Pollyanna and Chris made us feel very welcome in their home. Truffle and Bounty are an absolute joy to care for and very well behaved. Bounty is full of energy and loads of fun to watch run and bounce around in the fields and Truffle is very sweet and being older tends to stick more to the walking path with you. The walks (just like the views from the house) were absolutely beautiful and although we always had leads with us, we didn't actually need them as we rarely bumped into anyone and the garden leads to a field which connects you directly with the bridal path. The garden is absolutely stunning and was a real pleasure to enjoy on sunny days. If you play tennis, you'll be delighted as it's not every day you have a tennis court in your garden. We also found Truffle and Bounty would keep close to the court when we played so it was easy to keep an eye on them whilst playing. Pollyana also grows her own fruit and vegetables and kindly allowed us to help ourselves which was a real treat for us. We enjoyed looking after the house, dogs and plants and would recommend this housesit to any nature lovers. Market Harborough town is nearby and lovely and we enjoyed a beautiful meal at Rocksalt Bistro.
My time with Yoreme and Reiner was fantastic. The house is located with a very good tram connection and yet in the countryside, near the river and you can quickly get to Alsace. The house is very cozy and nice when we got to know Yoreme, we got along very well. The 3 fur noses were so uncomplicated and cuddly. Suri lay in my comfortable bed in the evening and in the morning I liked to sit on the terrace with a rest. I watched TV with Apollo in the evenings and I fell in love with them all. I hope we will definitely see each other again. Everything was great. Thanks a lot and kisses to Ruhchen, Suri and Apollo
Enjoyed looking after Bruno and Twiglet! Sam, Jo and Ella were friendly and easy going making the handover smooth and enjoyable. They have a lovely home with some decent walks nearby. Hope to stay again soon!
