Jane and her husband were wonderfully accommodating and took superb care of my mostly-blind cat, helping me out of a very tight last-minute travel conundrum. They were communicative, friendly, and made the process as easy as it possibly could have been. I trust them with my pet and my place without reservation. Five stars in every aspect.

Kerri
We really enjoyed our time with Roo. He is a very sweet dog with pretty classic snow-dog mannerisms (responds well to mutual respect and likes to be a part of the family).
Kerri's place is great and in an ideal location to get to the highway and BART stations. When we ran into an issue on one of our walks, she was quick to respond and supportive.
We would definitely recommend - especially if you have experience with snow dogs.

Christine
Sitting for Christine and Mike was a pleasure. Great communication, very friendly couple. Ariel, their well-trained dog, is very easy to take care of. Ariel does not require much attention. Hopefully she enjoyed our daily walks thru the neighborhood that we did. Ariel does well on a leash and is easy to walk. While in the house she has a doggy door so she can go into the fenced back yard whenever she wants. (Unless it's raining and you shut the doggy door). Ariel is fed twice a day and takes a pill twice a day. Easy duty.
Christine and Mike have a beautiful new home with accommodation for guests that has its own door to the outside. The bedroom has an attached private full bath, walk-in closet, small refrigerator, and a counter with a sink, and a comfortable queen size bed. We used the main kitchen for any meals we prepared and watched television in the great room. The location is close to many stores and restaurants.
My last comment is anyone that gets a sit for Christine and Mike is very lucky. They're great hosts. This was our first sit, and it was a wonderful experience.

Rose and Michael
My daughter and I had a lovely sit with Huamo and Kamala, two active and sweet bunnies from Rose and Micheal. Correspondence with Rose was perfect and when we arrived we spent 2 hours going through all the ins and outs of the house and the care of the bunnies. We had fun playing with them and trying to teach them tricks. The neighbors were equally lovely and we spoke to them regularly as they were worried when my daughter fell ill and did their best to help and check in with us every day. The location was great as well and we spent equal time going to Hamburg and the Baltic sea beach area. I highly recommend this opportunity!

Tracy was thorough and communicative. The house is in a great location for lots of walking paths. Luna is the biggest sweetheart! Both animals were very easy to care for.

Gunhild
We had a delightful time at Gunhild’s place with her cats, and felt very lucky for the opportunity. Her place is a perfect getaway on the Costa del Sol, tucked away in an arroyo about a 15 min walk up from the beach & surrounded by avocado groves & nature. Sambo & Puma are great cats, very affectionate but not needy at all, easy to take care of. We came with our 4-year-old son, who loved spending time with them & picking lemons from their abundant tree. The place is clean & sunny, with a great kitchen & lovely garden. Gunhild was excellent at communicating & made us feel very welcome. With a car it’s easy to access a lot of popular places for tourists: other beach towns, the hills behind, Nerja, Granada, Malaga. But you can also get by on public transport and chill out at the local beach more. (There are a fair amount of mosquitoes in/near the house, but we probably could have been better at using different types of mosquito repellent!) Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay.

Gudrun
Gudrun was so friendly and communication was excellent before and during the stay; she even picked me up at the airport which was great.

The apartment is very comfortable and in a wonderful location with great walking trails right outside the house taking you through beautiful fields and woods. It’s an short 5 min walk to the grocery store for all your needs.

Lucy is lovely and will let you pet her all day long. Really enjoyed our walks. Belinda is sweet and affectionate although she spent Most of the time outdoors exploring as it was long summer days.

Easy 30 min bus ride to Oslo city centre for exploring.

Definitely recommend a visit.
