Daniela and her husband are great. We arrived a few hours before they left for their three week holiday. They showed us around and had written down a lot of useful information about the cats, the neighborhood, and the city. Anything we needed.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, green and relaxed neighborhood within walking distance to the MRT, food market and parks.

Both cats are lovely, very independent and requested a lot of belly rubs from us :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and getting to know Jasper and Amber! Both are very sweet and fairly independent kitties that enjoy their routine. Amber spent most of her time outdoors but returned for meals and cuddles every so often. Jasper, a bit more of a homebody, enjoyed his space while lounging in the garden and living room. Jasper especially gave us some good laughs with his particular excitement during mealtimes!

Rachel and Josh were very welcoming and it was nice to have a quick chat with Rachel before the handover. Their home is lovely, located in a residential area with a regular bus running into the city center and convenient for exploring the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if ever in the area!

We had the best time hanging out with Wallace and Violet in Alexandria, VA. They were our first introduction to Havanese and they are super laid back, full of personality, always ready to walk or snuggle! Ellen was informative, organized and a wonderful host — it was great to spend time with her before she left to get familiar with the apartment, the dogs' routine, and some great neighborhood recommendations. Her apartment is well equipped and beautiful, the neighborhood is walkable and has an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops and is perfect to walk around with Wallace and Violet. 10 out of 10 — would highly recommend!

Gail
I had a great time house-sitting and looking after Tilley and Sox for a few days. They were both super affectionate and fun to be around. The house was cosy and welcoming, located in a quiet street which made it easy to relax.

Gail was very understanding and flexible with communication and timings, especially since I had been busy moving house the week before.

However, I did run into a small issue with a neighbour over parking, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable on my last night. There's street parking and usually a spot outside the house, but make sure not to park too far down, if there isn't, to avoid any issues.

There was also a concern with Sox's tail as a lump developed just before Gail and Colin left. Gail had left a note about it, so I kept an eye on him. Sox didn't seem to be in pain and was still affectionate, eating well, and playing. I didn't notice any behaviour changes, like sleeping more, as I attributed this to normal cat behaviour and the hot weather.

However, after my stay, there was an upsetting message about the situation that made me feel like I had been negligent, when I had really cared for the cats.

We realised that a phone call about the lump and sharing more videos about it, would have helped me better understand what to look out for and pick up on any changes. It's a good learning experience for next time.

We had a great experience at Jessica's house. The house was clean and has all the amenities you could want during a stay. The fireplace was a big plus on the rainy days. We only got to watch Luna while we were there. We were surprised by how energetic and playful she is. She is also very friendly and doesn't mind some snuggles. Thanks again Jessica!
