This was a very lovely sit. David was a quick, easy and friendly communicator and all around great host. The two pups Logan and Zora are a wonderful duo and quick to welcome you into the pack. They are a pleasure to walk through the twisty roads of the mountain neighborhood or ready to jump in the car for a trip to the park. Punkin the cat may be aloof at first but will find you at bedtime and snuggle up to be your overnight best friend.
The house was in a beautiful location with extensive views over Monmouthshire. Miranda & Will we're very hospitable and easy going. They showed us around the house and garden. They explained the animal care which was very straightforward. Fergie & Bess were well behaved and loved their evening walk around a picturesque and relaxing road loop from the house. No dog leads we're required. The house was comfortable and secluded. We very much enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our house/pet sit for Mary and Michael. The pets are delightful: Monty is lovely, a very friendly and placid dog who really enjoys company. The local area is interesting with plenty to see and visit within a few miles.
We had such a relaxing and wonderful sit here with sweet Gizmo and Kiri, and are already missing our cuddly little shadows who never left our side during our entire stay! Renee is such a kind and easygoing host, and was incredibly welcoming and giving during our sit. Her lovely home is located in a very quiet suburb with a gorgeous river view, and is about a 15-20 minute walk (for us car-less sitters) from the town center (where the bus stop and supermarket are also located). She provided a bike to make supermarket runs a breeze, but the walking was also of no issue for us, too, and trips to the Dublin city center by bus were easy to manage. The sitting duties were quite simple- supply endless love and cuddles to the animals, litter box maintenance, and making sure Gizmo got a couple of walks in each day (he can walk for hours, if given the chance)! It was such a pleasure to look after these guys, and you can tell that they are very well loved. I highly recommend this sit to anyone looking for a peaceful environment outside the busting city life with tons of dog and cat snuggles thrown in. Thank you again, Renee!
Sitting for Hayley and Adam was lovely! When we got there, we had a great conversation with them both. They even got us dinner! And taking care of the cats was straightforward, we had no issues whatsoever. Their place was clean and cozy. They gave us towels and made us feel at home. Overall, it was fantastic! Spooky was a very easy going cat and after a short time, made friends with me. He's very affectionate and loving - a happy cat! Johnny was very helpful with all questions and responded to questions quickly. The view from their home was beautiful!
