Malia and Hope were lovely to work with leading up to and while we were away. We had some extenuating circumstances with our vacation that part of it was cancelled at the last minute, Malia and Hope were flexible, understanding, and gracious about this uncertainty. They took exquisite care of the house in that when we returned it was almost like they had not been there for 12 days. They were perfect guests and took loving care of our three cats. When we had to come home briefly in the middle of our scheduled absence, it was clear the cats were very comfortable with both Malia and Hope. They lovingly accepted and worked with our particularly skittish cat giving her extra care and space to come out on her own volition. In addition, they did some particularly nice things in anticipation of our return so we did not have to deal with any of these things right away: washed, and changed the sheets; took the garbage out; emptied the dishwasher; and cleaned, and cared for the litterboxes. In addition, they replaced a few pantry items that were almost empty/finished. We felt very comfortable leaving our home and fur-babies in the care of Malia and Hope. We would welcome them back again and highly recommend them.
