We love Lucky Tails! We trust Rita completely with our dog and our home. She sends a pic every day of our pup having a good time outdoors. Rita is also highly communicative and responsive. On the very rare occasion when she cannot walk our dog, she lets us know way ahead of time who the substitute walker will be and offers for us to meet them. Our dog loves her and we would recommend Lucky Tails to everyone.

The owner Rita is absolutely amazing. My two dogs who are a little shy took to Rita almost immediately. It is a shame that we had to move away but we are still close enough that if we ever need a dog sitter we will use Rita without a question or doubt. She is caring, very careful and extremely respectful of your wishes with your animals. She will do everything and anything to take care of your animals. I highly recommend Lucky Tails to anyone looking for a walker, sitter or any other pet care needs.

Rita took care of our two cats for two weeks while we were out of town. My fiancee is a huge cat person and our last cat sitter was not as attentive as she should have ..been, so my fiancee would not have been comfortable with just anyone watching over her babies. With Rita she was very happy though! Rita was punctual, attentive, and very caring. She got to know our cats personalities and played with then, and they were much happier with her too. All in all, if you care about your cats, Rita will make sure both you and your cats are happy and satisfied with their level of care. Thanks Rita!

Rita was our trusty walker for our goofy goldendoodle for two years. Sadly we moved away, otherwise, we would've continued her services. Rita is very responsive-- prepandemic, she updated us with photos and notes of her walk with our Simba. She was timely, which was a huge key in our trust in her. And we were able to tell she cared about our dog, with the way he waited for her at the dog any time we mentioned her name. When the pandemic goes away and we are able to travel again, I will definitely have him board with his best bud Rita!

Rita is so nice and responsible. My cat and dog really like her. We were looking for someone to take care of our pets while we were out for a few days and she was the perfect fit. We received photos everyday ♥️

Rita has been walking our older beagle mix, Rose, for several months now and we couldn't be happier! She sends text message updates for each walk and even feeds and checks on water at no extra cost. She's very responsive and happy to accommodate extra walks or changes in schedules with reasonable notice. The few times I've been home when Rita comes to walk Rose, it's clear that our pup is excited and happy to see her.

Rita has been looking after our Golden Retriever for the last few months and done a fantastic job. She is always friendly, responsive and organised. Most of all, our dog loves spending time with her!

We used J&J PetCare during the summer of 2023 to take care of our two dogs (a yorkie and a chihuahua) over the course of 10 days when we were away, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service! They made apartment visits twice a day for our paper-trained pups, ensuring they were fed, had plenty of fresh water, and were treated to delicious treats. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the love they showed our dogs. They sent us regular videos and pictures, which made us feel so connected to our pups while we were away. It was clear they spent a lot of time playing and engaging with them during each visit, keeping them happy and entertained. Additionally, they always cleaned up the wee wee pads and replaced them with fresh ones, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend J&J Petcare in a heartbeat. Their level of care, communication, and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be using their services again!

I can’t say enough about J&J Pet Care. They are incredibly reliable, professional and trustworthy. We frequently take unplanned weekend get aways, and J&J is able to take our puppy without advance notice. We know that she is in great hands from a team that really loves dogs and has their best interests in-mind. George always goes the extra mile and has even offered to pick-up needed items for our puppy when he is at the pet store. You don’t need to look anywhere else, J&J Pet Care is as good as it gets!

My dog loves going to J & J petcare. They take great care of of her. From the time I pull up in front of the building she begins wagging her tail in excitement. I highly recommend them and am so grateful they took such great care of my dog.

My dog really looks forward to seeing Jorge every morning! I get update pictures from every walk and my little guy comes back very exhausted from the amount of exercise he gets which is great! He’s also learned to use the bathroom outside which is a great success. Now a days it’s very hard to know who to trust with your fur babies. Overall we are happy with the service. My pups reaction at pick up time also let’s me know he is happy as well. Thank you!

J&J walks our dog Coco daily and on most days we get a photo of Coco showing her having a wonderful time on her walk. They are reliable and flexible and have really helped us out in emergencies. It is apparent that they LOVE animals - so gentle and loving with our pets. We highly recommend them. They sent us this photo of Coco on her walk one day (see attached).

Paws in flux has been our go-to dog walker service for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it for being reliable and friendly! Robert currently walks our 2 year old American Rottweiler weekly and they are a fantastic pair together. I have been utilizing Paws in Flux dog walking services for approximately 8 months, and I am extremely pleased. They are my go-to choice, and many of my neighbors rely on them too. Robert walks my dog Monday to Friday, and his passion and professionalism shine through in his work. My dog, Ramona, and her furry friends adore him! Additionally, he sends a detailed report and super cute pictures after each walk. I highly recommend their services!

Alberto walked my black lab for a full year. He did a great job, even with my dog not being comfortable with men he was able to form a great relationship with him. Additionally, if I needed a last minute walk he was always able to fit my dog in. The only down side I wish they did have was GPS navigation but other than that the app was easy to use and helpful. I would recommend paws in flux.

Everyone with a furry baby knows you just can’t leave your kids with just any one. Your pooch will be safe with The team at Pawzitively Furbulous! We have used their services for boarding many times and each time we have been happy. We had an early flight and were planning on dropping our dog off and they offered to pick her up😃 On one of her stays, she even came home having had a bath! We know she is in good hands because she is always sad seeing the suitcases come out, but always happy when we leave her with Kim. Highly recommend!

I cannot say how amazing Pawzitively Furbulous is! I came to them after my 1.5 year old bulldog was "kicked out" of another day care place for being to rough. Kim took the time to meet us on a Saturday afternoon so i can explain all the quirky traits of my dog and seeing if she still wanted to take him on, them being the amazing dog lovers they are, welcomed the challenge. The first few times I dropped him off I was afraid he was going to get kicked out again, because i thought I had a bad dog, since that is what the other day care places told me, so i would send tons of helicopter mom text messages to Kim asking how he's doing and I would receive immediate feedback of pictures and texts how great he is doing! (they always do this, tons of pics and text messages given you comfort your pup is doing great). The amount of patience, knowledge and love of all dogs is amazing and you will not find else where, I know because I took my "bad" dog to a few places before finding Pawzitively. We have been clients for almost a year now and the quality and service continues to exceed excellence. Where else can you send your dog daycare and he comes back with his teeth brushed, nails cut and smells like roses from the bath they gave him! Being a bully he has allergies they have also helped me change his food and have really helped getting his hot spots under control. My list can go on and on how amazing they are and they treat your dog like their own and what else do you want when you go away and need your dog to be with loving family because this business becomes family.

Jordan & Christian are wonderful! They walk our 1 year old collie a couple of times a week while we're at work. He loves them and they go above and beyond in terms of keeping us updated, feeding & cleaning up after him when the need arises. Could not recommend enough!

Christian and Jordan are the best! They’ve watched my yellow lab, Molly Grace, for the past 5 years and I never had a worry when they were with her. They are very responsible, friendly, helpful and kind. I had a family emergency once so they even took Molly on their camping trip! Jordan and Christian have watched our three cats and small dog on numerous occasions and our pets love them. We have very needy pets and they were so spoiled and loved by them. Before my husband and I would book a trip, we would text them to see if they were available because we don't trust our pets to anyone else. We had a very temperamental cat who ruled the house and the first time they both came over to meet her, she loved them and didn't try to hiss at them; I swear they are pet whisperers. LOL. Not only do we trust these two with our fur babies but also with our house and the peace of mind that they will take care of any sort of emergency that may arise. One time when we were on vacation Christian sent me a photo of our dog Lilly and him having lunch at Lazy Dog, it was so darn cute. They truly do love and spoil your pets like they were their own.

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

We moved to the UWS fulltime in 2022 and are so grateful to have found Leeland and her team at The Perfect Pooch. They are caring, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It gives us such peace of mind to know our pup is in their hands for walks, boarding, and dog sitting.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

Perfect location for anyone that lives in the Port Imperial area. I love that they are open till 9pm on weekdays and allow late pick-up before 11pm for an extra fee. They’ll also take boarded dogs for walks outside! Normally I’m hesitant about in-door only facilities, but my dog loves it there. I trust that he’s safe and the staff is great.

PI Paws are the most caring and friendly team! We use Desiree for grooming of our Shih Tzu puppy, Sylvester. I have had shih tzus for over 20 years and have never seen anyone do a better grooming job! We get so many compliments on his haircut. We came to Desiree after having a poor experience in Hoboken with a groomer who was way too rough with my dog. From the moment I brought my dog to PI Paws I knew he was being treated well as he would always leave so happy and acting himself! Desiree is very caring, gentle, and takes time with your dog to make sure the job is perfect. They also let you drop your pup off before their appointment as early as 7am and if needed daycare for the day is included in the price of the grooming for free, which is great for people who work! Thank you guys for all that you do! So happy I found PI Paws!

I’ve had dogs since I was a baby so I’ve gone thru my fair share of doggy daycare drama. P.I. Paws is nothing like the rest, they have the greatest staff. I love that I see the same faces. Nothing makes me feel more secure that my two mini labradoodles are in good hands when I see consistency of staff. They are all wonderful, my dogs love it too. Professional, clean, very friendly, efficient and local! I would recommend P.I. paws to anyone who wants their dogs to be with the best of the best. Beyond worth it!

I wanted to amplify my support for my dog's day care facility, PI Paws. My Lily has been going to "school" for over 4 years and I so grateful for their on-going excellence and commitment to the safety and security of my dog and all of the pets in their care. My Lily loves her teacher and friends, and she gets excited every day when she gets to go to school. I can't keep her home, she gets bored. Please consider supporting our favorite small business. They are instrumental to our community and quality of life for all our pets.

My little man has been going to PI Paws since we rescued him when he was 18 months old, He is now 12. I can say that he absolutely loves coming to PI Paws and adores the workers. He is super well cared for and on any occasion where Woody has had a special need, the staff were more than helpful and have always gone above and beyond for us. I respect that they were able to remain open and give our pets the love and attention all through the pandemic. Small businesses were hit very hard and I was so happy that they remained open and we were able to give our dog some normality during a stressful time for even pets. My dog actually gets weird when he misses his days at daycare. Every time we roll up to the front door, he runs to the door and gives smiles to all of the workers. This is a true testament to how much he loves his PI Paws Family.

I left my 1 year old pug Ducky here and truthfully have never been happier! Everyone who worked there was super nice and seemed very caring for the dogs. We got him the private suite which I forgot to ask how he was at night but they showed us a video of him in the room versus him in the kennel and there was a clear difference in his mood. He came back happy to see me but also very sleep (which I was concerned they gave him Benadryl or something which I called and they gave me peace of mind when they told they do in fact do not give their dog’s Benadryl lol!) anyway if you’re looking for a boarding place I would definitely recommend P.I. paws. The camera also made me feel more comfortable and I was happy my dog was happy with their care. They seem to really care for the dogs they are watching and I’m happy I ended up boarding him here. My only thing I will say is it is expensive (110 a night believe for the private suite) which is to be expected and understandable so just beware of that but other than that I have 0 complaints and will most likely come back.

We've been bringing our Husky/Collie mix, Bella, to PiPaws for Day care for almost 6 years now. She's practically family there. My husband and I enjoy the staff vibe - most of the time energetic, and super friendly. Bella enjoys those type of people so I'm sure that's why she enjoys going there. I haven't had any issues with any of the staff or how they've been running the business. I appreciate what they do, and for the staff that LOVE what they do, thank YOU!

Happy to have found a wonderful place that takes care of my babies. I used to go to PetSmart, but wanted a place where my Husky didn’t need to be placed in a kennel. She hates being alone, and would always pee herself. P.I. Paws does not place the pups in the kennel, and instead they keep my Husky in the grooming room while it’s her brother’s turn. My babies are well taken care of while there. They look and smell FANTASTIC when I pick them up. They officially have a loyal customer!

The ONLY place I trust with my baby! I have a 2 year old, lab / golden mix who loves to play. Finding P.I. Paws was a complete blessing. On their website it says that they have active cameras in play rooms. When we first sent Gracie, we were informed that due to COVID they had to stop the cameras in order to keep the business afloat, and employees paid. Makes total sense. They were, and still are, excellent at sending pictures & videos of Gracie throughout the day, as well as a synopsis of how she’s doing (if she ate, etc). In addition to them being so responsive by email and phone, something I loved right away is how they are able to identify different personalities with the dogs they care for. Example: Gracie is a high energy dog, who still (on occasion) needs correction. Upon pick up, they would explain to me if she was being too rambunctious, and how they handled it. They would simply remove Gracie from the play room for about 5 minutes, then bring her back once they felt she had calmed down. I cannot express how much that meant to me. It showed me, as a dog owner, that they not only care about Gracie (and learning her behaviors and how to handle them appropriately), but they care about ALL of the dogs and their well-being. Their communication about Gracies behavior made it easy for me to work with her and use their corrections in doing so. Gracie basically dislocates my shoulder trying to run into P.I. Paws, because she knows that not only is she going to have a fun day playing with her fur-friends, but she’s going to get ample belly rubs and head scratches with her human friends! I’d give P.I. Paws a million stars if I could, and recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a place to have their dog groomed, boarded or socialized. I will never be able to thank them enough for all they do for our family.

Love the staff here. I drop off my two dogs once or twice a week for doggy day care. I was also pleased to learn they provide grooming services (they do a great job). I wouldn’t trust my pups with anyone else. Great place for short or long term boarding as well!!

Conveniently located and affordable daycare (and grooming/overnight boarding)! My dog has the BEST time here and looks forward to socializing. I get updates every afternoon for his daycare and the staff are so friendly and attentive. They keep me up to date on his eating habits, behavior, and alerted me once to a small limp they noticed that ended up being a muscle strain I continue to monitor for my dog. Absolutely would recommend Pupculture to anyone looking for daycare!

I never met a daycare that is so welcoming and Ashley is very helpful. Quan the manager is so accommodating and he helped me with all my questions. I never been to a daycare that was so clean as well. They made sure I got all the information I needed. My pup got her first grooming here and it was perfect. If anyone decides to take their dog for grooming or daycare please come to pupculture. Ashley is very sweet and kind and Quan is one of the best managers I have ever met, dealing with new puppies :)

I have been using Pup Culture for years and they take care of Pedro as if he’s theirs. They are very caring, responsive and attentive- walking Pedro multiple times throughout the day. Additionally for lodging they even provide email update with pictures that really give you a good level of comfort when traveling. Excellent staff and atmosphere - thank you all very much!

I've been using PupCulture on West 57th for several years. The staff is friendly, professional and great with dogs (of course!). I have two dogs - Pippa and Millie that they regularly walk and occasionally feed depending on my schedule. They also do a fantastic job grooming Millie (and bathing my black lab Pippa).

This location is prime, surrounded by at least 10 luxury high rise rentals. Business is good. They could not care less about your dog. Day stays or even 2-3 day stays are fine, you won’t notice their negligence. Long stays don’t even think about it. Management: insincere, immature, ton of hidden charges, highly inconsistent, doesn’t follow instructions not even medical ones. Experience: My dog got an infection due to their neglecting my instructions that I put in writing and communicated in person. Instructions I stated were for a medical condition. Their response was “yeah we missed a couple days in the last week”.. Haircut: very choppy and messy charges the same as an actual experienced establishment. Try Dozo, same price, team that actually cares especially for your dog’s wellbeing, free pick up and drop off for long stay, full camera experience, daily updates —

Best daycare, hands-down. My dog runs into this place. I know that he’s treated like family when he’s in the hands of culture staff. No other daycare has made me feel comforted about leaving my dog somewhere the way that pups culture does.

Thank you to the Groomer Fabia, fantastic bath and deshedding on my Husky. She was very thorough with the deshedding service. He is perfectly clean and soft without any extra hair continuing to come off any more. My husky is super difficult during baths and brushing so this great of an outcome is extra impressive. We bring him to Pupculture several times a year and will continue to, thank you!

Kathy always takes good care of my little diva Tortie, ReRe! Kathy sends my photos from every visit, makes sure she gets all food and medicine, spends time playing with her, and keeps litter box clean. I am so grateful that I am able to go away stress free!!! In my experience, The Pet Concierge, founded over twenty years ago, is without equal for its caring and personal touch. Kathy is very reliable. Pets love her, and she always documents her visits with timely and endearing pictures.

Kathy is amazing with our two guinea pigs, Beanie and Boots. She has taken care of them more times than I can count now. She’s extremely communicative and takes such good care of them. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone in need of a good, reliable pet sitter.

It went great. He really loves and understands animals, and that shows in the quality of care and personal attention he gives his charges. My dog became best of friends with his dog, Nico, and loved socializing with his other clients' dogs (very few on any given days, since he does not do big group walks). My dog's mood visibly improved as a result of the social and physical activity that he provided. He could not have loved or taken better care of my dog if she were his own. Description of work: Andre, The Pet Concierge, took wonderful care of my dog nearly every weekday and overnight on weekends and business trips when I was away from home. He picked her up at my place each morning and gave her plenty of walks and lots of play and rest time--and fed her meals when I worked late. As she grew older, he carried her up and down stairs and made sure she remained as comfortable as possible.

I have used The Pet Concierge with Andre Kourkoulis for the last ten years. He walked my dog Lucas who sadly passed away last year. Andre would take him to the vet, stay for the appointment and administer the medication while I was at work which was a blessing. He also cares for Chloe my cat. She is 7 and is diabetic. Andre administers her medications and IV as well. I’m happy to have found somebody who truly cares about my babies as I do. He’s pricey but well worth it. I prefer to pay for individualized care. When Lucas was alive Andre only walked him alone. I never wanted my dog with a group of ten dogs. I’m so happy to have The Pet Concierge in my life. The best in Manhattan if you ask me. Five star service.

I have used Andre for the last 8 years. He takes such good care of Alex. Alex is 9 now and is on medication. Andre administers his meds and makes sure he has an individual walk as my dog isn’t the friendliest. I trust him with my dog and my home. Thanks Andre!

We were really scared of leaving our kitty for the weekend. But he made us feel safe, and all the questions he did let us know that he was on point of everything and knew what he was doing, he kept us updated every time, it was not necessary to text him to ask him, he will just send his daily update on time. Thank you so much for all the work you did with our lilo.

Dawn and Mike are the sweetest people. Their kids are great, too, and they are second to none when it comes to taking care of our dogs.
