowing that he is in good hands - with people who are paying attention to him, playing and the fact he gets dedicated attention & enrichment, which I couldn't guarantee he would get with a pet sitter staying in our home. The change in environment and routine hasn't been an issue (like all cats... I'm sure he would let us know if it had been 😉). It's clear Jess cares about the furbabies who stay, and she has put in effort to connect with Bax from the moment we arrive with him to the time he is packed up for home. 1st time stay for 5 nights. My cat was taken care of with Love from the second we entered. Great care was given to ensure everything was thought of. The entire place is spotless and run very efficiently. The team are wonderfully calm and gentle and clearly love and understand cats. Really appreciated the daily WhatsApp videos and photos. It was lovely and reassuring to see how she went from day 1 (very shy) to proudly strutting about, climbing and exploring with tail held high and playing. Nobody enjoys leaving their pets in these places but Furbaby Retreat really makes it a lot less painful when you know your little one is taken care of so well. Thank you Ginger and Jess. Great job.
Jess and the team truly cared for the cats. This is the third time my cat, QQ had stayed at Furbaby. QQ seemed very contented and happy. I appreciated the daily updates of how my little QQ is doing to give me a peace of mind. QQ enjoyed her daily walking exercise at the play room and the massages and cuddles from Jess and the team. The place is kept very clean and facilities were of high standard. I would highly recommend their services.
My 1 year old Siamese cat has stayed here a few times when necessary. I was worried about her as she needs a lot of love but is very wary of strangers. Last time she settled in right away and even wanted to say goodbye to Jess before we left. They always keep you updated with photos and information on their day. If you need someone else to care for your cat, for a short while, for whatever reason, this is the place to take them!!!
I can’t recommend Furbaby Retreat highly enough! Our anxious boy stayed here for just over 2 weeks while we were overseas and he absolutely loved it! The wonderful staff at Furbaby Retreat managed his special diet, supplements and medications, and the daily picture and video updates made me feel so at ease. He has settled in at home again beautifully too. We will definitely book him in again next time we go on holiday.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Furbaby Retreat when we had to board our cat whilst our apartment underwent renovations. They were great and communicating with us with updates on our Furbaby, and how he was adjusting to the change. We loved the pictures they sent us and videos, it made the separation anxiety I had easier to deal with! All the staff we dealt with were lovely and compassionate and they deeply cared for all of the cats in their care. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ❤️
I 100% recommend Furbaby Retreat for anyone needing a safe place to look after their furbaby for a period of time. I recently had my baby stay here for 7 nights - I had booked the glamping suite for her, thinking it would be the best room given her general energy at home and boisterous nature. Unfortunately, she was not a fan and was all too overwhelmed by the change in environment, the window and not being around her people. The team at Furbaby Retreat were attentive in their concern for her wellbeing and care, keeping me regularly updated with photos and messages. We ended up moving her to a standard suite and she improved a lot greatly, clearly my girl is low maintenance and prefers peaceful seclusion. When we were meant to fly home, my partner became unwell and we were forced to extend our stay away. The team at Furbaby were so helpful and understanding, not only showing compassion for Tinkerbell, but my partner as well. They easily kept her for the extra time, alleviating one stress in a pile of many. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time, but the team were amazing. If I need to board her again, I will definitely be using them again!

On Scouts first day, I could not believe how energised she was, full of love, bouncing around generally just full of beans! I believe this energy comes from the care, love and attention that she herself receives. I imagine this for all the dogs that attend. Of course until we get home then I like to think of her as she rests recalling all dog pals she played with that day! Our dog Callie had the best time at doggy day care with Madame Mas. The team are so lovely and make the extra effort to make Callie feel welcomed and secure on her first day. We took her back the very next day and she couldn't have been more excited to get back to the fun at day care. We loved seeing the videos posted on Instagram, and always felt she was being looked after and having fun. It's super easy to park and drop/pick up. Our dog Maxi loves it here. They play games with the dogs and it comes with a report everyday too. You can see your dog playing with other dogs. Not like others that fence up and you don’t know what’s going on in there. Highly recommend this place if you care for your dog’s mental health lol

They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

Had a great experience for our two mini schnauzers. Our sitters were Ben & Liz and they were great. We did have to prompt for updates throughout the two weeks, but what we got was photos and videos of VERY happy puppies, clearly getting a lot of love. The house was left immaculate with bedding stripped, washed and drying on the line by 8.30am! We have requested another sit for the next holiday and hoping for Ben & Liz again!

We have used House and Pet Sitters for about 5 years. Recently the quality of the sits has been very poor. Our most recent , and last, experience was that the sitter came home drunk, had left his car and our house keys somewhere and so he tried to climb the front fence. When he couldn’t do this, he climbed the neighbour fence, at 3.30am, and then climbed into our yard. He ripped off our gutters and down pipe in the process. Unfortunately Jenny at House and Pet Sitters thought we were unreasonable in complaining and cancelled our future sits because “our requirements could not be met”. Unbelievable.
In highly recommend Pet and House Sitters. I have used them a couple of times and have always been very happy with the service. Our sitter takes wonderful care of our elderly dog and our house is always left spotlessly clean with a treat and some necessities left in the fridge for us. Jenny is very helpful and accommodating. We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess treats all of her dogs like they're her own and when we travel, it's such a relief, knowing our girl is so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Tess to anyone!
Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. My two cavoodles Layla and Bella stayed with Tess for a week recently and had such a great time they did not want to come home. Tess was loving and caring and exercised them regularly. I had multiple photos sent to me each day showing how happy they were. I am so grateful. I am so thankful for her wonderful care. Thank you Tess. You made my holiday relaxing where I was not worried about my pets.
All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.
We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.
My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!
I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. They have created such a positive community for all, it is an extremely well run business - I cannot recommend it enough.
My boys Tim Tam and Merlot have been to going to K9to5 daycare for over 13 years and they have received an excellent care from the staffs. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. It’s clear that the team here loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat the dogs. The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. My dog Alfie has been going to K9to5 since he was a year old (now 4!) and I can confidently say he is delighted every week when we drop him off. Our 5-yo labradoodle Samson has been going to K9to5 since he was a puppy and absolutely loves it! He genuinely cannot wait to get out of the car each time we arrive. The staff, doggy birthday parties and overall service is just fantastic. We would be lost without K9to5!
We have been bringing our Gino to K9to5 for over a year and it's honestly the best thing we ever did! Everyone is wonderful here they take such good care of all the dogs, with lots of activities and fun. At the end of the day we have a tired happy boy that can't wait to go back and see all his friends!
Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !
Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! You can tell she really loves her dogs and all those that she looks after.Thanks so much Jennifer!
Our pups Barry and Missy were looked after so well! They came home with smiles on their faces and looking healthier than ever! Loved receiving the photos and video updates of their fun walks and dog park plays. Highly recommend! And a great peace of mind knowing our fur babies are so well looked after when we are away!
Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. Fast response, so caring and nurturing. Felt at ease leaving my boy Tux with her, he was so comfortable in her environment which is completely equipped with everything your dog will need. He had so much fun socializing, playing and going on walks. She updated me with photos and messages throughout his stay. So lovely to deal with will definitely be using her services again. I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!
Jennifer looked after ours two dogs Cleo and Goliath. They absolutely loved their stay and got to meet new doggie friends too. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to look after your pets as she is a true dog lover. She even sent us regular pics and videos as my daughter was missing them.

Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.
Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. It was really peace of mind to know Robbie was there to look after her and we loved receiving photos and videos of how she was doing. We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.
We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. Our dog Lilly was so spoilt and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when leaving our pets when we are on holidays. When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. They kept us regularly updated with news about the animals, and were such lovely people that all the dog-walking people at our local park will miss them (as will we). Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. When we arrived back from our holiday, the house was spotless, there was fresh bread in the kitchen and fresh milk in the fridge.
