Charisma was amazing! She was very thorough and tidy and kept us up to date with what the fur babies were up to complete with pictures! I would highly recommend!

Jane is not a recommended petsitter if you have cats or if you want the house to be treated properly when you are away. 1) When she arrived the day before our departure, she didn’t show any interest in the cats, I had to suggest her several times to interact with the kitties in order to make sure the cats were used to her smell. 2) She acted in a superior attitude when I was giving instructions about how to feed the cats or understand their routines. 3) Since the moment we posted the sit offer, we were clear about the simple tasks: feed the cats 3 times a day, play with them, brush them, keep the house safe and clean, inform twice a day about what the cats ate with photos and videos. Her level of communication was minimum by whatsapp. Example of messages “Nala has not appeared yet this morning”, “not much to report”, “everyone has eaten well”, “all well fed”, “too busy feeding, taking pictures and answering your texts” 4) When we arrived the house was dirty (her bathroom had not been cleaned at all, she had not vacuumed nor mopped the floor, the kitchen was sticky) the basic rules of the house were cleaning the floor, kitchen (to avoid ants) and I specified the products to clean bathroom/toilet before leaving. The minimum ALL petsitters had done in the past before leaving were cleaning the basic areas. 5) Two windows were unlocked, when safety issues were explained as a main concern. The biggest window with access from the street was not locked with the screw (anyone could have entered the house) and the window of the guest room was not locked with the handle 6) She never sent a message after leaving the house making sure everything was ok and telling us if the cats were ok. Conclusion: We could clearly see she doesn’t like animals, especially cats, she came just to have a free place to visit the area (which is a very touristic place, mainly this time of the year, when the accommodations are really expensive), she had a bossy attitude and was clearly annoyed by our explanations of how to take care of the cats and house, her communication was not fluid (I had to send a message asking her how were the cats almost every day in order to get feedback), she was a person that clearly did not care about the basic level of cleaning. The only thing she did was feeding the cats at least once a day. When we arrived the cats were really hungry.

My cats were extremely well cared for. I received pictures and video of my cats interacting with Jessica and Chase. I've never seen them so happy. My place was in perfect order when I returned. Actually may have been cleaner than when I left. I would highly recommend Jessica and Chase. They are a lovely couple - very responsible. It would be a pleasure to work with them again.

Dene and John was wonderful, they looked after my house and my dogs very well and sent me daily updates and pictures. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring and tidy to look after their pets.

Ainslie was great! She was self sufficient, tidy, and communicative. I know the dogs were in great hands and I welcome her back for a sitter anytime.

Suniray is an amazing sitter & human being. I was instantly drawn to her when we interviewed & found so many things in common about travel, spirituality & giving back. Though she could not come in a day earlier, she picked up all the responsibilities instantly and made a connection with Beato right away. She communicated with us when a pump stopped working & took care of it. She also left the home spotlessly clean & tidy. Suniray is the perfect example of why we have this platform, not just to house sit but also make new friends!

David took great care of our pets and our home. He sent pictures while we were gone, and everything was clean and as we left it when we arrived home. We recommend him for your housesit!

Adejola was enthusiastic about our boys and they obviously developed trust for her right away. She left the house very clean and tidy, and she was very respectful of our home. We would have preferred more frequent updates and pictures because we worry a bit and like pictures to reassure us that they're okay. There also may have been a bit of confusion about timing and some of the details in our home guide. Everything turned out okay, but it seemed that initially she wasn't planning on staying for all the nights we expected. Despite those concerns, we found Adejola a joy to work with and think these kinds of issues could be easily improved.

Erin was great! We came home to a clean house and happy pets.

Harrison was responsible and communicated well so that we were aware of everything going on while we were away. There were bad storms that knocked out the power for a long while and the our canine baby was anxious so she got into both the cat food closet and the trash while he was at work. Harrison came by on his break to take our Moko for a walk when he discovered what happened and took care of cleaning up. We appreciate him taking care of an out of the ordinary situation while we were away.

Eliana was the perfect sitter in every way! Not only did I return to a very relaxed and happy cat, but my home was spotless, and everything was as I had left it. I even found a delicious dinner in the freezer, which was especially welcome as I was returning home after an extremely long international flight. I would welcome Eliana into my home any time, and I'm sure Luca would agree that she was wonderful!
