Cat Sitters in Westport, NC

As the first Trusted House & Pet sitter I've used, Tammy set the bar for future sitters unimaginably high. She was kind, pleasant, exceptionally patient and exuded a calm and ease that my coonhound seemed to pick up on and appreciate (as did I) from the moment she stepped in the house. Nothing came up she couldn't handle, and I returned to a house that was neater and cleaner than I can remember it ever being. Dave and I are both hoping she'll do another sit here,

Margaret and her boyfriend stayed at my house while I was out of the country for 3 weeks. It seemed like a good fit but was booked very last minute because the sitters originally scheduled had a medical emergency and had to cancel. My welcome document in zeewoi is very detailed and I have had only phenomenal experiences with past sitters. I let them know my Golden is a food hound and will eat any food left out (we have tried training... he's very sweet but is a counter surfer). I received a text in the middle of the night that he ate an entire pizza they left on the counter and were not sure what to do, so they took him to the ER and incurred a $700 bill (which I paid). I am a veterinarian. He did not need to go to an ER. But moving on about a week or so later - very few updates in 2 weeks until I received another middle of the night text that she would need to leave to meet her boyfriend (who had already left) in FL because his Grandfather was ill. She said she arranged for my mother (whose phone number she had) to take over caring for the dogs. I asked her to let me know when she would be leaving so I could make arrangements for a petsitter because my Mom was not the best choice. Then I came to find out from my Mom that she called her AFTER leaving my pets at home on her way to the airport in an Uber!!!! She literally abandoned my pets and home, called my Mom after leaving hoping she would take over AND THEN texted me in the middle of the night in a foreign country!!!! She failed to respond to any of the messages sent by Zeewoi to explain herself. As if that wasn't bad enough, when my Mom did arrive to walk my dogs my house was a total mess! Dirty linens, the floor hadn't been vacuumed at all and dog hair was everywhere, there were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher... I left her a SPOTLESS home and she left my house dirty, my dogs uncared for and cost me a $700 vet bill and another housekeeping visit. I sincerely hope she will never be allowed to accept another sit with this organization or any other.

Katherine was great! Constant contact with pix of my pooch. Arrived on time and left on time; apartment was neat and tidy when I arrived with a lovely note! Would highly recommend Katherine and hope to book her in the future!!

Taylor was a fantastic pet sitter and took good care of Yuki and our home while we were away for 10 days. She communicated very well and was very responsive to messages before and during the sit. She took Yuki on walks and to the dog park and also organized a play date with her friend's dog. She sent a picture and video of Yuki, which was really nice. She left the house very neat and tidy when we got home (trash was taken out, dishwasher was emptied, sheets were taken off the bed, laundry was already done, etc.). She also took care of our plants and they are thriving! We would love to have Taylor back to pet sit for us again!

Natasha was a brilliant pet sitter for my 3. She did not have an easy time with my elderly dog who came down with pneumonia 2 days before her housesit started. She was so good at keeping a keen eye on Basil and how the illness progressed. She soon realised when he started to go down hill (despite the anitbiotic course he was on), she took him to the vet and a second prescriptions of antibiotics knocked the pneumonia on the head. She cared for him very well, keeping an ear out at night that he was comfortable while also keeping my energetic chewing puppy in check. Amazingly I came home to nothing having been chewed that shouldn't have been, no mean feat! Natasha was very communicative when I needed her to be and self reliant between. She left the house in good order and kindly stripped her bed and washed the sheets before leaving. I fully recommend her to any house and pet owner.

Heather sent us a video update every morning with the pups and we loved that! There were a few challenges during the sit, however she handled them fabulously! We would love to have her back again!

Kathy was wonderful from our very first conversation. She was very communicative and always quick to respond. My directions were followed to a T, she wasn't afraid to ask questions, and my babies were happy and healthy when I returned. Our home was clean and tidy! We really appreciated that after a trip away. We hope she'll sit for us again, we'd welcome her back anytime!

Prashant and India were so lovely to work with, they even came to town the night before my trip to make sure the pups would be comfortable with them. Prashant helped with training my younger dog and they gave me some great recommendations. They also took excellent care of my apartment and are the sweetest people. Would love to have them again any time.

Our only small problem was that on 2 days I had to ask about Lucy in the afternoon. I've gotten spoiled by early am messages with photos from other sitters

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Jim, Leslie, Logan and little Piper the Morkie were OUTSTANDING in every regard!! I had never had a family stay before but it was perfect for me and for Halo. Logan, their 13-year old, was an instant best friend to Halo, playing with her on the floor and in the backyard and going on outdoor adventures together, all of which set my mind at ease when I was half way around the world. They sent the cutest photo and video! As for little Piper, she is the cutest, happiest, shed-less, bark-less, most well behaved little munchkin on the planet!! I’m so grateful for her making Halo feel at ease and now they are new BFFs! My big WOW was that Jim surprised me by fixing a doorknob that had previously been removed and installed two toilet seats that a teenage rebel guest had broken! THANK YOU JIM!! This is a very special family that I now call friends. I hope to have them stay again…I told them to let me know when they wanted to come back to the area because I could find somewhere to go! I was a little worried that Halo had packed her bags to go with them!

Travis and Addie were reliable and took care of the house and pets. They were only here 2 nights so everything seemed to go well.

Glenda and Barry were incredible house sitters! From the moment we left our house to the minute we returned our cats and home were taken care of with attention, love, and affection. We really appreciated the awesome pics and the updates throughout the weekend. Can't wait to have them sit for us again!
