I had a wonderful time sitting for Randy and Becki and caring for their two cats Koz and Nuki! Randy and Becki were totally open to my friend Greg (a huge cat lover) to do the sit with me, which was awesome. Salida is a lovely community and Randy and Becki live in its outskirts in a newer development. Their house is spacious with all the comforts of home and the views spectacular! Greg and I hiked five days a week during our stay, which was awesome. As Becky is in the fitness industry, she was able to give some great hiking recommendations. Their home also has a hot tub, which was so lovely after a long hiking day. Koz is an older cat and on the thin side so Greg and I really worked hard to put some weight on him. I think we succeeded with a pound or so. Nuki is an obese middle age cat and so I was on a mission to help her lose some weight and I think she lost a pound or so. Both wonderful kitties with their own personalities! Very easy to take care of. We'd feed them in the morning and be off hiking for 4 hours give or take and then feed them again when we got back. They both got a little bit before bedtime and Koz had access to extra dry food 24/7. I put it on the guest bathroom counter, which Nuki wasn't able to jump up to. It seemed to work really well and both cats were very content. I highly recommend this sit for anyone who is interested in Salida. Lots of outdoor activities in both summer and winter.
Silvius and Phoebe just rearranged my list of top five favorite felines! Linda's house is super cozy, views are amazing, and the quaintly chic town of Benicia area is a 15 minute walk away. (Don't miss One House bakery!) I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Linda's and slept really well, which is key when staying in someone else's home. All very inviting... Linda has the goldilocks touch!
I had a great experience taking care of Jazz and Aladdin! They’re very sweet, calm and easy to take care of. They very quickly become comfortable around me so we went for longs walks and had a great time together. It was very easy to communicate with Maria. She provided all the information I needed and was very quick to respond. The house is quite well located in Cascais. You’re 20 min away from the center of the village, by foot. I quite enjoyed the days during this sitting with Jazz and Aladdin! I definitely recommend this sitting.
I had a lot of fun with these rambunctious and playful pups. It was hilarious to have them all pile on me as I sat on the couch. Emily's home was clean and spacious and had a full gym available. The location was great - 10-15 mins to Bend. There were neighbors close by and the property accessible to roam was a few fenced-in beautiful acres that were snowy at the time. Emily was very kind and thorough in her communication before and throughout to ensure I had everything I needed to hang with her pups. The pups were very sweet and playful and came when called. Note: This sit is best for folks who have good balance - the pups are playful and large and jump up.
We had a fantastic time here in Santa Fe. Mark was such a gracious host and gave us everything we needed to enjoy this to the fullest. They have a beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood, lots of great views with an arroyo right in the back yard. Perfect for walks/hikes/etc. Emmett is the sweetest cat. He is such a lovebug and will cuddle with you and follow you around nonstop. We both fell in love with him instantly. I can't speak more highly of Mark and this sit as a whole. It was a wonderful time, 10/10.
Deanna has a lovely home that feels like a retreat in the mountains but is also very close to the center of Missoula and all the main attractions. It’s spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Free is an awesome dog! He is easy to care for and he loves his walks or just chilling in the garden. He’s not a fan of other dogs and likes to defend his home but overall no issues. He chose to sleep with me some nights and others he just did his own thing. He has a very sweet personality. Highly recommend this sit!
