Molly is trustworthy, reliable, respectful, attentive, has extensive experience, and my dogs absolutely LOVE her! Having a new person around my dogs and in my home made me very nervous, and Molly has made me more than comfortable watching my pups while I’m traveling. Our dogs have behavioral issues and need to be separated at all times and Molly follows all of the directions given. We can tell she genuinely cares about our babies and our home. Whether it’s an overnight stay or a during the day drop in she always keeps us updated with texts and photos. We are very lucky to have her and would recommend her services to everyone! We have nothing but amazing things to say about Jamie! Our dog Tater has stayed with her and her family for daycare as well as overnight a few times. He is always very excited to go there and play with the other pups. Jamie is very communicative via text while they stay sending pics and updates. It’s such a relief knowing our pup (who can be a little high maintenance and clingy) is being well cared for in a home with people who treat him like part of the family!

Couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter We traveled internationally and was concerned as to where to leave our precious Dog Rubee 💞 We were given updates and pictures and videos the whole time we were away Rubee 💞 was exercised and made part of their family as well. Highly recommend Jamie and Miss Rubee 💞 will surely be back there on our next vacation. After all Rubee 💞 needs a vacation as well.

Laurie and her team were excellent. They kept me up to date with my fur baby’s progress during his stay which put my heart at ease while away on vacation. Sent me lots of pics. I mentioned his ‘gotcha day’ was coming and they went above and beyond and threw a big ‘pawrty’ bash for him along some friends and tons of present. Love it. Highly recommended!!!

Dog Days Pet Care is the only place I will trust with my sweet boy Buddy. Laurie, Cliff and their staff are amazing, loving caregivers. My pup loves it there. The pups have a great time playing in the beautiful yard. There are pools to cool off on hot days. We love receiving daily updates and pictures of Buddy playing with other dogs, which he rarely gets to do. Having peace of mind and knowing Buddy is safe and cared for makes going away so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you Dog Days🐶❤️🐾

If we could give 10 stars we would! We booked the Almost Overnight service for 7 days while we were out of the country. Laurie and her team were so professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that our pup was taken care of and happy. They followed the directions we left perfectly. We got a pupdate twice a day with so many pictures and videos which showed our pup playing, eating, drinking, napping, peeing, etc. We HIGHLY recommend Dog Days and we will be utilizing more of their services in the future. 🐶♥️

I cannot recommend Dog Days enough. We had the Almost Overnight package with a few additional visits while we were away for a few days and Tara, Laurie, and Monica took amazing care of our two husky boys! We had never left them alone like this before and were nervous that they would be upset or destructive while we were away, but we came home to a clean house (thanks to Laurie for vacuuming the weekend's tumbleweeds during one of her visits) and very happy dogs! The Dog Days team was in frequent communication about when they were coming and gave an extremely thorough report after each visit (complete with pictures) that left us so at ease. The team also adapted seamlessly when we had a surprise paw injury right before our trip that required a cone and medication for one of the dogs. Your pets are in amazing hands with Dog Days!

What a wonderful service. Laurie and her professional team took my last minute request for my 2 dogs and we couldn't be more pleased. We were hesitant to leave our dogs at the vet or boarded somewhere with other dogs since they get easily stressed. We are so happy we found Dog Days for in-home pet care, our dogs were stress free and their routines were able to be maintained with 4 visits a day. All feeding and routine instructions were followed, plenty of pictures and updates were sent during our trip to give us peace of mind. We brought our 3 1/2 yo dog here for the first time and she loved it. Laurie went over all the requirements and their resort was very clean and spacious. Her and her husband are true dog lovers. They sent us pictures throughout Lucia’s daily visit and we were happy. We will definitely going back! They even gave us a gift bag when we picked her up. I am so grateful I found dog days. I feel so comfortable bringing my dog there knowing she is having a lot of fun and is safe and in good hands. My dog LOVES going to daycare and gets so excited when I tell her she’s going. If my dog is happy, I’m happy. The daily pictures I get of my dog playing at daycare is so great to see how happy she is there. We have been using Paws & Claws pet sitting for about 2 years and love them! More importantly our dogs love them! We have 2 pups and both are excited when they arrive. I get updates throughout the time we are gone, and since she is a licensed vet tech I feel confident that if my dogs were to get sick they are in great hands. Our dogs love, love, love being in their own home. When we return they are happy to see us, but much more relaxed than when they had been boarded in the past. In addition, our home is always clean!

Stephanie came to my home to care for my 16 year old chihuahua who takes medications 2 times a day. She sent me pics and kept me updated on her visits. I highly recommend Stephanie and will be using her again. I’m not a very trusting person so it was difficult for me to make this decision of having someone in my home when I wasn’t there. I’m so glad I trusted her. She’s very organized and experienced with elderly dogs. I had no worries about my dogs well being while in Stephanies care.

We have asked Stefanie to check in on our pets twice and both times we have been very happy with her professionalism, quick texted responses, and genuine care she has shown for our pets. We have three pets, a sight-hound (high energy) mix puppy and two older cats. We like Stefanie because she is meticulous and as a vet tech we know our four-legged friends are in good hands. We get texted images when she visits so we are kept in the loop too! Her rates are very reasonable and it is very clear that she loves animals so we're worry-free when we travel or have a night out. I'd highly recommend her services!

So glad to have found such a great pet sitter like Stefanie. I asked Stefanie to do a few day visits as well as an overnight for a trip I booked and was incredibly pleased with her service. As well as pet sitting, Stefanie also has a background of being a well educated vet-tech so you know she will be confident in any emergency situations that could arise. During her visits she sent photos and videos of my dog so I would have the peace of mind knowing she was doing okay. I even came home to some fun little surprises and treats she leaves for her clients including a little note of how the visits went. Love & Care is wonderful! Chris is always sweet and profession and super accommodating with our ever changing schedules. We have an amazing dog walker who comes daily to walk our lab mid-afternoon, as my fiancé and I work long hours. Our puppy is so well cared for and our home is very respected. Because of Love & Care, we can sleep soundly at night knowing that our highly energetic lab will be taken for a walk (safely) and properly cared for when we are unable to. This is a fantastic service for mid day dog walking ! Everyone at Love & Care is professional, communicative, trustworthy and a reasonably priced option to ensure my dog is taken care of while I'm at work. They customize a plan that works with your schedule and have a flexible policy on cancellations in the event one needs to happen. Amazing service! Were available on short notice, arranged for every walk as needed, went above and beyond just walking our dog, they played, fed and cleaned up after him as needed. My family and I had Carolyn and her staff watch our beloved almost 5 year old boxer while we went away last weekend. Our dog is family and Carolyn and her staff made us feel very comfortable while we were away. Caroline came to my rescue! I had an emergency with my 3 dogs. I was out of town and the person I had to watch my dogs bailed on me while I was out of town already. I found Aunty C’s number and called her. She heard my desperation and jumped into help me immediately. We recently used 3C Pet Care for this first time for our 2 dogs and were very happy with the experience. It was the first time we had someone come into our home to care for the dogs and were a little apprehensive about it. But after meeting with Carolyn, she put our minds at ease. Definitely liked Hounds Town and the organized way they handle the dogs. I appreciate that they did a Temper Test to see who and how my dog reacts with. Also love the fact that they are out playing all day! Looking forward to having my little guy back there to play soon!

She always has a smile on her face when I see her at the front desk and she made me feel comfortable from the very beginning leaving my puppy at HT. Another employee who is always smiling and very welcoming is Dan. He always goes out of his way to give my dog affection and attention to make her feel welcome and at home. They refused to complete a pet evaluation even though they had the availability to complete one. They stated that a pet evaluation is good for 6 months and that boarding availability was going to be available after December, so I requested to do a pet evaluation now so that when boarding does become available after December my dog can just come but they refused. I prefer a doggie daycare that’s willing to work with the client. This is not my first time trying to get my dog into this daycare but this is certainly my last. Good Luck!

I have absolutely no clue how this place has so many positive reviews. DO NOT bring your dog here. Firstly, the dogs are kept in empty pens with no toys, nothing to do, the “movie” TV is never on. Second, it is FILTHY in there. You can smell it as soon as you open the door. I picked up my dog from daycare yesterday and he was so disgusting. They gave him to me wet (I did not ask for a bath) and I was told, “We were trying to clean him off”. Well, they did an extremely poor job of that. His legs and belly were all YELLOW as if he was peed on and he smelled RANCID. I had to bathe him when I got home and then when I called to try to ask what happened to him I was told “He was playing in the water bowl”. I’m sorry but he would not smell like sewage and be yellow from playing in a water bowl. They told me they would do a better job wiping him in the future. Today I went back to drop him off for daycare again, and was trying to explain the situation to an employee, I was interrupted by the woman I spoke on the phone with. She said “Yes it was me you spoke with, he was just playing in the water bowl” again downplaying what happened. When I picked him up today and looked into the viewing window, the large dogs looked SO sad. They had not a toy in sight. They were all in a pen crying and barking with urine and feces on the floor. When I got my dog he was very wet again, but at least not yellow this time, but he smelled very strongly of whatever “dog cologne” they use to mask the rancid urine smell. I once again bathed him as soon as I got home because I was gagging at the smell of him, and will not be taking him back to that dump.

I researched a few places to bring my German Shepherd as I had to go away to attend to a family matter. This place does not disappoint. Top Notch! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They treated my boy like family. Lois was great and my boy instantly felt at ease with her. Simply the best in the area.

Hounds Town Ronkonkoma is the only place I will trust to watch my two dogs, whether for a day or overnight. They are attentive and caring - most of the staff even know my boys by name. The enrichment these dogs get is like nothing else when they're staying at Hounds Town!

The 60 minute puppy socialization class was exactly what my 4 months old Elon needed. He got about 50 minutes of playtime with other puppies while I got information on the benefits of good nutrition fort my dog, grooming and socializing my dog.

Admittedly I didn't get to see a whole lot of the facility but based on what I DID see and how my dog and I were treated during his evaluation, I am hoping for good things. Stephanie was very friendly, informative and answered any questions or concerns that my fiance or I had about Kenobi's future boarding stay with them. He passed his evaluation and earned his bowtie today.

I had two puppies coming in 4 to 5 times per week for two months until now. They would had still been coming for day care far into their future if it wasn’t for this. My puppies were being kept by themselves in a room all day & I was never told this would be happening. (They would of just stay at home if this what I needed my day care to do). They posted a video on Facebook in which I notice they were being kept separate from the others in what it looks like to be a room the size of a closet & when I called to ask why this was happening, they lied to me and told me they were put in a room by themselves just to take the video. I came to pick them up and they stuck with the lie only just to later on comment on a Facebook post that they have been kept separate because they are not neutered (they are 6 months old and their appointment for this would had taken place in a couple of weeks). I don’t know how long this has been going on & No one ever told me this was happening. Completely heart broke about this & they have lost my trust. I was lied to about my pets situation, they are my entire life & I felt if i had found a place where would be safe, taken cared of and having a lot of fun. I will be asking for a full refund on the rest of the days I paid for & they have lost two incredibly loving and friendly dogs that could have been going there for a long time.

Lynne took excellent care of my cats. She was very caring and thorough taking notes about their care needs when we met. Lynne also texted me each day so I knew they were doing well. I highly recommend Lynne of Little Monsters.

We used Lynne of Little Monsters pet sitting to care for our cat while on vacation. Since our cat is old, we wanted her to stay in our home. Lynne came for a daily visits. She spent time petting, playing, feeding, and cleaning up after her. Lynne cared for the house too. She brought in the mail, turned lights, and AC on/off as we preferred. Lynne sent us text message updates with pictures which was very comforting while away. Lynne is a very kind person with a gentle demeanor who took all the time we needed for a consultation beforehand. She came over and got to know our cat; she sat on the floor petting her and asked lots of questions. I felt very comfortable with Lynne coming while we were away. The cost is affordable and so well worth it! I will continue to use her service and recommend her to others too!

Lynne took such great care of our 2 English bulldogs when we went away for a weekend. She was very attentive to them and the dogs love her! Lynne sent pictures of our dogs daily and even brought in our mail! She’s great! Highly recommend!

Lynne takes fantastic care of our cat, Ellie. I can't recommend Little Monsters Pet Sitting and Boarding enough. She really cares and came to get to know Ellie prior to her first time sitting. Lynne asks all the right questions and I know she is taking care of everything when we are not there. She sends text and picture updates and spends time giving our cat the attention we needs while we are away.

Lynne is fantastic. I'd be shocked if you could find a better pet sitter. I always worry about our cat when we go on vacation. Whether she is at a boarding place or being looked in on by friends/family. But Lynne made me so comfortable leaving our cat in her care at our home. Our cat has a new pal for when we are out of town!

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a pet care professional that spends more time, cares more, or lavishes more love and attention on your pets than Lynne from Little Monsters. Its a pleasure to watch her work with every dog and cat that she cares for. She treats every animal like a cherished family member, which explains why so many of her clients treat her the same way in return. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynne and Little Monsters to anyone.

Lynne at Little Monsters is absolutely fantastic with my puppy boy Rocky. When I first met with her to see if she was the right fit for us and be the right person to come into my home and spend time with him I felt comfortable right away and knew that she was the pet sitter I wanted to use. She is very helpful with advice and suggestions as we are learning how to provide the best care for our new puppy and he is very comfortable around her and is growing and learning a lot in their visits together. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a pet sitter.

finding a animal boarding facility u can trust is hard , You make the arrangements try to adhere to their guidelines , pay your fee , and hope u get your animal back healthy . Businesses like this one must think everybody is desperate and think we can be treated with disrespect and a condescending attitude and be back again . I don't think so , there are other options and we must use them and make a statement and drive these type of establishments to cease to have the privilege of having a business .I'm not done with narration of this place and I will continue to embellish more reasons why u should seek out better accommodations for your furry friends that are part of your family.In previous dealings with cozy noses ( yes went there more than once ) because I believe in second chances , My animal came back in need of a vet visit, a few times been talked to with disrespect . I'm hearing impaired and well not always getting what people take for granted what their saying is hitting home so I ask for a redo and get that's ok and don't get a proper explanation. Example left my animal with a toy from home to give a feeling of not everything unfamiliar in her temporary surroundings, because they don't know if your coming back . Than come back to pick her up and they say we don't give toys back , what??? Than get a surly employee chastising me about policy , No I call that incompetence and laziness among other things .They have lost this paying customer and hopefully give other current and potential customers some food for thought when they seek out a place of shelter for their extended family members

Boarded our less than one year old dog here, and he now has kennel cough. He was fully vaccinated and we never experienced this for the decade of using a different kennel with our other dogs. Disappointing and now we need to take him to the vet. Won't be using again.

From the second you walk into this establishment you know the kind of business they are. Cozy Noses takes pride on the services they provide for your fur baby. I was a complete nervous wreck leaving behind my 14 month old German Shepherd for the first time, and they made me feel at ease from day one. They were patient and very accommodating. They also answered every question I had, and kept in-touch letting me know how my baby was while I was away. The staff is extremely respectful and super nice and you can see they clearly love their job!! Also the place is spotless!!!! My baby was well taken care of and we all know what that means to us parents!!! Cozy Noses gets an A ++++ I wrote the same review on Yelp!!!

The folks have their process down which is good. They keep the safety of your loved one as their #1 concern...which it should be. However, my experience with my unique dog is I get the feeling my dog doesnt like it there, YMMV. He comes home looking like he hasn't slept in days, and has lost a few pounds. My dog is not really into other dogs and I'm sure the loud barking for others keeps him up at night. He's not a "cage" dog where he shares a chain link fence next to other potentially loud non stop barking dogs. We've stayed there maybe 4 to 5 stays and every time he gets home he crashes mid day to sleep and takes a few days to get back to his weight and eating. I'll lift up another rock and see what else is out there. YMMV.

Love this place. We used another place a few times and our dogs always came home shell shocked and lethargic. Every time they’ve come back from Cozy Noses they’ve been super happy. The other kennel also gave the wrong dog clearly labeled medicine and when they realized they then refused to give medicine period. Never a problem at Cozy Noses. They are super nice, take care of our dogs, are communicative, and very reasonable. The location is also great if you are flying out of Islip. I highly recommend Cozy Noses.

Cozy Noses was recommended to us by several different people who have boarded their dogs. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and enjoy working with dogs. The facility is clean and large with a lot of availability. Because it is a big kennel, it can be noisy. The system at Cozy Noses is well organized for feeding, medication and special needs of the pets. A special playtime is available for an additional fee.

My neighbor had mentioned bringing her dogs here years ago and recommended it. My dog is VERY shy. She is a rescue and small. She has only boarded with my vet, once, and they stop doing boarding. With trepidation knowing her personality I brought her to cozy noses. I am so happy that I did. She received wonderful care and one of the staff members, Denise?,) fell in love with her and gave her more attention seeing how she was shying away from being with others. I highly recommend bringing your furry loved ones here. Everyone the is wonderful.

My friend boarded her dog here last month and when they picked up the dog she was shaking. They took her to the vet and she died within 2 hours! When they called cozy noses and asked what happened they said well one day she had diarrhea another day she wouldn’t eat and threw up bile… yet they never called the owner!

The staff is always so pleasant and they listen to what you are saying. My dog loves going there. Actually pulls me to get in whereas over other place I brought him to he kept riding around to get out. I highly recommend Cozy Noses.

We have been bringing our dogs to Cozy Noses for over a dozen years, maybe longer. We have always had positive experiences with boarding, playtime, or grooming services. My blue heeler cattledog mix and black lab always looked and acted happy upon pickup (the heeler might be a little hoarse, but she is a big barker at home too). The employees are always pleasant and understanding, and happy to see my pups when I bring them in. They are conscientious about taking care of the pets, and contacted my vet for advice and medication one time when it was needed. Very happy to recommend Cozy Noses for your family.

I highly recommend quail run kennel for training your dog! The instructors are like dog whisperers, and we have learned so much with each class! Before these classes, my dog used to jump around like a kangaroo, was tugging on the leash, and hard to control when walking. After just a few classes, Benny can walk with a loose leash, and no longer lunges or pulls towards other dogs or people. The results are amazing, people have even asked if our dog is a service dog in public! Also, the instructors have a great sense of humor, and are incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be signing up for off leash training next!

I have boarded my dogs here multiple times and always a good experience. Both dogs can be difficult at times, but they understand their needs and are accommodating. Owners and all staff are always pleasant, helpful, and caring. Easy drop off and pick up. Dogs are always tired and “happy” when I pick them up. Thank you, Quail Run!

Don is amazing with his dog training. He truly understands the dogs and their the behavior. He accomplished so much is a sort amount of time with our dog... he was just great!

We love this kennel!!! The staff is so caring and compassionate. We have take our 3 year old English Bulldog there since she was 6 months old to be boarded. English Bulldogs are very sensitive to heat, cold and our has allergies. The staff has always kept a watchful eye on our dog, Violet. When we bring her there she gets so excited because they get so excited to see her. We would never leave her with anyone else! Their prices are very reasonable too. You can tell they love what they do. We also took her there for dog training classes. Don is the best dog trainer around. We had some food aggression issues and Don took time for his day to help us. Truly amazing people!!!

I absolutely recommend Don Sterling for anyone looking to train their dog or correct undesirable behavior. Mr. Sterling and Patty were so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable with me and my dog. I truly cannot recommend their training enough. I had taken my brother's German shepherd to multiple trainers due to uncontrollable barking at any strangers. None of the trainers had any answers as to why he was barking and would just give vague solutions to solve it. After about 2 months of no progress I was blessed in finding Quail Run kennels and meeting Mr. Sterling. After explaining my problem on the phone, Mr. Sterling scheduled an appointment immediately and took more than an hour out of his day to help me understand and correct the barking. The next day I immediately saw progress and improvement in his behavior. At his own pace my dog is able to approach strangers and feel more secure, comfortable, and happy! I learned much more in the wonderful time I spent with Mr. Sterling than I had in all the other general puppy classes combined. I am looking forward to taking the group classes in the spring and can’t wait! The property is absolutely stunning and very welcoming. The training for our 9 month old German Shepherd was very good. Prior to training at Quail Run we could not walk out our front door without wrestling with this dog and were never able to walk him down our street. Now he walks daily with no pulling, even downtown main street. He is such a pleasure to walk with. The trainers at Quail Run are excellent, each class had multiple trainers to offer all the help needed to master handling our dog. We are very thankful for Quail Run's Dog Training that works.

Don and his training team are excellent. Our adopted lab had had no training and was 16 months BIG and goofy when we got him. This group training was extremely effective and had him under control with just a few lessons. I did not expect group training to be this good, having used private training in the past, but it was excellent. You always feel that you and your dog are under the trainers’ watchful eye even as part of a group. I highly recommend this class.

Wouldn’t give dog meds, fed meds to wrong dog when they did, dogs always came home lethargic, and owner pushed me thinking I was going into the kennel area (I wasn’t). Don’t send your dogs here, the old man is out of touch and they will treat them and you like livestock.

Horrible horrible place….picked up our puppy from being in the kennel and he was all chopped up with some random hair cut. We never said cut his hair All they said was we tried to give a bath and he wanted nothing to do with. We never asked for a bath either He smelled like nasty fish He was very mellow and not himself when we got him He’s usually very hyper and beyond excited to see us and he wasn’t They even said he was very quiet whole time which is unlike our dog too. He’s alway so happy and excited to see anyone. I gave food and even gave a ton more just to see if they would scoop correct amount and they used all the food up so that says they didn’t do it correctly. He was sleeping for like 3 days straight after and had diarrhea. Also another dog who went same time came home feeling the same way. We tried asking questions when we dropped him off since it was his first time and they just grabbed him and ran off and told us we had to leave. We asked to walk him in back or at least see where he would be and they told us no. When we picked him up they didn’t allow us to ask questions either they just handed him over and told us to head out We had him groomed after the visit and our groomer goes where in the world was he and who gave him a horrible chopped hair cut? He smells horrible. They told us we have never seen a dog look and smell this bad before. No explanation, no giving us a heads up for whatever reason they chopped him up for We will absolutely never return For anyone else who attempts to go here take before pictures and after pics you could be next. I don’t know how this company has been in business for so long They should be shut down
