I have been using zeewoi for many years and the sitters just keep getting better! Fran was amazing on every level. He is very dedicated and responsible and takes pet and house sitting very seriously. I returned to a very happy cat, an absolutely spotless house, mail and packages neatly sorted and everything in perfect order. It was SO nice not worrying for a minute about the cat or the house! Stella and Sox are two of the best doggies around. They are full of fun and very affectionate. The home is adjacent to the most wonderful woods and the dogs loved their walks. Plenty of relevant information meant we were well prepared and confident. It was a pleasure to spend time in such a wonderful space and with two canine treasures.
I had the best time here! Fluffy is a real cuddle bug and you'll love Kevin for his funny sleeping positions and characteristic face. Both very chill and friendly cats, easy to take care of. Fleur lives in what must be one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Canberra. It's a two minute walk to the waterfront, with lots of cafes and restaurants, and five minutes to a nature reserve that has a bunch of kangaroos and A LOT of rabbits in it. As a non-Australian it was very exciting to be able to see kangaroos in the wild just around the corner 😊 Short walking distance to National Gallery and a bit further to National Museum of Australia (both free). The building is quiet, clean and very safe.
This was the second time that I house/pet sat for Ashley & Chadwick, and I highly recommend it. I love their pets Mishka, Scout & Leo, and at this point having spent so much time with them, they are like a second family to me, as they are a real joy to take care of and spend time with. Ashley & Chadwick are very warm and accommodating people. They made sure their home was spotless and Covid ready (deep cleaned) for me, and their attention to detail regarding home and pet care, in the way of conversation and printed documents left for me could not be better. Their home and neighborhood are both so lovely and homey, simply charming, that it felt as if I was on a mini-vacation. I can't say enough kind and positive things about my entire experience there, and I look forward to the next time I'm there.
I was welcomed by Dave, Susan and the bounding puppies, Dave Jr. and Elvis, and had a tour of their lovely home. Cookie stayed with their friend for this sit. Their daughter and I took the dogs for a walk, then we sat down to dinner where I got to know them a little better. My room was in their fully-furnished apartment on the second floor. The home is expansive and surrounded by gorgeous woodland. Dave and Elvis are big standard poodles, 7o and 80 lbs, with sweet temperaments and lots of enthusiasm. They are still being trained not to jump up and they mouth like puppies. They had just been groomed and were a joy to behold and hug. At one year and almost two years old, they are well matched and love to roughhouse and kiss each other. I fell in love with them and two days later, I'm still missing them. The greatest was when I would open my door upstairs and see them sitting outside the door waiting for me. This is a fairly physical sit. I got in shape walking them up and down the big hill in their neighborhood three to four times a day -- Elvis is a puller so I often walked them separately, and the stairs to the second floor is a little higher than average. Asheville is a great town. I got to two of Susan and Dave's favorite restaurants and they were fabulous. I was also able to see the towns of Black Mountain, Hendersonville and Brevard, plus take a trip to Dupont State Forest and Chimney Rock. There is much to see and love about this sit. Highly recommended.
Eve gave us a super kind and helpful informative guide upon arrival which meant we had next to no queries during the sit. Eve was an excellent communicator start to finish. Eve’s home was very tidy and organised, making it easy to care for both of her very cute cats during our stay. The cats were super fun and a joy to be around. We would gladly catsit for Eve again and thank her for the opportunity to spend time with these lovely cats!
We looked after Alfie at Nigel’s cottage for six weeks over winter, and it was our favourite sit yet. We enjoyed looking after Nigel’s beautiful cottage, and Steph’s lovely house, both of which are perfectly situated with stunning valley views. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but conveniences are not far away. Alfie is such a great little dog, with heaps of character, and very affectionate and sweet. He’s 12 and very deaf so you have to be conscious of that when walking but overall he’s a doddle to care for and we really enjoyed his company, basically taking him everywhere with us. Nigel and Steph are lovely - they communicated well throughout the sit, and Nigel was a fantastic and generous host. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Jessica absolutely is wonderful! She has taken care of our pets for years, and she is always thorough and attentive. She once took one of the cats to the emergency vet when we were out of town, and she was great with our skittish dachshund and developed a wonderful bond with him before his death. These girls are super professional, super responsive and have taken SUCH good care of my furbabies! With my chaotic life, they have dropped everything to care for my pups - including on Christmas Day a few years ago! There is no one I would trust my girls with more. They take care of everything from "spa day" to "Mom has deserted us again" days and my pups adore them.

Took my 2 babies for the first time today. I have a Schnauzer and a shih tzu and they came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh and clean!! Location was terrifc and staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been going to Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy Spa for years and have referred many friends to being their fur babies to the facility! Their customer service is unmatched and my fur baby seems to feel as if this is her second home. In fact, my baby was socialized at Shari and does so much better with people now! From grooming to boarding, I just can’t say enough about these people! I mean, these fur babies have their very own luxury hotel with upscale spa services at this place! If you want a spot where your fur baby can feel they are home away from home, please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!
Best groom and boarding I have found yet, the owner is very sweet and best at her business. Best rates around. I Love the amount of love shown to fur babies by owner and staff. They actually care about your babies. Take time with them to love them and care for them, treats every fur baby as if they are part of their family. If you are looking for the best groom and boarding I highly recommend giving them a call.
This place is great! We've had to board our dog a couple times since moving to Dallas, and he loves it! He always comes home smelling great too which is a big plus. I'm used to a very stinky dog in need of a bath after boarding, but they've got that covered!
I am so pleased with Shari! We boarded our puppy before Thanksgiving for the first time. As usual, we were scared and afraid to leave our puppy special, something we had never done before, but Shari took amazing care, and we will definitely bring our beloved Buzz back!
Shari is a very caring groomer. She did wonders with my Husky. He is 3 years old and has never been bathed or professionally groomed. Shari made sure to befriend him prior to starting work on him. By the end of the session, he was giving her kisses and allowed her to trim around his pads. She is VERY reasonable with her prices and prides herself in giving that personal touch. I definitely recommend Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort to anyone who is tired of the big chain store groomers. Thank You, Shari! Templar will definitely come to see you again!
Hi everyone! I recently boarded my baby for the weekend (Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort in Acworth,GA). He was returned to me without his belongings (food, dog trays, leash, and collar). I notified the owner and she said I can pick the items up the next day. But then she said that I couldn’t pick the items up that day and I had to wait another day. When I bathed him I noticed that his ribs were showing more and scratches in both ears. He had very unusual liquid bowel movement (loose and dark brown). When we got home he ate so much and fast like he hadn’t eaten in a while 😩😩 what would you do in this situation? Also I still do not have my dogs stuff. I attached a before (him sitting) and after picture (you most likely can’t see the difference in the pictures) . Also his BM and ear. 😩😩😩
They used to be in Acworth right off Cobb parkway, and were super convenient to my house. I had taken our cat there to get her claws trimmed and some knots in her fur clipped out. Their price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. Our cat is a bit high-strung, and the last time I took her to the vet to do the same thing, the vet wanted to sedate her first. Since she is getting up in years, I was not too happy with that. This business moved away from Acworth and into Dallas. While it is a bit of a trek over there, it is worth it. I have every confidence in Shari and Marie's Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort, and I recommend them if you are looking to get your pet groomed!
This was my first time away from my babies and I was so sad to leave them but the staff continued to keep me updated and sent me photos of my pups while they were in their care!! I definitely appreciated that and it made me feel like I could enjoy my vacation without having to worry about my pups. I have 2 pitbulls and one is a rescue so I also loved that they had their own room and that I didn't have to lock them in cages like other daycares. Definitely going to be a returning customer!!! 10/10
I wish I could give 10 stars! After having bad experiences with other boarders and being new to Georgia, I was so relieved when I found Alicia. Her home was immaculate, she was very patient and knowledgeable about dogs, and she kept us updated daily with pictures and let us know how Ginger was doing. My family was able to relax knowing that Ginger was in good hands.
Alicia is truly a Godsend!! I have an adult Maltese and two 5 month old Maltese mix puppies. Alicia did not hesitate to open her home to my babies. This was the first ever time boarding my puppies so I was nervous. But after meeting Alicia, I felt a sense of calmness come over me. She’s a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I highly recommend her! She takes care of my furbabies as if they were her own!

I cannot say enough great things about Guided Footsteps. We have left 3 of our pups with her twice so far. Our dogs are very attached to us which makes leaving them really hard but for the first time EVER they were excited when they arrived for their second stay when we pulled up to drop them off! Nothing makes me happier than knowing they are thriving when we are away!
We were so happy to have found Alicia online. We were moving from the west coast and had to book our 2 babies on a flight. Alicia was very thoughtful and patient throughout the whole process! Alicia is the BEST! Her services are fantastic. She makes everything as convenient as possible. My baby is a stubborn sometimes handful and she fell in love with Alicia and her family immediately. The care my dog received was impeccable! My dog received group play time and one-on-one time. I received updates and pictures throughout her day and I knew my baby was having fun! I will continue to use and recommend to everyone!! I can’t thank you enough for everything!!
Alicia was such a great help to us. We had a death in the family and had to make arrangements for our dog on short notice the week of fall break. The kennel we normally use was all booked and so was nearly every other kennel. I hated to have to leave our dog in a new place, but Alicia was so kind and welcoming. She kept us informed of how our girl was doing and even sent pictures. Definitely would recommend.
