Joyce was very easy to communicate with while they were away. We enjoyed the very affectionate dogs and cat. Their home is very comfortable and in a great location. Their backyard is as great for playing with the dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and the time flew by!
We had a truly fantastic time with Zoe and Murphy in Melanie and Ray’s stunning home! We had the opportunity to come out to the house and meet everyone prior to the sit which was really great and communication with Melanie was fantastic throughout! The house was lovely and clean and we were made to feel really welcome throughout our stay. We loved being able to hike to Mt Thom right from our doorstep and explore the amazing local forest/lakes and trails with Murphy. The location couldn’t have been anymore perfect! Zoe and Murphy were an absolute delight to look after. They were both super chilled and were fantastic company for the few weeks we spent with them. We were really sad to leave them at the end and we would have no hesitation in looking after these wonderful pair again! All in all a really lovely sit- thanks to Melanie, Ray and the kids for having us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our house sit for Lyndall and Martin at Blue Bay. They are wonderful hosts, kind and most welcoming. Lyndall made it all so easy with clear and helpful instructions. Tommy is a delightful and quiet boy. We just loved him. We felt comfortable, relaxed and so enjoyed beautiful Blue Bay and their lovely home. Thank you so much 😊
I really enjoyed my stay at Margo and Joe's comfortable home. Their dogs, Liza and Tobe, are both affectionate and personable. Liza is great company for a neighborhood walk, and both are good companions for a morning coffee on the screened porch. Margo and Joe are kind, welcoming people and Wilmington is a fun area to explore. I would be happy to pet sit here again.
It was a very spontaneous and pleasent Petsit with Ellen&Chris. The communication went well and Ellen was always available. There were clear instructions regarding the food, which made it very easy for me to implement. The cats Jeremy and Mark were very peaceful cats. They liked to come up to me and be near me. The area there is also very nice and very well connected to public transportation. Thank you Ellen and Chris =)
We spent New Year week 22/23 with Lily and Poppy at Juliet & Jamie’s lovely, warm and spacious home in a small village on the outskirts of Cheltenham. We didn’t have very long in Juliet & Jamie’s company but they provided comprehensive hand-over details and there was nothing we encountered about the house that we hadn’t been told about in advance. We all stayed in touch for updates & assistance if needed. Lily is a sweet, calm senior dog who doesn’t want a long brisk walk but loves a leisurely amble with plenty of sniffs. Poppy is amazing; looks like a puppy, the size of a puppy and sometimes behaves like a puppy but she’s 11 years old! They are both utterly adorable and love cuddles on the sofa, which we were very happy to provide. Juliet & Jamie’s sitters have the luxury of a very comfortable bedroom with a large bed and en-suite bathroom, which was much appreciated. Their village is rural and we had our car, which is probably essential as we doubt that there is any public transport (but do check that if it’s important to you). Countryside walks are on the doorstep, including the Gloucestershire Way, which stretches from Chepstow through Stow to Tewkesbury (don’t think Lily would thank you for it though!) In short, this is a quiet, relaxing sit in the company of such loving dogs, in a very comfortable house set in beautiful countryside.
