Recommend this place 100%. SaDee and I love this place. SaDee is so excited when she arrives and exhausted at night from all the playing, she does at Camp Bow Wow. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very clean and lots of room for my baby to play. Tim, Oreo, Amanda and Yolanda are just a few of the awesome employees!!
Wonderful place for my rescue Honey! I love Camp Bow Wow anyway, as that is where she boards and attends daycare in Colorado. But I was a little apprehensive about bringing her to a new camp because she is a bit nervous due to past trauma. This location did not disappoint. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean and fresh it is, with no typical dog smells ( you know, like it sometimes smells in a veterinary office)!! The staff is amazing and super sweet, and Honey did great!! Watching her on the camp cam, I noticed she was even playing with the others and not nervously walking along the edge. I will always bring her back here when visiting Fort Worth.
Hands-down, the best around and the manger Amanda Holmes runs a tight ship!! Hoping we can collab and offer premium training services to any clients of Camp Bow Wow!
This is the best Camp Bow-Wow location we have tried. The manager/owner is very hands-on and really cares about the animals. Our mini-poodle Mia loves to come here for daycare or to spend the night.
Twilite's favorite place in the world is Camp Bow Wow Fort Worth! She has been a camper for almost 3 years now and started going when she was still a puppy - not quite 6 months old. She goes 3 times per week to work out her very high "doodle" energy! We love boarding her there too because she gets to play all day with other dogs, instead of just staying in a kennel. Tim, Amanda, Eva, Yolanda, and all of the staff (including of course the real boss, Oreo), treat Twilite like their own dog, and we really feel part of the family. We love Camp Bow Wow so much, that we look for locations when we travel, and were even able to get her into camp in Portland, Maine.
The process of getting my pup in was super easy and the staff is so friendly! I had confidence leaving her with them. You could tell they cared about her well-being. Which is nice, especially if you get a little nervous leaving behind your furry friend.
Not the best experience at this location. It appears as though the owner reads these reviews, which is great! I hope you find this feedback helpful for training employees to take better care of our furry family members, as we count on you to provide the best care when we are away. Checking the cameras and noticing the difference in the level of service at your location was disappointing and saddening my dogs were left in your care. What I noticed was dogs who are boarded are not let out early in morning, and do not get access to the play areas for the majority of the day. On camera, I only observed them out in the yard a couple of times throughout the entire day. At other locations they play most of the day, with the exception of a short break after lunch and dinner. This location puts all the pups away early (an hour prior to closing time) and prioritizes closing and leaving early, when the pups should have access to use the bathroom before a 12 hour overnight stay. Additionally, I observed an employee playing inappropriately with the dogs, enouraging jumping and rough play. My dogs are not allowed to jump on humans because this behavior could injure someone especially my elderly relatives. Seeing them encouraged to jump on an employee is unacceptable interaction. Furthermore, employees who are encouraging rough play can cause a dangerous situation that can escalate to a dog fight. One of my dogs came home with deep scratches and fur missing from above their eye and top of their snout, it clearly looks like a bite from another dog. This was not disclosed to me. Lastly, I picked up my dogs 30 minutes prior to closing time. The whole place was already shut down. Play areas were closed, employees were leaving. While the employees were friendly, they didn’t tell me if the dogs had been fed dinner. I tried calling several times before their closing time, but was not able to reach anyone as they had already left. I have been to several other locations and have not had a negative experience anywhere else. I will continue to recommend Camp Bow Wow, but unfortunately not this location. Hi Tim, Thanks for the response. As I included in the original review, I am aware of the lunch break policy, as I have boarded my dogs with CBW for about 7 years. I have boarded them in multiple locations, including 2 states - I just moved to Texas this year (and had a GREAT experience at the Grapevine location - please check, I left them a great review!). I checked the cameras dozens of times while I boarded my 2 dogs at your location and did not see them out in the play area during the normal play times (with the exception of twice per day for short periods). There was NO day they were out at 6:30 for the final bathroom break - I checked every single day and would be happy to review camera with you to verify this. Additionally my dogs were there for 8 days for $800, so with as many dogs as you board, if the revenue does not cover proper care for the dogs, you may want to consider increasing the boarding fee. I run a business as well, I am also familiar with the cost of labor. I know this isn’t cheap, but this should not interfere with your ability to provide adequate care for people’s pets - this is what we are paying you for. Additionally, I did not mention my dog needing any type of veterinary care - they were scrapes that were kept clean to prevent infection. I can’t imagine that you watched 8 days of video to check for the inappropriate play, but I would be happy to help you find this on the video, as it was on the last day my dogs were in your care in the afternoon. They were in play yard #2 inside with a dark skinned tall male employee. This was the only day they were in yard 2, rather than 4. What’s important to note - I did not send this information to criticize your business - but to help provide better employee training and better care for our pets. You’re defensive response dismissing concerns, only solidifies my decision to not return.
Our dog, Walter, always has the best time at Camp Bow Wow! We lost our AC unit last summer and without hesitation, Camp Bow Wow took Walter in and ensured he was kept in the AC all day to cool off. They also monitored him and provided updates to provide peace of mind. This past weekend, we went on a weekend trip with friends and CBW gave Walter & us the best experience. The team provided photo’s and texts so ensure we could enjoy our time away knowing our boy was safe & having fun! We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow and could not recommend more to anyone looking for a safe, fun & comforting place for your fur baby to stay while you are away!
Our dog, Harley Quinn, LOVES going to camp here! When she comes home she's exhausted from all the running, jumping and socializing she has done all day. I'm a new dog mom so I check the cameras constantly throughout the day when she's there and I very often see a staff member giving Harley a scratch, pat or hug which makes me so happy. Everyone is always so kind and I love that they never have to ask who I am picking up. They always remember that Harley is my dog. My husband and I bring Harley every Friday and have boarded Harley here at least 5 times just in the past 4 months (we've had more travel than expected for work this year) and it's gone well. Harley is scared of everything but never afraid to go here which indicates she's treated well. We're grateful for Camp BW!
hey make my sweet dog feel at home and love on her if I was there! They have great communication and have always been helpful getting her in for boarding last min. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!
Crystal provides an individual level of love and care for my 85lb Great Pyrenees that we couldn't find at traditional doggy daycare. She provides updates and pictures throughout the day and its such a relief to know my girl is in good hands, getting spoiled with treats, pets and plenty of walks. She really is the best dog nanny ever!
Crystal is **the best** dog sitter I have ever encountered!!! I flew to Ft Worth last minute for a job and ended up having to bring my dog. I was so worried about how I would handle working 12-17 hour days with him here! Despite my unpredictable schedule, Crystal has been so accommodating and gone above and beyond to love my lil Django! We are so lucky we found her - I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Crystal!! XOXO
Crystal really is the best!! She has been taking care of our little 14-year old Chihuahua Max for over a year now. She walks him every day rain or shine and always goes above and beyond letting him walk as far as he wants! She has also kept him for us while on vacation (even when we have asked her last minute a few times)! She will spoil and care for your pets no matter what! Her communication is great also. She always lets us know when she’s on the way and sends us a thorough update of her time with Max, including lots of photos!
Crystal really is the absolute best dog sitter! Super flexible, reliable, and most importantly- loving to our sweet Holly-Jolly! We haven’t really been able to leave Holly or take her to a boarding facility due to her separation anxiety (it’s off the charts)- but some way, some how… Crystal really takes the time and gives the attention that Holly really responds to! Now we can visit family out of town! Crystal is great with daily walks and pictures… even brings Holly special treats. She is so dependable and our 1st (and only) consideration…
Crystal treats every dog in her care like her very own granddog - we’ve been pleasantly surprised with pictures of our pups in festive outfits, freshly painted toenails and wonderful communication. Highly recommended dog nanny!!
Best nanny, Buddy loves her. My Buddy is a red nose pit bull. She handles him expertly. He needs lots of love and a stern hand. She provides both in abundance.
I love taking my dog Moose to The Paw Pad for grooming!! He gets to be in daycare while he waits for his turn, and has fun with the other dogs there. The groomers always do an amazing job on his haircuts, thanks to Tyrone and Axel!! Try to add in it’s first come first serve style, which is reasonable
My dog came back from grooming with severe bloody diarrhea. It’s literally only blood in his poop! He has no medical issues and has never had bloody diarrhea before. I called Paw Pad and the front desk lady told us my dog already had once diarrhea at their place but NOBODY TOLD US!! I want to know immediately if my dog has any issues! Even at pick up, everyone said he was fine and happy! My dog is a very friendly and confident golden retriever. We rushed him to Emergency and ended up with a $400+ bill. I told the front desk lady I want to talk with the owner, I want to know exactly what happened to my dog today. But she said the owner is home today and cannot contact me. Does this place truly care about dog health and clients??? Sorry about the disgusting pics but that’s what we ended up with our poor boy today.
I’ve brought all my dogs to the paw pad and they always have the best time! They love doing daycare as well as boarding over night. They are welcoming and accommodate all of our pup’s needs. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. My pups get so excited to come here and we will keep coming back!
The Paw Pad is a great place for every dog to have a fun day. Everyone there cares about your pet and you. Always friendly customer service. Grooming my fur baby to perfection. Thank you all.
The Paw Pad is an amazing place. I have boarded both of our dogs and 2 cats with them as well as had them groomed there. One of our dogs is deaf and they are so patient with him! Their prices are very reasonable. We have boarded with them 1 time so far and have had them groomed twice. This has become our new place to go for all of our needs.
This is a visual representation of my dog post-grooming. During the subsequent grooming session, I politely requested, "Could you kindly ensure that his ears are groomed more thoroughly?" Despite this, the outcome was unsatisfactory. Upon lodging a complaint, they arranged another appointment for me, rescheduling it multiple times. However, on the eve of my appointment, they informed me, "We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide grooming services for your dog; kindly refrain from returning."
I have lived here in Fort Worth for 5 years now. I have been to many different boarding places as I have 4 large dogs and travel a lot for work and to see family. This is probably my favorite boarding place so far. You get report cards for your babies and they have cameras if you do the daycare there. The staff were all very kind and understanding. When picking up the pups, they were clean and very happy. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a good boarding/daycare.
Love the paw pad! My dogs have been to other dog daycares but this one is by far the best in the area. I love that I get photos from staff and I can watch on cam! Also the grooming is amazing. And the wait to get them in is not long at all!
My dog Axl Rose went and saw Axel the groomer! Now Axl really looks like a rock star! Australian shepherds are the best dog breed period.
My little baby absolutely loves place and get a ton of exercise and comes home exhausted. I really love the staff Laura has been extremely helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff! Highly recommended for everyone looking for a quality place to take their pup.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and it doesn't smell like a pet hospital. Staff is very acomodating. It has a pool and grooming. Spa so cool. Im not sure if they put cucumbers on thepets eyes though...lol you've got to check it out!
Got my dogs groomed here today and was very happy! The pups seemed happy, the facility was clean, and the employees were friendly. My dogs looked and smelled great, nails were smooth, ears clean, all around gorgeous. We will be back!
Clarissa is the most patient, gentle and detail oriented groomer I have ever encountered. I have peace of mind knowing the pups here have all their shots and will not get my doggie sick! I would recommend ensuring your dog has met all their vaccine requirements prior to the appointment. Cutting a schnauzer is no easy task but they have mastered it!
Customer service is poor. The girls at The Grand acted like they hate their job. I even attempted to make small talk by asking questions such as "How long have you worked here? Do you like it here?" Both girls I asked worked there for about a year and responded by saying "it is ok" while never making eye contact. Not too reassuring when you are dropping off your fur babies into their care for a certain amount of time! My animals spent 4 nights there and never got the services I requested such as nail trimming and baths. When I picked my dog up her whole back side was covered in poop. Plus my kitten came home with a mystery lump on her chin that was not there when I dropped her off DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! 1👎👎👎
My chartreuse kitty had been through a lot of trauma before he became mine. We had a family emergency and had to leave him. These people were awesome and called us for suggestions when he wouldn’t eat. He looked and acted like he been on a spa vacation when we picked him up! I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them - they care!
Additional charges were outrageous. We were told our dog would need a flu vaccine since that was not included in his yearly vaccines. We agreed, but were charged $72 for an office visit in addition to the cost of the vaccine. The flu vaccine itself was $54! Plus had to pay fees for “biohazard” and “clinical support”. Just outrageous and not explained prior to the stay or else we would not have booked. Save yourself the headache and do not board here.
I have enjoyed taking my dog here for boarding for the last year however they just started this new rule that if you don't bring your dog during certain hours or pick them up in a certain time frame then they charge you $25 extra fee. Whats the point of using a facility that has a 24 hour animal clinic next door if you can only pick up your dog between 9 -12 in the morning or you get charged an extra fee. If you are traveling, it's almost impossible to plan you schedule around these ridiculous hours. I have loved taking my dog here the past year and you used to be able to drop your dog off anytime, even if it was after hours the animal clinic next door was open 24/7 and you could drop your dog off or pick them up there. Now this place has just become a Money Hungry establishment taking advantage of people. Great with animals and for boarding options but charging an extra $25 fee when its only $35 to board your dog for one night in the first place is crazy. That's almost an entire day charge and you don't even get to board your dog for a full 24 hours. Plus, I tried to go here for grooming my dog and they couldn't give her a bath. I understand my dog breed is afraid of water and probably more difficult to bathe, but this is supposed to be a professional establishment. If Petco could succeed in giving my dog a bath, I expect that the Grand Pet Resort would be able to. I was really disappointed. Overall, last year this place was great, but the more I come here, the more disappointed I get in service. They can't keep staff. I used to come in so often that the staff knew me by name, now the entire staff has been replaced and their new staff barely knows how to use the computers. Extremely disappointed in what used to be a great treasure has gone down hill dramatically.
This is the first time I left my babies anywhere. They had a good reputation and they were excellent to the dogs. We called quite often they didn't seem to mind ,we checked on them quite often they had cameras where you could see them all day really nice people. We're not hesitate to take them there again
I’m from Houston, and decided to take a road trip along with my dog. We went to Austin first and he had a blast! Then we went to Ft. Worth to visit some family, my family isn’t dog friendly like I am so I decided to board my dog Taco. Being unfamiliar to Ft. Worth, I looked on google and looked for places with a good rating. I stumbled upon this place and I am super glad that I did. They treated my dog Taco really well there, he was happy and the staff said they really liked him. I was so glad they took him last minute, so remember, if you are in the Ft. Worth area and you are looking to board a dog, please come visit these guys, they are worth it! M.J. was a big help and was super kind. All I know is that the next time I am in Ft. Worth, I will be boarding my dog here again. Highly recommend!
I had scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog, when I arrived the people at the front desk asked any updates on my dog's vaccines, which I provided. Then they said they required to run a fecal test on my dog and to give him the influenza vaccine, those 2 alone were about $95, that is in addition to the grooming. They refused to take my dog unless I accepted their quote for the fecal exam and the shot. What bothers me is not that they require the flu shot or the fecal exam, but that they not tell in advance when I scheduled or confirmed the appointment, so I can take my dog to TCAP or somewhere that doesn't overcharge triple the price. The same happened the first time I took my dog there but to the other facility, they always try to make upsales.
We have been using Your Pet Staff since 2020 and they're wonderful. They are so kind, easy to work with, reliable and do a great job. We love the convenience, but more importantly, have such peace of mind knowing our dogs don't have to be caged up for hours just to get groomed. We highly recommend using them for your pets!
The pet sitting service is exemplary. We use them every time we travel and truest the care for our pets and home beautifully. They truly love and care for our pets when we are gone—even leaving us a daily diary of what the pets were up to each day.
Your Pet Staff has had a key to my house for over 15 years when they first starting dog and house checks. They have always been great and very reliable. They were great with the dogs and we always felt our dogs were in the best of care. Our dogs are no longer with us, but we continue to use their services when we go on vacation. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog and / or house checks. Excellent service!!
We've been using 'Your Pet Staff' for many years now. They are reliable, trustworthy, and our dogs love the sitters. We really like that our dogs get to stay at our home, where they are familiar, as opposed to dropping them off at a kennel with a bunch of strange animals where they can pick up viruses or bad habits. The 'Your Pet Staff' sitters also leave detailed notes for each of their visits, so we feel like we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend them.
Since my dog is blind, it was best for him to stay home. My vet referred me to the Pet Staff. What a total surprise. They took care of my Billy Ray like their own. I got updates and written notes when I arrived home. I cannot thank them in taken special care of him.
I have been using Your Pet Staff as my preferred cat sitter since I moved to Fort Worth ten years ago. They are amazing! Each sitter I've had has been kind and loving toward my cats. I love getting pics and texts during my trips; it is such a comfort to know that my cats are safe and happy while I'm gone.
I have been using Your Pet Staff for years, since 2006 if I recall correctly. They have literally been like family when we need someone to watch our pups! They are always on time, accurate in the services we need, spend ample time with our pups both inside and outside for companionship and play, and are agile if something unexpected comes up. A few times we've had to call after hours for a hiccup in our coming back home (cancelled flights, terrible weather, etc) and the staff is incredible. The addition of a new scheduling app earlier this year was a different experience that I needed to practice with, but the staff is always an email of phone call away for any questions! I love "Your Pet Staff"!
Amazing company that truly cares for your pet. They have been taking care of my fur babies for over 15 years. Always flexible if something shortens or extends your scheduled visits.
Our cats are most loved and we have trusted Your Pet Staff to care for them on all of our vacations for years. Your Pet Staff is completely reliable, loving to animals, attentive to specific pet needs and write detailed visit notes so when we return home we can read about their daily visits. We have indoor and outdoor cats and they care for both. They go above and beyond like when our yard sprinkler wouldn’t turn off and they came back to turn it off from the valve in the yard. We were not in the country so knowing they took care of this provided such peace of mind. We could not be more grateful to have them care for our pets when we are away!
Your Pet Staff has been wonderful to provide pet sitting care for our cat! Thank you so much! We can travel without worrying, knowing you’re on the job!!
Michelle took care of our two dogs, Sammy and Layla for two nights. They’re pretty chaotic dogs but she managed them very well. She was very responsive when we texted her to check in on them, and everything was in order when we returned. She did an outstanding job!
Michelle is so awesome! She recently watched our little Boston terrier, Lola while my husband and I were away on a work trip. We loved the cute little updates she provided, and Lola was always well rested after the long walks she got under Michelle’s care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or walker! She is incredibly responsive, sweet, and attentive— will definitely book again.
Michelle did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Max, while we were out of town. She made sure that he had plenty of attention and activities to do. We received lots pictures updating us on his daily routine— they were so cute, and max really warmed up to her! Will definitely rebook in the future when we need a sitter!
Oh my goodness! Best experience ever. Pictures, texts, keep you up to date on every visit. Highly recommend for pet sitting and care
We've been boarding our dog here for over a year now and he loves it! He's always very excited when we show up so I know he is well taken care of and has fun here! Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
I would not recommend bringing your pup here 🙁 I worked here for a short period 3-4 months and oof it’s not good. They say that dogs are there number one safety priority, but just so YOU know that they accept aggressive dogs, ones that have had incidents… and multiple. We also accept dogs with shot records that are expired and out of date and we continue to extend there boarding too when out! Also don’t get me started on their cleanliness, it for sure is not up to date. If it was up to date we wouldn’t be having 2-3 kennel cough cases from clients every 1-2 weeks. When I started there I had printed out signs and stuck them up to show people how cleaning needs to be done because I had worked at previous daycare’s, shelters and vet clinic offices. HR and Owner wouldn’t allow us to kick dog's out because it’s “money”. They DO NOT CARE about the people and there workers that are outside that headquarters building. I’ve had concerns I have brought up to HR and have been completely blown off and disregarded. Having 2-3 people on shift to handle 40+ dogs a day is kinda crazy. Understaffed, was getting a call everyday on my day off asking to come in. I’m just giving a heads up to those who want to go here or are already going here. This business is only money hungry they do not care about the dogs or there workers. They also fire you without explanation to🤗 If you could look at the reviews previous employers have left on indeed about this place is should tell you WAY more than enough!!
LOVE metro for all dog related things. The boarding is great, daycare is great, and the grooming is just as stellar. My dog George is nervous and they take such good care of him. I get updated and pictures which my daughter loves to see
I have been taking my 1 year old goldendoodle here for a little over a month now. He goes 1-2 times a week and it is a blast for him! He gets all of his energy out playing with all the other pups and the staff is awesome! They are always so nice at pick up and drop off! I would highly recommend bringing your dog here!
My doggo and I both love this place! He always plays so hard at daycare. It is a great way to keep your dog socialized with a busy schedule. Very friendly staff! The photos are ones that they have taken of him and posted on FB (which is another great perk). I love seeing him have fun. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience at metro animals. The staff was truly caring and made us feel comfortable. We will be bringing our dogs back knowing they are well cared for.
They have taken care of Sister for over 11 years, and have always done a great deal to ensure her safety and health. I’ve always been able to count on the consistency of Metro Animal and Sisters care. The Williams Family
Sugar is our 4 month old lab puppy. She just started attending Metro and completely loves it. She actually whines with excitement when I pull into the parking lot! Their hours are flexible, rates are reasonable and the staff is comprised of animal lovers. So glad to have Metro as a resource as I return to work this school year. Thanks for taking such good care of my sweetie!
I’ve been taking my dog Padme since she was 4 months old and we both love it! She gets excited as soon as we park and I can tell she has fun because she sleeps soundly after I pick her up. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they do a great job taking care of the pups and also upload pictures to facebook daily! This is definitely the best place for your dog to exercise, socialize, and have fun!
It was our first time there and had a great experience!!! Friendly staff, clean area and well maintained. My french bull dog had a blast! We will be coming back and highly recommend this place. 😊 …
Thank you
Top Dog is amazing! Our dog walker (Anna) comes by every day to let out our sweet beagle girls and take them on a walk. They also gets lots of play time, love and cuddles. We receive a detailed report every day with fun photos and videos. We know they are getting the best care every day- and lots of treats!! I highly recommend Top Dog!
We have been using top dog for more than three years. Their service is outstanding! They are always willing to help us out on a last minute visit and they take great care of our dogs on overnights. Highly recommended!
I have had such a wonderful experience with the dog walking service over the last year! I have a 10 pound sassy miniature dachshund named Cupid who is quite particular about who he likes. Everyone who has worked with him has been so patient and given him grace to adjust to new people. I am currently in residency and work long hours at the hospital but I get peace of mind knowing my little guy had the chance to go outside to potty and play. I also very much look forward to seeing what I call his “report card” from the day which is a message that includes a summary of his walk and photos of him being his silly little self. I appreciate everyone at Top Dog, especially Leanne who is Cupid’s primary walker, for all they do to help take care of my baby!
Top Dog Pet Sitting is fantastic! We have used Top Dog twice and will certainly use them again. Shannon, Ann and Helen have all been very caring, punctual and professional. They communicate clearly and often with updates and pictures during and after each visit. Our overnight sitter would update us when she arrived and again in the morning before she left. The app is easy to use and has a lot of helpful features. Highly recommend Top Dog to care for your fur babies.
Anna came and watched our cats while we were gone for the holidays and we couldn’t be more thankful! She was so helpful and took care of them as if they were hers! The whole process from booking to meet and greet and service is so detailed that it allowed me to have peace of mind while gone. Would recommend them to anyone who has a hard time trusting anyone with their fur babies they are great and trustworthy! Will be using again!
I had never left my older bichon or my chihuahua with any one but family until family was traveling together so I needed a pet sitting service. Top Dog is a reputable company that immediately put my mind at ease when I had my meet and greet. Having someone come to my home was the right fit for me and my pets. I highly recommend Top Dog Pet Sitters. I didn't know Top Dog existed until a couple weeks ago and I will be using Top Dog whenever I need these services! I received daily pictures and updates. My chihuahua is anxious and hides from anyone she doesn’t know and my sitter had her eating out of her hand the very first day. I felt like my pets were safe and well cared for in my absence and I couldn’t be more pleased with the many services Top Dog provides. Top Dog is the best pet sitters in Fort Worth.
I started using Top Dog Pet Sitting in September of this year. Chris is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of my 10 year old German Shepard. She is very warm and friendly and has been great with my girl. Chris is always on time and communicates with me at every visit by sharing photos and letting me know how she is doing. I highly recommend Top Dog!
I absolutely love Top Dog and our dog walker Helen. They are the best dog walking company in the DFW area. My dog is particular about people but when she met Helen it was love at first sight. Helen always gives detailed recaps about how the dog walking visit went and includes photos of my dog on the Top Dog app. As a busy working professional, I take comfort in knowing that my dog is well cared for and I look forward to reading the recaps each day. We are so grateful to have found Top Dog and Helen for dog walking services for my dog.
This is the first and only 'pet sitting' service I've used and the only one I need. As far as I'm concerned they are great. The lady who watches my 2 cats is superb. She spends 30 minutes here twice daily, feeds them, cleans the litter boxes and sends me pictures to my phone of them per visit, and also gives them cat treats. With her tending to them, I have no worries.
Love Shannon and her team. If my very shy dogs could talk, they'd tell me to go away more so Briana could come and play. I feel so comfortable leaving our dogs and home in their capable hands. I have tried other sitters but have found doors left open and no water in bowls, last-minute cancelations, and dogs refusing to eat for them. We have used Top Dog many times with no problems. Highly recommend!
Best of the best! . Background: I needed immediate surgery for cancer. My nerves were shot. Libby and I had just lost her brother and we were both devastated. How would she react when I put her in boarding after he was "gone and then I was "gone?" I needed her daily so much, for myself. I had to leave her for 2 weeks. I was beside myself in misery, for us both. . What happened: Holy cow. This place is amazing. They truly cared about her and about me. I got updates daily, with pictures. They understood the trauma we had both been through. They were gentle with her. You can tell if your baby is stressed or happy, right? The pictures showed me the beautiful truth. . I lay in bed, looking at these updates and photos, and healed better because I knew she was ok. This place is extremely loving, very clean, so gentle and caring, individualized with care, and very safe (3 doors to prevent escape). The pictures showed her blossoming from hissing to laptime and playtime. . This place is exactly as the photos show. Exactly! Again, I will state strongly... the folks working here truly CARE. That is apparent in how they asked about me and how they treated my baby. . Libby was at the best place in all of DFW. She will never stay anywhere else. . Lisa Oxley
This is by far the BEST place I have been to that boards cats. The suites are very clean and super spacious! The staff also does a great job at giving every cat attention and making sure they are comfortable! Every time my cats go they don’t want to leave!
I love these people! I took a trip to England for a week. I was worried for my cats, they are family. They took great care of them, gave them attention, meds, daily updates via email and most ,love. the cost was reasonable and my mind was at ease.. if you are going on a trip and have pets, give them a call. We'll done and next trip I will see you all again! Thank you for hosting my little ones!!
So awesome! I attended the Open House on June 8th. Got a wonderful tour by the Manager, Allison. The boarding spaces are way better than the pictures can show. I will have to bring my babies here next time I am going to be gone long enough to need it. ❤️🐱❤️
If you need a place to take your precious kitty, this is the place! I have an 8 month old spoiled rotten Torte that we have had to use sitters in the past when we have had to go on short trips. It didn’t workout for our normal sitters so I started researching places to leave my precious kitten. When I say they take fantastic care of your cat/kitten I feel that is an understatement. I would not hesitate to take her back. I highly recommend them. They only take care of cats so I felt that was a much less stressful situation instead of leaving them next to dogs. Even the rooms they keep them in are so much better than cages you see at other places. No cages here! They have little townhomes, standard suite or deluxe suite. I chose standard since I didn’t think she needed the bigger room since it was just her. They also update you with pics and how their day went. If you can’t tell I was incredibly pleased with this place.
My cat absolutely loved this place! I loved that she had her very own suite to herself and also there are no dogs, so no barking! I got pics every day of my sweet girl having fun and getting lots of pets. She’s also on meds so it’s nice that the owners know how to do that!! I will definitely take my girl there again.
I am so grateful to have found The Scratching Post Inn. Everyone is super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Have to agree with another review - it is so clean, it doesn't even smell like cats. I live further away, but the drive is worth every penny. My Mandy didn't even want to leave! 10/10. Purrfect.
The Scratching Post is very nice and set up perfect for caring for cats. My cat, Mike, was there for 3 nights and he made himself at home. Mike is an escape artist and will escape if given a chance. They have a very secure set up and he wasn’t able to escape. It was nice to get the daily updates. I will use them again.
Wow! This place is amazing! It is totally designed for cats. A low stress environment with lots of cat trees, a sunny window, light and bright. The owners are all about cats. It's so nice to have a luxury cat-only boarding place in the area!
What a gem! Extremely clean, family owned and operated and excellent value! Loved it there😻 …
We’ve been taking our senior dog, Zeus, to Doggie Diggs since 2020, and recently started bringing our new pup, Freya, this year. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide! The dogs get plenty of exercise and have a great time running around. The drop-off and pick-up hours are flexible, which makes our lives a lot easier. Candace and her team are always helpful, friendly, and truly care about the dogs. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great daycare for their pets!
We love Doggie Diggs! We used to take our pup Benjamin just for grooming before he was neutered, but once he got neutered we started taking him to daycare as often as we could and he loved it so much. We were so happy he got along with the other pups. We went on a 10 day trip and boarded him there. Candace and the Doggie Diggs staff are very detailed oriented and made him a cubby for his things right away. During our trip they would send us updates and videos of Benji and it was safe to say that we missed him more than he missed us 😂
Our pup loves Doggie Diggs! It’s his home away from home. It used to be down the street from us, but we recently moved and it is now a 30 minute drive from us, but we still go out of our way to take him to daycare and to get groomed while he’s there as well. Every single one of the staff members seems to genuinely enjoy being there and to really care for all pups. I have and will always recommend Doggie Diggs to everyone!
To leave a review is the very LEAST I could do in show of my endless gratitude for Candace and her team! Our two littles, Teddy and Cody, HOWL once they’ll our vehicle nears their oasis. My husband and I have utilized them when we’ve visited back home up north on multiple occasions, and absolutely entrust Candace and her staff to love our pups like their own. Truly, you have been an absolute godsend this of year for us. With a new baby girl at home and all the adjustments that our pups have gone through with this change, we know that Candace is just a text away to ensure that our pups can enjoy their days with y’all! We love Doggie Diggs 🐾
I recently moved from Addison to Fort Worth and was rather stressed about finding a new doggie daycare for my (somewhat 🤪) anxiously attached pup/cavapoo, Wally. I was immediately put at ease when I called to see about coming in to meet the staff and see the location in person. Everyone I have met there has been so friendly and accommodating from day one (since June 2024). Every time I bring Wally in or pick him up, I feel like I’m leaving him with a close friend or family member, which is what I’ve always hoped to find in a doggie daycare. Candace has always been so communicative, kind, and easy-going, plus you can tell how much she truly loves and enjoys being around all our pups. I’m so grateful she takes the time to send pictures and videos throughout the day/week as well!! Such an added comfort to see Wally living his best life when he’s there. I also get him groomed there and he always comes out looking fabulous and smelling even better! I absolutely love where it’s located in Fort Worth as well and actually enjoy driving there because of how cute the area is. I’m so happy and thankful to have found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home away from home for their precious fur baby.
A great doggie day care for small dogs. My dog loves it, and I honestly think he thinks he lives there. It's always clean, and it never smells like pee. The staff is amazing and they also have grooming services. Boarding here has been a life saver on multiple occasions. He always hugs everyone at the end of the day when I pick him up, it's the cutest thing.
Doggie Diggs is amazing! Candace and her team takes great care of my little beagle. How do I know? Because every time I drop her off she is always excited to go, literally pulling on her leash to get inside!! Their prices are very affordable and they are so responsive if you need to pickup late or board without advance notice. They offer excellent grooming as well. I highly recommend. I always know my little girl is in good hands when she is with them.
Doggie Diggs is truly the most amazing doggie daycare in the dfw area! The best groomer, and the most wonderful owner, Candace. An amazing place to work, and an even better place to bring your pup♥️
I have been taking dogs to Candace for over 7 years. All 3 of them love(d) her! She pays so much attention to each dog. I love the pics I receive of my little having fun with her furry friends!
I have been taking my baby to doggie digs since she was 12 weeks old. The staff at Doggie Digs was so accommodating and helpful. The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with fun activities for the dogs. My dog came home happy and tired from all the playtime, and I loved getting the daily updates and photos. It’s clear they truly care about the well-being of the dogs. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a safe, fun environment for their furry friends! Five stars all the way! 🐾❤️
