Ellie & Jacek were wonderful hosts making us feel very welcome, and provided a lot of information about Bristol and the surrounds. Their house is comfortable with everything you need and its location is close to shops, public open spaces, and 30-minute bus ride to Bristol city center. Simba, a Labrador Retriever was the best part of the sit. I can honestly say, after 18 housesits he is the best-trained dog we have sat and an absolute pleasure to walk and look after. Pam and I spent hours every day exploring the walks up through the Golf course into the woods and Simba was an absolute pleasure to have with us. Thanks for a wonderful sit. Pam & Mike
I had such a wonderful time looking after Oreo and Truffle. They were the greatest companions so easy to care for and very cuddly. Jotipal was amazing to liaise with so helpful and kind. I felt right at home from the minute I arrived. A gorgeous flat with beautiful surroundings and a short walk into the lovely town of Frome!
Justin and Barrak are wonderful and attentive hosts who provided all necessary information about their pet's personality and needs as well as details about the local area and travel options. The stay was akin to a quiet vacation. Above all, Boomer is a sweet and sensitive dog who communicates her moods clearly every day. She was curious to explore on our walks, snoozed peacefully when left alone, and came for pets when she wanted attention. She's independent, intelligent and a comforting companion. Thank you for the experience and time spent together!
Stanley was a joyful pup to look after and is great for people looking for nice long walks in the countryside. We went on some lovely walks around the harpenden area. Stanley enjoys a morning stroll and will enjoy your company in the lounge. Lara and Gary were great hosts and very accommodating! They made sure we had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful time at Boxford, fell in love with Rosie our Labrador charge, we had some lovely correspondence with Bruce & Terri prior to our arrival, so when we did arrive it was more like meeting friends. They were informative, generous, kind and very considerate; we could not have asked for nicer hosts. We had a "change over day"when Bruce and Jack (their son) showed us around and walked in the woods with us for some orientation. The area is just gorgeous, each day we explored a different walk in the woods, and usually in the afternoon we drove out and explored a new area of the surrounding towns, loved hanging out with Rosie who is so sweet natured. We would have no hesitation in recommending this "sit", and consider ourselves very fortunate to have been chosen by Terri and Bruce, also I should add they are fun, with a great sense of humour, we really like them and would be very happy to have them come and stay with us if they ever come to Australia, which we hope they do.
Wonderful host and loving sweet dog. I really enjoyed my time and appreciate the special touches from Annie and Josh that made the home so comfortable and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to sit again. I alreasy miss Avery.
