Sandra from Alpha Dog Pet Care has been walking my dog Welli every week for the last 2 years and I can't imagine someone better to care for my dog. She's incredibly kind, thoughtful and has a beautiful way of working with dogs and bringing out the best in them. Wednesdays are Welli's favourite day when she gets to go for a hike with Sandra and all her dog pals and Sandra is one of her favourite humans by far. Sandra also dog sits for me while I'm away and again, I couldn't think of a better person to leave my dog with. She gets spoiled with walks, beach visits, hikes in the snow and tonnes of loving attention. Thank you Sandra, you and your service give me peace of mind knowing my dog is in wonderful hands.

Alpha Dog Pet Care walked my dogs and pet sat for us for ten years. Sandra loved our animals as if they were her own. She had a true passion and special bond with all our pets. They were always so excited to go for hikes with her and they came home tired. They would be sad for days when we returned from trips as they missed her. The owner, Sandra is so compassionate and caring for all dogs. Not even her own dogs they walk. I lost my dog in the trails and she went above and beyond to help me find him. She has so much compassion towards animals, she even gave me a ride back to my house from the trails and she walked with me through the trails find try and find my dog. I have also seen her with the dogs she walks and she takes such good care of them. It was a pleasure to meet her!

We can't thank the owner, (Sandra,) enough for her help with our new puppy, we have had several trainers but our dog Jack, fell in love with Sandy, he waits for her by the door and is always thrilled to see her car. She was a great help with socializing him and giving him confidence to go out and play with other dogs, He has total faith in her and so do I!

Friendly, personable and a true lover of animals! Our black lab Ty loves Sandra and always greets her with a wild tail and big kisses :) She truly is a wonderful person to have looking after your fur baby. Alpha Dog Pet Care has been my go-to pet caregiver for three generations of dogs and many cats. Her knowledge of animal behavior and her ability to get the best from each of my cherished companions has been remarkable over the years. She cares deeply about each individual pet she takes on and will willingly do whatever extra activity is needed such as special walk situations, vet visits, medications. She always has time for extra cuddling. Her focus is always the four legged “person” she is in charge of, and my pets are so enthusiastic when she comes that her rapport is obvious. When house-sitting is required, I can travel with confidence, knowing all is in good hands. Even the bird feeders and plants are attended to!

Thank you Sandra for taking such amazing care of our dogs! They absolutely love the hikes with you and when they come back home they literally collapse on their dog beds and are so tired and content for the rest of the day.

This is our favourite dog sitter in Vancouver. Our dog is a little fussy with who looks after but adores Lauren and settled so quickly. She is great at helping our naughty sausage socialise with other dogs, gives lots and lots of cuddles and walkies and we don’t ever worry while we are away as she is in 100% the best hands. We got photo updates and messages letting us know how our doggo is getting on and it’s so nice to have someone local that does the same daily walks so it’s not too scary for our doggo being somewhere new. Thank you so much Lauren for taking such good care of Bun 🐶❤️

I trust Lauren with the most important members of my family as she treats them as if they are her family! From the minute we met her, you could tell there was an instant bond and trust. She has a natural ability with dogs. I never worry that they aren't getting the best care with her, from dressing them appropriately for the weather, and even coming back to check on them before leaving the building, even if she's already finished her appointment with them. I am always happy to get reports of her visits, of how it goes and what they get up to. I know I can really rely on Lauren. I appreciate the fact that if they won't walk far due to the bad weather, she makes sure to spend extra time to hang with them to give them love and attention. I really like using Lauren for dogcare, because she is very trustworthy, reliable, goes above and beyond the scope of dog care, the dogs love her and she loves them! I never have to worry because I know they are getting the most love and attention possible.

I honestly don't think I can ever write a review that fully describes the way Lauren has impacted our family. I met her while she was walking other dogs I knew from my building and I instantly could see that Lauren was different than anyone else. We have now had Lauren in our lives for two and a half years and honestly we are so lucky to have found her. She is a second mother to my Bella. Lauren sees every dog that she works with as her child. I was incidentally two days away from giving birth to my second child when I called Lauren to see if she may be able to help with Bella while I was going to be in hospital. We had about an hour conversation on the phone and then she came the next day to meet myself and Bella. From the very beginning they fell in love. Bella adores Lauren and vice versa. I can't explain to you the relief I had that we had Lauren during this time. She was so accommodating to us. Lauren assesses the dogs she walks and cares for on a continuous basis. She keeps communication open all of the time with updates and photos. I have Lauren to thank for the most beautiful photos of Bella (including the one I've added to this review). My Bella is a very anxious unconfident girl but with Lauren she seems to lose all of that. The bond they have and the relationship they have is unbelievable. Recently we went camping and decided not to take Bella as it was our first time camping with our kids. I didn't feel sad or worried about not taking Bella as she was going to be with Lauren. Literally Lauren is Disneyland and Love all wrapped up for Bella. Lauren is a trustworthy and genuine person. She not only spends extra time with Bella... talking, cuddling and kissing her before she knocks on the door she also has gained such a bond with my kids. We love her and appreciate Lauren so much!

I always know our little dog will have big fun when she stays with Lauren! Our dog loves her and I never have to think about her while I’m gone, zero dog parent guilt. Highly recommend.

Main street Dog care has taken care of our dog several times, all with the same result. our buddy returns home the happiest we have seen him, clearly from the love Lauren extends to her canine friends. whether its just a day walk, an overnight stay or an extended homestay Lauren provides the most amazing care for our dog and many times sends us photos to show us how happy buddy is in her care. actually Laurens photo skills are quite excellent too! we will never hesitate to trust our dogs health, safety and well being to Lauren and the Main street dog care team. thanks Lauren!

Lauren is amazing! I've left Elvis with one or two professionals before for a few days and had never been that happy with the result. Lauren came recommended to me by a client and I'm so glad we found her. It's so obvious how much she cares for the animals in her care, and she really goes the extra mile to make sure that your fur baby will be happy. We got lots of text updates and TONS of cute photos (including the one I'm attaching), and it was just so relieving to know that he was happy with her and that she was making the kinds of decisions for him that I would. Hands down the most relaxed I've been leaving him with anyone other than my own husband.

Lauren is amazing! She takes my pup on private and group walks on a regular basis. My dog gets so excited each and every time she gets picked up for her walks and will shower Lauren with love and affection. Lauren is professional, reliable and she truly loves what she does and it shows!

Jennifer at Stellar Pet Care has been walking our dog Peach for about 1.5 years and she is amazing! She walks Peach in the afternoon while we are both at work and we can tell Peach loves Jennifer and really enjoys walking with her. We have used Jennifer to walk our dog daily since November of 2016 when we moved to Vancouver. She has also boarded our dog in her home while we have been away. Jennifer is very caring towards my little pug Coco. Coco is 11 years old and very fragile due to her health. Jennifer truly enjoys spending time with dogs and she is very organized and professional. My dog had collapsed at home while I was at work, Jennifer found her limp and barely conscious. Jennifer took her to the vet immediately and she kept me updated while I was at work. It was a severe ear infection damaging the ear drum and Coco's balance, which Coco luckily recovered from. Thanks you Jen, for being there for Coco and for your wonderful pet care.

My boyfriend and I were staying far from downtown Vancouver and wanted to enjoy the beach with our dog at the west end. We decided to do the biking tour around the sea wall at the last moment so Jennifer was so helpful to take care of our little dog during the tour, it worked perfect as she is located near Stanley Park. Jennifer takes excellent care of our furbabies! She is very attentive to our cats' different needs and quirks. We have three cats and they make a huge mess, but Jennifer always has our place tidy for our return. It gives us great peace of mind to know they are so well cared for when we are away. One of our cats is very shy and skittish around strangers, but she's clearly comfortable with Jennifer. We've found our cat-sitter!

We love Adventure Den! The staff are incredible. They are so warm and friendly! I always know my dog is in great care. My dog goes there five days a week and has also done some overnights. I trust the folks at Adventure Den wholeheartedly! I recommend daycare and boarding to anyone in the city! For anyone with long working hours, they’re open early and close late, it’s great!

Harlow is a very high energy border collie puppy who started going to Adventure Den when she was maybe 5 months old. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea that Harlow could potentially have anxiety when she was there as I took it as excitement. The lovely staff noticed her extreme energy and put a weighted vest on her which calmed her down! Showing that she was just a bit anxious. Great communication! We have a large, good natured, overly enthusiastic puppy. Canine Adventure Den has been a wonderful experience for him and us. We have placed him in the doggie day care often, and have left him there for several day stays when we went on holidays. They make sure he doesn’t get overly stimulated, but he has a chance to play with other dogs. He always seems happy to go and calm when he gets home.

This place is a saviour for someone dealing with chronic conditions! I was injured a month after getting my best friend and when my dog's energy gets too high for me to manage, a day of stimulation at the Adventure Den knocks her out for a couple of days. I love picking Takoda up after she is there, because she gets extra droopy skin on her neck as she struggles to stay awake, but most importantly because she is so happy! Everyone I have encountered there has been polite, caring, respectful, and loves my silly pup. It allows me the opportunity to take the time I need to care for myself, and for that I am truly grateful!

Our dog had a better experience than Rex Hotel. Thank you to the staff that creating a welcoming experience for Lj. We will most definitely bring Lj for a longer stay.

Highly recommend Adventure Den for your daycare and overnight dog sitting needs! Pick up and drop off couldn’t be easier and my dog always comes home exhausted after his full day of playing and socializing! The staff are friendly and seem great with the dogs. Bonus points for posting photos and videos of all the dogs on Instagram!

I recently boarded my 3years old recuse dog for the first time, and I was really worried about how he’d handle it due to his past bad experiences. I’m so happy I chose this service! The staff was very caring and always responded promptly to any questions I had about my dog. They made me feel at ease, and my dog seemed good in there. Much appreciated for their care & attention

When I arrived to fetch my fur buddy and he was reluctant to leave after a nine day stay, I knew that he had a great stay at Canine Adventure Den! He was well looked after and I was kept updated on his stay whenever I asked. Very professional and highly recommended! Today he was there for the day and he had another good time - after eating his dinner, he is snoozing, completely tuckered out!

We have been taking our Australian Shepherd dog to Adventure Den for about 2 years. We have put him in daycare and boarding countless times. He loves daycare and the employees there. When we receive him afterward he’s always happy and tired. We have talked to Colm, the assistant manager, a couple of times about our dog and he’s always been understanding and kind, helping us if we had any issues. Our 18 month old puppy started daycare and life has never been more fun for him. He looks forward to playing with his friends every week and heads out to the beach where he can explore. As a dog parent, I don’t have to worry about him as the staff is exceptional and really do care about dogs. They give us pointers on training and will even spend some time training him. Our puppy comes home very happy which makes it easier for us in the evenings. We are so lucky that we have such exceptional daycare for our little boy!

I take my 9month old energetic Labrador puppy to Noelle’s day care weekly. The staff are all so friendly and skilled! My pup loves going there and I feel at ease that he is well cared for and enjoying the day! Would definitely recommend! I have also taken him to have his nails trimmed by Naoko, who is great!

Noelle's Pet Love was recommended to me by a someone I met at a dog park. I started taking Olive for regular daycare and beach walks since she was 5 months old. She loves going to daycare. She gets to play, gets exercise, gets mental and physical stimulation, and dog training. Olive is well socialized with other dogs and people because of Noelle's Pet Love. Staff is lovely and the hours are very convenient as they offer early drops offs and late pick ups. They even offer boarding and grooming which I have not yet tried but if I ever need it, it's good to know it is available.

My labradoodle has been coming to Noelle’s Daycare since May and we are so happy with their service! I changed my dog’s daycare because she likes being outside and we have the option here to have her go on walks at the beach. I appreciate the handlers taking the time to get to know my dog and work with her personality. They also provide training to ensure all the dogs at the daycare are engaged and can stay together as a pack when they go out. It has been great for me to re-train my dog for basic things that I had not done so well when she was a puppy. I like that Noelle has us work for a while on one training before moving onto the next level. My dog is much more engaged and responsive to me now. I highly recommend Noelle’s for your daycare needs!

Our 11 month old rescue pup Benny started with Noelle when he was 4 months old. He loves going to his "club" and the beach walks are a highlight of his day! Benny has also boarded with Noelle several times including a longstay of 2 weeks over the summer. We appreciate the care, training and professional team who really seem to like Benny! We are new to Noelle’s and have found the staff amazing and the hours convenient. It’s the first time we’ve used a dog daycare and I was nervous to leave our new pup. The staff are so welcoming and attentive, and Nugget loves going there. We really like the videos of their beach walks and I’ve already recommended Noelle’s to our friends!

Noelle’s has been an awesome place for Willa. We transferred to Noelle’s daycare after our previous place shut down and we have been thrilled by how attentive they are to the pups and their wellbeing. When boarding Willa, although we missed her, we knew she was in excellent hands and our anxiety went way down. They also provided regular updates and it was so nice to see her having fun. Highly recommend Noelle’s Pet Love to anyone looking for a safe and dedicated daycare, grooming, and boarding.

When we attended our first session at Noelles Puppy Training Classes my 4-month-old, active miniature pinscher, Coco was nervous and a bit frightened of the other dogs and people. By the last session, her behaviour had improved enormously, as she played with the other puppies and followed commands. She can now sit, stay, drop, leave it, and come when recalled. Sandy is a great trainer; she is very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend her classes. We are already enrolled in the Young Adult training class and can't wait!

Unfortunately my experience with Noelle’s daycare does not reflect the other reviews. Being new to the City, I was looking for a daycare for one of my dogs to attend while at work. He’s been attending daycare since he was old enough to go, without issue. After attending daycare, he started exhibiting aggression towards our other dog at home. I contacted Noelle about this and she suggested hiring Sandy, the behaviourist they have on staff. Fast forward a couple weeks and I’m told that my dog had a bad reaction to another dog but that the other dog was asked to leave the daycare. I was surprised and felt badly but was told the dog had “other issues”. Well the very next day it was my dog being kicked to the curb. I was told someone would reach out to provide me with further info but no one did. To clarify, I’m not ignorant, I know my dog has issues, some of which likely related to all the change that comes with moving. In an email exchange with Noelle I told her I was disappointed to have not heard from her and the lack of feedback I’d received generally, given the amount of money I was spending. Clearly hitting a nerve, she responded that my dog had multiple instances of aggressive behaviour at daycare and that I knew about it. I was genuinely shocked. The only time I was told anything was the one time I happened to meet her in person at pick up when I asked if my dog was ever let off leash during the beach walks, to which she responded yes, but only when the tide was out. Fair enough, but I never saw him off leash in any video except the first one. More upsetting though was that she told me that my dog would never change and this behaviour would continue. Well why had I spent $1100 on her colleague, the behaviourist trainer, then? I’ve now had experiences with daycares across three different provinces and have never had a more negative (or costly) experience. I will give two stars; one for some of the staff who were nice at pick up and drop off and the other for the convenience. Otherwise would not recommend this business to those looking for daycare or a trainer. I’ve worked with many dog trainers over the years and never once have I been told that my dog will never change or been communicated with so rudely. Not every style of training will work with every dog, telling me that would have been sufficient.

We love Noelle’s!! Our boy Fred is always so excited when we pull up, we know he loves it! The fact that they do one on one training and send out videos explaining what to work on at home, really sets them apart from all the other daycares!! We would 10/10 recommend!!

Jessica and her pup loving team are absolutely incredible!! Hands down, it’s our dog’s favourite day of the week when he gets picked up for his hike. All we have to do is say Jessica’s name and he starts racing around the house, pawing at the front door. Plus he comes back exhausted, happy, and ready for a long nap! Jessica has great communication, tons of flexibility and always posts lots of pictures on Instagram so you can follow along on their adventures. I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a dog hiker!!

Jessica took such great care of our rescue pup Jack for over a week while we were away. The update photos were generally either Jack out on an adventure or snoozing peacefully after said adventure. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tails and Bails again!

Jessica at Tails and Bails is amazing! Our dog Max goes on weekly adventure hikes with her and absolutely loves it. He can be a little timid, especially with new people in the house, but he warmed up to Jessica immediately. I love that she posts stories on her instagram while out hiking so you can follow along and see just how much fun you pup is having. We are so glad we found Tails and Bails and would never go back to putting Max in daycare, now that we know he can be out hiking trails in North Van instead. Thanks Jessica!

Tails and Bails is fantastic! Jess is so attentive and loving with our pup, Henrik. He always comes home happy, tired and with many photos to show off his day's adventures with his pals. We appreciate Jess' punctuality, flexibility and warm nature. She always provides us with detailed updates from his day and asks if there is anything we'd like to work on. Henrik has stayed with her for overnight boarding as well and we couldn't have felt more comfortable with the care and playtime he was given. Would highly recommend!

We are so happy with Tails and Bails! Our pup, Porter, goes on daily adventure hikes and it has been so good for getting his energy out and also his socialization--we come home to a happy and tuckered-out dog! Jessica remains patient and committed to working with our dog, even when he gets distracted by squirrels. We've even used the boarding services and Porter had the time of his life! Also really appreciate the great Instagram posts! Great service, great prices...we are so grateful to have found Tails and Bails!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Tails and Bails. Our pup Lyric has been going on weekly adventure hikes for about 8 months now and absolutely LOVES her time on the trails. Lyric is usually timid when she first meets new people but the first time she met Jess she was wagging her tail, running between her legs and acting like they had known each other forever. Jess makes sure she understands your dogs needs, keeps you updated on how each walk went, and always responds quickly. She has gone above and beyond when I have needed to cancel or add additional hikes last minute. I would 100% recommend Tails and Bails services.

More than two times now my dog has been returned to me with bruises and they start to have terrible anxiety when we pull into the parking lot. I have noticed owner yelling at the dogs when I come in to pick up pup at end of day so maybe she loses her cool sometimes. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on just to be on safe side. Based on other reviews, owner will most likely respond saying they don’t recognize me as a client.

My Henry has been going to see Sonja and Brian for almost 6 months. Each morning that we drive into the parking lot he starts wagging his tail and stares at me with anticipation. Then he runs to the door as soon as we are out of the car! Henry and I were with his previous daycare for 7+ years and i was worried that we wouldn’t find another place to be a second home for him. I don’t worry about that anymore!

Pipsqueak Pups has helped me get my puppy off on the right foot - she loves going, gets a full day of socializing with other dogs, and I trust the team there to reinforce the good manners that I am working on with her at home. She comes home calm and this makes it so much easier to train her and help her fit into my family life. There are no words to express my thanks to Sonya, Brian, and the team for the care they provided my two dogs as we moved to Vancouver and to our new home. The routine, love, and environment at Pipsqueak Pups Doggy Daycare provided my two dogs with the stability and routine they so much needed. In addition, they boarded my dogs while I was away for a weekend and administered medication and food after my dogs went through surgeries. My 8-year old and 11-year old dogs danced at the door in the morning because they knew they were going to doggie daycare and came home tired and happy at the end of the day.

I'm not sure what goes on there but my very sweet and loving dog has never not liked anyone or cowered away from someone as he did from the owner of this place. The only person he has not liked in four years. She seems quite rough with the animals. On top of that, he always came back absolutely reeking of chemical air freshener. It hits you like a brick when the door of the daycare opens. We had to bathe him several times to get the stench out. I can't imagine what that would be like for all the dogs in there with their extremely sensitive sense of smell. Will not return.

Our 2-year old puppy had never attended puppy daycare until going to Pipsqueak - and what a wonderful experience it was for both him and us. Being from out of town on a work assignment in Vancouver for 2 weeks, our schedule was all over the place, but we could drop off and pick up Leo as our schedule allowed. Sonja and her team post photos and videos of all the puppies throughout the day. On the first day, sensing that I was a bit nervous about leaving him, Sonja even directly texted me a video to show me how our Leo was settling in a couple of hours after we dropped him off. Leo always left the daycare happy and exhausted from all the playing. Now that we are back home, people are noticing that he's much more confident in his play with other dogs. We hope that there will be a spot for Leo when we are back in Vancouver because we can't imagine leaving him in better hands anywhere else. Many thanks to the whole team for all the love, care, and cuddles that you gave so generously to our little guy!

Our pup was always taken care of and was always happy to go to daycare! She went as young as 6 months and I think she enjoyed playing with other dogs her size.

My dog has been going to Pipsqueak Pups Doggie Daycare since she was only 5 months old. I cannot tell enough how much peace of mind Pipsqueak has been giving me on the days when I have to work in office. Their caring staff and their clean and cutely decorated facility make Pipsqueak a lovely place to go. They also post tons of photos and videos on Instagram to keep the dog owners posted of how their dogs are doing. I definitely give 5 out of 5 to Pipsqueak and strongly recommend it if you are looking for a day care for your beloved canine friend Brenda

I love, love, love Pipsqueaks!! I have a very energetic, young, stubborn terrier and juggle 3 jobs, so I struggle to give her the amount of attention and activity she needs. Dropping her off to play with her buddies (dog and human) under the best possible care has been a life changer for both of us. Sonja and Brian and their whole staff are knowledgeable, kind, fun, and take SUCH good care of the dogs. My baby doesn't just have something to do while I'm at work, she has the time of her life and I never have to worry (like I have done with some other daycare situations) if she'll be safe on walks or left unattended when dog scuffles can break out. The pups have toys to play with, constant observation, walks, snuggles, afternoon treats with special homemade meat balls (aka mutt-balls). I'm so deeply grateful for the care my dog gets. We've had a better life together since I found Pipsqueaks. The staff and other dogs and dog owners feel like family, and my overactive terrier has a fuller life, with love and care and FUN!!

My dog Indy is pretty socially awkward and introverted and he loves it here!!! The staff are all awesome, I have never had a problem. They are super responsive and always give prompt updates as someone who gets stressed about leaving my pet with someone else. They obviously know what they are doing. Indy always come back sleepy and happy and freshly bathed. Great for daycare and longer stays. Below are some pictures of him during his time there. 🙂🐾

We recently sent our dog, Cookie, to Jet Pet Olympic Village in Vancouver for nearly a month of boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jet Pet Resort Olympic Village did an excellent job caring for our 18-year-old senior dog, Sherry, during her three-week stay. It’s rare to find a facility willing to accommodate such an elderly dog, and they made thoughtful adjustments to meet her needs. Sherry has limited vision and hearing, so they kept her in their office area to ensure her safety and comfort. They carefully followed our feeding instructions, and when she had a minor nosebleed, they promptly informed us and took her to the vet for care. We’re grateful to Moumita and Tanya for their kindness and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure Sherry was well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet boarding.

We have been taking our French Bulldog to JetPet OV for about 2 years - almost every day of the work week - and it has been a fantastic experience. He always leaves happy and tired, and he always looks forward to going. The staff are excellent and treat him like their own, and his socialization is great as a result of the time he spends there. If there is ever any issue at all the staff are quick to communicate. Once when our dog was boarding and seemed a little unwell the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and we felt he was in the best hands. I’m very surprised by the few negative reviews here - not our experience at all. Sure it smells of dog pee but for an indoor facility I’m not sure what people expect. JetPet OV is great!!!

I recently had an appalling experience with this pet daycare and will never bring back my two French bulldogs. Although my dogs are accustomed to daycare, this place was a nightmare. When we picked them up, their ears and noses were bleeding, indicating a severe lack of proper care and supervision. The facility itself is absolutely disgusting and reeks of terrible odors. Every time I called for information, the agent seemed clueless and constantly put me on hold. The visible areas of the facility were filthy, making me dread to think about the condition of the hidden sections. I highly recommend against bringing your pets here. They are negligent, extremely expensive, and utterly incompetent. Terrible company.

We left our fur babies at Jet Pet for 11 days and we were over the moon with experience. Our pups happy and healthy when we picked them up even had had baths!!! Jet Pet was quick to text back and answer all questions and send pictures! We were able to watch our pups during feedings and bedtime and talk to them aswell! Our one pup has a sensitive stomach and they sent us a pic of the food to make sure she would be good! They went above and beyond. Will definitely be bringing them back!!!

Our small dog Tokyo had a fantastic stay at Jet Pet for a week and we can say that we feel at ease with their staff taking care of him while were away. They are responsive and did a great job at updating us. Highly recommend!

My two dogs boarded at Jet Pet for a week recently and had the best time. I'm so impressed by the level of care provided by the staff! We were welcomed so warmly when I went to drop them off, and they remembered details about my dogs' health concerns and personalities. I also loved seeing photos of the two of them on instagram. Both my guys are friendly, but one of them is a senior and can get overwhelmed in rowdy and loud environments. He was kept in the kitchen area with other calm/senior pups, where he received lots of attention from the staff and got to take lots of relaxing naps. My other dog is young so he was placed in the "Tiny Tots" room where he got to play and run around all day. I'm an overbearing and slightly paranoid pet mom, and it takes a lot for me to trust a facility with my dogs. But their time at Jet Pet was so great that I'll definitely be boarding them there whenever I travel in the future. I'm so happy I get to enjoy my time away while having the peace of mind that they're being well taken care of. Can't recommend Jet Pet and the wonderful staff enough!

Our Charlie Sheen loved his time at Jet Pet and we loved that he was so well taken care of. He had a great time! He did't want to come home with me when I picked him up. The photos posted area always great to see. Charlie Sheen will definitely be returning for another stay at Jet Pet. Highly recommend Jet Pet.

Marianna and Camila are great at Jet Pet. They are super sweet and helpful. I have been using the daycare for years and they are always great with my two dogs who are full of energy and rambunctious.

When our Jack Russell Terrier, Ella, wasn't a fit for the usual dog boarding facilities, we almost panicked (how do we travel?) until a friend recommended Love On A Leash, and let me tell you, we couldn't be happier. Tammy and her team of caregivers (particularly Lori Baker) have provided loving, excellent care for Ella five times now and will continue leaving her with them every time we travel. Tammy and her team really care about your pet, and it shows -- Ella loves visiting her Love on a Leash "aunty" (Lori) and is excited to get in the door! Leaving your fur baby when you travel can be super stressful, but Love on a Leash allows you to enjoy your vacation, knowing your fur baby is in good hands, probably getting even more attention than at home. Without hesitation, I 100% recommend Love on Leash and am so grateful for it!

We recently found Love on a Leash, and they have been a Godsend. We were in desperate need of a sitter since our sitter from Rover bailed last minute right before our 2 week trip. Love on a Leash were very accommodating to the tight deadline, along with doing a great job with our dogs strict medication schedule. Archie specifically stayed with Love on a Leash in the Country with Shelly and Frank. Frank came to pick Archie up and was very patient with Archie as he was nervous getting into a car with a stranger. We were treated with photos and updates whenever we asked and Archie seemed to be having a great time with the other dogs. When we were finally reunited with Archie he looked healthier then when we left him haha. We took him back recently for a couple of nights and he was absolutely stoked! Shelly and Frank are incredible dog lovers and very very professional, I couldn't recommend them more!

Our two dogs Coconut and Luna LOVE staying with Steve and Janet! They were pampered and had a wonderful relaxing time! Scheduling care through Tammy at Love on a Leash was super easy and she was very helpful and accommodating recently when we had to extend dog care due to a family emergency. Our dog Noah loves Love On A Leash in the Country. He adores Shelly and Frank! Frank usually picks up Noah and when I tell him Frank's coming, Noah is waiting at the front door for him. Noah loves the outdoors and staying with Shelly and Frank is perfect for him. Noah loves playing with his friends there. We have total peace of mind with Love On A Leash in the Country, and with Shelly and Frank. Whether it be a 2 day country retreat for Noah or a longer stay, we always know he's in good hands. Frank usually delivers him home at the end the stay, and Noah always looks out the window as Frank drives away!

My pup Willow LOVES going to Happy Tails! It is so fun to see how excited she is when we arrive for a day of fun. Fontaine and her team take such good care of the dogs and manage their play and interaction in a safe, supervised way. Willow has also boarded with Happy Tails and it is so nice to know she is well taken care of and snuggled when she stays there. I am so glad the Happy Tails team is there! My puppy needs more exercise than I can give her during week and Fontaine and the team provide the perfect solution with their Daycare. They provide enough structure in the day to ensure the puppy energy has an outlet and also a place for some quiet time. They have been instrumental in helping her learn to calm herself when she needs it. She is a much better behaved thanks to the team at Happy Tails. On top of that, this is a local business I am proud to support. They always come through, and have a good tech to make bookings and payments simple. Happy Tails is absolutely wonderful. They provide amazing enrichment games, outdoor play time, indoor nap time, and a whole bunch of other activities suited to your dog's personality and size. They prioritize the safety and well-being of all of their pups and are so great to work with. My dog has extreme separation anxiety and he runs into the daycare every time we drop him off. The staff at Happy Tails have been nothing but patient, loving and so generous in caring for my dog's special needs and valuing his uniqueness. It is a true testament to Fontaine and her team that my puppy adores them all. They are always professional, super responsive, and have an excellent electronic platform for scheduling that is incredibly easy to use. I cant even begin to explain how grateful I am to the staff at Happy Tails, I feel so lucky to have found Fontaine and even though there was a wait to get into private walks it was so worth it. My dog Lu is a nervous rescue, I was bringing her to work daily and thought that doing walks twice a week might help her face the world and become a little more braver! I found happy tails and reached out to Fontaine about Lu. I anxiously listed everything about her, all her quirks and issues and expressed that Lu would be scared having someone new come into the apartment and Fontaine was incredibly helpful and understanding. We started with either my dad or sister being in the apartment when Fontaine arrived to take Lu for walks. They would help clip her leash on and begin the walk, gradually fading into the background during the walk, leaving the two of them to get acquainted. Over time Lu is just obsessed with Fontaine, if we run into her around North Van Lu can not contain herself. Witnessing how much Lu adores Fontaine means the world to me. Having a nervous and reactive dog can be challenging and a bit isolating. However seeing Lu grow and come out of her shell with the staff from Happy Tails is beyond what I ever imagined. Lu has been slowly introduced to other dog walkers Kenzee & Jessie and they both have formed a bond with her. I feel so comfortable leaving Lu in their hands. Getting Lus dog walk report is the highlight of my day, hearing how happy she is and that though she will never catch a bird or squirrel she still gives it her all everyday. Anyways worlds longest review, I could say so much more about how grateful I am to Fontaine, Kenzee & Jessie. 3 years ago, when I adopted Lu, I could never have imagined that she would be where she is today. My dog Luca recently joined the Happy Tails family. He is a young rescue with a few quirks and lots of goofy energy. He was immediately welcomed by Fontaine and her wonderful staff. I was reassured that they had no problem helping Luca learn how to socialize with his furry friends with guidance and positive reinforcement. I noticed how well he responded to their kindness and experience instantly. The staff truly care about each and every dog there. The staff are very knowledgeable and give such great advice that has been immensely beneficial to my dog. I love the reports shared at the end of his day, who he played with, what he did etc. I always look forward to their Instagram posts and pictures. Happy Tails provides a wonderful and safe environment inside and out with lots of fun activities. I highly recommend this daycare and am so happy my puppy is part of their family. 🐶💙

Happy Tails was a life saver when I got my new puppy. I wasn't pleased with any other local daycares, as they had way too many dogs and not enough attendants (basically lifeguarding). Happy Tails prioritizes puppy care (1 person for every few dogs) and listens to the owners needs and wants. Whiskey absolutely loves going here where he receives the best care, training, and so many snuggles. He quite literally comes home wagging a very happy tail. I highly recommend the Happy Tails team for all doggy needs (they do boarding too!).

Fontaine and her team are hands down the most knowledgable, kind, and caring canine professionals that I have ever encountered. Their attention to detail, effectiveness, and total organizational skills were not only very much appreciated but also a welcome relief. Can't say enough good things about Fontaine and the team at Happy Tails! We have a very anxious, but very social pup who needed a safe-feeling social outlet. Our (highly knowledgeable) trainer recommended Happy Tails and they were super accommodating to her needs, allowing us to build up her time there very slowly until she was comfortable. The dogs are put into appropriate play groups, supervised closely, have enforced rest time etc. so they go above and beyond to keep all the pups safe and happy. We don't even NEED doggy daycare as I work from home, but we use it weekly so our pup can get some extra play time.
