Lynsey and Paul sat for me for the 2nd time this year and once again I was rewarded with coming home to a clean, happy household and a pint of milk in the fridge! The dogs clearly hadn’t missed me for a minute and from all the photo antics I was sent I’m beginning to think they probably prefer Paul and Lynsey….. Thankyou both so much for being here and allowing me to have an amazingly relaxed time knowing that all was more than well at home.

Maxine

Maxine was a real joy to have in our house. She looked after both cats with real care and love - including administering regular drugs and medicated food. They clearly felt very comfortable with her and it made us properly relax knowing they were in such great hands. She sent regular updates and pictures and took very good care of the house too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maxine. Thank you!

Deborah was a fantastic sitter. She looked after the house and our dog Tiger for almost two weeks and both were very well cared for. Communication was great from start to finish and she was very reliable. Sadly we didn’t meet Deborah in person as my mum did the handover but she was lovely in all our messages, kept up updated and Tiger clearly had a wonderful time with her. Thanks so much Deborah!

I thought they were brilliant and at relatively short notice, they were in touch on a regular basis much to the joy of my kids. When you come home and the dogs are almost disappointed to see you, you know they’ve been well cared for. Absolutely brilliant

Martina & Rob were great from the start, with efficient communication before and during the sit. Considering Bruce & I had separate holidays starting and finishing at different times, they were very adaptable. We left them to their own devices which suited everyone fine. The dogs were very excited to have us back but only because it was dinner time. They then sat at the window wondering where their new friends had gone! It was lovely to come home to a clean, neat and tidy house with a lovely touch of fresh flowers as a welcome. They’d be welcome to sit any time.

Jen

Jen is a great house and dog sitter. As she lives fairly locally, Jen arranged to meet in advance and introduce her son Fred and their black lab to Buddy and Tega and learn more about the dogs' routines and the house. Both dogs were very calm and happy when I returned from holiday. Tega is missing Bandit and Fred. The house was clean and tidy after their stay and Jen left a card, tulips and milk to welcome me home which was very thoughtful. Jen was easily contactable and I would definitely invite them to stay again.

Jeanette was very friendly, trustworthy and easy to get on with immediately. She showed the greatest of care of interest and care in my cat’s welfare, well-being and needs. Cecilia was very happy to go to her as soon as they met so I knew she was in very safe hands. She was so well-looked after! Everything was left immaculately and bedding and towels were washed and dried. Jeanette left a lovely message about her stay. I really hope she comes again and Cecilia would be thrilled to have her back!

Romana was an absolute delight to have to sit for us, nothing too much trouble and we felt totally relaxed leaving her in charge She was conscientious and caring . She was brilliant with our dogs and had them sussed immediately ! I would thoroughly recommend Romana in the future

Sarah was an excellent house and pet sitter. Easy to communicate with. Calm and confident with Rajas. Left the house clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Carron

Carron came to look after my dog Oscar who absolutely adored her. She is a lovely confident person and well disciplined who showed respect for my home. I hope she will come and sit for me again. The house was clean and tidy and her bedlinen has been washed ready to be hung up on the line. Definitely a 5 star sitter! Who just lives animals.

Lindsey

Lindsey sat for our 6 month-old kitten for ten days over Christmas. She was friendly and thoughtful and keen to follow all instructions carefully - which included four feeds a day and the need to keep Luna inside the house as she was not yet allowed out. Our kitten was relaxed and happy in her care and Lindsey seemed to have a calming influence on her! She was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date while we were away, with regular texts - and photos when requested! Lindsey looked after our house well and left it freshly cleaned when she left. She was kind and considerate about all the arrangements and conscientious in making sure Luna’s needs were met. I would highly recommend Lindsey as a reliable, caring, conscientious pet and house-sitter.

Our home and pets were well taken care of by Lindsay. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We were pleased to find our home even cleaner than we left it and all of our animals (ducks, cats and dog) were very happy including our highly energetic and demanding, but loving, border collie. Would highly recommend Lindsay!

Sinclair and Nicole were absolutely lovely! They were responsive, tidy guests, and they took excellent care of our cat. We'd gladly welcome them back.

Douglas and Alanah took better care of my pets than I do. Honestly, both Dozer and Jesse were sad to see them leave as was I. We spent lots of time talking about our experiences and they are now good friends. 
My home was emaculate when I returned. I don't think I can say enough about the experience.

Kit

Kit never listed an important detail about his expectations for needing multiple updates every day and due to a half a day of not receiving a general reply he without warning, discussion nor explanation ended my sit early putting me in a dangerous situation in a very unsafe area (outside of the apartment building is a very rough area). Despite him being aware that, the previous day my phone was broken on my way to his sit and he refused to help me arrive there sooner and safer.

I have never known a pet owner to have such outrageous anxieties and yet complete disregard for the human life caring for the household.

I followed their welcome guide thoroughly but he forgot to mention that one update a day is not sufficient so when I replied the next evening after a busy day he had already paid someone to come in as my replacement. The new sitter also confirmed the truth and that everything was in order with the pets and house. I spoke to him the day I checked in but because of my misfortune I was a few hours delayed getting back to my computer messages the following day. Unfortunately you can't trust someone based on profession or profile and Kit was surprisingly biased and inconsiderate.
He chose the rudest way to handle a minor misunderstanding while knowing I'm not being paid for this nor have family or a partner in the region to help and just lost access to my data and taxi apps
I consider the disregard and disrespect to be a below the standard of people that should be expected on a site with Trusted in its name.

He should be barred but for the record, pets:

The cats are lovely and friendly but they are allowed on eating surfaces and counters plus there aren't household lint rollers so bring extra.
Moose is cool and cuddly but he does have a busy, high bark sometimes so if you have sensory sensitivities earplugs or headphones are necessary. Also, they crate him at night and when away :/
