Cynthia and Dan were great hosts, they made me feel so welcome and we shared a delicious dinner before they left. They made sure I had everything I needed and even introduced me to their neighbors who I ended up spending some time with. They gave very clear instructions about the dogs and home and were available by phone if needed. The dogs were great company and easy to care for, the cat would show up now and again to say hi and have a pet. Their home is beautiful with all the mod cons you need for a lovely stay. There are beautiful walks both from the house and also a short drive away. Bainbridge Island is a beautiful place to visit, the trees, flowers, scenery and fresh air are the best ever! I would love to go back. Thank you Cynthia and Dan for making my trip there so special.
Sharon and Mark are such lovely, welcoming people. The house is immaculate and in such a peaceful setting! DJ is a very sweet old boy who can take a little bit to warm up to you, but once he does he loves pats and cuddles (especially treats). Highly recommend this sit!
Wonderful pet sit with lovely Chloe at David and Jill's comfy condo located near Beacon Hill park. Chloe and I spend many hours wandering through the lush forested areas which she thoroughly enjoyed. We met several of David and Jill's acquaintances in the parks and had a play date with one of Chloe's friends. David and Jill's condo has a guest suite which was quiet and very comfortable for sleeping. They were very helpful in orienting me to their home and the condo building in addition to Information about Chloe's routines . We kept in contact during their departure and they always responded quickly to any inquires I had. Great sit with a lively and fun dog, Chloe. I appreciated the opportunity to sit for David and Jill.
Dewy was a wonderful host. She explained everything in detail and even left me some Dutch sweets as a welcome treat. She's very easy to talk to and will gladly answer all your questions about Amsterdam. I think Dre is th sweetest cat I've ever seen, and I've petsitted around 20 of them. He's very quiet and will come asking for cuddles every now and then. The location is close to the transport so it's very easy to visit the city. There's also a big grocery store nearby. Overall it was a great experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Amsterdam and enjoy some cat cuddles.
Meeting and caring for Rumi, even for just a few days, was very pleasant, he is a playful and affectionate cat! The apartment is very well located, we were able to see the main parts of Madrid just by walking ;)
I had a great time with Kayda & Bailey. Also the Steveson area is fabulous! I didn't know this waterfront space was here, so lovely to stroll along the harbour, parks and shops. Bailey is an angel. With age comes calmness, she sleeps mostly and loves a pat. Kayda is the MOST cuddly pup. Looking for an opportunity to climb into your lap to snuggle. Walks can be a little fiddly for the first 1 or 2 until you get used to the Bailey chariot cart and if you need to distract Kayda. While reactive and noisy when other dogs come close she responds well to YES + treats if you get onto it ASAP preferably before she spots the other dog.
