Pet Sitters in Weston Patrick

Lucy was a wonderful housesitter - she arrived in good time so that we could go through everything together calmly and made sure that she understood the ins and outs of all the animals needs and the quirks of our old farmhouse. While we were away Lucy stayed in touch and let me know how things were going. She was wonderfully calm with all the animals and they seemed very relaxed in her company - there was a huge storm whilst we were away and Lupi, one of the spaniels, is terrified. Lucy was ready for it and stayed with her (and the other 3 who decided to stay close too!) until the storm had passed and she had calmed down. It was a pleasure to meet Lucy and I think my animals were very lucky to have her as their housesitter! Thank you so much Lucy.

Em is a gem of a pet-sitter, I would have left 10 stars out of 5 if it had been possible ! Before and during the sit, communication was very good. We often received photos and videos of Olya having a great time ! We returned to a very happy cat, whose bowls had been left with the necessary rations until we came back. We came back to a spotless home both times (Em sat for us over 2 periods this summer) and Em had even found a solution to our flies problem ! Olya sometimes pees outside her litter box and Em also had some insightful suggestions to improve this. She bonded with Olya and was very observant, and she shared some of her insights with us regarding how she expresses her needs (she has quite the range of meows, being a chatty Bengal !), which is very helpful. We really enjoyed being able to meet Em before we left – and her partner Mat, who was here for the first week. Both are very friendly, easy to get along with and we left feeling reassured Olya would be well-looked after during our holiday. Em is a very responsible and uncomplicated sitter, she even offered to get us some groceries for our return from holiday, very thoughtful ! We’d love to have Em sit for Olya again!

Salomi did a wonderful job minding our nervous black cat Minnie for over two weeks. Minnie was well cared for and happy when we returned. We came back to a clean and tidy house and even some fresh food thoughtfully left for us, which was great as we had an overnight flight. This was our first experience of having a pet sit and we certainly will be hoping Salomi would consider another pet sit for us in the future.

Jen was our first HouseSitter and exceeded our expectations on all fronts. She asked all the right questions to get ready for the sit, she replied promptly to our questions and offered a video call in advance to sync up. She arrived punctually to do a handover and took time to get to know our pets (dog and cat). She took great care of the house and messaged us with small questions when necessary. She kindly gave us regular updates all was OK with the occasional photo. Would have Jen back again and recommend to anyone looking for a house and pet sitter.

It took me many weeks to find Claire and her son Jack but it was worth the long search. My dog Mozart had been getting increased separation anxiety since I went away in November, so I was really worried as to how he would be and what he would end up doing whilst I was away. Claire and Jack had dealt with a friends dog previously with the same problem and there were no issues with Mozart whilst I was away. My cats didn’t go astray either 🙏. Claire and Jack enjoyed getting around the island a few days but were always conscious of not being away from the house too long. On a couple of occasions the dogs got treated to a walk into the village and were well behaved sitting outside restaurants with Claire and Jack . The dogs received additional attention from passers by , Spice is a real attention seeker. I agreed for Claire and Jack to stay on for a few days after my return from my holiday. We each got on with our own agendas so it wasn’t an issue for me. They were kind enough to stay with the dogs one evening so as my husband and I could go out for dinner with friends without worrying on when to get back home. On the last evening we enjoyed a Sunday dinner at home together. I would definitely welcome Claire and Jack to house sit again. Claire and Jack did clean their bedrooms and bathroom before they left . Claire had started cleaning other parts of the house as we arrived home as we had forgotten about hours time difference from where we were travelling, so this is the reason I have given Claire a 4 . I’m sure if we’d arrived an hour later that all the living areas would have been spotless.

Connie was amazing. She took over looking after 3 very different dogs, the oneyoung lady is particularly hard to win over, and boy did Connie win her over :-)

Kelly and Sean were absolutely fantastic. They are such a warm, relaxed couple and took amazing care of Honey and Maggie. We had absolutely peace of mind that the girls were being well looked after. It was lovely to hear how both Kelly and Sean had fallen in love with the dogs, and really got to know their personalities, clearly dog lovers. We had some lovely messages too, which was great to hear dogs were happy and that Kelly & Sean were enjoying their time.The house was left immaculate which was the icing on the cake

Anusha and James were the most perfect Housesitters. Initial contact was easy and efficient, their questions showed how thoughtful and understanding they were about the needs of our two Labradors. Sheba and Lucy obviously loved being looked after by Anusha and James as they were so happy and relaxed when we got home, which incidentally, was to a house that was clean, tidy and perfect! They even left some flowers, essential groceries and a lovely note for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to sit again and hope they will be able to next time we need sitters. Thank you Anusha and James.

Could not have been better! Dan and Tegan were courteous, caring and organised. The dogs were well cared for and appreciated the attention they received. The house was left wonderfully tidy. Would happily have them stay again.

Bernard and Julie have done another great job for us, looking after our home and animals for a second time. When our dogs and cat greeted them at the beginning of their second "sit" with us, it was obvious that they were very pleased to see Bernard and Julie again. Bernard is very accommodating - tackling the garden watering and general plant care and even undertaking monitoring and feeding our bees again. I would highly recommend them.
