Robert is a nice person. We got the chance to arrive in his place a day before he was living and we had a very interesting exchange during the dinner we did with him. His backyard garden is lovely and a great place to read a book or chill for a while or have breakfast! We also loved Robert's record collection and we played some good music during our stay there. A nice memory!
We are grateful for the delightful two-week stay we had with Sara! Fred and Barney, her lovely cats, were not only easy to care for but also incredibly affectionate and relaxed, making our time together even more enjoyable. Sara's exceptional communication skills and attentiveness to our needs during the house-sitting period were truly appreciated. We also found comfort in knowing that her boyfriend was nearby in town, ready to assist us if we required any help. The apartment was wonderfully cozy and conveniently located not far from the town center. Within 20-minute drive, we could access various beaches and swimming spots. The friendly neighborhood and serene surroundings provided us with a peaceful mind throughout our visit. Sara, we can't thank you enough for your outstanding hospitality. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to visit you, Fred, and Barney agian in the future.
Harper is a very sweet and happy dog. He’s also wonderfully responsive and in a hard-to-describe-way, “self-disciplined.” He is allowed to freely go out on the 2-acre property, which is fenced except for one entry. He always comes when called, but even without being called, Harper always returns on his own to his special spot in the kitchen. He also likes to sun himself on the couch on the front porch. Lori and Jeff were warm and welcoming, and very helpful in getting us settled and comfortable in their historic, large, many-roomed home. And let’s not leave out Vanilla the bunny. Easy to care for, and responsive to a new caretaker/feeder on the second day.
Our experience at Jane’s beautiful home with Charlie was amazing. Charlie really was the best boy and we miss him! We had so much fun playing with him (chasing him as he stole pillows around the house. Do not forget that you need to bribe him with a treat to get these back!), going on walks, and just spending quiet afternoons watching tv with Charlie by our side. He was really easy to take care of and just a very happy and fun and gentle pup. Cass made our stay extremely comfortable as well. Her house is immaculate and we had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay (including a pinball machine lol). I was working the entire week so I spent much of time sitting in the living room with Charlie and would take breaks to chase him around the house, and my girlfriend would either hang out with us or go on small hikes/bike rides around the beautiful area. San Harbor and Hidden Beach are right nearby (5 minute drive) so there was lots to see and do in the area. Charlie is also a chill guy so we could leave him for a few hours here and there so that we could explore, but we always really enjoyed coming home to see him and to take him out! All in all, we had a truly awesome time with Charlie and would love to come back one day. We could not recommend this sit enough. Thank you, Jane and Charlie!
Avery and Matt’s home is ideally located for a short drive into downtown Nashville. We managed to meet both Avery and Matt before they left and they were very welcoming and relaxed. Communication was good throughout the sit. Rhodes and River are two large dogs that thrive off attention and exercise. We found Rhodes, the larger of the two dogs, to be a bit of a handful when encountering animals and particularly other dogs out on his walks, so would advise any potential sitters to be experienced and comfortable handling large, strong dogs. As a couple on our honeymoon, this sit was a great way to fully experience Nashville and to get to know two lovely dogs whilst doing it!
Jayne and her 2 adorable dogs were such a pleasure to meet. Elsie and Maude are the cutest dogs with the biggest personality. Her home was beautiful and really gave us a taste of The Cotswolds. Thank you Jayne!

Best of the best! . Background: I needed immediate surgery for cancer. My nerves were shot. Libby and I had just lost her brother and we were both devastated. How would she react when I put her in boarding after he was "gone and then I was "gone?" I needed her daily so much, for myself. I had to leave her for 2 weeks. I was beside myself in misery, for us both. . What happened: Holy cow. This place is amazing. They truly cared about her and about me. I got updates daily, with pictures. They understood the trauma we had both been through. They were gentle with her. You can tell if your baby is stressed or happy, right? The pictures showed me the beautiful truth. . I lay in bed, looking at these updates and photos, and healed better because I knew she was ok. This place is extremely loving, very clean, so gentle and caring, individualized with care, and very safe (3 doors to prevent escape). The pictures showed her blossoming from hissing to laptime and playtime. . This place is exactly as the photos show. Exactly! Again, I will state strongly... the folks working here truly CARE. This is by far the BEST place I have been to that boards cats. The suites are very clean and super spacious! The staff also does a great job at giving every cat attention and making sure they are comfortable! Every time my cats go they don’t want to leave!
I love these people! I took a trip to England for a week. I was worried for my cats, they are family. They took great care of them, gave them attention, meds, daily updates via email and most ,love. the cost was reasonable and my mind was at ease.. if you are going on a trip and have pets, give them a call. So awesome! I attended the Open House on June 8th. Got a wonderful tour by the Manager, Allison. The boarding spaces are way better than the pictures can show. I will have to bring my babies here next time I am going to be gone long enough to need it. ❤️🐱❤️
If you need a place to take your precious kitty, this is the place! I have an 8 month old spoiled rotten Torte that we have had to use sitters in the past when we have had to go on short trips. It didn’t workout for our normal sitters so I started researching places to leave my precious kitten. When I say they take fantastic care of your cat/kitten I feel that is an understatement. I would not hesitate to take her back. I highly recommend them. They only take care of cats so I felt that was a much less stressful situation instead of leaving them next to dogs. Even the rooms they keep them in are so much better than cages you see at other places. No cages here! They have little townhomes, standard suite or deluxe suite. I chose standard since I didn’t think she needed the bigger room since it was just her. They also update you with pics and how their day went. If you can’t tell I was incredibly pleased with this place.
My cat absolutely loved this place! I loved that she had her very own suite to herself and also there are no dogs, so no barking! I got pics every day of my sweet girl having fun and getting lots of pets. She’s also on meds so it’s nice that the owners know how to do that!! I will definitely take my girl there again.
I am so grateful to have found The Scratching Post Inn. Everyone is super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Have to agree with another review - it is so clean, it doesn't even smell like cats. I live further away, but the drive is worth every penny. My Mandy didn't even want to leave! 10/10. Purrfect.
The Scratching Post is very nice and set up perfect for caring for cats. My cat, Mike, was there for 3 nights and he made himself at home. Mike is an escape artist and will escape if given a chance. They have a very secure set up and he wasn’t able to escape. It was nice to get the daily updates. I will use them again.
Wow! This place is amazing! It is totally designed for cats. A low stress environment with lots of cat trees, a sunny window, light and bright. The owners are all about cats. It's so nice to have a luxury cat-only boarding place in the area!

Wonderful place for my rescue Honey! I love Camp Bow Wow anyway, as that is where she boards and attends daycare in Colorado. But I was a little apprehensive about bringing her to a new camp because she is a bit nervous due to past trauma. This location did not disappoint. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean and fresh it is, with no typical dog smells ( you know, like it sometimes smells in a veterinary office)!! The staff is amazing and super sweet, and Honey did great!! Watching her on the camp cam, I noticed she was even playing with the others and not nervously walking along the edge. I will always bring her back here when visiting Fort Worth.

This is the best Camp Bow-Wow location we have tried. The manager/owner is very hands-on and really cares about the animals. Our mini-poodle Mia loves to come here for daycare or to spend the night.
Twilite's favorite place in the world is Camp Bow Wow Fort Worth! She has been a camper for almost 3 years now and started going when she was still a puppy - not quite 6 months old. She goes 3 times per week to work out her very high "doodle" energy! We love boarding her there too because she gets to play all day with other dogs, instead of just staying in a kennel. Tim, Amanda, Eva, Yolanda, and all of the staff (including of course the real boss, Oreo), treat Twilite like their own dog, and we really feel part of the family. We love Camp Bow Wow so much, that we look for locations when we travel, and were even able to get her into camp in Portland, Maine.
The process of getting my pup in was super easy and the staff is so friendly! I had confidence leaving her with them. You could tell they cared about her well-being. Which is nice, especially if you get a little nervous leaving behind your furry friend.
Not the best experience at this location. It appears as though the owner reads these reviews, which is great! I hope you find this feedback helpful for training employees to take better care of our furry family members, as we count on you to provide the best care when we are away. Checking the cameras and noticing the difference in the level of service at your location was disappointing and saddening my dogs were left in your care. What I noticed was dogs who are boarded are not let out early in morning, and do not get access to the play areas for the majority of the day. On camera, I only observed them out in the yard a couple of times throughout the entire day. At other locations they play most of the day, with the exception of a short break after lunch and dinner. This location puts all the pups away early (an hour prior to closing time) and prioritizes closing and leaving early, when the pups should have access to use the bathroom before a 12 hour overnight stay. Additionally, I observed an employee playing inappropriately with the dogs, enouraging jumping and rough play. My dogs are not allowed to jump on humans because this behavior could injure someone especially my elderly relatives. Seeing them encouraged to jump on an employee is unacceptable interaction. Furthermore, employees who are encouraging rough play can cause a dangerous situation that can escalate to a dog fight. One of my dogs came home with deep scratches and fur missing from above their eye and top of their snout, it clearly looks like a bite from another dog. This was not disclosed to me. Lastly, I picked up my dogs 30 minutes prior to closing time. The whole place was already shut down. Play areas were closed, employees were leaving. While the employees were friendly, they didn’t tell me if the dogs had been fed dinner. I tried calling several times before their closing time, but was not able to reach anyone as they had already left. I have been to several other locations and have not had a negative experience anywhere else. I will continue to recommend Camp Bow Wow, but unfortunately not this location. Hi Tim, Thanks for the response. As I included in the original review, I am aware of the lunch break policy, as I have boarded my dogs with CBW for about 7 years. I have boarded them in multiple locations, including 2 states - I just moved to Texas this year (and had a GREAT experience at the Grapevine location - please check, I left them a great review!). I checked the cameras dozens of times while I boarded my 2 dogs at your location and did not see them out in the play area during the normal play times (with the exception of twice per day for short periods). There was NO day they were out at 6:30 for the final bathroom break - I checked every single day and would be happy to review camera with you to verify this. Additionally my dogs were there for 8 days for $800, so with as many dogs as you board, if the revenue does not cover proper care for the dogs, you may want to consider increasing the boarding fee. I run a business as well, I am also familiar with the cost of labor. I know this isn’t cheap, but this should not interfere with your ability to provide adequate care for people’s pets - this is what we are paying you for. Additionally, I did not mention my dog needing any type of veterinary care - they were scrapes that were kept clean to prevent infection. I can’t imagine that you watched 8 days of video to check for the inappropriate play, but I would be happy to help you find this on the video, as it was on the last day my dogs were in your care in the afternoon. They were in play yard #2 inside with a dark skinned tall male employee. This was the only day they were in yard 2, rather than 4. What’s important to note - I did not send this information to criticize your business - but to help provide better employee training and better care for our pets. You’re defensive response dismissing concerns, only solidifies my decision to not return.
Our dog, Walter, always has the best time at Camp Bow Wow! We lost our AC unit last summer and without hesitation, Camp Bow Wow took Walter in and ensured he was kept in the AC all day to cool off. They also monitored him and provided updates to provide peace of mind. This past weekend, we went on a weekend trip with friends and CBW gave Walter & us the best experience. The team provided photo’s and texts so ensure we could enjoy our time away knowing our boy was safe & having fun! We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow and could not recommend more to anyone looking for a safe, fun & comforting place for your fur baby to stay while you are away!
Our dog, Harley Quinn, LOVES going to camp here! When she comes home she's exhausted from all the running, jumping and socializing she has done all day. I'm a new dog mom so I check the cameras constantly throughout the day when she's there and I very often see a staff member giving Harley a scratch, pat or hug which makes me so happy. Everyone is always so kind and I love that they never have to ask who I am picking up. They always remember that Harley is my dog. My husband and I bring Harley every Friday and have boarded Harley here at least 5 times just in the past 4 months (we've had more travel than expected for work this year) and it's gone well. Harley is scared of everything but never afraid to go here which indicates she's treated well. We're grateful for Camp BW!

My wife and I are quite pleased with Hounds Town! We recently brought our Rottweiler, Tyson to this fabulous establishment. He is a new to us rescue, and has a bit of anxiety and uncertainty sometimes. All of the staff here have been very patient and understanding with Tyson. He seems to be enjoying his time over at Hounds Town!! This is Tyson all tucked in and out of gas from playing… Thank you Hounds Town for giving Tyson an opportunity to have a great time. He will be back later in the week!
They took such good care of my dog Tandy. He had a great time and came home happy and exhausted. They were so sweet with him and he got lots of love and treats. I will definitely be bringing him back!

I shared after one of the first few trips our pup had to Hounds Town, but I wanted to give an update now that we have been going for nearly a year. Lucy LOVES Hounds Town! When she gets out of the car and realizes where we are, she gets SO EXCITED. She can't wait to get inside and start playing. She loves the people that work there too (as do we). We love taking her when we can because she loves it so much, and we know she is being well taken care of. I highly recommend, y'all! 🙂
We have a fun loving Great Pyrenees and he absolutely LOVES Hounds Town! We have loved being able to feel like he is happy and safe when he goes there to play. The staff is always kind, helpful, and friendly. They all clearly love animals and you can tell it’s just a good environment for all the pups. We have used houndstown for both daycare & boarding and have been happy each time. Our dog comes home tired from playing! They also offer baths which is amazing because we love to pick up a nice clean dog after a long day! Highly recommend Hounds Town!
My dog attends Hounds Town Daycare, and she absolutely loves it. My family and I are also thrilled with the care she receives. The staff always treats her exceptionally well. We especially appreciate their grooming services, including the all-natural shampoo they use. Additionally, the facility is clean and well-organized, and the staff’s genuine love for dogs is evident. We feel confident knowing our dog is in such good hands every time we drop her off.

These men and women are remarkable with my precious puppy, Afina. I thought I was the only one to treat her like an actual human baby. Staff was very caring in welcoming our new dog to Fort Worth. We moved from Raleigh, NC and had a Houndstown he went to there, and the staff here in Fort Worth were amazing in giving him his evaluation and daycare. I requested a bath at the end of daycare and he came out clean and smelling fresh.
Ruff Resort is amazing! Our pup, Scout, loves going, and has made so many friends. She comes home completely wore out, making it so much easier after work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
We've taken our dogs several times to the ruff resort. The staff are very attentive to them and we have full confidence when boarding that our dogs will be well taken care of. The Ruff resort is excellent at communication and has demonstrated over and over that they care about their facility by investing in improvements and upkeep.
Maddie and her team are so creative, loving and organized with doggy daycare and boarding. Our furkid Owen goes to daycare weekly and he is always happy and tired when we pick him up. We even get a daily picture that we look forward to when he attends! They have a new schedule where each day has an activity/theme. They had a big facility with Indoor/outdoor play yards and super convenient things like a bath or nail trim before you pick up your baby. Ruff Resort is a life saver for us busy pet parents!
Ruff Resort & Spa has been a complete life changer for us. Our 2 year old chocolate lab Scout, absolutely loves it. She gets so excited and knows exactly where we are when we pull into the parking lot. She even started to smile in the photos Maddie sends each day! Not only is she exhausted (in the best way!) after daycare, but I’ve notice an amazing behavioral change as well. Ruff Resort & Spa has not only provided us with daycare, but training as well. I highly recommend them, and I am confident drop her off each morning knowing they’ll love on her like their own.
Highly recommend this place!! I just recently started taking my boy Bentley here and he absolutely loves it! The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. You can just tell they really love their job and care about the fur babies. They also do daily activities to add more fun and keep the pups entertained, which is a major plus.
I cannot explain how much my boyfriend and I love this place for our baby boy. We had to board our dog, Risotto, for a few days in May. They accommodated for all his needs and made sure any special requests were met. Today, I brought him in again for daycare since he needed socialization and he loved it. We will always bring him back here!
Ruff is hands down the best place to take your pup for daycare. Maddie the owner loves all of these dogs as if they are her own. The entire staff is super kind and makes sure that your dog is safe and is having fun. My pup has been going to daycare here for almost a year and comes home happy and tired!

Ruff Resort is the best there is! They are so accommodating and loving. Our pup is a rescue and doesn’t do great with other dogs, so they keep him separate from the group. But he still gets great 1:1 time with workers and plenty of time outside! They are great with his meds and keep track of everything he gets dropped off with. We love the daily picture updates, it puts our mind at ease while we’re away! We are so thankful for them and truly can’t think of a negative thing!!
Ruff Spa is a wonderful place to take your furry friends. They offer great customer service and a loving atmosphere for your pet. My dog especially loves the teachers at daycare. He comes home wore out from so much fun play time. I cannot say enough about the owner and staff. They are amazing and take great care of Leroy. Look at this happy face!
Michelle took care of our two dogs, Sammy and Layla for two nights. They’re pretty chaotic dogs but she managed them very well. She was very responsive when we texted her to check in on them, and everything was in order when we returned. She did an outstanding job!
Michelle is so awesome! She recently watched our little Boston terrier, Lola while my husband and I were away on a work trip. We loved the cute little updates she provided, and Lola was always well rested after the long walks she got under Michelle’s care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or walker! She is incredibly responsive, sweet, and attentive— will definitely book again.
Michelle did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Max, while we were out of town. She made sure that he had plenty of attention and activities to do. We received lots pictures updating us on his daily routine— they were so cute, and max really warmed up to her! Will definitely rebook in the future when we need a sitter!

We've been boarding our dog here for over a year now and he loves it! He's always very excited when we show up so I know he is well taken care of and has fun here! Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
I would not recommend bringing your pup here 🙁 I worked here for a short period 3-4 months and oof it’s not good. They say that dogs are there number one safety priority, but just so YOU know that they accept aggressive dogs, ones that have had incidents… and multiple. We also accept dogs with shot records that are expired and out of date and we continue to extend there boarding too when out! Also don’t get me started on their cleanliness, it for sure is not up to date. If it was up to date we wouldn’t be having 2-3 kennel cough cases from clients every 1-2 weeks.When I started there I had printed out signs and stuck them up to show people how cleaning needs to be done because I had worked at previous daycare’s, shelters and vet clinic offices. HR and Owner wouldn’t allow us to kick dog's out because it’s “money”. They DO NOT CARE about the people and there workers that are outside that headquarters building. I’ve had concerns I have brought up to HR and have been completely blown off and disregarded. Having 2-3 people on shift to handle 40+ dogs a day is kinda crazy. Understaffed, was getting a call everyday on my day off asking to come in. I’m just giving a heads up to those who want to go here or are already going here. This business is only money hungry they do not care about the dogs or there workers. They also fire you without explanation to🤗 If you could look at the reviews previous employers have left on indeed about this place is should tell you WAY more than enough!!
LOVE metro for all dog related things. The boarding is great, daycare is great, and the grooming is just as stellar. My dog George is nervous and they take such good care of him. I get updated and pictures which my daughter loves to see
I have been taking my 1 year old goldendoodle here for a little over a month now. He goes 1-2 times a week and it is a blast for him! He gets all of his energy out playing with all the other pups and the staff is awesome! They are always so nice at pick up and drop off! I would highly recommend bringing your dog here!
My doggo and I both love this place! He always plays so hard at daycare. It is a great way to keep your dog socialized with a busy schedule. Very friendly staff! The photos are ones that they have taken of him and posted on FB (which is another great perk). I love seeing him have fun. Highly recommend.

Sugar is our 4 month old lab puppy. She just started attending Metro and completely loves it. She actually whines with excitement when I pull into the parking lot! Their hours are flexible, rates are reasonable and the staff is comprised of animal lovers. So glad to have Metro as a resource as I return to work this school year. I’ve been taking my dog Padme since she was 4 months old and we both love it! She gets excited as soon as we park and I can tell she has fun because she sleeps soundly after I pick her up. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they do a great job taking care of the pups and also upload pictures to facebook daily! This is definitely the best place for your dog to exercise, socialize, and have fun!
I am so pleased with the daycare and overnight care Metro gives my Aussiedoodle , Brandy. The staff is kind and friendly. All of them seem to be very into dogs. I would highly recommend Metro Animals. BRANDY just finished a 10-day stay with the staff at Metro. She came home clean, happy and well fed. The staff followed most of my feeding instructions so that Brandy would eat well while she was there. After 6 years, I am still a Metro advocate. Brandy enjoys the play days and is well cared for when she stays overnight. You can trust Metro with your beloved pet.
She was very nice and honest. She Sent me pictures of my dogs throughout their stay. My dogs got to play with her two dogs inside and outside. They were walked and even watch a movie lol which you can see in the picture, they were into it! All in all i got my dogs back happy as can be, so I’ll be coming here again 😊 …
Kelli has always been my go to for my puppies. She is professional, reliable, and so friendly. My dogs have always been well taken care of when I leave them in the care of Kelli. I had took my dog over there he was fine come back to get him to take him home he wouldn’t eat and he kept don’t owner throughout the whole night and I have talk to the owner they just kept making up excuses you don’t deal with a grown-up you deal with A child the mother never around
She ghosted me ! She told me she would board my dog and then ignored me and I had to cancel my trip for thanksgiving because of it. Very unprofessional

I’ve been going to Posh Pets for a year now, and absolutely love and appreciate them for allowing my high energy “working” dog to get socialization and mental stimulation. Their drop off and pick up hours are healthcare friendly for those who don’t want to leave our fur babies at home for 12 hour shifts. This post is long overdue, but I always recommend Simply Posh Pets.
Meesa and Lexi ('my girls'), enjoy going to Simply Posh Pet's doggy daycare, and they love the people who work there. Until my girls started attending doggy daycare at Posh Pets nearly 7 months ago, I had never felt comfortable leaving them overnight at a boarding place. In fact, their first boarding experience was at Posh Pets on December 17, 2020 -- the night before my wedding. On my wedding day, the staff members had my girls washed and ready to walk down the aisle with me. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I'm incredibly grateful for the safe environment they provide for my girls. NOTE: Meesa has digestive issues. The staff members take her diet very seriously, and I'm super appreciative.
We have been bringing our Sophie girl to Simply Posh Pets about twice per week since she was 4 months old. We rescued her as a puppy who had a rough start and was very unsure of other people and dogs. She now THRIVES when socializing and I think it has a lot to do with her going here consistently. This is a safe, loving, and interactive place that I trust bringing my girl. When I am dropping her off in the morning, Sophie can’t contain her tail wags and squeals of excitement as we wait for the girls that work here to come get her. loves the employees so much! Seeing her reaction to them brings me so much peace of mind. Her vet prescribed her anxiety medicine for nail clippings and vet visits because she is so fearful of both. The girls at Simply Posh Pets offered to clip her nails for me one morning and I told them they could definitely attempt to but that it probably wouldn’t work because of her anxiety. I came and picked her up that afternoon and her black nails (hard to clip because you can’t see the nerve) were clipped PERFECTLY! I was shocked. I whole heartedly recommend this place if you are looking for a day care or boarding or grooming place!
Our dog has several health problems. Not only does Posh Pets carefully and meticulously care for him, but their careful observations helped identify some of his issues. This dog is difficult to care for and I would never leave him anywhere else. Posh allows us to travel with confidence that Blaze will be cared for as well as (or better than) he is at home. Blaze has been going there since he was a puppy and he's almost 7 years old now. Melissa and crew have kept him happy and healthy. He loves it and always goes off with a wagging tail.
My first time boarding my babies and Simply Posh Pets took excellent care of them. I was able to enjoy my much needed vacation without worry. I will most definitely use them in the future.
Took my high-separation-anxiety dog here for a multiple night stay and I am extremely happy about the service provided. Everyone I talked to here was very professional, polite, and so very sweet to my boy Hobbs. The facility is beautifully clean and organized as well. I could go on all day about how great the experience was and it even seems that Hobbs had a wonderful time and even made a friend while there. Very much looking forward to the next time that I'll be leaving hm here because I know he is in safe hands.
Bosch loves going to Posh Pets. Everyone is so friendly, and they have extended hours . I wouldn’t leave my baby anywhere else.
I’ve been taking my 2.5year old puppy here for a couple months now and I highly recommend!! Ember is sooo happy when I say “daycare”! On drop off and pick up, she is so excited and happy (maybe a little too excited by the scratch marks in my backseat when she sees them coming to pick her up at drop off😬). Simply Posh is one of the only doggie daycares that have hours (6am-8pm) that I can work with since I work 6:30a-7p. I love their daily schedule! It allows proper rest time and doesn’t stress out the pups with constant socializing. Ember is a goldendoodle (which are very fun to groom and maintain grooming ha ha), and I scheduled a bath during her daycare day and it was absolutely the best bath/brush she’s ever received!! Her fur was soft, smooth, and not one piece of matted fur anywhere. She didn’t need dematting, but she gets some small little matting that the her regular groomer doesn’t usually get all out. Take your puppies here, they will love it!
This place is awesome!! There is not another place I would ever trust my dog at. Period. The people are great. Service is fast and friendly. My dog is always happy coming and going. I know she's treated well. I'm also very excited to see someone take a positive role in helping to prevent unwanted pets. If you are looking for grooming, daycare, or a place to leave your furry friends while you are out of town- there is no better place out there. UPDATE: 13 years and I’m still going! My dog is 14 and there is NO WAY I would take her anywhere else. I love love love the valet. I also love that my dog is grouped in with a small group of dogs that she can still hang with. She gets social time without fear of her getting hurt.
The valet service makes dropping off and picking up a breeze, the ladies are always compassionate towards the dogs and very friendly in general. I have taken my Pomeranian for grooming and she genuinely enjoys the attention, and socialization with other dogs. The ladies work very hard and care about the detail of every situation. Very impressed!
I absolutely recommend Happy Tails! I have used Samantha's services since Feb 2020. She is an incredible person and care taker. She definitely has the dogs' best interests at heart. I love how the dogs have free range in the house and the choice to be on the furniture-- it is not a typical boarding facility where they are in their kennels/crates/"suites" for most of the day, limited to very short bathroom breaks, and only allowed extra play time if it was paid for. Even when I moved to Austin, I still brought my dog to her if I had to take a trip. She is the only dog sitting service I trust. I love her pupdates. And I am confident that my dog has had nothing but great experiences and felt comfortable staying there. I even worked for a dog boarding facility for a while and had access to free boarding, but I would rather drop my furbaby off at Happy Tails. I am living in San Diego now, and I still haven't found a professional and quality service like Samantha at Happy Tails.
We absolutely loved that we found Happy Tails! We travelled out of state for our wedding and had two LONG drives so decided to board our spoiled fur baby for the first time and we couldn't have felt comfortable knowing he was comfortable, safe and SO happy! Samantha is absolutely great to work with, communicates GREAT and you can tell that her and her fiance just love dogs! Every picture and "pupdate" we got, our pup was clearly so happy, relaxed and loved! We'll absolutely use her for our remainder of time stationed here!
We had a great time on our vacation. Samantha sent updates and pictures. Our pooch was in great hands. We had our choice between a pet resort and Happy tails. For more money, we could have gone with the pet resort, where our dog would have been locked in it two by two room and would only be let out four times a day to use the bathroom with no contact... plus we would have had to pay for an extra day because they don't take drop offs on Sundays. We decided to take our dog to Happy Tails. First of all, Samantha picked up our dog and dropped her off at no cost because we were within the limits. That was so convenient. She gave our pooch plenty of love, attention, and healthy treats in a clean, home environment. She had our dog there with other friendly dogs, which was a great experience for our dog. She took her on walks, gave her healthy treats, and she even sent pictures and updates.
We boarded our dog Maggie here while out of town for a little over a week and we are very happy with our experience. I would highly recommend Happy Tails if you are looking for a trustworthy place for your pup to stay. Samantha was awesome from the beginning- very quick to respond to emails/questions and she sent us updates while we were away. It took Maggie a couple days to get her energy back once she came home so we know the dog had a blast too!
I cannot say enough about Samantha And Happy Tails Dog Sitting.We have used her services For close to six years. Our dog is always Happy to see that she is visiting. Samantha has gone out of her way to offer to pick up Our dog When we had emergencies and had to go out of town. I always receive a response within four to six hours, knowing the attention is on the fur babies and their care as a priority. I would trust no other . #happytails #furbabies
It’s not often we choose to board our dogs and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur that leave you helpless searching for someone last minute who you can trust with your loved ones. Our dogs are our children and they mean the world to me and my wife. We can count on one hand the amount of times we’ve had our dogs stay the night at someone’s house in a 3-year span. The point is we don’t trust anybody to watch our pups, but Samantha was the exception to this rule. When I first met her she invited me over to their house and I had the opportunity to chat with them while they were introduced to Kona and Penny. We chatted for 45 minutes while the dogs ran around their beautiful and clean backyard. I felt comfortable with leaving our kiddos with them. While we were away, they would always send us updates and photos of how our dogs were doing and have accommodated us and our crazy schedules countless times. We had a traumatic event occur recently and within an hour of me saying I need to drop off the dogs and catch a flight to the other side of the country they responded without hesitation and said, “We got you!” Samantha has an extensive background with animals that puts my mind at ease in the event something weird were to happen. Cannot recommend Happy Tails enough!
We have had our Chocolate Lab- Ryno stay with Samantha and Zachary twice. Thank you for taking care of our fur baby. We can go away on vacation or whenever we need and know that he is being taken care as their own. Samantha has so much love for each dog she watches and it shows. Ryno is always happy and worn out when he gets home.
We love Happy Tails and so does our dog! We were new to town and wanted somewhere that our anxious dog would be comfortable. After just a couple trips there, she now jumps in Samantha's car & barely even says bye to us! Samantha does pickup/drop off, which is super convenient, and she sends regular updates and photos, which really helps set you at ease. Plus, our dog comes home exhausted from playing all week, which is an added bonus after a busy day of traveling. Would highly recommend for your fur babies!
Happy tails dog sitting was fantastic! My boys were right at home and had a blast. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew that our fur babies were in such great hands. They sent pictures and awesome updates while we were away. My boxer can have some anxiety when we leave, but not with Happy Tails, he is happy as can be, eating, playing and sleeping. Do yourself a favor and choose them, you will not regret it! - thank you!
I had to leave home for 3 weeks and Happy Tails is where my dog Dooley stayed!!!! I could not have been happier. Samantha is amazing. She made me feel so good about being away for so long. I had updates and pictures of him. She was so amazing to my baby. This is the best place I have ever had the privilege of using for Dooley. Thank you again!!!!
Metro Animals is great! My pup absolutely loves going there and the staff takes such good care of him. They are experienced individuals who know how to accommodate and tailor the environment to your pup’s personality. I absolutely love the report cards they send of how your pup is doing, activities they enjoyed that day, any new friends they made, and a few includes pics! Makes it a little easier knowing he’s in such good hands and having fun while I’m away.
Love sending my baby Belle when we go on vacations. They take amazing care of her and have so much patience with her. (She gets anxious) They also send daily reports about her and her day, so sweet. She comes home in a great mood. Highly recommend MetroAninals for daycare or boarding

My dog becomes ecstatic whenever I ask him if he wants to go play. When we arrive at Metro, he is over the moon. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and fun. I never worry about leaving him with them. The owner is a great person as well.
I cannot say enough how much I love Metro Animals! The pack leaders are the best, you can tell they are all animal lovers, and I am so thankful to them for caring for my dog while I am away. Hank goes to daycare 2-3 days a week and stays overnights on occasion. He always comes home exhausted which makes the evenings much easier for me after work. They even try to work with him on sitting and staying when he gets brought out for pick up. I get a lot of joy from seeing how excited Hank gets when we pull up in the mornings. He can't wait to run inside for a day of playing with his friends. Also, love getting to see pictures of him on the Facebook page. We have never had a bad experience in our two + years with Metro Animals. It is the best investment I have ever made. It has helped with Hank's behavior at home significantly and we plan on being lifers.
