Kristine and Bruce were super easy going and easy to reach. They have a beautiful place with there loveable dog Tucker and wonderful cats Maggie and Kenny. Great walking trails by there house.
We had the greatest pleasure to stay at Deirdre and John's for a couple of days with the lovely furry company. Deirdre and John are both very kind and generous, also have a great sense of humour :) The communication with Deirdre was very smooth, every time I had a question, she replied straight away, she also gave us extremely helpful recommendations to enjoy Tramore and the areas. You can see that they have a very detailed profile and plenty of advices for getting around and enjoy yourself while you are here. Deirdre is also an amazing chef, she cooked very delicious dinner for us when we arrived. Now let’s talk about the lovely furry family, the dogs Poppy and Charlie are both sweethearts, they have such gentle eyes, and they were very quiet during the day while we were focusing on our work with our PCs in the house. Charlie was sitting at my feet, Poppy was relaxing on the sofa. Roundy, the black cat, absolutely melted my heart. He was sleeping next to my PC screen during the day, which made my work so much more fun. On a sunny Sunday morning when I was relaxing in the beautiful garden, he came to sit on my legs, which made my day. Merlin is a boss, he came into the house to get the food and water, and went out to enjoy his day. To summarize, the animals were very easy to take care of. Walking Charlie at The Doneraile Walk was a great pleasure, you would never get tired looking at the gorgeous view. The cottage is very comfy to stay at, the neighbourhood is very quiet, and there are so much to see, all within 30 minutes’ drive distance. Oh and I can not believe myself went to swim twice in the 16°C sea water, I think I got the courage from Deirdre when she told me she normally goes to swim at 7 AM without wetsuits! Thank you very much Deirdre and John, Sam and I really enjoyed the amazing weekend. Hope to see you and the furry family again :)
Chase and Bud are lovely people, very helpful, accommodating and a lot of fun to be around. Their house is very nice, spotlessly clean and with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. Cape Coral is a fabulous part of Florida with easy access to lots of amazing places and opportunities to spot all sorts of local wildlife. Maggie and Millie are such gorgeous and loveable dogs, they are a pleasure to be around and so easy to look after. We loved this house sit so much and would definitely return if we had the chance. We would highly recommend this house sit to anyone.
I fondly recommend staying at Ana’s with Zara, both wonderful human beings. ZARA is an adorable loving dog, sweet and smart. I instantly bonded with her. She gave much love back to me. I spent an unforgettable time with her. Training wise, she knows her commands. A confident dog sitter would be a plus tough to walk her nice and easy. To whom may read this message, I undoubtedly recommend this sitting. Please take great care of Zara. She is a special one and I will miss her. 🥰
We had a great sit with Rownie, this boy stole our hearts 💕 Pet: Rownie is the most kind dog we have ever met, gentle with kids, easy with other dogs, loves attention from other people. He is just the cutest and loviest ❤️❤️❤️ Walks are usually easy, unless he is very hungry or it is rainy- then he just does not want to walk😂 He is a pack dog for sure, so he loves being around you and sleep where you are. Housing: The place is really great, it’s big and modern. We loved the kitchen most, it is perfect to cook great meals. And we enjoyed the gym and sports swimming pool in the basement a lot and therefore developed a nice daily routine very fast - working, swimming and taking care of Rownie, chilling on the comfy couches. It is a very comfy space ❤️ Around tasks, expectations, communication, etc.: We felt that Josephs expectations of us as the sitters were more than fair and reasonable, expecting us to give updates, take care of his fur baby and making sure he does not eat anything but his food and treats. Rownie can stay alone for a fair amount of time and therefore there is time to explore and go out. We were happy about a very pro-active communication by Joe and liked the time we spent together over a couple of dinners. Overall we had a great stay and would love to sit Rownie again, wherever in the world.
Peaches, Max and Molly are all great pets! They’re very well trained, especially Peaches for being a larger dog. She minds perfectly and is easy on or off the leash. (Off leash in designated areas only!) She is smart and affectionate but not overly so-just right. Max and Mollie have an easy routine with their auto feeders and water and easy litter. They are sweet cats that just want some petting once in a while and then they go back to their business. Jen and Lee’s home is comfortable and easy to relax in and keep clean. The queen bed and multiple pillows available are quite comfortable. The back yard is a wonderful spot for morning coffee and evenings in general. There is ample office space which we did not use. Close by, we enjoyed Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Virginia City. We came here from Texas specifically to get out of the heat (and humidity) and it was perfect for that because of cooler morning and evening temperatures and lack of humidity. We highly recommend their pets and home for a comfortable pet sit.
