Riva is organized, extremely competent, asked great questions, made and used her notes and took such good care of all that I’m already planning my next trip. I loved the fact that Riva explored Seattle, some of the islands, got to know the neighborhood and surrounding areas and truly enjoyed the city and all it offers; gorgeous outdoor settings, nightlife/music/dancing, wonderful restaurants, lovely walks and well-used parks. Renting a car gave her freedom to explore further afield, working remotely allowed her the opportunity to travel without interruption. If she had a concern or question WhatsApp allowed us to communicate even though I had no international phone plan. You would be lucky indeed to leave home with Riva waving ‘bye.’
