Veronica came for the third time here for the long Labor Day weekend to pet sit my beloved fur babies. As always she was extremely thoughtful, reliable, and attentive to every detail both for taking care of both my home and my beloved pets. To add to her credit this time she also took care of my new puppy Hope, 4 months old, and both her and her daughter gave him a ton of love and all the attention and structured routine he needs. She also sent me several picture and video updates to tell me how it was going. Communication was super easy! I came back home with the house tidy and clean and my pets all super happy and relaxed. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

It was great to have Shannon and Karl house sit again. Libby was happy and well taken care of - in addition to normal doggie care, she need to have medication (cream) on her tummy and Shannon dealt with this no problem. Communication was great prior to the house sit and during. I highly recommend!

Vilija was lovely to work with and the perfect sitter for our high energy pup. He was thoroughly hiked, loved, and cared for while we were away. We also enjoyed regular updates. Highly recommend.

The moment I met Kaitlin I knew I had made an excellent choice in a sitter. She bonded with my dog immediately (and without any treats) and I was sure they'd get along great. Kaitlin evidently took really great care of Hiro and my bunnies. She sent me daily updates with pictures and she was clearly a favorite of my dog. I also appreciated Kaitlin's flexibility with arriving as this gave me time to organize my apartment and otherwise get prepared for my trip. It was so easy to talk to her and she listened to and followed instructions really well. No hesitation at all I'm recommending Kaitlin as a trustworthy, caring and reliable sitter. Well deserved 5 stars!

Patricia and Tyler took care very well to our kitties during this Christmas. We felt reassured that we left our house in a good hand. They sent us updates and pictures of our cats from time to time and kept the house cleaned and tidied. They are a lovely couple that loved cats and animal in general. Lauren was FABULOUS! Great communication before, during and after the stay - our house was immaculate when we came home - laundry done, a sweet card and flowers - our dog was loved - she asked how often we wanted to communicate which was great and I am confident there was a lot of exercise, hiking and adventures which always brings such joy (and peace of mind). He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Lisa was very thoughtful and well organized. She communicated daily and provided updates and pictures of Seamus and Deegan. Even though I arrived home at 5:30am, she stayed the night and fed the cats so I wouldn’t have to worry about doing it first thing. She was fantastic and I would have her back any time!! Highly recommend

Sydney was a good communicator from the get-go. A few times she reached out before the sit to double-check on a few pet care questions, which I appreciated. My puppy prefers to be outside and Sydney was willing to spend a lot of time outside with her (as well as sleeping with her)! We would be happy to have Sydney stay again.

Natalie and Rob took amazing care of my puppy and my home. Grateful for their extra attention to my detailed notes and extra photos and videos they sent over to settle my nerves.
