Linda and Jim
Jim and Linda’s home is a very comfortable home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It sits on a small lake where you are entertained daily by a variety of tropical birds and even on occasion their resident alligator (from a distance of course)! They are very welcoming hosts who treat you as extended family! Their feline family George and Tucker are very chill. They love to hang out with you during the day curled up on the chairs in the lanai and at night inside curled up on your lap. Both cats are very friendly and love to romp around with each other or toss and attack their stuffed toy pet mice :)
A very relaxing housesit with many attractions nearby. We enjoyed biking on the extensive trails around Punta Gorda, enjoying lunch on a variety of the many waterfront food venues and further afield exploring the beauty of both Gasparilla and Sanibel Islands.
If you get the opportunity this sit we recommend highly!

Bill - Easy to communicate with. Instructions were clearly written and everything was labeled and easy to understand.
House - Neat, clean and very orderly.
Dogs - Adorable, well behaved and easy! They have doggie doors and can go in/out whenever they need/want to.
Would be happy to sit again!

Steven
Steve’s house was comfortable and in a peaceful area, even though it was close to the town.
Alfie his dog was very relaxed with us from very early on and loves cuddles on the sofa. Casper the cat is also very loving . I hope that soon the dog and cat can be reunited in harmony and that Casper can start going outside again.

Sara
Our stay at Sara's home was truly wonderful. She welcomed us with a warm hug right away, making us feel incredibly welcome in her space. 🏡 Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of tips for potential overnight stays near the airport, recommended restaurants to try, and suggested which airline to choose. After a brief chat, she took us on a tour around her neighborhood, showing us all the must-see places, restaurants, and bars, and even connected us with her friends so we could visit places we wouldn't have known about otherwise. Her house was also lovely and cozy, with ample space for cooking, working, sleeping, and coexisting with her adorable cats. Twinkle, being an older lady, craved a bit more affection and attention than your typical cat, which was perfect for us as we adore being around cats and enjoy cuddling with them. She greeted us every time we came home or woke up. Sky and Blossom were a bit shyer, preferring to spend most of their time outdoors, only coming inside occasionally to eat, thanks to their automatic cat doors. It was a perfect balance between having animal to care for, without feeling overwhelmed.🐱🐱🐱
While Sara herself was on vacation, she took the time to ensure we had an incredible experience on the beautiful island of La Palma, connecting us with guided tours, hiking trails, beaches to visit, and sights to see.
It was a truly beautiful stay, wich genuinely felt like home, and we would recommend it to everyone. 🌊☀️🥰

Marissa
We had a great time staying at Marissa’s place - it’s in a beautiful spot out in the country, but still nice and convenient to Bozeman.

The cats and dogs all had such fun personalities, they were super inquisitive and affectionate, and were easy to look after.

Marissa’s instructions and communication were excellent too. Thanks!!

Vanessa
Darjeeling is a sweet old lady, tolerating our presence in her home with a good attitude. She chirped her greetings at me and went about her business (sleeping and eating) with no problem.

Vanessa, Michael and Sophia are a wonderful and welcoming family, hosting me the night before they left graciously, though I was travel worn and dusty from a prior trip when I arrived.

Their home is a gorgeous and extremely clean and easy situation, well placed in a quiet and lovely community. We trekked the vineyards and mountains and lakesides daily.

We loved Switzerland and this house sit so much. Thank you Vanessa!
