Juan Lulli has been a blessing to have take care of my Frenchie, Kailani. As a dog owner, you just know your dog and when they have had bad experiences with people and good ones. Kailani is always happy to see Juan. He takes exceptional care of her during the pet visits I have scheduled for Kailani. On Juan’s very first introductory meet with Kailani, he brought a printed list of all of my detailed instructions and help with caring for Kailani and asked questions about certain things within the list. He wanted to ensure that Kailani had the same routine I’ve developed with her, along with make sure he understood the important things. Juan’s calming nature, voice, and energy, is what Kailani needs in a pet sitter. Thank you Juan for allowing me to feel comfortable knowing that having you visit my little girl will be done with 100% compassion and love.

Pet caregiver Juan Lulli provided exceptional service for my Persian cat with special needs. Juan sent daily videos to ensure that I was confident about my cat’s wellbeing, and administered all medications perfectly. Not only did Juan take stellar care of my fur baby, he left my dwelling cleaner than when I left! Juan is a blessing, and we are grateful to have him as our dedicated pet sitter.

Fetch! Pet Care St. Johns took care of our dog, Domino, for 6 days while we traveled overseas. What a terrific service! Brett sent us a full report with pictures and GPS aerial map of where Domino walked every day via E-mail. What great peace of mind we had knowing that Domino was so well cared for! Would highly recommend this service.

Fetch has been wonderful. Brett is the manager and also walks my dog. He and this company have been a life saver! He has lots of experience with all kinds of dogs including pets and working dogs. I am confident when I leave my house my Kai will be in good hands! They have been wonderful about last minute walks as well which is great for a shift worker like me. Kaylee is another walker who has been fantastic as well. They are both very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them!

I have been using fetch for a few months now and they have been above and beyond. They’ve allowed us to schedule last minute without issue and have been amazing with our dog. Brett has been handling most of our needs and could not ask for a better person and company to work with. We look forward to using fetch for many years to come.

I had Brett as my dog walker. He was great. I had to go to New Jersey for a wedding and it was the first time I ever left my dogs with a stranger. They did great!! I will be using him again in sept for another trip.

Paws and Claws have been watching our 3 Danes for about two years. Charlotte and her team have been fantastic. Jennifer and Dana are always on time and really care about our babies! It’s been a big relief knowing they are being taken care of so well!

We’ve had a great experience with paws and claws pet sitting! Dana and Jennifer have both checked in on our girls when we’ve been out of town. The communication is always great and we love the picture updates we get! It gives us peace of mind leaving our girls and it is so nice to know they are in good hands.

We were fortunate to have found Paws and Claws a week before a last minute business trip. Tara and Angie took such wonderful care of our fur baby Sox, sending us daily “action” photos and written updates so we didn’t worry. Our travel home was delayed so I was able to add on a day to ensure Sox was taken care of. Both ladies are professional and Sox looked so happy in the pics. I have used Paws n Claws pet sitting several times and will definitely be contacting again in the future. All the sitters are fabulous and send daily photos. Its very hard to find someone you can trust to take care of your animals the way you take care of them but we have found over the past two years Paws and claws have exceeded our expectations. We love getting morning and evening pics of our beloved Fluffy along with descriptions of how she is doing when we are away. Sitters are GREAT and I never worry about her which makes leaving her so much easier. Recommend them to everyone!

We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!

Crystal is an absolute rock star. Our dog can be a bit of a rough player so we were nervous to leave her for 4 nights with other dogs. Crystal spent a LOT of time with us helping to integrate Bailey and before we knew it, she was perfectly joined in with the other dogs. Crystal sent us updates and pictures and even washed baileys bed and blanket the morning that we picked her up. Crystal knows every trick in the book to keep the dogs happy and behaved (including leaving action movies on in the living room all evening when there was a thunderstorm so the dogs didn’t even notice the thunder) Tons of play and outside time and undivided care from a vet technician? All for a fantastic price? Sign me up every time!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Crystal has been a lifesaver for us throughout the years, managing our dogs “particular” personalities and keeping them happy and safe while we travel. Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!

My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!

Love this pet camp!!! First time and the team at WGV surpassed my expectations. Our rescue pup had the best time, I enjoyed watching him play with other dogs on the live cameras. It was his first time attending a camp environment and they introduced him very skillfully and with so much love. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing experience. We will be back next week!

Took our doodle in for grooming. She did an excellent job and is friendly and gentle with my dog. Very fair price also, highly recommend.

We use pet paradise often for boarding, day camp and most recently dog training. Our train and stay experience with Joseph was a great one. From day one, he was so patient and understanding with both me and my dog. My golden retriever has come such a long way, and I’ve learned a ton about how to communicate better with her. The improvement of basic manners and handling tricky behavior was huge and Joseph made all the difference. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer who’s both skilled and genuinely cares!

You can tell the staff loves ❤️ my 3 doggy doodles and my doodles love them! My furbabies love coming to play and swim! I trust everyone with our furbabies! Thank you for the doggy care your staff provides! Excellent care!

Excellent Communication from the Receptionist, Veterinarian, and other staff. at PP WGV. The board and train program for our dog was Exceptional! Not only did trainer John Rowbo, train our dog with the necessary basic commands needed for good behavior, but also built a confidence in him that I can tell will last his lifetime. He worked with us ( his family ) to make sure we will be able to continue being consistent at home. I’m so happy with the outcome of this training program! I would recommend it to all my family & friends or those who compliment our now very well behaved boy ❤️ P.S. the front desk staff, especially Allison 💕 we’re also very loving and caring to our pup while he was there. It helped my heart so much to know he was getting so much TLC while he was away from home. Thank you Pet Paradise WGV!

We were in town visiting with our dog Meeko and wanted to let him have a good time while we got the non-dog-friendly things out of the way - and boy did he! He was pooped when we picked him up and the staff seemed very friend fond of him. He definitely enjoyed the pool! I’m glad we were able to find something for him to do without us, and the process was quick and painless!

Caring staff, wonderful upgraded local facility. My dog was new and he easily assimilated to this camp and boarding. In the livestream he was happy, relaxed and enjoying the other dogs, pool, and staff. He came home content and exhausted. So excited for him to have a safe to play!

Very impressed with my visit. Everything I desired for my baby dog all in one place. I loved the initial visit for my dog as they work them in to their pup group. They observe them and how they feel before placing them in with group. Cameras all around for you to views. Handlers are out with every group. I saw lots of loves and pets being given by handlers. There is a resident handle that lives on property which is reassuring. Everything was super clean. Beds and kennels cleaned daily. Lots of safety precautions to keep all fur babies safe. Love the pool and splash pad. There’s a special place for kitties too. On site grooming and veterinarian. The only reason I’ve given four stars is because I have yet to utilize either of those services.

The groomers at this location do not use proper sanitation procedures on their clippers in between cuts. My families pup was groomed here 9/28, no sign of rash or redness after her appointment. The next day she woke up with an infection on her rear end that has left it RAW and BLEEDING. I would attach pictures but they’re so graphic I’m afraid my review will be taken down. If groomers can’t be bothered to take 5 minutes to properly sanitize equipment in between appointments, it makes me worry about the other corners being cut here. Find somewhere else.

We take our two small dogs to Tiny Town for boarding several times a year. Both dogs typically will get a groom at the end of there stay. There are cameras where you can see the different areas and dog playrooms. Veterinary services on site Dog day care. - I know quite a few who go on a regular basis. The longest our dogs have stayed was about two weeks and came home healthy and happy. Book early fior holidays as it fills up early.

We will forever be grateful for the staff at Forever Vets Pet Resort Durbin. We consistently took our little girl Daphne there for daycare for about a year. In the beginning she was very apprehensive and nervous on the drive over. However they worked with her, slowly introducing her and monitoring her response to find dog friends that were a good match for her to play with to make sure that it was a good fit and good experience for her. Drives soon became her “singing” the entire way there after we would ask “do you want to go to daycare”. But this was not just us dropping her off at a daycare. It was Daphne getting to go see her extended family who she loved so much. They treated her like she was their own, and always went above and beyond to make sure she had a wonderful time there. Unfortunately, our little girl had to cross over the rainbow bridge this past week. We reached out to the staff at Forever Vets Pet Resort Durbin to see if they wanted to come say goodbye, and they rushed over to be at her side. She was truly surrounded by so many people that loved her, and made her feel so loved and happy in her final moments. No amount of words can express our gratitude to the staff at Forever Vets Pet Resort Durbin and the amount of compassion they showed for our little girl. They truly were family to her and will always hold a special place in our heart because of the love they showed for our Daphne.

My baby, Ember (cat), stayed at the cat oasis resort for 15 days. The staff was extremely kind & caring. Especially Kayla. If I ever need to have my furbaby cared for again, I'll take her to Forever Vets Pet Resort At Durbin. 🙂🐈🥰 …

We LOVE Forever Vets Pet Resort!!! Hands down the greatest place to take your precious pets. The people that work here are like a family, they are KIND, CARING, LOVING and COMPASSIONATE! They take the time to get to know you, and your pets needs. You’re never treated like just another customer, in fact it always feels like your pet is # 1. Everyone that works here treats your pet as if they were one of their own. Lots of play, lots of hugs, lots of love, lots of care. Boarding, Daycare, Grooming we have done it all, for almost a year now and are constantly blown away by the attention to detail. We recommend Forever Vets Pet Resort all day long!! Our Daisy loves you guys. Thank you for all that you do!!!

We recently moved to the area and I have a dog and cat. My dog has attended doggie day care a few times. My dog can be kinda shy at first and not super quick to go with new people. They have been patient and understanding with getting to know her. They are also super easy to make reservations with. I am very happy we found this place. When my cat was boarded he came home happy and was well cared for during his stay.

Our dog has stayed here twice and we’re very pleased. We’ve tried a few places and in home care with the best results from the Durbin pet resort. It is not a super fancy place however it’s smaller than most kennels I’ve used so he gets a lot of individual attention. I can tell because they all know him immediately at the front desk, he returns rested and happy AND his meals, meds, and supplies returned show they did exactly what I requested. We’re happy and will continue to use them.

This is my second time at this facility . The first experience was wonderful one year ago. This time , not happy at all😔 I have a 4 month puppy and a 3 year old dog . So it was $180 for one night ! I asked for a photo their first ( and only ) night to ease my mind , even though it was an additional $10!! I waited all evening and no photo. I pre bagged their food to make it easy on them. I told them they needed to eat 3 times a day and asked if that was an issue. They said no, we will do that! I requested 7am-12:30pm and 6 pm . My 4 month old pup eats 3 times a day as per my vets recommendation . When we arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon , we had to call because no one was at the desk , once they arrived they said they were short staffed! They brought my dogs out and the puppy was crying . I asked if they at their lunch and they said no , we haven’t had a chance , but its ready now . I told them forget it. The pup cried all the way home , and inhaled his food. They went through 3 bowls of water !!!! I didn’t get any “ reports” of how they did , no photos ….. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! If they did a part of the service then they should have discounted the fee, but they charged me $180 , then had a place for a tip!?!? I can’t blame them if they were understaffed , but I’ll never leave my dogs there again!!!

I've boarded my cats at this location multiple times and they've always taken great care of them. One of my cats is elderly and medically fragile and they always do a wonderful job of making sure he takes his meds and can get around okay, given his mobility issues. I'm very thankful for all the effort the employees put into making sure my cats are happy and keeping me updated on how they're doing :)

I recently boarded my dog at Forever Vets Pet Resort at Durbin for 10 days while I was away on vacation. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete nightmare, as my dog returned home with a severe and aggressive urinary tract infection (UTI). I picked him up on Wednesday and I noticed him urinating blood by Thursday morning. To my dismay, the receptionist was unable to provide any explanation or assistance, and instead, I was told that their manager would call me back. However, no call was ever received. This lack of concern and communication from their end only added to my frustration and worry. As a responsible pet owner, I did not hesitate to seek immediate medical attention on Thursday morning for my dog, and the treatment for the UTI incurred an additional cost of $300. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that my dog has never had a UTI before, which raises serious questions about the care provided during his stay at Forever Vets Pet Resort at Durbin. As a customer who placed my trust in their facility and paid a significant amount for boarding services, I expected a safe and nurturing environment for my furry companion. Considering the emotional distress experienced by my dog and the financial burden I now face due to their negligence, I strongly advise against boarding your beloved pets at Forever Vets Pet Resort at Durbin. Their lack of accountability, inadequate communication, and apparent disregard for the health and well-being of the animals in their care make them an unacceptable choice for any responsible pet owner. I will be seeking alternative boarding options in the future, and I hope others do the same to avoid the unfortunate and avoidable suffering my dog had to endure. Also they blocked one star reviews; otherwise, I would have given them one star.

My dog and I absolutely LOVE Sunland. I’ve never seen a place so accommodating and so loving towards their furry guests. I boarded my dog Ollie regularly when he was young since I worked nights and didn’t have any help, and this is still the one and only place I will board him when I need to leave town. The team has always been attentive to his mood and would change his location based off how he was acting; If he needed a bigger run to get some extra energy out he got it, or if a dog next to him barked too much and scared him he would be put next to a quiet gentle dog. He gets yard time and office snuggles and plenty of treats and love, and I know he’s happy here because he gets wildly excited when I say Sunland. The updates are also so fun, I look forward to them each time. He’s usually having fun with some kind of enrichment or getting snuggles

My dog boarded with sunland acres for over 3 months due to extenuating circumstances. Sunland was absolutely amazing and took great care of my boy. They went the extra mile to keep him happy and healthy. They sent us pictures and treated him as they would their own pet. Any chance I get I will forever use sunland acres. Their patience and understanding during this time was top notch. I’m so grateful I brought him back to sunland and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Sunland!!!

The Sunland Acres team truly takes care and loves your fur baby as if it were theirs! We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Every time we take our girl there she leaves so happy and even prettier than before. We appreciate their attentiveness to her needs while she stays for boarding and their talents for getting her groomed and bathed! If you are looking for a family oriented, loving and knowledgeable place to board or groom your pet—this is the place to go! Thanks for all you do!

Literally the best service ever!! They sent pictures and a text to let me know he was ok. A go home bath is $37 and they could literally charge more if they wanted to. My fur baby smelled so good and his fur was whiter than it's been in a long time. His ears were so clean and he hates for me to bother them, but they were able to clean them well. Even his paw pads were clean and pink. They cut his nails perfectly with no injuries from cutting too close. I can tell he enjoyed it. I'll be bringing Jaxson back here for boarding and grooming soon.

I love this place! It's clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's peaceful and quiet. The staff knows my dogs by name and also seems happy to see them. It feels a lot more personal than other places, like Dogtown (which I never really loved). My dogs come home very happy, well groomed, and cleaned. I also like that they send pictures and updates while my dogs are there, which is something I NEVER got when my dogs stayed at Dogtown. I also love the fact that every time I drop my dogs off and this nice young man that sits at the desk sometimes is there, one of my dogs practically jumps into his lap and LOVES him, which makes me feel confident that my dogs are being well cared for and loved when they're in Sunland Acres care! One of my dogs is a golden doodle, and I am very picky with how his hair is cut and how he's groomed. I didn't expect him to get a haircut while he was boarded there, I thought it was just a simple go-home bath, but they did a wonderful job! I like his fur long and they did a great job trimming it up and making him look not homeless lol Attached are the photos Sunland Acres sent me and I love it! You can tell my dogs were happy and having fun. Emmie & Parker love it there!

Our mini golden doodle Baxter loves this place! The people are wonderful. Will bring him back again one day when needed.

This is a great place! Their price is unbeatable. We were moving and had already paid so much. We couldn’t really afford to take our dog to the kennel but we were staying in hotels after some things fell through. This place was a blessing. Things you have to pay for at other dog boarding facilities, they offer in the price of the stay. Our puppy loved it there. And it was such a stress reliever having him at a place where they really care for the pets that have been entrusted to them. Our baby will be going back.

Our Daisy spent two weeks at the board and train while we were on vacation. Sunland and Noel were wonderful! We received updates throughout the training including photos and videos of Daisy’s progress. It was obvious Daisy had fun! Daisy came home a different puppy! She was not a bad dog, just excitable and enthusiastic. Noel and Sunland did a great job instilling a basic level of training to help Daisy (and me) deal with all her enthusiasm and providing me tools to help Daisy be a much better version of herself. Thank you Sunland Acres!

Our dogs love coming to Sunland Acres. They've been to other boarding facilities and were clearly not happy with their time there. When we have taken them to Sunland Acres, they get out happily to go inside. During their stay, the staff sends photos of our dogs, and they're always smiling and looking content. They also offer bathing services so our dogs always come home smelling and looking fresh! I highly recommend bringing your dogs here.

Service is the best, people are the best and my Sally loves everything about pet paradise. Only 2 locations so far that we are impressed with and Fleming island is one of them.

Like always my princesses 👑 Elsa at Pet Paradise in Middleburg. She got all prettied up by her favorite groomer, Denean( hope I spelled it correctly) She gets loves ❤️ and cared for while she groomed. These are before and after pics. You can see it Elsa’s smile 😊 that she’s HAPPY! Plus all the associates there are so friendly and they love their work with all the 🐩 🐕 and cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈💕I strongly recommend that everyone should take their pets to Pet Paradise and see why they are the best. Took my dogs for Labor Day weekend 2024 (4.5 days). Gave the young lady specific food instructions and requested a bath for both dogs. When picking up the dogs, it was discovered baths were not completed (part of the package), dogs were not fed at all on Thursday and only partially fed the remaining 3.5 days. VIP in/outdoor doors were shut majority of the time so that was a waste of money and no report card was completed. I’ve used them before and never experienced this. My pug has acted ill since picking him up yesterday and won’t allow me out of his site. I am very disappointed in the treatment my dogs received and would not recommend them at this point. Too many issues going on clearly! Of course they called once I completed the survey and tried to make excuses and that’s when I found out the dogs were not even fed on Thursday. I get the story “we’re sorry that happened and we will do better next time”! Yeah nope, I’m not trusting them with my dog!

We love Pet Paradise and everyone that works there. We take our dogs to day care and we have boarded them. Our dogs love it as well. As soon as I say day care they run to our front door.

I was skeptical because my dog has never been to a pet facility because he was a shelter dog. I was worried because he’s not around a lot of dogs. The cutest day he was kinda to himself but they said he he was good with other dogs but more people person. The next day he went back and was much better. He aclimates quite well and so happy. We had a roof installed so needed a place for him to be. I guess this got me to try it out. The staff was all so amazing, friendly and made me feel at ease. Friendly, considerate staff. My cat seemed well and adjusted easily when we returned home. Clean facility. Dogs playing together seemed to be having fun!

When they first opened it was great. Now the past 4 months or so have been horrible. The groomer called out today and they didn’t tell us until I was waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then the employee tells me “well it isn’t my problem”. That was a shock to me and the customer service is declining rapidly. I can’t imagine how they are treating the pets if that’s the reaction to their employee calling out. Think twice before you send your precious pets to this place.

All of the other locations were booked up, so was able to find a spot on the way out of town (headed to the gulf). Short stay, but got him a bath too, so he he came home clean and smelling good!

Today Alley got to meet the Fam! She came home super happy and I loved get to check the cameras and see her outside with her new friends. The Staff there were super welcoming and were truly amazing!

So happy with my new vet here at Pet Paradise. I was treated with friendliness and understanding. No pressure or guilt trips (I buy my flea medicine online and this really upset my last vet). They were great with my puppy as it was her first time away from home. We bought the wellness package, which turned out to be cheaper than most of the other vets in the area. Thank you guys!!

Arianette is wonderful! We left our 10month old 70lb lab with her for several days and she took such great care of him. She completely eased all of our worries about leaving him for so long for the first time and sent pics/videos every day! She is a lovely human and a fantastic pet sitter. Our pup even gave her a hug when we picked him up 😂. Will certainly use Dog Days and Cat Naps again ❤️

My experience with Dog Days and Cat Naps has always been a good one. This year, however, was the best ever! I left my elderly cat, Daisy, to go on a family vacation. I was worried if she would be all right. I met Tim and he made me feel a lot better. While I was gone I received pictures every day and saw that Daisy was just fine and seemed to have fallen in love with Tim. I will always use this business as long as I have a pet. I highly recommend them!

I use DD&CN three days a week. It’s easy to schedule on line. Set up an informational meeting and meet who will take your dog out. I am 100% comfortable with my walker, Karen, she loves on my dog and you get visit feedback. The best part is if Karen can’t make it, they send someone else who reads my dogs profile and I don’t have to scramble at work, calling a friend to let my pup out. Payment is done with a credit card on file, easy! I highly recommend DD&CN!

I was very happy with Dogdays catnaps, their prices were very reasonable, especially since I have multiple dogs. Courtney spent the night at my home and took very good care of my fur babies 😊 I could tell by their behavior when I returned that they’d been well cared for and felt comfortable with Courtney. We used Dog Days for a sitter and transport services during our wedding and could not have been happier! Kourtney took such good care of our boy while we were gone a few nights and brought him to our wedding so he could be a part of it. Our tripod pup is huge and she took all the necessary precautions to make sure he was safe and well cared for. Kourtney is the best and we would 100% use her again!

Our Cavapoo Zen thinks Kate and her family are absolutely wonderful humans !! He loves staying with them and we love the level of engagement and care. Kate's family takes wonderful pictures of Zen having fun and honestly they exceed all our our expectations in every way from flexibility to feedback. Zen comes back home well adjusted and happy to have made new friends !! Dog Day's & Cat Naps has been a tremendous service, and allows us to Travel, or Just get a break knowing Zen is loved and well taken care of.

We have had Dog Days & Cat Naps care for our 6 Goldens in home overnights for a few years now and every pet sitter that has taken care of them is AMAZING! If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Denise and Christine took care of our large and diverse pet family for a week after our pet sitter of many years recently moved away. The idea of having to have someone new come over was worrying because we have a lot going on and it’s not an easy task. Denise and Christine are AMAZING. They took time and patience to gain the trust of our very old and grumpy chihuahua who gave them hell the first few visits along with juggling multiple other cats, dogs and a indoor/outdoor pot belly pig. I got thorough reviews after every visit along with cute pictures and updates on each individual pet, they kept the house tidy and even took out the trash can to the road on recycling day. My old dog required medicine 3 times a day which made me really anxious but they even sent pics of him eating it so I could rest assured he was getting what he needed. They loved every single one like their own and I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed. We have definitely found our new pet sitters and now have no reservations about going away knowing our children will be loved and cared for while we are gone. Thank you so much Denise and Christine along with Bad to the Bone - you are top notch with the service you provide and I highly highly recommend.

I hired bad to the bone twice to care for my mini horse Fitzgerald. They always do a great job and follow directions. Bonus part is you can see the visit and where they walked which I love since exercise is critical to my horses wellbeing.

Doug was the best ever! he is so compassionate with the dogs and so calm with their owners. he kept us updated and sent pictures and solved problems on excellently. Can’t say enough good things! thank you Doug for driving my pups across the country.

Bad To The Bone is AMAZING! We love our little Olive so much and to trust a company to love her the same way can be a concern. But no concern here with Bad to the Bone! Bad to the Bone was recommended by another pet sitter and I'm glad they were. Caitlin, Mandi, and Melanie did awesome job taking care of our chickens while we were gone for vacation. Getting messages with photos of our girls and the completed care activities, which really brought a peace of mind while we were gone. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs, even chickens! Best pet-sitting service ever! They have so many options - every need can be met. We hire for the half-hour once a day. Amber is our local pet-sitter, and she is the best! Full reports every day that are a delight to receive. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful and totally professional care given to my pups by Christine for an overnight stay while we were out of town. My dogs loved Christine and she loved her time with them as well. Three little terriers can be quite a handful at times but Christine managed the house and them with ease. At the same time she managed to keep in touch with us about the dogs and send us amazingly adorable pictures throughout the stay. It’s comforting to know your babies are receiving such good care and we will use Bad to the Bone again soon.

Have used BTTB and Doug Keeling since we first arrived to Jacksonville in 2016. They’ve been there and have helped us and loved our pets like we do - through sickness, health and death! They’ve always “been there” for us, and for each of them, through thick and thin. They’ve called us in the middle of our vacations to let us know that we had a very sick kitty and Doug personally has sat for hours at the vet with our kitty to make sure he got the best care. Doug and the caregivers each followed up for several days after we got home to follow up on Loki‘s and then Moki‘s health And treatment progress. They’ve taken Salem for her beauty come outs and trim treatment and taken her, Rocker & Sampson for nail trims (that’s quite a price cess with our three dogs). Will continue with BTTB until all pets have passed on. Give them a try - you and your pets - will appreciate it.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Ella and the team at Bad to the Bone are truly the best! After using them once, we immediately booked them for our next trip away. Ella treated our pups like her own!

First time leaving my Stettson and Patches while we went out of town. I was so nervous however they embraced the moment and enjoyed every bit of 5 star service. They are the same price as the kennel at my vet and they have much more outside time. I have two large dogs and they came back tired and happy. They get outdoor time multiple times a day and there is a small and a large area with a pond. Both my dogs were allowed to stay together in the same run and since it was their first time staying there I called to check up on them and the owner even sent pictures. I am very pleased and will be back.

This is an awesome boarding facility. We have boarded our border collie with Marilyn several times and she and her staff have always been terrific. Our dog has always been happy and well cared for here. The first time we boarded her here, Marilyn even gave us some pointers on better and more effective training for our dog and she has responded very well. Marilyn and Rachel obviously have a terrific love of animals and dogs especially and it really shows in the care they take of their guests. Highly recommend!

Marilyn is great with treating each dog like they are her own! She has trained two of my dogs and worked wonders. She is flexible and always has time to answer questions about training my 15 month old Pyrenees. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming! When I board Glory she is happy to return.

I have been bringing my dogs to Marilyn off and on for 25 years. First my golden retriever, who loved being there and now my Pomeranian, we trust and recommend Mandarin Pet Care to all pet owners.

This was my first time using a boarding facility for my dog and I decided to chose Mandarin Pet Care during Memorial Day weekend. My dog didn't display any abnormal behavior upon pick up so I'm guessing everything went fine. I am not sure how well the facility is kept due to the public not being able to actually walk in and is greeted at the door by Ms Marilyn. The price is by the day and not by the night and that can make a difference if travel plans are longer than a weekend. New customers are also given the first night stay free!

I feel absolutely terrible that I boarded my dogs at this awful place. I would rather cancel my vacation than ever leave my dogs here ever again. The only good thing about this place was its affordability, which in hindsight should have been a warning. The worst thing was that they definitely don't follow their as-advertised schedule, so the dogs are probably locked up in kennels the majority of the time. Our flights were delayed and we were there to pick up our dogs at 7:15pm, which is supposed to be in the middle of the 7pm-9pm final playtime. Instead all the dogs were already tucked in for the night in the unlocked kennel building, and there were no humans around. When a very salty Marilyn finally showed up to hand over the dogs, she simply dropped the leashes and they immediately ran to us. I was expecting to see how a professional dog trainer would handle 3 puppies on a leash, instead she tossed the leashes on the ground and went back inside without another word. They all had to pee immediately and all three were also all extremely thirsty. We were also given no instructions about dropoff when we called to make the boarding reservation, and their website lacks a lot of detail, so we received some cold shoulder when we dropped off our 3 dogs without having completed all their paperwork and without food (some places we have boarded at before provide food for free or for cheap). We had 3 puppies, 2 of which were very young, but they bought adult food with our money. It was the tiniest most expensive bag too, way more than what we usually pay, and the bag wasn't even half empty, when it should have been empty with the amount of food our pups usually eat. I am concerned that our puppies were fed adult food, were barely fed at all, were not offered enough water, did not get the 8 hours of advertised playtime, and did not have enough bathroom opportunities. Mandarin Pet Care was also very unresponsive to phone calls and to emails throughout the entire process. Their lack of professionalism was incredible. This was a horrible experience all around.

Our family recently went through a difficult time, and we needed an immediate place to board our 3 pups for an unknown amount of time. Marilyn and staff took great care of them, and sent me updates and pictures/videos via text every day. Great experience and I highly recommend! If this service is needed in the future, I will be bringing them back here!

I cannot begin to say enough about Mandarin Pet Care. Marilyn and the entire staff at Mandarin Pet Care treat our two beagles like they were their own. I have been using Mandarin Pet Care for about three years now and always without issue. The price even though it has increased recently is still about $10-$20 cheaper than I would get if I went to a traditional boarding facility. Medications, extra feedings, and a little extra attention to a somewhat sicker pet all come at no extra charge where as other boarding facilities would charge per medication administration or per extra feeding. If you ever have the opportunity to use Mandarin Pet Care do both you and your pet the favor of doing so, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You Marilyn for always taken care of our two beagles.

We took our pups here for a few days while taking a trip. The pricing is affordable but the owner is not a people person and really didn’t care to ease my anxiety about leaving my dogs for the first time (ever!) She was very off putting when we showed up to drop off our dogs and rolled her eyes at us when we wanted to see the facility they would be staying in. She sent one video a day of them just sniffing in the yard which didn’t make me feel good at all.. She was very rude about my emotions & I worried about them my whole trip. After picking them up, we found that they were excessively thirsty as well as covered in fleas (& we treat regularly). When I addressed this to her she took no responsibility and brushed it off her shoulder. I am grateful that my pups are alive but I will not be bringing them back.
