From the first moment I talked with Kelsey over the phone, months before we met, she was very clear and articulate about understanding the expectations and the responsibilities. We had the chance to spend a bit of time before we left and walk her through all the nitty gritty details, so important to us, and she made sure to follow all the cat care instructions as well as the house needs. We came home to a very clean house and two happy cats. She kept us updated throughout the trip and we felt very comfortable knowing she was at our house.
Edie and Bob were great house sitters, great communication prior to the sit and during - they sent a daily photo of Moose, they were really friendly, the house was clean and tidy upon our return and Moose seemed to have a great time with them and settled himself with both pf them (clearly giving no bothers we were away!!) Would happily recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly couple. Hope you may be able to sit again for us in the future xx
Mimi is a real star in housesitting — an A++ communicator and carer who goes above and beyond in all areas. My elder dog got sick right as we were leaving to go to Hawaii and Mimi was in constant contact giving us insights on what her digestive issue could be. She went to the grocery store and bought chicken and cooked riced for Ava, slowly weaning her off and back onto her normal food. She was also kind enough to give my younger dog extra walks when big sis could not keep up. She fixed a broken bin cover on the fridge and when we came home, the house was neat as a pin. Absolutely immaculate. My pups adored her; it was clear to see she spent a lot of time with them, which we so appreciated. If you are lucky enough to have her apply for your sit, snatch her up! You won the housesitter lottery!!
