She was always reliable and on time, from the first communication to the day we arrived home. She kept us well updated and left the house spotless. I highly recommend Ildy!! We just returned from a five week trip and wanted to share our thanks and recommendation for Ildy. She loved on our 2 dogs, cat, and chinchilla just like we do. Frequent pictures and communication helped us to know they were doing great and were well taken care of. We returned home to a clean and tidy home which is so appreciated. My cat was happy and felt comfortable with her, my place was clean and organized when I was back, Lexi was organised and self-sufficient and found her way around with no trouble even though we did not meet before I left. She read the welcome guide and followed instructions and raised concerned immediately when she was in doubt (like when my cat's eye got irritated). Lexi is trustworthy and I would recommend her without reservation! :)

Minou and Bjorn took excellent care of our pets and home. Everything was as we left it and they managed the eccentricities of our pets very well. Would definitely ask them to sit again if we were going away.

We are more than happy to have had Caroline and Courtney as house and pet sitters. Everything and really everything was to highest standards. We will definitely stay in contact with this couple for further sits at our place. We will not recommend them to other owners, we want them for our self :). Kris was an amazing sitter. She is very accomodating, detail oriented, thorough. A lovely person and very easy to get along with. 
She updated us regularly with photos. Prior to Kris arriving at out house, our dog got sick and ended up having to be on a different meal plan. Fed 4-6 times a day with specific foods. Very different from his kibble twice a day. 
Kris had no problem helping us with with his new diet. 
I would strongly recommend Kris and will hopefully have the delight of seeing her again in the future

Kelley took excellent care of my pup while I was gone. She let me know ahead of the sit when she planned to arrive so that we could meet briefly and she arrived on time as planned. During the sit, she sent pictures of my pup, which was comforting to know that my pup was well taken care of.
