Karen was a wonderful sitter who took great care of our house and kitties while we were away. She is easy going and a great communicator. Our kitties are happy and the house was spotless when we returned. Thanks Karen!
My husband, son and I absolutely loved this sit. Julie is a fabulous host - a great communicator, flexible, helpful, kind. Her house is beautiful, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is in a great area -fabulous for local dog walks to the beach and Northumberland Park. We loved exploring with Marty, he is a true gent of a dog - great in the car, fab on and off lead, comes when called, good with other people and dogs. Essentially, perfect, and a great travel companion. We explored the Northumberland coast, local towns and Hadrian’s wall. If it wasn’t so far away from where we lived we would come back in a heartbeat!
This was my first ever sit and I absolutely loved taking care of Dexter and Harry, they were a pair of very easy dogs to look after and loves to keep you company wherever you are in the house. They love attention, snuggle up to you on the sofa and know when it’s bed time. The house was very cosy and in a perfect location, close enough to walk to the shopping centre and local supermarkets nearby. There are plenty of parks for walks and exploring nearby too. The dogs knew exactly their usual walking route! I had a wonderful stay at Chris’s house, we had very good communication throughout the sit and she made sure I had everything I needed before her trip. I was super happy and had enough around me to keep me busy, I would definitely sit for Chris again.
I had a wonderful time with this sit. Beth was friendly, welcoming, and provided all of the information I needed to care for Ozzie and Lily over my 3-day sit. She prepped her office so I could comfortably work from her home, shared internet, etc. The home is exactly as described – bright and tidy, in a quiet, especially beautiful neighborhood with easy street parking. A great walking neighborhood – near the beach and several restaurants. Spring was absolutely gorgeous! Ozzie and Lily were very sweet, well behaved, and loveable. You can tell that Beth is a great pet parent. As a woman, I was a little worried about walking two big dogs, but they were slow and easy! I appreciated having the fenced yard first thing in the morning and just before bedtime. That said, this sit is probably best for a morning person because I’m a pretty early riser and they were excited to get out for their walk quickly after getting up each morning. Ozzie is full of personality and very expressive with his voice – not barking, just telling stories. He’s hysterical! Lily is super sweet. She is aging gracefully for a big dog. I especially loved seeing her spunk a couple of the mornings. Lily tired as the days progressed and required a little coaxing to finish her food and get up for walks / outdoor breaks. It’s good to plan a little extra time for this.
Susan and Lars have a lovely home and a most adorable Persian cat. She often kept to herself but would at times follow me around and was good company. They were wonderful and made me feel very much at home, and I really enjoyed my stay there. It is a great location by the mountains which is beautiful anytime of year.
We had a fantastic time at Theresa and Tony's lovely home in the Redlands. The views out back are exquisite as their home backs up to Colorado National Monument. We enjoyed going for walks and relaxing in their very clean and comfortable home. Molly and Luna are sweet pups and very self-sufficient. It was easy caring for them as they have a doggie door and a nice backyard, so they come and go as they please. We enjoyed snuggling with them on the couch, and they were both great with our young daughter. We only had the two dogs because Sofi was with them. Theresa was easy to communicate with and very flexible and understanding when our travel plans were delayed. They were also very accommodating in allowing us to bring our dog along during the sit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
Ryan was really nice and accomodating. All her pets were very well behaved and easy to care for. We would recommend this sit for anyone.

Alexis is the best groomer. Her talent is only exceeded by her love for the dogs. She’s honest and kind.
***Do not use Little Angels Pet Salon in West Nyack! *** Here's what my dog looks like right now. After the first time I brought him to her, I noticed something on his skin. Brought him to the vet thinking maybe it was a tick. Vet confirmed it wasn't and speculated he was probably nicked at the groomer...no big deal...it happens. We took him back to her for the second time last week. Just 2 days later, this is what he looked like. After a $300 trip to the vet, a shot and some topical meds, we learned he has a bad skin infection. Vet said either an allergic reaction to her shampoo or (and the more likely of the 2), she isn't properly sanitizing her tools in between grooming animals. I don't think it was intentional but did want to at least let her know. I sent her a very nice text yesterday morning explaining what happened. I even complimented her and told her it breaks my heart to not be able to use her anymore because she really does do a great job grooming him, but I thought she should know. She never wrote me back.....and because she didn't have the decency to write me back.
1st Visit to Little Angels Pet Salon. After my groomer closed her doors I have been searching for the right groomer. Alexis does a great job is very caring takes her time and is very thorough. I think we have found our new groomer .
My dog comes out looking like a show dog every time she's groomed
Alexis is amazing at what she does and truly cares about your dog and making them comfortable. I have a Pomeranian who has two grand champion parents so he has a super thick coat. My previous groomer would fight with me every time I brought him that his coat was too difficult to work with and if I wasn't going to do expert level brushing she would have to shave him. I am so thankful I found Alexis because she understands how to work with his thick coat and he leaves looking both amazing and super relaxed. If I could could 10 out of 5 stars I would!
Alexis is hands down the best groomer I’ve been to. My toy poodle, Teddy, comes out looking like best in show. She is very caring and sweet with him and the dogs are never in cages, they are in little playpens. It is quiet inside so my Teddy is calm both going in and coming out. Wait times can be a little long so let Alexis know if this is an issue. I trust her completely.
Alexis is the best, she's so patient and knowledgeable, does an excellent job with my fur baby!!
I take both of my babies there bella and sushi. They love her. She takes great care of them. I'm so glad I found her for them
She's is so kind and professional ! She's like the dog whisper My dog doesn't respond to others but she loves Alexis!
She did a wonderful job grooming my two English Setters. I highly recommend her shop.
I highly recommend Dog Hill. Vee is amazing with my dog Rocco, who is selective on who he is friends with. She is patient and loving and he gets so excited when we arrive in the parking lot. He is 12 years old and has been going to Dog Hill since he was six months old for boarding and baths. You will not be disappointed.
I love dog hill when I bring my dog there , he is as happy as he could ever be ; great service
The staff are genuinely happy to greet us. My 1 year old cocker spaniel Oreo runs to the door to play with his doggie friends. He has become more social and content since going here.
I received a return phone call from the owner of the company after I had contacted them to inform them that one of their company vehicles had been purposely parked behind my vehicle to block it in. In the message that I left and during the conversation held, I explained that there were three parking spaces available to the left of my car and an area to the right of my car in front of the garage like door on the building where they could have parked. The owner proceeded to tell me that she "pays rent," which i am assuming is justification for her to block vehicles. The owner was upset because I had stated in the message that if I was unable to move my car, I would call the authorities to have the vehicle removed. She responded by claiming I was threatening her with the police and they would not assist in this circumstances or tow her vehicle if I was unable to move. By this time, I was long gone, but she continued to be petty and unprofessional on the phone with me. NEWS FLASH: None of the parking spaces near your business are reserved for company vehicles or specifically for customers that patronize your business out of the many others shared at the same location. Furthermore, purposefully preventing someone leaving anywhere is "unlawful detainment" so the police would have made you move your car. I feel like this woman just wanted a reason to engage in a conflict. Some people have nothing better to do than be petty. I don't entertain, respect, or patronize petty. I would not suggest that anyone else does either.
If I could give Vee 10 stars that still wouldn’t be enough. Dog Hill is incredible!
Dog hill is the best, they're very professional and honest! Great place for my dog from home..we live in Staten Island and dnt mind the drive for the grooming and overnight boarding!
Great place! Great people! So very personable and caring. Our dogs love to go there.
Took great care of our pup for grooming and daycare.
Just really awesome people, you can feel and see the love they have for their job.
Great people who really care about your pet
Wow one of the best experience. I brought my 3 dogs in today. We were worried as our dogs are not easy to cut hair but they made it easy for them. I am really happy with the outcome. I would totally recommend. They take their time and help …
Bihari was highly recommended by our trainer, Frank and when we had to leave for a week to go abroad we left out lab/ pit mix with such a caring and more than capable staff. They were so reassuring and completely put my mind to ease prior to our trip. But, the proof was in the pudding when we returned to pick up our happy, well nourished puppy. This summer, we would not even think about using anyone else. Even though Bihari is an hour and a half away from us and the opposite direction of where we were heading we once again made the absolute right choice of having Knight stay at Bihari. Upon his arrival he was so happy to see his friends from months ago and was wagging his tail away with delight when they led him to his home away from home. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby!!! We will see you again soon!❤️
I trust my dogs to Bihari for long and short term boarding. They care for my Viszlas, and the dogs look fed, healthy, and happy. The staff is very sweet and smart. I've tried other kennels, and none compare.
Your doggo is in good hands here. Caring staff who seem to love what they do. My two dogs haven't stopped talking about their visit and the friends they made. And isn't that what it's really all about? The friends we make along the way.
Great place for grooming. When I pick up my dog she smells good and looks great. The staff is great !
Complete garbage. Worst customer service cant even ask a simple question without getting hung up on. Go somewhere else even if you pay more. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
Nice and Friendly place. Bella looked Beautiful 😍 will definitely be back …
They did an excellent job taking care of my dog while I was away. I will definitely be bringing him back.
We left our dogs there for a long weekend , they were fine once we picked them up again. Did not seem anxious or stressed. Will definitely use them again . Thank you to the staff at Bihari kennels .
Preface: I'm usually very easy going and understanding - not overly picky. However....I would give this groomer a negative number if it was available. Never take your Samoyed here. I have a 12 and a half year old male Samoyed from a championship line whose coat has been ruined because they did not follow the instructions they were given when I dropped off my dog. He is very well trained and easy to work with. I brought photos of his relatives to show how I wanted him groomed. I pointed out a picture on their bulletin board of a Samoyed who they had shaved, and told them to ABSOLUTELY NOT do this. The receptionist said she understood. She said we know about all breeds here. I asked if I needed to speak directly with the groomer to be sure my instructions were clear. She told me no, not necessary and that he was too busy for me to speak with him. Samoyeds have a double coat, which should not be shaved. The coat insulates them from hot and cold. Once the outer coat is shaved, it never grows back the same. I was shocked when I picked up my dog. His outer coat had been sheared off. The girl at the desk rambled on with excuses about being short staffed and my dog wanted to sit down alot. NO EXCUSE! It breaks my heart that this is how he was groomed after being very well cared for during the last 12 1/2 years. His coat will never be the same. This is not just my opinion; he saw a well respected groomer today who empathized with my Samoyed's situation and agreed, he will never again have the beautiful silver tipped outer coat he has worn all his life. Save yourself and your Samoyed the heartache - DO NOT use this groomer.
