Cari Ann was a home/pet owners dream come true, as she was everything we needed in a house/pet sitter: she consistently provided timely communications regarding anything we asked. She is energetic, upbeat, enthusiastic, genuine and sincere. Our last trip was challenging even before we left our home, as four days before our departure (and out of the blue) one of our dogs became ill, and despite all efforts and a two-day emergency hospital stay, her heart gave out and she passed away two days later. We kept Cari Ann informed of the situation right from the start, as we initially thought we'd have to cancel the sit to stay home and care for our dog. Cari Ann was completely understanding through those uncertain two-days and stayed flexible the entire time. So despite the challenge, we did depart on the trip as originally planned, and Cari Ann arrived eager and helpful! She listened to everything we told her about the pets and house, and did everything we asked for. We received regular text messages with photo updates and were impressed that even our Siamese cat was regularly sitting on Cari Ann's lap and even sleeping with her at night!. In addition to all these important concerns, since this was our first time using zeewoi, Cari Ann explained everything to us and how the 'whole thing' worked. She explained the importance of completing the "Welcome Guide" so we put in extra effort to ensure she had all information available to her for her use. Cari Ann is absolutely amazing and we couldn't recommend her any more than we do! We absolutely love her and request Cari Ann first on every and all of our future trips. <3
I can’t say enough good things about Daniel. He is organized, communicative and a really nice person. My dog Max loves when Daniel comes to sit with him. Daniel sent some great pictures of Max on hikes they went on which I appreciated as I was missing seeing the fall leaves changing (as well as missing Max!). You would be lucky to have Daniel stay with your pet! Thank you Daniel!!
Ray and Lynn were a joy to have in our home with Alfie. Alfie was happy to meet them and while he missed us he warmed up to Ray and Lynn and enjoyed their company. Ray and Lynn are on time, reliable and self sufficient. Ray is experienced with administering shots which is a plus for piece of mind with Alfie's need for daily insulin. Knowing Alfie was in warm and loving hands made our time away worry free and enjoyable. We received wonderful updates each day and our home was spotless when we returned. We would welcome Ray and Lynn back any time!!
Topaz is one of my favorite dog sits thus far! She is so calm and easy to walk. She naps mostly in between walking. She loves belly rubs and getting brushed on the deck. The home is also in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with trails and a little park just a short walk away. I was a little ambitious with Topaz, taking longer walks down to Bridle Trail at first. So just know, that Topaz loves this but is really more used to shorter walks around the neighborhood or down to the school park and back.maybe only go for a longer walk like once. Shubha is easy to communicate with and answered any question I had quickly. This was a lovely stay all around and would definitely do it again!
