We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jonathan and Rachel's beautiful historic country home in North Wales, and felt very pampered by their generous hospitality. We had arranged to arrive a day before they left on their holiday, and both went out of their way to show us around the area, explain how their home works, and where Rumpole likes to walk. The countryside is beautiful, and because we were there around St David's Day, we were lucky enough to experience some of the Welsh culture and language. Rumpole is a real character - seemingly aloof, but actually very affectionate - he made us laugh, he was a delight to walk on the lead, very well behaved in the car, and generally a pleasure to be with. We grew very fond of him, and were sad to leave him. It was a wonderful house-sit, and we would love to be able to return one day in the future.
We had a great time taking care of Mew mew. Fred and Clare were very welcoming and esay to reach if needed ! The condo is really nice, great facilities, it was a dream holiday. And of course Mew mew, sooo cute, intelligent cat, full of love and so playful. We will miss her !
