Linda and Tony are excellent house, dog sitters. We always come home to a clean and organized house, and calm and happy dogs. We had to cut our vacation short this time, due to the Covid 19 outbreak, and they were gracious and understanding. We have no hesitation in recommending them, and are looking forward to having them sit again in the future.
Peter is a fantastic house and cat sitter! He was extremely communicative before and during the sit, and we came home to a house that was cleaner than we left it. I'd highly recommend Peter to anyone as we'd welcome him back anytime!
It was one of our best choices to stay with Ash in Bristol. Tony and their family were very kind and welcoming(Also Ash). They taught us everything we needed to sit. So we can start our sitting very smoothly. we were so happy to meet his lovely family. and the communication between us had no problem at all. Tony always gave us kind answers when we asked something. Ash is a super lovely dog. We still miss him a lot. He is energetic and smart. We taught him how to paw, and he learned it so fast. We enjoyed every moment of walking with him. We usually went out with him to Victoria Park which is one of the nicest places to walk with a dog. And it was very easy to walk with Ash in this park. We loved staying in Bristol even though we spent most of our time inside a home. The house is big and cozy and you can see the amazing view from the window. This city has a lot of historical places and the neighbors are very kind. so you should probably love it too.
Caroline made everything work seamlessly, seemingly effortlessly. Fred is an absolute delight, I fell in love with him. What else can I say?
This petsit was everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful Maggie, the Mayor of the neighborhood, was so precious loving and welcomed me into her home. Her lil brother Beau was just plain adorable and full of energetic love. He loves his toy time. They both enjoyed their massages after watching the beautiful sunsets over the marsh on the back deck. In the evenings they like watching movies. The neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful space to enjoy nature on your strolls. The neighbors, that I had the pleasure of meeting, were all super nice and offered their help if I needed, as I was visiting HHI awaiting my first grandchild. Carolyn and Bobby couldn't be more welcoming and kind. I enjoyed spending time with them. If you are lucky enough to petsit for this family it will be a memory to cherish. They were great with communication and kept in touch throughout their travels at what seemed like the perfect intervals, not to much and not to little. I hope I can return someday. I miss Maggie and Beau already. The house has everything you could possibly need and is beatifully decorated, yet comfortable and cozy.
Watching Milo and Shadow is an absolute pleasure. Not only do you get to enjoy a beautiful Cotswold walk every day, but you are accompanied by two wonderful and well behaved dogs. They’re both silly and sweet and truly very loving. Staying with them at James and Louise’s home was a beautiful week for us. The town of Tetbury is only a 10 minute drive, and there you find wonderful bakeries, great charity shops (if you like to thrift), grocery stores and restaurants. We spent most of our time enjoying James and Louise’s beautiful home and exploring on walks with the pups. The surrounding area is safe, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. James and Louise are thoughtful, funny and generous people—we felt totally welcomed and respected while we shared the home for a few nights, and when we were on our own, communication with them was great. I would highly recommend spending some time with Milo and Shadow. You will experience true Cotswold life and if you have the chance to meet James and Louise, you will meet two great people.
Laura and Nico were very communicative and helpful! Mushu and Fafa are very social and cuddly cats, Pollux was a bit more shy but would also come say hi at night. Unfortunately, Mushu had an injured paw during my stay, but Laura and Nico answered all my questions and worries and even gave me an update on his paw after my stay.
Dawn came kindly to meet me at the station and we took a bus to Farmoor. Its close to Oxford and it seemed even closer so much we chatted. There are frequent connections with S1 bus to the city center of Oxford. their house has the best of 2 wporlds...beautiful walks around the reservoir, peace, quietness altough being very close to the students city, not forgetting the precious sunsets just at the back of their large property that you can enjoy from the terrace or the beautiful trendy conservatory. Lilly and Lottie are 2 little elederly ladies.Lottie is more agile,liking walks and jumping as a bunny. Lilly is more fragile but even she witha little encouragement likes small walks and its a pleasure to follow her rhythm and see her sniffing the flowers and wagging her tail. They otherwise sleep a lot,like cuddles and a lot of love.And there is nothing less they deserve ! Long Life to both and thanks Dawn and Lindsay for the great stay and the delicious dinner/ talk at the Pub when arriving from their long trip ! As world travellers..i am going to meet them....in Rio de Janeiro next year ! Isn t it great ??

I have a young pup who goes to camp about 3 days a week. Doggy daycare is a great way for him to socialize with other dogs and his behavior at home has improved since he now has an outlet for all his puppy energy. Plus they have doggy cameras.

I love camp bowow because it’s super convenient for me and my family to drop our dog off whenever we are going out of town. Also, the staff are super patient and sweet with our naughty dog Loki 😂. Our little rascal is one year old turning two this year and he is a handful. I love that I can drop him off any day of the week when there’s availability for him to burn some energy.

My girl started off a timid rescue. Wet Noses has been amazing! They have really helped her to find her confidence with other dogs and people. They are great at communicating, sending emails when vaccines are due, info on the dog exhibiting sickness or other issues. My dogs looks forward to her days at Wet Noses, whining with excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I recommend them to everyone!
Wet Noses and Wagging Tails is awesome! I take my two dogs there every week and they always come back happy and tired. Staff is very friendly and flexible with drop off times. We have been using wet Noses for multiple years, for both weekly daycare and boarding. The staff is amazing and truly care about your dogs. Both dogs are excited eveytime we pull up and exhausted when we pick them up. We have and will continue to recommend. They are AMAZING!!!!
This was Buddy’s first time going to doggy daycare so we were kinda nervous about how it might go. Buddy is a very high energy Aussie so we were concerned that he might be too much. Our concerns were for naught. Employees at Wet Noses & Wagging Tails are well experienced with high energy dogs and were actually excited to meet Buddy. Buddy had a great time and the best part was, he was totally exhausted! 😆
Our dog Cooper absolutely loves WNWT. He gets so excited he starts barking as soon as we turn onto the road leading to it. It is reassuring when your pet is so excited about being left at doggy daycare. He’s never responded that way to anywhere else we’ve ever taken him. He comes home tired and happy every time! This review is long overdue. My spoiled princess has been going to Wet Noses for some time now and I sometimes think she may love them more than she loves me. The best thing that could have happened to us and for our pup Regal is finding Wet Noses & Wagging Tails! From day 1, the staff has been just awesome! Her 1st day of school at just 4 months old all the staff really took care to nurture her timid personality. Regal completely feels at home there now and all the staffers have been so kind watching her grow up. W just LOVE that she can stay in doors with her friends when wet and cold out or outside on nice dry days. It has helped her so much in learning to socialize and more importantly to get her very much needed exercise fix. She just loves it, can't wait to rush in to her pals and when the day is done strolls out nice and tuckered out from a long day's play. Thank you so much WN & WT!!
We were so nervous taking our (also nervous) dog to daycare and boarding for the first time. Our fears were quickly averted - they are helpful, friendly, and above all they love the dogs! I appreciated the extensive vet checklist and the fact that every dog goes through a temperament test before being admitted into the facility. It makes me feel like my dog is safe around all the other dogs. Love the photos and updates, couldn't be happier with the service.
Susie's is absolutely amazing! Our Kono loves it there! Everyone there is so sweet and take such wonderful care of our little princess. Drop off and pick up is easy and smooth. She was excited to see us but didn't want to leave either! I highly recommend Susie's I'd give a 10 if I could!
I'd never boarded my dogs before. I always had house sitters. I tried Susie's and I was pleased. My dogs seemed happy when I picked them up and didn't smell. When I took them back the second time they seemed happy to be there, so obviously no hard feelings from before. The folks were easy to work with and the check in, check out process was smooth. I was helping friends while they were on vacation in Greece. I had to pick up and drop off Barnum, their dog, several times. The staff that work here are so wonderful. You can tell right away how much they love all the pets. I would definitely recommend Susie's and if I had a pet I would not take it anywhere else. You guys are the best.
If I were a dog, I would want my owner to board me at Susie's. Joking aside, I've used Susie's to look after my 3 dogs many times over the last couple of years and have had a consistently excellent experience. I have no doubt how much the people who work there love animals, it shows, and it gives me total peace of mind leaving my boys with them. Additionally, they are wonderful people, kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the only boarding facility where I wasn’t worried about the well-being of my 3 pups while I was away. Adorable and thought setup. Friendly owner. Extra clean facility. Fair prices. The only kennel we’ll use in Vancouver. Make sure you book early- they are popular and space is hard to come by!

I NEVER leave my dog! However I had to board him for several days & I'm so fortunate a friend told me about Susie's. Welcoming, clean, wonderful staff, excellent care of my baby and reasonably priced. Years ago I had a bad experience leaving my dog so I am very critical of any facility. Susie's ticks all the boxes. You can safely entrust your fur baby to their care.
Susie is a fantastic trainer and she runs an excellent, clean facility that cares about you and your dogs. We have had to leave town fairly frequently and Susie has been dependable, her staff is friendly, the drop-off process is thoughtful and clear. I can't say enough about the facility itself; it has a great vibe. It's welcoming and professional. I know my pets are safe. We feel so very fortunate to have Susie and her team to care for our pets when life takes us out of town. Would recommend, thank you.

We LOVE Roxy’s! Our golden Kaia has a blast and she has been going since she was 4 months old. We know she is well taken care and loved - that puts our mind at ease while at work or on longer trips (we use Roxy’s for daycare and boarding).
We chose Roxy’s for our 12 year old Alaskan Malamute during our 2 week honeymoon. He’s an old man and we were nervous to leave him so long, but he was in great hands and we’re so thankful to have found Roxy’s! He needs some extra care in his old age and they handled him wonderfully. We came home to a happy dog! Again, we’re so thankful! Would 100% recommend!!

I do not recommend. ***update*** The owner just replied - when I picked up they said she “attempted” to jump over the fence towards the forest ravine and they were just worried for her safety. There was nothing stated to me about attacking another dog. My dog is not aggressive. She’s a one and a half year-old chocolate lab. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t willing to pay your $1800 dog training. You were willing to take her if I was going to pay you. How fast the tune has changed!
As a helicopter dog mom, I feel at ease leaving our two St Bernard's here for an extended stay or short trip. They come home happy and tired from all the romping around the fields. I do recommend the affordable pre-pickup bath especially when it's wetter out which it is PNW so that's a greater part of the year. This is our go-to for dog care and we'd give the team >5 stars if we could!
Roxy’s is the perfect place for our dog when we go away. He’s highly energetic, intelligent, and incredibly spoiled, but Roxy’s is his home away from home. I love the peace of mind I get during my trips when I know that my very pampered pooch is having all his needs met at Roxy’s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We are from Boise and left our Pearl there for an overnight stay while we attended a concert. Very nice place and nice crew. Thankful they could get us in.
Today I called about boarding my 15 year old Husky that has survived 2 strokes. I have rehabilitated her from both. The woman was told this. She went off about how they had to have my dog for a day to check her interactions with all the staff and all the other dogs! Having worked professionally with dogs, there is a standard for dogs to be safe. But just like people not every animal is compatible with every person or other animal. Not every person is compatible with every person. Same is true for dogs & dog/ person relationships. Well intentioned policy gone very wrong!
Juno spent 2 weeks here when we couldn't take her on vacation with us. She was well taken care of. Was washed and looking good when we picked her up. I would recommend.
I LOVE this place! The little welcoming area doesn't even begin to allow you to understand just how great it is. I took my 1year old Frenchie who has never been in this type of environment. For $5 i get an update each day to see how she was playing, anything information important to know and the report card is just such an incredible offer. The humans who work there are so attentive and supportive to the pups. They are very kind when you engage with them in any form. The prices are beyond reasonable. The place is so much bigger for the dogs and has so many little offerings you can purchase. The boarding is free roam no crates. My girl comes home so pooped out and happy that she has a place to play and board if I go out of town. I have zero complaints and highly recommend!!
We've been taking our 9 month old puppy here for a few months now and we love it (and so does he!). The staff is super friendly and very clearly care a LOT about the dogs that go to them. I love love love the daily Instagram posts, I get more excited to see what he's doing at daycare than I think I ever was about my human kids at daycare (kidding. Or am I?). Webster gets SO excited when we get there, and I can tell that he loves it and loves the humans there. Also their hours are so convenient, and love that they offer kennel-free boarding.
Wooftastic is one of the best things to happen to us since moving here. Our girl has a lot of energy and this place has made a home for her there when she needs time to run around and be a crazy little lady. We always feel that she is so well taken care of, we love their no crate boarding, which is what she was used to. Everyone is kind and attentive and we would recommend this place to anyone who has a doggy that needs daycare or boarding.

Fern loves going to daycare. The way they run scheduling, pick up and drop off, and payment makes everything super smooth. Staff is very friendly and always makes sure to ask if he has food with him and reminds me to grab his container at the end of the day. Also love the convenient hours 6am-9pm, 7 days a week as well as a good price point. They post all of the dogs everyday so you can check in on your pup they also offer extras like treats and walks and do fun activities like bubbles, aromatherapy, nose balm. Overall great place definitely would recommend.
I am so happy and grateful to have found Woof-Tastic for my pup, Maya! I have been SO impressed with the kindness of the staff, their communication, and care. The environment is bright and fun and just matches what you read and see online. And I can tell Maya, although still a little timid and shy, is warming up, feeling safe, and having a great time! I feel so relieved and can not reccomend Woof-Tastic enough! <3

I’ll let my dog’s smile speak for itself. I’m so happy we found Woof-Tastic! The flexible booking system is easy, and I feel my dog is safe with them which is important. My girl got so excited to go on her 2nd day that she couldn’t wait to say goodbye and go see her friends. The rates are more than fair, which is a big plus. 10/10.

A dog’s hide-a-way is the perfect place for a safe and healthy outdoor environment for your pup. Dogs run free through woods and streams, and some easy obstacles for their exercise and mental stimulation. There are always plenty of humans in the vicinity of the dogs to insure the safety of the pups. They are a very professional and caring staff. If you want a safe and healthy outdoor environment for your dog, this is the place for you. Our family likes A Dog’s hide-a-way better than the indoor and crated experience of other day care businesses.
This was our first time leaving our family dog Mochi for boarding care, so we were a little bit nervous about it at first. But after meeting the kind staff, seeing the location in person, and having flexible boarding options made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Mochi had such a good time and we cannot express how happy we were knowing she was in such great hands! We also really appreciated all the updates that we received. We cannot wait to continue to bring her here!
We recently moved. My poor dog has had the worst separation anxiety. I couldn’t go anywhere without him. But it was getting to my mental health as well. We are only on day 2, but this has been a godsend. He is sleeping through the night. He's not clinging to me. He is finding peace. I am finding peace knowing that he is being taken care of when i'm working. I could cry just talking about the relief this place has given our little family. Update: we are on week 2. He was an escape artist. And I thought they would kick him out. But they actually found ways to keep him safe. And he is doing so good! And when we are home, he is getting more independent. I can’t thank these people enough. This place deserves 10 stars!!!
AMAZING! The property is great, lots of opportunity for running, climbing, and playing in the creek. The staff is super friendly and engaged with all of the dogs, and I love that they post tons of pics and videos on the Instagram page. They are super responsive to text messages, and often include a photo update!
We highly recommend A Dog's Hide-A-Way for both doggie daycare and boarding! We've been taking our dog here for a few years, and she absolutely adores the staff. We know she's in good hands here. The vast outdoor space allows her to run to her heart's content and the indoor areas are great for extreme weather days.
I can't think Karen and her staff enough for having our dog Mali for 3 days. From the meet and greet, to the staff, to knowing that Mali would be safe. She was able to sleep inside and I know she had fun, because she came home exhausted. I would not hesitate to board your pup here, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The best doggy daycare in town! This place is truly special. With more space to run around and play than a dog could dream of and the nicest owners/staff. Gary and Karen truly care about the well being of the dogs and go above and beyond for them. My little Barry goes there for daycare and I’ve boarded him as well. They’re so generous with their home, allowing him to sleep in the house and cuddle when he’s anxious. I cannot recommend this place enough! Your pups will be in great hands at A Dog’s Hide-A-Way.
My dog loves attending daycare and comes home sooo tired. The staff is friendly and easy to get a hold of if I have questions and they consistently update their IG daily, which I love because I get to see what my girl is up to. I haven’t utilized their boarding services but have had such a great experience with daycare that I plan on boarding in the near future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun environment for their dog!
This is a great place for your dog (s). Pristine clean asphalt paths over 5 acres with fun and engaging things for your pup to do. Whether it be always supervised swimming in the creek or pond, climbing over large logs, crossing over a fun bridge complete with a tunnel, digging in dedicated areas, your dog will never be bored! When you pick up your dog they will sleep for days because they are so tired! There's even a large dog washing tub to bathe your dog when they leave.
If my dog Maggie could write this review, she would say that A Dog's Hide-a-way is her favorite place in the world. She loves going to play for a day and staying overnight. She thinks Gary and Karen could not possibly have done a better job creating the ultimate daycare and boarding for dogs. And all her human friends who work there deserve huge kisses. So thankful to have discovered this place!
If you're looking for an alternative to the impersonal experience of using an app to find a random pet sitter - I can't recommend Leave It To Shoo! highly enough. She's easy to set up with (just 1 short visit to determine pet needs) and very communicative while you're away - provides daily updates and pictures of your pets. (Examples pictured) My pets were loved and taken care of by Shoo while I was away - and that's all than you can ask for!
We have had the best experience possible with Leave it to Shoo for the past 3 years. It is such peace of mind to know that our cat is being so well taken care of while we are away. Shoo has the key to our home on a permanent basis; we trust her implicitly. She always either answers her phone or gets back right away when we need to book her. She never has a problem working us into her schedule. Shoo brings in the mail, makes sure the house is secure, and always leaves a note and extra food and water for our cat on the last day. The litter box and surrounding area are kept immaculate. We can tell that Olaf has had a great time while we are gone because he is not vocal or clinging when we get back! They play together and Shoo gives him lots of love. We have no hesitation recommending Leave it to Shoo for in-home pet care!
Sharon was absolutely wonderful with all our animals (fish, parrot, cats, dog)! She sent us daily pictures and updates on how everybody was doing while my family was absent, and communicated very quickly and competently in handling a prickly situation with our not-too-friendly dog. She reads animal behavior very well, is very responsible and resourceful, and we highly recommend her services.
Shoo's been our go-to cat sitter for several years and has been great! She sends daily updates with pictures and keeps our plants alive as well. She is super reliable and responds very quickly. We'll definitely continue using her services for years to come!

Sharon is amazing! I recently moved to the area and, on a short notice, had to find a pet-sitter for my dog and a cat for a few days. Sharon took such a good care of them! My dog can be a little mischievous, so Sharon even built "a fort", so my dog wouldn't get to the cat's stuff. When I got back, pets looked happy and well taken care of. Sharon kept in touch me regularly, informing on how everything is. She definitely does more than just pet-sitting - she even texted me to make sure I landed ok and am safe on the way home. Sharon is an excellent pet sitter. Sharon pet sat for a week. She took special care of my kitty (a cancer survivor) who needed daily medication. In addition she took care of 2 other cats, and 2 rabbits. Daily she texted me with an update and made helpful suggestions. When I got home, the kitchen was spotless and the animals well cared for. I would use her again.
Shoo is very professional, gives attention to detail, and is a very caring provider for animals. Along with myself, several family members have also used her services. We have known Shoo even before she went into this business, and we trust her completely with our home and animals.
Shoo is great with our 3 cats. She has been cat sitting for us for a few years now and they love her! She is very professional and easy to get ahold of. I am so happy we found her!
Sharon is the best pet sitter. My 2 cats love her.She keeps me informed of what's going on. She texts me pictures.She also is nice to bring in my mail or water my flower pots. Those little things mean a lot.
My pup went to Camp Good Puppy for daycare and boarding for over a year before we moved. I so appreciated the care they showed my pup who was nervous and shy at first. With their help she gained confidence and began to love going there for daycare every week. I always felt comfortable leaving her there for daycare or boarding. My pup will miss you all!
My Rottweiler “goes to camp” weekly and boards here when I need to go somewhere without him. As a rescue who was poorly socialized as a puppy, he was very nervous at first, and suffered with separation anxiety. The staff have won him over, and we’ve worked with Cierra in group training classes to improve his manners and confidence. Now he loves his weekly visits and doesn’t even look back at me as he runs off to play with his friends when I drop him off. Plus, his vet says he’s the best behaved Rottweiler at their practice. They get busy and booked up during the summer and over holidays, so make sure to book early during those times of year.
My pups LOVE coming to camp. They take great care of my babies and are always receptive to my communication.
My dog loves going here on a weekly basis! As soon as we turn into the camp he's already wagging his tail. The staff is friendly and helpful. The safety of the dogs is a high priority to them and I can tell they try their best to observe the dogs and provide the best experience. As a plus, I love the report cards that they provide periodically.
I had an emergency come up and needed day care. Everyone at the facility has gone out of their way to help. They have done everything needed to make sure I do not need to worry about my new work schedule that changed without warning. They went out of their way all the way through the easy process to get my fur babies the attention needed so I can work without worry of them being home alone. Thank you so much!!!! We have been taking our 8 month old puppy to Camp Good Puppy since he was 4 months old and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! We’ve utilized the daycare services weekly and have done a few boarding stays. Our pup gets so excited to go to camp and runs to the workers, just as fast as he runs to us 😂 We love reading the report cards they provide and can tell everyone truly cares for our dog! He gets to go to camp and run around in fields and just be a dog. So thankful Camp Good Puppy is nearby!
Camp good puppy is such a great place! I took my dog Pepper there for the first time (pepper is really shy and kinda scared of other dogs) anyways pepper spent 10 days there and she made friends! She also isn't as shy anymore! This is such a wonderful place to take ur dog the workers are so sweet and responsible, I can really trust them with pepper! I toured their property with owner. She gave a great overview of their program and how it has been in her family since they opened. The faculty was well set up and open plan Good flow for incoming and out going pets. When viewing the kennel area it was clean and bright and organized. This camp is a balance of play and rest. Not a good fit for smaller dogs unless they interact well with other breeds and sizes. Good positive visit and tour. A nice fit for weekly day care and for a fee days boarding.
Our dog, Huey (ACD/Russell/Pitty), came to CGP with a lot of reactivity issues, especially on a leash. We attended their Basic Manners and Reactivity classes, and Huey had improved leaps and bounds from where he was. I have so much more confidence as a dog owner.Cierra is incredibly patient and invested in her training, which shows, considering how attentive and knowledgeable she was with our dog. This is a great place to bring your dog for amazing training by and resources. Highly recommended.
I love this place and my dog does too! It’s in the country they get to smell the air and be socialized with other dogs, while being who they are individually. I feel like my dog gets the attention she needs while staying safe. And I love the stuff they are receptive and caring and reliable. Thanks so much for being there camper good puppy!
