This was in a perfect location for me since my daughter was going to Artspace every day for camp. You can see the Capital building from the park across the street. Very convenient if you want to explore downtown. I felt safe there and there was no traffic noise. The kitchen was being remodeled while I was there but I was told this ahead of time and it was no problem. The house was clean, uncluttered and modern. The bed in the master was super comfortable. The pets interacted well together. It was cute to see Frisco pounce on Vinny. Vinny would hide only to come back for more! Vinny likes to hide under the sheets and Frisco sits on him. Super cute. Frisco is very much a puppy. He barked and cried til 4am. He laid on top of me in bed biting himself and barking. When I put him out of the room, he clawed at the door crying and barking a few more hours. This was after 3 rounds of frisbee at the park and a walk. We desperately tried to wear him out for night 2, but it was a repeat performance. He ate the mail, my bananas and my kleenex box. He pooped on the floor after I had just taken him outside. Maybe some of this will be outgrown. Amanda was very responsive and apologetic. You need to be prepared to be exhausted. My daughter fell asleep the second she got into the car and didn't even wake up at the drive thru. I have watched 8 different dogs and always been able to wear them out, until now.
We were welcome so nicely at Zoe’s house. Murphy and Maurice are very endearing. We have loved to take care of them and bring them to the park. Wish you the best
Basil is hands down the friendliest (and softest!) cat I've ever met. He greets everyone by rubbing against their legs, and he was napping on me within an hour of my arrival. He is super playful and will keep you entertained with his chirping every time birds visit the trees in the courtyard. Valeriya's place is in a beautiful, historic building, very close to Pike Place Market and a short Uber from anything else you're likely to visit during your stay in Seattle. There's also a coffee shop and a very fancy supermarket right across the street!
We had a great time looking after Masha and Olive at Mela’s house. Olive is the youngest and very friendly, always looking for cuddles. Masha has beautiful fluffy hair and loves having her hair brushed 😺 We even had the chance to enjoy Mela’s beautiful garden with the cats joining us for some sunbathing. We updated Mela from time to time and she was very helpful with giving information to us about places to visit in the area during our stay. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you Mela😽
We had such a good time at this sit in Austin! Jarett and Rachelle are wonderful hosts and you couldn’t ask for sweeter puppies than Sadie and Ida. We already miss them so much! The house and backyard are so nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Austin. Only a mile away from the Austin FC stadium! We would definitely sit here again in a heartbeat.
Ann was a very welcoming and kind host, making me feel extremely welcome within her home whilst I sat for Freddie over the Christmas period. Freddie is a very loving and affectionate soul, who was a pleasure to look after. Ann's home is very comfortable, with close good links into Liverpool, although lots of amenities very close by. I would love to return to Ann's again to care for Freddie, and I can highly recommend this sit.
