This is the third time that Carolyn & Tony have house sat for us, and once again they have done a fabulous job. Daisy was really well cared for whilst we were away, and she was really happy & excited to see Carolyn & Tony again. Our house was once again very clean & tidy when we returned . Carolyn & Tony also kept our swimming pool clean by removing leaves etc as needed & adding the required chemicals. We would not hesitate in recommending Carolyn & Tony for a house sit, and we are looking forward to them coming back to do another sit for us in a couple of weeks.
Stephen and Sarah were brilliant at looking after Molly. They were friends with Molly within an hour of being here and fell in love with her over the next fortnight. And she fell in love with them! They were really easy to get on with and sent lots of pictures and were great at communicating. The house was lovely and clean and tidy when we came home and the plants were watered and fish fed. All was well. Stephen and Sarah are coming back to us again in November and we couldn’t be more pleased. They can come as often as they would like!

My dog had a freak matting incident and we thought we would have to shave her but the groomer got all the knots and dreads out!! She was so so kind and she showed so much care towards our fur baby! Not to mention the detailed report on the health checks she had done! Flawless service!

My dog goes once a week and it's the highlight of her week! The attendants are wonderful and caring, they take photos and give me a verbal update when I pick her up. They also have special events e.g. last week "Pups and Prose". I love that I can go to work knowing my dog will be well looked after whilst having a blast.
I wouldn't hesitate to send your dog here - our dog Lola has been attending for months now and she absolutely loves it! Receiving the photo's and videos of her there makes it a great experience for us too, they put your pet in with animals that suit yours so you know they will be having the time of their life whilst there. We love Kip Dog Daycare!!
I was initially impressed with this doggy daycare — the staff were friendly, and it seemed like a great environment for my dog. However, over time, most of the original team left, although there are still some nice people working there. Unfortunately, the daycare started feeling overcrowded, with too many dogs crammed into the same space. My dog was constantly stressed from having other dogs in his face all the time. It just doesn’t feel like the safe, fun environment I signed up for. If your dog needs personal space or a calmer atmosphere, this might not be the best option.
My Dog has been going to kip in Blackburn since she was a pup. She can't wait to get out of the car as she is so excited for a play date. The staff have all been amazing, friendly and caring. I am very happy to recommend Kip.
Our dog Finn knows as soon as we get his collar on that it’s his day to go to Kip. He’s so excited all the way there and we can barely hold him back in reception as he just wants to play with his friends. We couldn’t be happier with his care and the photo updates throughout the day are a fantastic bonus.
Five stars for my pup’s experience at doggy day care! From the moment I dropped off my pup, I knew she was in good hands. The staff's genuine love for dogs was evident, and my pup received top-notch care and attention throughout the morning. Marina Butler has been caring for my Jack Russell x (Bronson) for a period approaching five years. Bronson and I met Marina quite by accident (while taking a walk at the local park), but we prefer to see it as a 'meant to be' moment. Marina was walking some of her clients' pooches and I immediately noticed her great affinity for and love of all things canine. I had been thinking of engaging the services of a pet sitter, so I decided to give Marina a go. Bronson at the time was newly-adopted from a shelter: a little overwhelmed by it all, and in particular unsure if he could trust other dogs. With plenty of TLC at home and Marina's regular involvement, Bronson has blossomed into a confident and contented little dog who now loves to make new friends both human and canine. I genuinely believe that Marina deserves much of the credit for this, not to mention the peace of mind which comes from knowing my dog is in good hands when she is caring for him (she always sends me a photo of Bronson when she is caring for him, which I love). Marina is one hundred percent trustworthy and reliable. In addition, she is the first person I turn to when I have queries about doggie related stuff. If Marina doesn't know, she is always able to refer me in the right direction as she is very well-connected within canine circles. In short, Marina is the real deal, and Bronson considers her to be one of his very best friends!

We love having Marina care for our gorgeous Nika. She has looked after her consistently for all our bookings over the past years so we feel confident that Nika is in good hands. Marina obviously loves cats and is so good with Nika that she remains relaxed and responds to her like she is family too. Marina is always lovely to us as well.
Lonely Pets Club is the best. When I am away I know my cats will be safe and happy. Marina is amazing, she even rounded up my chooks once when they escaped. My cat Boris has long hair, gets matts every now and then and is very shy (also gets spooked). I thought that I wouldn't be able to find a groomer for him because he is so fussy but Maria is absolutely amazing. He was so happy with his cut, and it looked so cute! He will be coming back regularly.

Fred and Linda are true dog lovers, so gentle in nature and treated my cavoodle Luna so well! They looked after my Luna the day before and on my wedding day. I asked them to bring Luna to my wedding photoshoot after the ceremony and they arrived on time reliably and took such good care of her!! They also took photos of her throughout her stay with them to keep me updated. A beautiful experience from start to finish.

We are so grateful to Fred for his wonderful care of our dog Tui. Tui has now stayed with Fred twice, most recently for nearly 3 weeks. Fred took her on so many wonderful walks and sent us plenty of photos of her adventures every day, and she returned to us so healthy and happy. We have absolute trust in Fred - he is so kind, knowledgeable, and skilled with all types of dogs. We can't recommend him highly enough, whether for dogwalking or dogsitting. He is an absolute gem!!
We have been leaving our golden retriever Jasper with Fred and Linda for over 10 years . We cannot speak highly enough of them !!They are the complete package - genuine, compassionate ,understanding , ethical - 100% trustworthy. They offer a genuine family environment for home stays. I can tell in an instant that Jasper is totally at home with them whenever I have to bring him back home . It's like he's been living with relatives ! Our dog is now a senior and has special needs yet nothing is too much trouble for Fred and Linda. They are simply the best !! ( Suzanne )

Sharon looked after our boy for 3 weeks while we were away. He came back happy and healthy so it was clear that he was well looked after during his stay. He also enjoyed the company of Teddy and other dogs. She was easy to get in touch with and promptly gave us updates when requested
Sharon and Jessica care for my two golden retrievers on a regular basis. The dogs now run in happily when they are dropped off. Sharon sends regular updates and photos. She is reliable and the dogs are well fed and exercised and given lots of affection. Sharon genuinely cares for all the pets that come into her care.
Sharon takes the best care of my 2 golden retriever girls. One has more anxiety in general but she loves going to GoldenPawz and runs in the door happily when we take her. We are so comfortable knowing they are in such good hands.

I was recommended Golden Pawz by my cousin who said it was like dropping your dog over to a friend's house. Sharon and Jessica clearly love dogs and it was it was great to know our border collie Koby was having a nice time while we were away. The photo updates and messages from Sharon made us feel really comfortable that Koby was happy and being well looked after. We will definately be using Sharon again to look after our boy. Our three dogs went to another daycare before we found Hoochy Poochy and I was constantly miserable. The day they started at Hoochy and Poochy everything changed. They are so much happier, they love to go in and I’m so much happier because basil and his wonderful staff know what they are doing with the dogs. Fantastic doggy day care!!! We recently changed from Kip where we had a terrible experience to Hoochy Poochy which is around the corner from them. What a difference!!! Hoochy Poochy make you feel welcome and more importantly comfortable to leave your puppy! Our boy Rocky has high energy being a Kelpie x and they have no problems dealing with him at all! He runs to the door when he gets out of the car and has an awesome time there by the updates on social media each day! Very clean place and you can see all the dogs when you enter unlike all other places where they are kept behind closed doors…. Highly recommend this place!!
I would recommend enrolling in their basic agility classes with Command. It is fun for both dog and owner.
Basil and his team at Hoochy Poochy are outstanding! Our dogs light up every time time they realise where they are going. They always come home so happy (and exhausted)! Over the last 14 years all of our dogs have been trained by the wonderful owner Basil and staff at Dog Command.That connection with wonderful trainers naturally led onto accessing Hoochy Poochy Blackburn for our doggie day care needs. The booking process is user friendly, staff welcome us by name and with a smile. Our dogs are safe, loved and entertained all day.While at work we get regular updates on social media throughout the day from staff. Have been taking my dog here for the past two months. She has gained so much confidence whilst playing with other dogs! She is physically and mentally stimulated here which is what we are after in a dog daycare. The staff are wonderful as well. We trust that our dog is safe and taken good care of whilst she runs around with other dogs. Highly recommend.
Our dog Trixie had the BEST TIME EVER at Hoochy Poochy Doggy Day Care Blackburn!!! The staff were wonderful, delivered such personalised care, and Trixie just wanted to go back for more :) The venue was beautiful, clean and SPACIOUS, so much room for the doggies to run around, with flexibility in partitioning dogs who get along vs not. And of course Trixie felt so clean and smelt so nice coming home to a great rest after a day of playing with her mates. Extra points for the staff being dog trainers who know what they are doing :) Plus booking was super easy online, no need to wait for an answer or call. Cannot recommend more highly!
My corgi loves this place and the staff from Abbotsford recognise Bowie all the time when they switch staff between Abbotsford n Blackburn. This is my preferred doggy day care than a few others that Bowie has attended. Apparently these places just couldn't handle his rough play but the team at Hoochy Poochy are great and know when to time him out and which dogs to pair him with to play. Should be booking him in again soon.
As most people we were apprehensive in putting our two fur babies into daycare , OMG has that changed , our boys not only look forward to going they come home tired and happy at the end of the day . More importantly is my older dog sometimes gets possessive of toys and small play treats and with the help of the exceptional staff and the owner ( since I found out has 30 odd years in dog training ) they are not only giving my two boys the exceptional care but also helping us with their training . I’m hooked and so are my boys . The staff and regretfully I’m sure I may leave someone out but huge shoutout to Ebony , Gabby , Cara and Basil . So very much appreciate your service and care . With out a doubt an asset to our busy lives .
Excellent experience for my Dog Rana. He just enjoys whenever we take him to this daycare. I can feel so secured about my dog at blackburn hoochy poochy and his whope day goes so much engaged. The staffs are extremely friendly and nice. Rana would definitely continue going there as long as he can.
Jessy has been a blessing in our life with helping us bond our 2 rabbits. It was a long journey for us that left us emotionally exhausted but now it's finally over!!! From aggression to inseperable love, our family balance is restored and we couldn't have done it without Jessy's daily guidance. Originally we had a trio of bunnies that we attempted to bond over many months but kept in 2 seperate areas of the house due to severe aggression. One of the trio passed away then we attempted to bond the girl and boy (who were not the original pairing - the girl's original husband was the bun that passed away). Jessy messaged us for months in pre-bonding phase and got us to slowly make some vital changes in our house to prepare for a 2 week bonding staycation at her place. Then she took them while we had a holiday and got them further in their bonding journey than we ever had before. She trialed strategies to find what they needed and in the 2 weeks, she determined a plan for us to work on when we were home. I wanted to give up at this point but we kept going because she insisted there was a good chance they would bond. And i am so glad that we trusted her, because it was well worth it! :) It is no exaggeration that the chaos that was both our minds and lives has been transformed by Jessy's compassion and dedication for our bunnies. Thank you Jessy for staying with us through this 6 month journey (inclusive of time spent trying to bond all 3). To those of you wanting a challenge of bonding 3 buns, don't do it😂 We had good intention in adopting a stray 3rd bun but it made complete chaos of our lives.
Jessy took care of my bunny while I was away and she made a lot of effort to make sure my bunny was happy and at ease throughout the stay. She gives daily updates and is easy to communicate with. She goes out of her way to get to know your bunny and give them joy in the most meaningful way for them. Jessy and her family went out of their way to give my bunny lots of love which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Jessy is incredibly knowledgeable and is just as generous with her skills and resources as she is with her kindness. I could not recommend her services more.
My guinea pigs are under medication but I did not need to worry about while I was away at all thanks to Jess who is a vet nurse and very knowledgeable about that. One of the great things was they posted my potatoes on their Instagram every day (even every few hours) so I could see how they were what they ate. Very recommended boarding service!
Jessy took care of Cinnamon bunny, while I was overseas. It was comforting to know that Cinnamon was well cared for. It was easy to deal with Jessy - she was responsive to my questions.
Beautiful and safe place for bunny and guinea pig boarding ❤️ I would only ever feel safe leaving my bunnies and guinea pigs at The Little Gangs Boarding as I know the owners well and I trust them. Plus, Jess is a veterinary nurse and I would trust her if my bunnies or guinea pigs got sick while boarding with her. Both, Jess and her husband are amazing humans who truly and genuinely love animals ❤️ I would highly recommend this place for boarding ❤️
My rabbit is a real stress head and every time I take her to boarding she comes back not eating. I found out about the Little Gangs and went to visit before I boarded Lily. I felt comfortable leaving Lily there they were so knowledgeable and knew how to handle Lily to make sure she didn’t become unwell. I would recommend The Little Gangs as a safe and comfortable place to board your rabbit.
We could not recommend The Little Gangs boarding highly enough. Our bunnies have been boarding with them whenever we are away for the last 3 years. Our bunnies free roam so it is very important that they have plenty of space at boarding and have 24:7 supervision. We also love that Jessy and her family are animal lovers and has lots of experience with bunnies. And on top of that Jessy is a vet nurse and runs a business selling healthy bunny treats. Jessy frequently send us updates on their well being so we can enjoy our vacation with a peace of mind. And most importantly our bunnies are comfortable and happy there.
Very very highly recommend Little Gangs boarding. From getting foraging trays better than most of our normal meal plates, to getting lots of space and caring people around, it is like a staycation for bunnies in all aspects. Jessy is so good with them and pampers them to the point, where you feel the bunnies would probably curse that they are going to go back to our home. Can't wait to do our staycation again in future soon.
Boarded my two kids ( bunnies) with the little gangs and I couldn't be more impressed by the care and attention given to my kids. Jessy was amazing with the constant updates and communications as well as dealing with any arising emergencies swiftly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and board my buns there again.
We don't have kids, so our bunnies are like family to us. Little Gangs is definitely our go-to place for their boarding or bonding needs. If they're fully booked, I'd rather not travel to ensure my fur kids are well cared for in a loving and comfortable environment. Plus, you can see how they're being spoiled every day on Instagram. I highly recommend this 5-star small animal hotel. I'm being generous sharing this, otherwise, I might keep it a secret!🤫
Fiona has been a wonderful support taking my dog Henry for a walk everyday for the last 2 or 3 months while I recovered from an injury. Henry absolutely loves it when Fiona arrives, and he comes back a happy dog. Fiona is reliable, professional and caring and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her dog walking services.
Fiona was kind enough to dog-sit for us while I was overseas for a few weeks. We're sure Yuki was well looked after while I was away, and Fiona was kind enough to drive Yuki to grooming on short notice, and Yuki came home looking fabulous and happy.

I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. We left our baby Cookie with MDN Pet Care for 43 days! This was the second time we were using MDN team’s services and we’re just as happy with the results as we were the first time. As co-parents, we never thought we would have to leave both our babies for three weeks, and there is no one who came to mind but MDN. Adrian has been more than a foster parent to Gogo and Momo. In these last three weeks, we have seen both babies get so comfortable and loving in the company of Adrian, almost so that they are going to miss him badly. Thank you so much for such personalized care of my cats like they are your own. Thank you for sharing continuous updates and sharing their snippets every day. You not only give us reassurance but also make us believe that our babies are in the best hands in Melbourne.❤️
Adrian and Martin took great care of Billy. He was really happy to spend time in their care, and it was a huge help for us! Will return.
Sue did a great job with our 5 month old puppy! He had a lot of fun staying with Sue and her senior pup Shadow. She took him out on walks daily and to the dog park where he was socialised and leash trained and she also did a bit of behavioural training at home with him. He’s been a lot more calm around mealtimes compared to when he used to jump up all over us when we’re eating. Well worth the stay, we’re finding walking and training him a lot easier now considering he is a big puppy to manage. Thanks again for your help Sue!
Sue took wonderful care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Her updates, including photos, every day were greatly appreciated. It was great to see the dogs looking so relaxed and happy while on their walks. Sue’s expert knowledge was clearly seen in her handling of the dogs, and they responded really well to her control and care. Sue happily fed our fish for us too, which was a great bonus. We will definitely be contacting Sue when planning our next holiday.
Sue is great. Simba, my 13 yrs old golden retriever just loves it when Sue takes him for walks. Her love for dogs is so evident. She cares for other dogs as much as she does her own. Whilst I am recovering post surgery it has been a blessing to have Sue walking Simba . I have Sue booked for 2 hrs sessions with Simba but on occasions this may extend to 4 hours all at no extra cost. Thanks Sue for all that you do to keep Simba happy & healthy. I really do appreciate it.
Sue has been such a great help to us. Having two puppies from two different litters at the same age is not an easy task. Her training and guidance has seen so much progress with Onyx and Koda. We appreciate her friendliness and training approach. The puppies have grown to understand boundaries and respect our leadership which has been so helpful! Thanks Sue!
Sue is just amazing with our golden retriever Poet and he just loves her. We have so much confidence in Sue. We trust her completely with him. She is very reliable and we know she looks after him like he was her own and this is very important to us. She has a beautiful, soft, understanding way with dogs, I would highly recommend her.
Sue does an amazing job - she really is a dog whisperer. We live in the country now and our beloved golden retriever, Chewie is now 12 1/2 and not so up for walks now, but Sue used to care for Chewie for many years. Always had absolute trust in Sue and the level of care & commitment that she has for all her canine friends. He would always have the most wonderful days when he was out and about with Sue! We couldn't have asked for a nicer, caring and more dedicated dog minder. We went away reassured our beloved golden retriever was in good hands. The training leading up to her stay with Sue was a real eye opener and we had no idea that we were the cause of Holly's behavorial issues! We now follow Sue's methods and Holly is a much more calm and settled part of the family with no more anxiety.. Thank you so much Sue!
Sue is a passionate and caring animal lover. She loves dogs and connects with them on a deep level, which gives her great understanding of their behaviour and any challenges owners maybe experiencing. Having known her for many years, from her having her own pets from very young, to now helping other owners to bond and communicate with their treasured pets in the most empowering way for both parties, I can but highly recommend her services.
We have a 3 year old lab at home and have been struggling to take him for walks. He used to pull us all the way through the walk and we come home frustrated and exhausted rather than enjoying the walk. Luckily for us, we came across Sue and what she did for Ollie was nothing short of a miracle. First hour in to the the first lesson, our boy started walking more sensibly and obediently. We now enjoy our walks and Ollie is doing much better when he sees other dogs as well. Thank you Sue. We so look forward to our next lesson.
Our little two year old cavoodle, Billy, always comes home very happy and content after his regular walks with Sue. And thanks to her, he no longer jumps up on visitors when they come to our home. Sue is amazingly gifted when it comes to dogs' behaviour and what they need. She is very patient and caring towards Billy and we trust her immensely.
