It was a pleasure to care for Charlie and Maggie in Jim and Lindy's lovely home. Charlie is a big, beautiful softie who loves snuggles, walks and food! Maggie is so sweet, full of energy but also loves her daytime naps. Seeing her excitement before her walks was adorable. They were both very affectionate; Charlie with his head nuzzles and Maggie with her wagging tail each time she saw us. They both loved having their tummies and chests rubbed! Jim and Lindy's home is stunning, with gorgeous bay views from the top level. Having the lift is great as Charlie finds stairs a bit of a challenge, and Maggie loves to come along for the ride! Jim and Lindy's communication was great, always prompt and helpful. They left us with some delicious homemade biscuits as they left for their holiday which was a lovely touch. Thank you Jim and Lindy for choosing us.
I had a lovely time in Edinburgh looking after Cinders! Heather was great at communicating with me and everything was super clear when I arrived. Cinders is a wee darling and loves to be the centre of attention - she was a breeze to look after! Heather’s home is walking distance from the beach and a short bus ride into the city centre which was really ideal.
We had an excellent time in Cologne looking after Poppy and Peanut! Ian and Judy were very responsive and helpful. Upon our arrival, Ian gave us a thorough introduction and gladly provided us with many recommendations of places we could check out in Cologne and nearby Bonn. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Cologne is a very cool city and Bonn has a lot to offer as well, and the cats are so cute! They warmed our hearts. Poppy was super talkative and friendly, and Peanut was a little shy at first, but once she warmed up she was really sweet. They are both such great kitties with a lot of character. Peanut enjoys playing with a laser pointer or watching YouTube videos which is so cute to observe. Looking after the plants was no trouble. Right near the apartment there are some great restaurants and a Lidl. We would love to stay here again and check out more of the city! We highly recommend this sit.
We had such a wonderful time in Burford. John and Lesa's home is absolutely stunning in such a picturesque village. Jasper and Minxie are just the absolute best! Both very loving and eager for affection. We were certainly sad to say goodbye. John and Lesa were incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment we got there and we had a wonderful time getting to know them both. Thank you so much for having us and we hope our paths cross again 😃❤️
Heather and Adam are a lovely, generous couple and it was our pleasure to house sit for them. Communication was excellent from before the start of the sit and throughout. There were quite a lot of animals/birds to look after so knowing we could contact them at any point was very reassuring. The experience of looking after their small holding was unique for us and throughly enjoyable. Branwen their gorgeous black cat was very friendly and loved a tummy rub!Their home was comfortable and warm, with super comfortable beds! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this sit and would love to return in the future once back on uk soil!
Minesh was incredibly communicative, generous and kind. He left a clean home and took his time to explain everything to us before his departure, while also recommending us places to visit. We pet sat for his little cutie of a dog Luna, who was an absolute pleasure, she does have some nerves about being left alone but she’s very easy to take about with you, and is super well behaved and friendly. Luna is also super affectionate, loves a cuddle and will happily curl up next to you as you read or watch a movie. She will be missed! We have no hesitation recommending this sit.
