I recently moved to Texas with my four pups, and finding a daycare where they’d fit in was one of my biggest concerns. To my surprise and relief, Elite Suites has been absolutely amazing! The staff treats my dogs like their own, and they always come home happy, tired, and well cared for. I also boarded them for a weekend and was so impressed. I received daily photo updates and could even check in on them via the room camera. The facility is stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’m so thankful to have found a place I can trust for my pups!
My sweet , Mojo has been going there since He was a 6 mo old pup! My only child has stayed as long as 3 weeks But mostly weekend getaways He now gets a weekly daycare on occasion to give him an opportunity to burn off some energy and See old friends! We LOVE Elite Auites !!
Horrendous customer service! We have taken our female lab dogs here for a couple years neither of them are fixed as we are planning to breed them. Elite is fully aware of our dogs not being fixed or they are "intact" as they call it. We have boarded them there before when one of the girls was in heat and there were now challenges. We always request they don't have time with other dogs as they are sweet and other dogs there can be aggressive. Also, we don't want an accidental pregnancy. We booked them to stay for the week of Thanksgiving as we were headed to Cancun for a vacation. The girls went into heat simultaneously the week before we were set to leave, however since they had taken them before when one was in heat, and we don't want socialization with other animals we thought it would be okay. We arrived 4 hours before our flight and informed them they were in heat. Abrasively, they said that is going to be a problem. Then informed us a new management team was running the facility, and they no longer board dogs in heat as the other male dogs in the facility would become more aggressive. If new policy changes took effect, it is usually best practice to inform your client of the changes so proper accommodations can be made, there were no such communications. I think they are lazy and did not want to have extra clean up. Now with four hours until our flight we have to try to find care for our pups the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We started calling around and found out there are at least 10 other boarding facilities in the Rockwall area and all of them said the same thing we would have taken them and just kept them separate from the other dogs at all times. The other facilities seemed perplexed that this was an issue at all, but unfortunately, they were all booked for the holiday week. We were able to find a solution and went on our trip the stress caused by them taking a reservation and failing to keep the reservation caused my wife to have stress hives that did not bode well for a swimsuit. We will never do business with them again and after their recent outbreak of kennel cough and other problems they have I hope they close soon. They are overpriced and have got too big for their britches and the boomerang of life is coming around. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE SUITES.
We absolutely love it! We bring our Abbey girl there for both lodging and grooming, and they treat her as if she were their own baby. The care and attention she receives is incredible, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing she's in good hands. We love, love, love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!
Our Max had a great experience at Elite Suites in Rockwall this week. The people were very nice and accommodating. We were texted with any updates and he was able to play with other dogs. They even offered a pumpkin lick mat for the holidays. We will be going back.
Showed up for my dog's day camp evaluation on the day and time that I had booked an appointment for only to be told that there wasn't an appointment ever made. This would have been an issue had they not been able to get me in like they did. Supposedly they have a new employee and he forgot to make the appointment, which is forgivable. What's not forgivable is how the manager rudely talked to me when I was trying to find out why my dog was not welcome back to day camp after one incident, despite passing his evaluation the day before. I had every intention of inquiring about training to correct the behavior since I really wanted him to attend day camp but the manager's attitude made me want to cut all ties with this place and take my business elsewhere.
Never will I want to send my dog here again he was here for barely a week and after the first day, my dog was scared because of all the noise that was happening at the boarding. My dog started having diarrhea and blood in his stool and the boarding only told me about the issue after five days of the issue persisting. After we took him home we were able to calm him down and get rid of the diarrhea and bloody stool. However, now he has a sort of kennel cough that we believe was caught from the boarding as well. Never will I trust these people with my dog. They have a fancy facility but their main purpose is to just get money from individuals. There’s no personal care with their dogs. How can someone just throw a bunch of dogs together and not try to separate the ones who are scared from those that are loud. The ones who are loud shouldn’t be housed if that’s the case. Complete disregard for the animals and will only do what’s easier for them.
Highly recommend looking elsewhere for housing your pets. This place was a complete disappointment and put our family in a very scary position. Yes the place looks clean and welcoming, but the actual experience was the opposite. When we leave our dog for boarding anywhere, one huge component is transparency/communication. Within a couple days, our dog had been experiencing diarrhea/blood in the stool, but we did not hear about it until we received a call back on the 5th day. It’s just extremely scary to think they would dismiss something like that for 5 days. Upon pick up, we were greeted with our family dog covered in his own feces. His bedding was completely soiled and it seemed like he (plus likely others) had been urinating and soiling everywhere. It’s very apparent that that had been happening for days and again we had ZERO awareness of this happening until we found him that way. To be honest, I can’t believe a licenses business would let things progress to how it was that day when we picked him up. It took several days and I honestly feel like our dog was traumatized as much as we were to be in that position. He did develop a kennel cough, but that wasn’t a surprise given everything else. His bed wasn’t salvageable and it took several days and several baths to get rid of the smell of feces. I don’t like leaving “negative” reviews but this was sadly just our experience. We won’t be returning here ever, but if you’re forced to use them I’d advise being straight-forward and staying pro-active to compensate for any negligence.
This facility is top notch in so many ways. It's kept extremely clean. The dogs have the opportunity to play all day while being supervised. I also appreciate how well they monitor all the dogs health records for my own dog's safety & well being. My dog says she appreciates the play, friends, and especially the treats!
Absolutely got what I wanted and expected from my service! My little XO was matted and needed to get him on track with the best groomers! Taylor did an awesome job! I can't wait to return with XO for future services. Thanks so much for making XO have a little better self image. He has been pouncing and feels so much better!
