As always it was wonderful to have Carly staying in our home. Guinness was well taken care of and very happy when we arrived home. Communication was excellent. Thank you for taking care of our home and our pet Carly!

We had a great experience meeting and working with Karen. Our Sylvie, is a very fussy eater and I had to change her food just two days before we left for our trip. I worried about her staging a hunger strike, but Karen paid careful attention to her and kept her happy and eating all throughout the trip. She also took wonderful care of our home. Karen, please come back anytime!

Michelle & Jason are wonderful communicators and loved on our dog Boo so much! It was a long visit (13 days) and they sent pics and videos of our sweet girl throughout our absence. They went above and beyond, leaving the house clean, washing & drying their sheets and towels, and leaving us flowers, a card, brownies, and a homemade dinner to pop in the oven when we returned!! WOW! You will be very fortunate to ever have this sweet couple come into your home. We are happy to endorse them with 100% confidence.

So where do I start ?… we had the BEST person possible to stay at our home in Florida for 6 months ! Tina is amazing . She took wonderful care of our 2 cats Olivia & Winston as well as our home . She’s very charming and grounded person . Even had a couple issues to come up at the house and Tina handled them well . I would highly recommend Tina for any sit !!! We hope to see her again !!!

Juli was amazing! She kept such a good eye on all of our 5 dogs! She was super communicative and alerted us to anything out of the ordinary. She made sure to send lots of pictures of all the love she was giving our babies. We will for sure have her back again!

I was fortunate to have Doreen stay at my home to keep my cat, Fozzie, company. Fozzie is pretty set in his ways. He doesn’t like change. In the past when I’ve left him with someone coming once per day I was greeted upon my return by being shunned by him. It would take a few days for Fozzie to get over being mad. I’m happy to say that was not the case this time. Fozzie was his usual self and seemed quite content. Doreen was still at the house when I arrived home. She was just finishing up laundering the used linens and towels. The house was neat and clean. Turns out Doreen has quite the green thumb and had taken to nursing my withering orchid plants. My plants don’t generally thrive. Doreen passed on a few tips and I hope to keep them on the road to blooming. I would highly recommend Doreen, and her husband Rick, to anyone needing pet or house sitting.

Lisa really made our trip much more relaxing because we were not worried about our fur babies the whole time. The pets took to her immediately and she took great care of them. She sent us regular updates with pictures and she left the house very clean. We will definitely have Lisa as a pet setter again.

Jeff and Cynthia are great cat and house sitters! They were really easy and fun to communicate with and highly reliable at the same time – everything went smoothly as agreed. Our two cats are rather shy, but Jeff and Cynthia quickly found a way to their hearts. It was obvious that our sitters have a very special affinity with the animals and have an impressive way with them. They regularly kept us up to date on the welfare of our furry friends, supported by photos and videos. On our return we found our flat clean and in excellent condition. We can only recommend Jeff and Cynthia and would hire them again at any time!

Rodger and Loretta were amazing sitters. Gracie fell in love with them immediately and from the pictures they sent, I could tell they were having a good time together. They kept me updated and left the house cleaner than they found it, including washing the sheets, and making up the beds! My neighbors enjoyed meeting them. I would invite them back in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

Jolene was incredible! We were strangers to her yet she rearranged her own travel plans so she could sit for our critters. She is unflappable, too. With Hurricane Dorian looming in the news, she didn't hesitate to come on, content to hold the fort come Dorian or high water! (Fortunately, the storm held off, and waited for our return). She left the house in beautiful shape and the pets looking well-cared for. Oh, and her dog Penny is as sweet as can be and was no threat at all to our little Schnauzer and 3 cats. I would invite Jolene back in a minute--no, sooner! Very likeable, capable and ready to roll with circumstances.

I had a troubling experience with Victoria that I feel is necessary to share because I believe it’s important for others in this community to be aware of what happened.   Victoria informed me she was leaving day 6 into an 18 day stay with a little more than 12 hours notice while I was 600 miles away with no backup plan for our dog Jackson.    The first few days with Jackson went well. She communicated when I reached out along with pictures of them laying together on the couch and getting along very well.  On day 6 she texted me to say Jackson had growled at her while physically trying to get him up from laying on her.  She said she was frightened and asked if I had anyone else that could watch him.   I immediately called her to try to understand what happened and explained that he was most likely startled rather than wanting to attack her. As I was asking questions about the incident, as I felt I had a right to do, she became extremely defensive and yelled at me on the phone. Admittedly my voice was heightened due to panic but I did not yell. I was simply trying to understand the extreme change in her demeanor from previously texting me she doesn’t easily get flustered, stressed or live in fear to being so frightened she wanted to leave. Knowing my questions upset her I apologized however after ending our call she immediately texted and said she was leaving at 10am.   Despite repeatedly telling her that my son, who lives nearby, was out of town, and that I had no other options, she showed no consideration for my situation. Her decision to simply leave our dog stranded was incredibly distressing. I had to cancel my evening plans to find alternate arrangements for the remainder of our trip, which, happens to be my other son’s wedding.   While there are other details that aren’t directly related to her pet-sitting duties, I believe it’s important to highlight the lack of professionalism and consideration she showed. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision through my experience.

Karyna and Justin were great! They communicated with us well, both prior to and during the sit and sent pictures as requested. Our pets looked great when we got back and the house was neat and tidy. They had to drive about 6 hours to get to our home and arrived as scheduled. Karyna and Justin were friendly,, responsible and reliable. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.
