As for a first pet-sitting, i couldn't have better experience. Kate and Russell were adorable, they make you feel at home very (very) quickly and give you all the informations about their comfortable house and their pets (Winnie and the tortoises). Winnie will always follow you at home once her parents are off : - She lays on the sofa whilst you watch TV ; sits by you when you have your meal ; and sleeps with you at night ! When you walk her, just follow her because if you take another way she will stop in the street and won't follow you anymore 😆 She absolutely loves belly Rubs ! I will definitely fancy coming back for a next pet-sitting since winnie is pretty easy-going, many shops are just 10 minutes by walking, there's a bus which goes to Romford in 15 minutes and then London is just 40 minutes away with Elizabeth line. Thank you again and hope to see you soon !
Elizabeth and Skye were great hosts for my first sit. I enjoed their beautiful home with gorgeous views and Tilden park all around! It was great to meet them beforehand and they were also available during the sit to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Polly was a very sweet dog and I enjoyed taking her for walks. The kitties were shy and in the end came out to play and showed me their hiding places. I'd definitely go back.
Libby and I have really enjoyed our weekend sitting for Jasmine and Reuben. They gave us a warm welcome to their comfortable, clean and tidy home. Jasmine is well organised and provided a detailed Welcome Guide and responded promptly to any communication between us leading up to the sit. Albus and Merlin - what absolutely gorgeous, fluffy rag doll cats! We just loved spending time with them. They are so friendly and affectionate. Albus loves having belly rubs and being brushed; Merlin not as keen but tolerates it! If you’re lucky you just might catch a glimpse of a hedgehog passing through the back area which we did. Location is excellent as it was easy walking distance to the town centre. We would be happy to sit for this lovely couple again and their beautiful feline family and highly recommend it to other sitters.
Jeff and Finn are such precious, affectionate, and adorable cats! Finn definitely isn't any ordinary cat, but once he got used to us he kept on asking for pets, cuddles and for brushes as he absolutely loves that. He is very playful too so we had a lot of fun with him. Jeff is in his twilight years and loves to sleep, but he kept on seeking our presence as well. He's really friendly, liked to sleep in the room where we were staying and asked for endless cuddles and belly rubs. Communication with Maria and Simon was excellent before and during the sit and they went above and beyond with their hospitality and kindness. Their gave us a very warm welcome in their spacious and cozy home located on a quiet street in a walking distance to Asda and picturesque walks. Conveniently, the house is situated just a few minutes from the nearest train station with connections to Peak District and Manchester. We can't wait to be back to look after such lovely cats like Finn and Jeff again and we can highly recommend this sit. 😊
What more could a dog ask for than to live next to a park, have a private walking path along a channel behind the house and a big fenced backyard. Along with pretty streets in the neighborhood, Buddy and I had many options for his walks and outdoor time. Once inside his home, you can tell a well-cared for pup lives here with a space dedicated to a big box of toys, room to play and a comfy pillow just right for eating his bone and looking out the window. Sara has decorated the guest bedroom and bath in soft colors and the southwest sun shines in the windows most of the day making it a lovely, comfortable space. I had the best nights’ sleep and the water pressure in the shower is great! The nicest neighbors live next door and welcome you to stop and chat and see their two bird pets they bring out in the afternoon. Buddy is a big strong pup with the gentlest soul. He looks at you so sweetly with his big beautiful eyes. We fell into a comfortable daily routine with ease. We took four walks a day and spent some time each afternoon outside in the yard. He is so much fun to play with. He brought me his knotted rope (put it in my lap) when it was time to play “tug the rope" game. He will sit and bow and dance with you! And he will curl up next to you in bed. He has a nice warm back to have against you. Buddy is just the sweetest companion! Taking some short side trips in the afternoon I found Native, Astoria and Ascension coffee shops, the small vibrant town of Grapevine and White Rock Park. And of course Dallas if you feel like getting into the city. Sara and Martin, thank you for sharing Buddy with me! He has a special place in my heart. I have lots of photos and videos to remember our time together. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind and sharing your lovely home with me. I am so grateful for my time in Farmers Branch with Buddy!
