This is only the 2nd time we have used zeewoi. We are thrilled. Our vacation was a 2 weeker - and we were very concerned about asking someone to stay in our home for the long duration. The situation worked out much better than we could have imagined! Charity and her husband, Eric, have absolutely exceeded our expectations. They were warm and courteous from the start. They arrived prior to our departure so that we could give them an orientation to the pets and our home. They were attentive to the details we provided. Charity was a bonus - as a travel advisor - she was kind to share extremely useful tips for our travels. They both showered our pets - 2 cats and 1 dog - with an abundance of attention. We were nervous for this sit - because our senior cat got very sick right before the trip. We felt confidant leaving her in the care of this gracious and responsible couple. We had no reason to worry at all - everything was perfect. We returned to happy pets, organized mail piles, and a very clean house and kitchen. They even made some improvements - for instance - we typically line underneath the litter boxes with a pet pad. Charity and Eric actually thought to double the lining so that it catches all of the litter kicked out. I was so appreciative and will definitely follow that lead! During our travels, Charity communicated with us via WhatsApp. She sent photos of our pets and we were able to message each other if anything else came up. I value good communication - and was appreciative of the detail. Charity showed great consideration regarding our return home time - and made sure that our dog was walked and comfortable barring the possibility of delays. I recommend them without hesitation!
These people are awesome! Sarah and Mike took excellent care of our cat (who still looks for them around the house!), left the house immaculate and dealt with a couple of house issues while we were away. I really appreciated that they were perfectly self-sufficient and independent (we were out of service area most of the time) and it gave us peace of mind. They communicated well and they are both wicked funny! We really enjoyed having them and highly recommend them to others. Very responsible and reliable people! Invite them to take care of your fur family!
We can wholeheartedly recommend Amie as a Zeewoi. We found her to be trustworthy, reliable and very kind. Our cats immediately took to her. Loulou, our male cat, who does not give his trust easily came straight over to Amie and gave her a big cuddle and we had never seen that before. Ninie was also very fond of Amie. Amie kept us updated regularly with pictures and news which was really nice of her. When we came back everything was OK. The cats were really chilled out and the house very clean and tidy.
