Richard was absolutely wonderful! Callie had such a great time with him. It was the first time we'd left Callie with someone she didn't know so we were a little nervous, but as soon as we met him we knew his calm demeanour would make him the perfect fit for her - Callie took to him instantly so we were very confident leaving her with him. He gave us lots of updates while we were away, which was fantastic. He was very flexible with timings and also left the house in a perfect condition - we couldn't have asked for a better sitter! We would highly recommend Richard!
Leaving a review for Ana is a hard thing to do, not because there's nothing good to say, but on the contrary, we don't know where to begin! From the first contact, all communication went really well. All arrangements were clear and she sounded so enthusiastic to come to Ronse and take care of our furry friends and house. When we met, we got along perfectly and we felt totally at ease leaving our pets in her caring hands. Ana sent us lots of pictures and movies of her new furry friends. As our internet connection was very scarce, we weren't always able to text her something back a lot, but she kept on sending stuff anyway. Our daughter was so happy when she got news about her biggest friends. Whenever we send or asked her something, we always got a reply within minutes! When we got home, really late at night, our entire house was so clean which was lovely and she even made us a (Brazilian) chocolate treat. Now, as Belgians having been to Cuba for 3+ weeks where there's hardly any chocolate, I can tell you that was the most amazing gift we could get! When things started to go downhill due to COVID-19 and we weren't sure whether we would be able to get home, Ana was so flexible. Instead of booking a flight back to her home country, she said she would stay to see what would happen. If we would've been stuck, she would've taken further care of our pets, which eased our biggest worries. Eventually, we ended up arriving back home only one day late. By that time, all of her next sits were cancelled and the borders were closed. That led to Ana being stuck here in Belgium for almost an entire month extra. Tomorrow she's flying home and it's going to be so weird not to hear her every day anymore. We really feel like we gained a friend and we definitely hope we'll meet her again - be that here in Belgium or in Brazil! Ana, we'll miss you! Have a save journey home! Lots of love, Babs, Kath and Norah
