My spazzy little 10.5 month old cattle dog, Japhy, LOVES the Pet Spot! I tried out a few different daycares when I first got him at 5 months old and this is the only one he was excited/happy to return to. It's now my go-to for daycare and boarding. Everyone that works there is incredibly kind/helpful. I'm not sure how I would have managed the last few months without this place. Thanks for all you guys do!

We love taking our dogs for daycare at the Pet Spot. We had tried a few other daycares previously and one or both of our dogs seemed hesitant to return to the other daycares. Both of our dogs have anxiety. They literally run and drag us into the pet spot with excitement. Things have even gotten a better since Alex became the interim manager. Honestly we really hope the company makes him the permanent general manager. Several of the staff members have been great with our dogs and friendly with us. The staff seem to genuinely care about our dogs which was not always our experience before. Henry, in particular, is absolutely wonderful with our dogs. He is so patient with our anxious rescue dog. We highly recommend the Pet Spot!

I took my dog Toto there as his first time in early September 2023 for an interview to make sure he could get along with other dogs. He was doing fine until there was another dog on a leash in the same vicinity. I was told that Toto approached that dog to say hi and the other dog bit him on the nose. According to the staff, there was “no blood” and that “it was just a scrape.” They separated the dogs and washed Toto’s wound and applied iodine. They called me immediately after because they wanted to be “transparent” about what had happened. When I went to pick him up, I waited several minutes until an employee was available and I clearly saw Toto with blood on his wound. I called the next day to get a full report and it took a while for them to get a hold on someone who witnessed it. I never received a follow up to check on Toto’s recovery or an apology from the staff or owner of that other dog. I understand that accidents happened but I felt lied to because my dog was clearly bleeding when I came to pick him up. I assumed they could handle these types of incidents because I thought they were affiliated with the vet clinic next door but I must’ve been mistaken. I’m not expecting compensation but a formal apology would be nice from either the facility or the owner. It’s been about 3 months since the accident. I was really upset for a while because my dog is so sweet and was adopted after being hit by a truck. He’s been through a lot and to have this happen to him made me so mad. He now has a scar on his nose from this incident. What made me also really angry was that the staff told me that the other dog was anxious since it had been there for a number of months. If that was the case, then why is that dog on a leash around Toto who was off-leash and there for his first day? Interviews are in place to see if your dog is aggressive but it’s also a reflection of how that facility is. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for boarding and daycare because this place is not as “transparent” as they claimed to be. I waited to post a review because I wanted to see if The Pet Spot would ever contact me but it’s been over 3 months and I have not heard anything via phone call or email.

Dr Sofia was amazing!! This is the first time I have had a vet actually educate and explain things to you and not just tell you what you need and charge a ton of money. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and takes time to talk to her patients. The office is very welcoming and homey. They have pictures of all their patients and it’s the cutest thing ever!!

I visited Pet Spot because they are a vet partner for Rez Dawg Rescue who I foster for. Easy to schedule and got an appointment the next day. Appointment went super smoothly, efficiently with lots of personalized attention from an extremely knowledgeable and passionate vet and vet techs. Clean and bright facility. Friendly people. I'd take my personal dog here if it wasn't so far away. Thanks for helping Rez Dawg! Will definitely recommend this place to any future adopters in the Boulder area.

I am absolutely 100% happy with this place. We decided to leave our kitten Bentley for eights days while we went on vacation to be taken care of. They have everything to make him feel loved and cared for. The day care manager Kelly and staff did a splendid job at making sure Bentley and Co (us proud kitten parents) were feeling right at home with a warm, energetic, professional enteraction every time! Not to mention competitive rates for stays... The Pet Spot is the NEW SPOT FOR US ! -Bentley & litter box cleaners 😄

I love the Pet spot! I have been coming for years after I left Camp Bow Wow. The staff is excellent and the new manager (I think) Alex has done a wonderful job since taking over for Kelly.

I am absolutely 100% happy with this place. We decided to leave our kitten Bentley for eights days while we went on vacation to be taken care of. They have everything to make him feel loved and cared for. They always post daily pictures and give updates to the worried moms who call on a daily basis lol... that was me. I will use this place always for our dog and cat for all future trips. The owners are great people and you can truly see they love animals. At first, it’s a scary thought to leave your loved family members with strangers, but now I trust them completely. The cat pad is the best I have ever seen, it looks just like the Ritz hotel for cats! The rooms are fun, spacious and homey. Love, love, love this place! We used the Dog Spot to board our 1-year old Jack-Chi for two nights and a day while we went skiing. Before they would let her stay overnight, we did a meet and greet (see photo). They also gave us a report card from her first day and it was the sweetest note about her and the friends she made at daycare. Atlas had so much fun she didn’t want to leave! There were no issues or stressors while we were away. Not only did she have a blast with her new furry friends, but the staff at The Dog Spot were so friendly and took amazing care of her while we were gone. 5/5 - highly recommend!

I really can’t say enough great things about Jordan and her company. They never missed a day of walking even in the snow and storms. They loved my dog and even gave me a great Christmas picture with him at the park. I highly recommend Dogma Catma Pet Sitting. 20 stars!

I needed someone to walk my dog for a couple weeks while I was healing from surgery. Unfortunately my 75-pound dog got reactive during COVID lockdown, is constantly in training to lower his anxiety, and needs special handling when walking on leash. This is not a job for the kid down the street. Luckily, Ed with Dogma Catma happened to be available. I cannot praise him enough. He has a calm but firm manner with dogs. He handled my difficult dog like a pro. You can tell that Ed has long experience with reactive dogs -- he knew just what to do -- and my dog adored him. I would give Ed ten stars if I could. He is skilled and trustworthy. Highly, highly recommended.

Jordan and Ed at Dogma Catma have been amazing pet sitters and care providers for our pets for well over a decade. They are reliable, flexible, and their communication has been impeccable. Our first dog a very anxious and routine oriented girl. Dogma Catma did overnights with her and were just amazing. The sitter left daily, detailed reports of how she was doing and we never worried when we were out of town. When we got our next dog, he came home with giardia. They were wonderful at stopping by during the day to check on him and let him out to take care of business while he was feeling ill and was still working on house training. I would have felt so guilty leaving him to go to work if not for the excellent care he received. When we got a lizard, we were delighted to learn that Dogma Catma are experienced care givers for our scaley little family member! They really know their stuff with our particular type of lizard. - I’m still blown away by the way they dealt with the Marshall fires last year. We were out of town for the holidays and actually learned about the situation because Dogma Catma contacted us with updates. I really appreciated learning about the what was happening from them because they were so calm, caring, and reassuring. Our power had gone out due to the strong winds and our lizard needed his lights. The kept monitoring and updating us on the situation and even did extra checks on our house and lizard to ensure his safety. Despite the fact that the road closures were just one intersection away from our house, they made extra visits and continued to update us on what was happening. We felt so helpless being out of town and their extra efforts made such a difference in a time of crisis. The fact that this chaotic and traumatic situation happened during the busy holiday season makes me forever grateful for their generous and caring dedication to keeping clients safe and informed. - We have always been able to rely on Dogma Catma in our time of need. I recently broke a bone and was unable to walk. Jordan and Ed responded to my request for assistance right away so that my dog could continue to get his daily walk. - I trust Dogma Catma like family and I don’t know what we would do without them!

As a pet owner, I would without hesitation recommend Dogma Catma. I never felt good leaving my pets at a kennel. They always seemed stressed and nervous when I would leave them there. That didn't make me feel good either. The Dogma Catma services allows my pets to stay in the comfort and security of their own home. Dogma Catma makes 3 visits each day we are gone. They feed, walk, and play with my pets. They also take in my mail and newspaper and check that everything is OK. We have been using Dogma Catma for the past 2 years. Most recently on a week long trip to a family wedding in Pennsylvania. We came home to two very happy and healthy dogs and a purring kitty. If you love your pets and have to occasionally leave them for an out of town trip...call Dogma Catma. They are the best!

Dogma Catma did an amazing job of taking care of our dog and two cats while we were out of town for a few days. They met with us and made sure they understood each of the animals' personalities and routines. While away, we received daily updates and photos of our pets. What's more, Dogma Catma made sure to send the same sitter over for each visit so that the animals would feel at ease. Our home was found just as we had left it, and all three animals were very happy and healthy. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking animal care.

We have been customers of Dogma Catma for many years and we love having their petsitters take care of our kitties! Jill has been our petsitter for the past couple years. She is very professional and sends text message updates about our cats. She always writes very detailed reports about how things went in our absence. She spends quality time with our pets and we feel very comfortable knowing that she is looking after them. We have two cats and a dog. One of our cats is 16 years old and needs fluids daily as well as a pill twice a day. Our dog is shy and builds trust slowly. Our pets are our life and we are confident that Dogma Catma staff will always give them special attention and lots of love. Evidence of the quality time they spend with our pets is shown by staff's ability to describe the endearing qualities of each them. For longer than a year, I have been hiring a cat-sitter (Jillian) from Dogma Catma whenever I go out of town and I am always satisfied with her cat-sitting! When I'm away, she always responds to messages and emails and sends updates about my kitties, so that I don't have to worry about them. It is very easy to set up visits online and Jordan responds quickly if you have any questions about the petsitting. I have never had any problem with Dogma Catma and I strongly recommend it to anyone who needs a trustworthy pet-sitter. Finding someone to entrust my kitties to has always been a problem, as I don't trust friends and family to take care of my cats the way I want them to; hiring a pet-sitter has solved this problem, as I definitely trust someone who pet-sits professionally more than anyone else! It is easy to see from the messages and from the summary of all the visits that my cat-sitters cares about the well being of my cats and that she truly pays close attention to them during the visits. We took in a foster dog that had much more energy than we anticipated. Due to our work schedules, we had trouble giving him long-enough walks early in the day, and he would get stir-crazy. Dogma/Catma responded immediately to our request for dog walking and came over for a meet and greet the very next day. They understood the unique needs of the dog (he was very big and energetic) and were very reliable. They really reduced the stress level in our home and we were so gratefull for their immediate response and great service.

Camp Bow Wow is absolutely amazing! My dog, Molly, loves going there, and it's clear she has a fantastic time every single visit. She gets so excited the moment she realizes we're heading there, and when I pick her up, she's always happily tired from all the fun she’s had. Absolutely Love Camp Bow Wow! Our Samoyed Mac loves going there for boarding. He doesn’t even say goodbye to us. 😂 He runs right in to play with his friends. The staff is always so wonderful and very attentive. The cameras are a huge plus! I love checking in to see what he is up to and seeing the members loving on him. When we are away we are relaxed because we know he is being taken care of. We always come home to one happy pup! Can’t recommend them enough!

I was very happy with the care my dogs received on their recent stay at CBW Boulder! The staff was flexible and let my 20-lb dog be in my 50-lb dog's play room which really helped my shy 50-lb dog relax. And when we picked them up, the person at the front was familiar with both of our dogs and was able to talk about them. All of the staff were very caring about the dogs. And there was always a person in the play rooms whenever we checked on the cameras. We were nervous about leaving our babies, but the staff made us very comfortable! They followed our instructions as far as feeding and medicines. Every aspect was positive about our experience. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

CBW Boulder is the best doggy daycare we've been to (and we've been to almost a dozen around the country). Bear is always so excited to be there that he doesn't give me a second look at drop off - this is a big deal because he's a huge mama's boy who whines about me leaving him anywhere else. I love that the cameras are always working and that y'all have the cutest little enrichment photos for all of the holidays. I was also so touched when Kendra called to check in when we hadn't been there for a couple of months - Bear was sick and healing at home, and it meant a lot to receive a personal call like that. I'm so thankful for all that you do.

This place is awesome. My dog is very nervous with separation anxiety and she does great here! Everyone is very loving in her and there are doggie spa options which I love. Great pricing and location as well!

Our puppy loves Camp Bow Wow! He’s happy / worn out when we pick him up and he’s learned great social skills from playing with the other dogs. Knowing that every dog goes through a behavioral interview and health screening gives great peace of mind that he’s in a safe environment. I also love being able to check in on him with the live cams.

Our samoyed, Bao, LOVES Camp Bow Wow! Everyone there takes such good care of her and she always has so much fun playing with her friends! It’s always fun to see her excitement when she’s dropped off and her happy little tail wag at the end of a day at camp! They also do such a great job with their baths- Samoyeds are a lot to bathe and clean and she is always very happy and so fresh after a SPAW sesh at camp! If you want your floofs to be loved and cared for like they would be at home- would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow Boulder!

My two puppies love coming to Camp Bow Wow and are always grinning when I pick them up. They are usually busy but the staff are very helpful and accommodating, and you can tell that they love dogs. I also like the webcams. It's nice to see my babies cuddled up together at night when I'm away from them. Here they are at camp! 🥰

Highly recommend the puppy essentials program! 6 sessions for a very reasonable price. We saw big progress during each session and our trainer made sure to address all of our specific concerns by the end of the program. We’re very against choking collars or any kind of training that uses pain and fear. This program is all about positive reinforcement training, and it works! Our sweet golden is so much better behaved now and he does it with a wagging tail and a smile. Thanks guys!

Having a new puppy is intimidating - so much to learn and wanting to do it right made me so overwhelmed. Dogs of Denver is so accommodating and considerate. I have a really complicated schedule and Samantha worked with me to make sure we got all our sessions scheduled. She was always on time and made sure our training sessions were packed full of good stuff that my puppy, Juniper, is now so much better behaved, has such a solid foundation, and seems much happier now that we have better communication and understanding. I definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in not only training their dog(s) but who also want to understand how to better communicate with them too. I feel I have a better foundation as a dog parent, now, too!

Cannot recommend enough! My dog Tate is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety, we tried a few different trainers with no success. Samantha was fantastic in helping us with our new rescue pup, Milo. We did both the One-On-One Essentials and Advanced Course and are very pleased with the skills and progress Milo has been able to learn, now just at a mere 6 months. Samantha was knowledgeable, informative, and helped us focus on specific areas where Milo needed more attention. It was extremely beneficial to have Samantha work with Milo one-on-one and then review the training skills at the end of each session with us. We also loved receiving our weekly email assignment(s), which helped advise us on what to continue focusing on for each week. Milo is still in his puppy stage but we are happy to know he has the skills and ability to flourish as a well trained pup. We plan to continue practicing all his learnings while he continues to mature but will definitely use Dogs of Denver/Samantha again in the future for any additional training needs.

As someone in the animal science field, I’ve seen a lot of relationship dynamics between pets and their owners firsthand. These guides break it down step by step to make it easy to understand at an affordable cost. I loved this training guide!

I have had other dog trainers (with other dogs) and this was by far the best experience. From the first contact and all thought the training program, it's been a great experience. Samantha was great and very responsive. She listened to our concerns, frustrations, and difficulties and provided instructions and tips that helped, a lot. I think our little guy, Teddy is going to be the best companion ever.

We used the obedience training and it included such great information! There were a lot of great tips and tricks that are not included in your normal internet searches which I found to be extremely beneficial. I was unaware of a lot of things - specifically when it comes to reinforcement and anxiety that I was able to put to good use with my pup! Most importantly, my pup isn't a good listener. I've been able to put the information to good use and while he's a work in progress, I am seeing the progress. Thank you for all the information in your obedience training 101!

I am absolutely loving the new services, in the training guide. It has definitely helped me learn new ways to teach, and correct some of the bad habits my pup has recently developed. The training guide itself is very easy to follow, and I never felt like I was getting bored with learning how to train my dog more effectively. I also must add the the prices for this program are very affordable, and not outrageously over priced. However I would like to see more options added, especially for head strong pups that this approach does not work on. I think that everyone should visit Dogs of Denver If they've just recently gotten a new four legged friend, or if they already had one an the pup was not adjusting to the approach they were taking before. Over all, I highly recommend Dogs of Denver - Dog Training Co.

I absolutely loved the Obedience Training 101 From the start to finish This whole training session was very informative..Each article taught me a new strategy it also gave you the right tools to approach each activity with preparation and confidence It kept it open to a variety of different breeds ,So there was never a breed singled out .If I had to put a price on the content I would charge anywhere from 19.95$ to 49.95$ For a transcribed version and have it read back to you word for word . Of course I’d charge a little more money for more for an actual hands on training session Honestly in my opinion nothing needs to added nor would I delete any of the articles ,This is perfect thank

I dropped my 2 year old pup off for his first ever professional groom. He got a Bath Brush nail trim and teeth clean. He came out looking super handsome with a tie not to mention how happy and excited he was. His nails were trimmed perfectly, Teeth looked way more white, less shedding and he smelled great. We will definitely be taking our pup back here!

If you have a high energy breed consider finding a different place. The hours they are out playing is 8 or 9 to 11 and then 1 to 3. My Brittany is reenergized by time I pick him up at 6. In addition, multiple times he has been in the kennel more than that because they have employees call out and they don’t have the enough employees to let all the dogs out at once.

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG!!! I have brought my senior dogs here and my puppy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is super patient, kind, compassionate, caring, loving, and they have the BEST customer service. I have boarded my dogs and they love going. My puppy is learning to socialize and they are researching her breed to make sure she is successful. I am over the moon about BowHaus. I hope all employees get a significant raise. You have a forever customer. ❤️

Bowhaus was able to accommodate a last minute walk in reservation for us! They provided pictures and a report card for the day. Our 11 month old pup had never been so tired. Highly recommend and definitely plan on letting Oliver join the pack! Live webcams are a plus also!

While I don't board my dog, we do use the grooming services here. Katelyn is the absolute best groomer around. We have been with her for years, followed her to 3 different places. She's the only one I'll trust with my labradoodle. She takes extra caution with his ears as he's prone to infections when they get wet. He loves going to see her.

Bowhaus is such an awesome place to take my little boy!! He is loved, and cared for by everyone. I appreciate that they take pictures of him when he is there and that I can see him playing with his friends on live video. The fact that they offer new and thoughtful ways to stimulate their senses and use every teachable moment to help them be better, is a bonus!! Thank you to all of you that make Bowhaus such an excellent place.

Website in not compatible for booking although advertised. When I called the chick up front didn't even take down my information. She explained it was a very long process to get the dogs in and that the groomer was scheduled out until September....Receptionist convinced me to go elsewhere. Please reach out if you'd like to provide us services for two dogs. I have already created a profile for my dogs. Doubt I'll get a call. Horrible customer service.

The Bowhaus staff really love their jobs and love my dogs...and it shows. The word Bowhaus elicits the same reaction from my dogs as does Walk, Treat and Ball! Knowing they love it here is the real five star review.

I cannot say enough good things about Bowhaus!!! The staff is amazing, the owner is the nicest person you'll ever meet, and most importantly my dog, Lokah, LOVES it there! She attends daycare daily and we board her overnight there when necessary and she comes home peaceful and happy everytime. She is excited to go there each day and waits by the door if I'm running late as she wants to get there to play with her friends! We are so happy to have found this place and I recommend anyone who loves their dog as much as we do to use Bowhaus🧡

My pup has been coming to Dogtopia for daycare and baths for the better part of a year. Their facilities are clean, the folks are great, and pup is always so happy to return. Would definitely recommend them for daycare and spa/grooming services.

Dogtopia in Lafayette is the only place I trust to take care of my husky when I travel. One of the groomers Reece is also the best groomer I’ve ever had for a husky! I have a pup that dosent warm up to everyone and loves her! The owner and staff are top notch and always professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been taking my shelter dog, Astro, here for six months, and he absolutely adores it! It is his second home, and he can hardly wait to get inside every day that I take him there, which is now three days a week and boarding during vacations. The staff here are consistently, friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I love how they build community at Dogtopia by holding several fun events each month both for the dogs and for their guardians. It is a truly wonderful place.

Grooming was a 10/10 my dog was shedding horribly. After the grooming I immediately noticed less hair shedding. Jordan was super nice and attended my dog kindly and gently ! Thank you Jordan !

* If you feel your dog has been abused please contact Lafayette Police Department * I really wanted to believe in Dogtopia! It just didn’t happen - it was pretty clear that the staff were not well trained, the management was poor and that was made obvious when I tried to get information about my lab Charlie. This place is a train wreck! The first sign was when Charlie came home with what the vet described as “swimmers tail”, caused by either too much swimming or excessive crating in a small crate. Poor Charlie was crated for way too long and he paid the price. How sad that the answer to every issue here is to just crate the dog. Sickening. The next week I picked up Charlie and was told he was involved in an “incident” and had a small scratch over his eye. The vet called it a deep tissue contusion with significant bruising and swelling. You cannot see the teeth marks on his neck. He was attacked, plain and simple, and our vet confirmed the force of the injury. I was initially told about what happened to my dog which turned out to be just a series of lies and to this day I still don’t know what happened! I just know I would never take my dog there again and if you love your dog I wouldn’t take them to Dogtopia either! I wish poor Charlie didn’t have to suffer their incompetence. This place is dangerous. Avoid at the potential cost to your dogs health and well being.

The staff is very friendly, and my 4 month old puppy loves daycare so far! He’s been safe there and runs happily into the front door. Everything was easy to set up and the staff even lets us pick him up late one day a week. I totally recommend Dogtopia!

I’ve been taking my fur baby now for the last two months and have been so happy with the staff they are so kind and answer my every need. I enjoy watching her play on the webcam . She was groomed by Emily and I loved how she looked and smelled heavenly!

Our dog really goes to daycare to follow the humans around, ALL DAY. The staff at Dogtopia handles this well. They love on my dog and he runs in every time we arrive. We also get nail trims and a bath, neither of which our dog has liked in the past but with these guys he just hops up on the table and lays down for the trim. Would totally recommend this location of Dogtopia!

I've been taking my 6 month old puppy here for about 2 months. I was hesitant to bring her here at first because there are a few bad reviews, and the incident on next-door occurred shortly after starting here. HOWEVER, I have personally always received great service and care towards myself and my puppy. They know her by name the second we get into the parking lot, and when I check the cameras during daycare, I always see my puppy having a great time and receiving lots of love from the staff. My only complaint is that they do not allow drop-off earlier than 6:30 am, which did affect my work schedule, but other than that, it's been a great experience!

Dr. Kira Leedom, owner of Off Roads Paws, and her staff were extremely professional, responsible & compassionate when pet-sitting for our 2 dogs and cat for a week over Christmas. Kira and her team are absolutely fantastic. They've been walking our (nervous, high-energy) cattle dog for 2 years. At this point they are like part of our family. Kira is so caring and in tune with our pup. She's also extremely knowledgeable and has been an incredible resource through the ups and downs of dog parenting. With such an energetic pup, off-leash hiking makes a huge difference in our lives. Off Road Paws has been so helpful and flexible with our travel schedules and mountain adventures. Kira and her team have been running our dog, Pepper, twice a week for the last five months, while I have been undergoing chemotherapy. Pepper doesn't warm to new people very easily, but Kira won her affections very quickly, and Pepper now eagerly awaits the arrival of the Off Road Paws runner. Pepper isn't always the easiest of dogs to walk, and Off Road Paws do a great job with her. The team are great and I thoroughly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Off Road Paws. Kira has been taking care of my two dogs for years. Her whole team is really wonderful. One of my dogs is very scared of basically everyone outside of our immediate family, but he loooooooves them. Our other dog is a very senior dog, and they are so sweet and helpful with him, too. We tried several people on Rover before finding them, and it really isn’t comparable. Off Road Paws is reliable and trustworthy. They follow up each visit/walk with a dog report and a great picture of your pet.

I cannot even express the gratitude I have for Michelle and her team at Creature Connections Pet Sitting LLC. Within two sessions and a specialty session at a vet clinic we have a completely different dog. Our healer struggles with anxiety and had given herself a stomach ulcer, so our top priority was decreasing anxiety, and Michelle was able to provide us with easy to implement strategies that changed the perspective told our family had on how to care for her. We are able to see changes rapidly in our sweet girl. Although we understand, some things may take longer to change just the progress in the short time has been the most encouraging thing we could’ve asked for. I tell everyone how she was able to take our rescue dog and change her life!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Michelle and Jen at creature connections. Their communication and friendliness along with the detailed updates after each pet visit really set my mind at ease. It’s not easy leaving pets alone at home, but with creature connections, I know I can trust that they will be taken very well care of.

I've used Creature Connections (Michelle Pietras) a few times in the past to watch my dogs and had no problems. It wasn't until the most recent time that her business practices became awful. This most recent trip, I scheduled her services on Feb1st, 2024. I never heard a word from her until 20 hours before the first scheduled visit (and 16 hours before I left on a trip) on April 1st, 2024. She informed me that instead of having 1 person come over 3 times a day, now there would be 3 different people coming over each day of my trip. She said this was necessary do to an "emergency" that came up. So instead of having 1 person (Robbie) come over whom my dogs knew and was familiar with my house, now I was going to have 3 strangers come over whom my dogs had never met. One of my dogs in particular does not do well around new people all the time so I was worried about the stress this would cause him. Since Michelle, the owner, has a very strict cancellation policy (50% penalty for cancellation with 48 hours of services), I asked for a 10% discount due to this change. She became aggressive and told me I was paying for the number of visits and not the number of different people that come over, even if it results in worse service. She then told me in each and every email as we went back and forth that I could cancel my reservation with her. Where was I going to find someone to pet sit for me just hours before I was going to leave on a trip?!? Especially when my main concern was with strangers interacting with my dogs? I was very worried she was going to be completely unprofessional and cancel on me so I just let it go at this point. Michelle eventually changed it so only 2 new people would be coming to my house each day. I paid the full price for all services rendered while I was away. Upon completion of their services, I thanked Michelle's employee who made 2 visits per day (Michelle made the other visit). However, as a sign of how disappointed I was in Michelle's handling of the situation, I left no tip on the bill. The key to understand here is that the issue that came up was 100% Michelle's responsibility as a business owner. It isn't my fault she had an employee with an emergency. I had a contract with Michelle to provide services for my dogs but she kept trying to get out of it by "letting" me cancel just hours before she was supposed to begin watching my dogs. To be clear, I accommodated her - she didn't accommodate me. Then today when I tried to schedule her services again for a business trip I have in a few weeks, she informed me she would no longer work with me. Again, it was her change in services less than 20 hours before it was supposed to begin that caused any sort of an issue. And all I did was ask for a 10% discount to make up for the change. Apparently Michelle needs to thicken her skin. To make matters worse, her mom - Marianne Morris, responded to this same post on Facebook by calling me obscene names. She went on to delete the comment after I called her out for being Michelle's mom, but it's easy to see where Michelle gets her customer service skills. I'd stay far away from Creature Connections and Michelle Pietras. She doesn't allow a customer to have an emergency with 48 hours before a scheduled visit without a 50% penalty, but she is allowed to do whatever she wants if she has an emergency less than 24 hour before a service is scheduled. Clearly, she has no idea how to run a business.

I really can't say enough about Creature Connections. They are a true godsend. I hate to leave my kitty when I'm on vacation. But I know that with Creature Connections I will always come home to a happy, healthy, well-loved kitty. Michelle, the owner, is a consummate professional and our kitty's "Aunt Robbie" has established a warm, caring relationship with our boycat. These folks truly go above and beyond. I recommend them wholeheartedly to any pet parent in Creature Connection's service area.

AMAZING. We have never left our pets at home before but we have had bad experiences with boarding our pets so we decided to give it a shot. We have two mini Aussies and my daughter's corgi. The Aussies seemed to get sick each time we boarded them in the past. I think the dogs were stressed when away from home so we contacted Creature Connections based on a great review on NextDoor. Michelle came over for the initial interview and her knowledge about what it takes to be a great pet sitter put me at ease. Then we had the great privilege of having Amela be our actual sitter. WOW - she was so attentive and caring. Our pets are a bit "much" (that is an understatement...) but Amela treated them so well. We loved the personal reports and pictures after each visit. It wasn't a little "standard" report - it was a report that showed great attention to details so we could tell she really was attentive to the dogs needs. I would recommend this company to anyone who demands the very best for their fur babies!

I have been taking my boy here for several years and he loves it. The people at RMK take such great care of my boy and all of the pups and he loves seeing RMK every time I need to drop him off for extended care. he knows where he is and squeaks with excitement the moment we drive down CR 3. My pup loves to stay here while we are away. They take great care of him and are very accommodating. I can call anytime and check up on him. Prices are great for long time stay and there is lots of room for my dog to roam.

My dogs love it here

They have been great with our dog Zuni so far! We really enjoy the large outdoor area the pups have t play in. Also, there is always someone watching the dogs play to ensure everyone is being safe. They are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions we have. There are extra precautions taken for dogs like ours who doesn't play well with others, so he is a "Solo" dog, which we appreciate. Our vet recommended them and we have had a great experience so far!

They are awesome. Dog loves it!! Our dog is shy of humans and not a fan of change, but loves being outside with the other dogs . We have tried different kennels and Rocky Mountain fits her well. The people are kind to the fur babies and have treated our dog well. They are very accommodating of small changes to schedule and the flexibility in drop-off and pickup times makes it so easy for us.

Bring your dogs here. They are professional, kind and loving. We were out of town for 8 days and they had a great time. One of our dogs needed special care and the owner took her in his own house. My two dogs are very high energy and they require intense play! We took the pups there initially to board them, and they loved it so much they didn't move for a couple of days when they came home because they were so tired! We started taking them to doggy-day care during the week to get them more exercise. The facility/grounds are beautiful and the dogs have a ton of space to run around outside! The staff is wonderful and are very knowledgable. Ashely has helped us numerous times and it's evident that all of the staff truly enjoys being there. One of our pups hurt his paw playing one weekend when we were out of town and the staff member called to let us know and even checked in a few days later once he was home again! I trust this kennel very much and we drive all the way across town just to take them there. If you're looking for a place to take your dog-- quiet, crazy, or an alpha (like one of mine), the staff will find a way for them to still have fun and get exercise. I highly recommend!

Evie, our dog gets so excited when she sees me packing her bags to stay there for a few days. They take such good care of her. She is loved and cared for in every way! My review for this place is LONG overdue...but this place is nothing but amazing. Seriously. They are so organized, clean, and I just know that they care about my dog, Chase. We used them for boarding services after a bad experience at another one in town. Lets just say he hated the other place and loves coming here. We also do his grooming here, which is super convenient. Chase's first stay here- they sent him home with a birthday goody bag- this was so sweet and he loved everything in it! Also, the day I went into labor with my first baby, they quickly made arrangements for him to stay there for a few days even though they were booked up. That really helped us out a bunch. Getting those report cards of how he's doing and how much fun he's having really puts my mind at ease that even though I know he gets shy/anxious/worrysome when he's not sleeping at home..he is having such a blast when he's there! They also have a number you can text and ask for updates and they are really prompt about reaching back. Thank you so much Cottage Kennels Farm!

I would leave 10 stars if I could!! The facility is immaculate and top notch! The staff is professional and genuinely care for the animals. I love how they interact with dogs and get to know each one individually. I’m so glad we found this place for our little guy!

I was very nervous having to board my pup, Jax so I asked his vet and they recommended Cottage Kennels Farm. I spoke with the owner and within 10 minutes I knew she was the place to take care of Jax. She was very understanding and you could tell she loved all of guests that stayed. Jax spent 5 nights and loved the place (he even sent me a note telling me how much fun he was having). They sent me updates during his stay. The care he received was amazing and I will be sure to send him for frequent visits with his new friends.

We left our 2 dogs here for 6 nights while being out of town, and were really nervous about it since we had only left them at a kennel once before for a short time. The first night they were there, one of my dogs had a really bad accident overnight in their shared kennel and left a gross mess. The owner was so kind and proactive with letting me know about it and inquiring about potential issues, and additionally was really reassuring that they would make sure my dogs were doing okay and would communicate with me if there were any further issues. I felt so bad they had to deal with that, but they were proactive about giving both dogs baths afterwards and making sure they were all cleaned up, and again the owner was so gracious and kind about having to deal with such a nasty mess! I was really worried about how the rest of their stay would be after that first night, but then received their report card and some photos a couple days later showing that they were having a great time and doing really well, and it brought me so much relief and made me feel much better about leaving them for an extended period. It sounded like they got a lot of attention from the staff throughout the day, which is great for dogs like mine that really love being around people and also other dogs! Really appreciate the attentiveness and care for the dogs in ALL circumstances and providing a super fun and comfortable place for them to stay for a few days, and also very grateful for the kindness and professionalism from the owner and staff! Definitely will be bringing them back here in the future!

This was our dogs first time being in a kennel, so we were a bit nervous. The staff is nice and efficient. You also get a report card with pictures, a letter from your dog about what they are doing and what friends they have made. It is the summer and hot, so they even got to have water play on a few of the days. Check in and out super easy. Text updates and reminders are great. Overall, excellent experience for our dogs first ever kennel stay as a puppy. We have found our kennel to use in the future.

I love boarding my dog at Cottage Kennels. I have a super-senior dog who loves people but doesn't love other dogs, and they do a great job keeping him calm and happy. He always runs right in when we pull up. They are great with communication, keeping up with our dogs changing needs, and we love how strict they are on vaccinations and keeping dogs healthy 🥰

We had our senior dog stay with Cottage Kennels Farm for the first time this weekend and they did a great job caring for her. She isn’t a very social dog and they mixed her in with similar behavior dogs. We absolutely will be sending our dog again. Thank you!

We only board with Cottage Kennels 3-4 times a year, but when we do we're treated like regulars. I can tell Capria has extremely high standards for herself and her business, and with that comes some unique business policies to keep her care exceptional while offering competitive rates. We have two very different shepherd dogs and they always return to us as good as, if not better than, when we dropped them off - nearly identical to when they stay with family, but with a bit more (much needed) structure. We've had boarding experiences elsewhere where dogs returned to us unhygienic and concerningly tired from stress/play, and that's never happened while boarding with Cottage Kennels. We're very thankful to have Capria's care accessible to us.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! She watches my two cats whenever I go out of town, and she is always responsive, courteous, and does an excellent job of keeping the cats happy. With other pet sitters in the past, the cats sometimes seemed needy or stressed after we returned home, but when Jennifer watches them they are happy as clams. I highly recommend her!

Jennifer is wonderful. She cares for my two kitties as though they were her own. She is kind, caring, and absolutely competent. The first time I met her, I felt completely at ease, with no doubt that she would take good care of my four-legged family members. One of my kitties is 17, quite frail, and requires daily medication. The other kitty is anxious and his go-to response to just about anything new or even slightly unusual is to bolt. I can tell from the daily videos that Jennifer sends, however, that both of my kitties are quite calm around her--which is a really big deal. I love seeing the videos of my kitties when I'm traveling and I can hear Jennifer softly talking to them, which is reassuring. I'm grateful to have found someone I trust with the care and safety of my kitties because that eliminates some of the stress I feel when I have to leave them. I will definitely continue to hire Jennifer and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their companion animals.

Jennifer has been taking care of our kitties for a few months. She is extremely reliable, excellent with medications, and very committed the well-being of our cats. One of our kitties has GI Lymphoma. She requires feedings 4 - 5 times per day. Her behavior has to be watched to figure out some of her additional medications. Jennifer has been our eyes and ears and we are so grateful for her! I highly recommend her.

Jennifer pet sits and walks our chihuahua and takes care of our 2 cats and they all just love her. When we come home from a trip it’s as though we didn’t even leave. It wasn’t always like that so we’re very grateful for her services and professionalism. She is just wonderful with animals, they took to her right away which surprised us. She’s incredibly conscientious and responsible - she watches out for them as though they were her own pets (the importance of this cannot be overstated!), communicates well and sends pics to me that provide peace of mind, and keeps me up to date on anything that she notices around their coop or my house so that I don’t come home to any surprises. I never worry about my chickens when I go out of town because I know they are in the absolute best hands! Finding her has been a lifesaver because I used to worry all the time and have to reach out to my pet sitters to make sure they were actually showing up, watching out for things, etc. If you’re considering hiring her, DEFINITELY DO IT you will not find anyone better!!!

Jennifer was able to give me an affordable rate for a college student. She took care of my pet bunny Lola for a couple weeks and they had a great time together. When I came back I was happy to see my bunny healthy.
