Jack was Wonderful with my dogs, fish & plant care. He was here during extremely hot record breaking days & nights managing everyone beautifully! Our communication was spot on while I was away. I had absolutely no worries with him in charge. I will definitely be asking him back for future stays! Request Jack, you will be happy you did!

Kalina was a great sitter. Very friendly and capable. We had no reservations about her house sitting. Holly was very relaxed on our return so I know she loved Kalina’s company. The house and garden were just as we left it and my plants were still alive :-) Kalina is welcome back anytime.

If you are fortunate enough to have Albina apply to stay in your home, don’t hesitate to hire her! Essentially, she checks every box… responsible, communicative, intelligent, respectful, attentive and terrific with our pet. Wish I could give her 100 stars rather than just 5.

I cannot say enough good things about this couple. All communication beforehand was reliable and clear. The morning I was to leave, my dog Pippin had a unexplained cut on her paw and was limping. Jesse & Syd were very ok with getting her to vet care, and also followed through faithfully w/ the recommendations. By the time I returned - Pippin was good as new. They also left my house in immaculate condition. They are the first sitters (out of 9?) who cleaned out the bathtub lint trap! Jesse & Sydney are organized, reliable, calm, independent, wise and truly the best.

We were very happy with Janice ! She sent us regular pics of Lily and kept us updated everyday. We will definitely work again with her in the future !

Matthew is AMAZING! He asked good questions about things I forgot to explain but also took initiative where needed. Loki was so chill and relaxed when I got home, which was such a relief. He stayed in comms with me throughout the stay and even went to the trouble of replacing things he used in the house --- a step that went above and beyond! I would happily have Matthew sit for me anytime and recommend him 100% to any pet parent considering him. Thanks so much!

Selin and her friend Jess looked after our pet Roscoe and our house very well. They were good communicators and we were kept appraised of all of their concerns when they had them. ( only once !) They walked our dog several times a day which he loved ! They looked after the house well and left it clean and tidy. They were helpful at taking in parcels and mail for us too.

Lucas was a wonderful house and dog sitter for our dog Jasper. It was so nice to have someone so reliable and kind look after our dog whilst we were away for Christmas. The house was kept so tidy and Jasper had a wonderful time. Highly recommend, Lucas!

Pamela was THE best sitter I've ever had. She was kind and loving to my pets, going above and beyond to care for them. She was so respectful of my home and took great care of my house. Lastly, she was communicative yet independent. Pamela was a dream sitter and I can only recommend her for everyone's next sit.

Evan is such a kind and attentive sitter! He was communicative and courteous. He was very respectful of our home and left the place super clean and tidy. We would use him again and again!

We recently had Pascale stay at our home for four nights to take care of our pup, Denali. From the outset, Pascale was kind and it was evident that she genuinely cares for animals, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. However, there were a few challenges during her stay that prevent us from giving a full five-star rating. Firstly, we had some communication issues before the start of her stay regarding arrival and departure times. Despite originally saying she could take Denali out before heading to evening events on her arrival day, she later told us that she could no longer do so at the last minute. Pascale also informed us of a departure change right before we left, which left us scrambling to make alternative arrangements on short notice. Second, she lost our house keys during her time with us, necessitating getting her access to another set (fortunately, the lost set got turned into our super). Third, there was an instance where Denali was left alone for over 10 hours, despite a previous explicit discussion about the appropriate length of time away from Denali, where we had indicated 8 hours was the limit to ensure no accidents. While Pascale’s kindness and love for Denali are commendable, these issues highlighted some areas where communication and reliability could be improved. We appreciate her efforts and care for our dog, but future pet owners might want to discuss these aspects to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Pearl was a good pet sitter. She kept us up to date on her arrival and departure, as well as updates on our cat, with photos! She was quick to respond, and left the place exactly as it was left.
